Iran plans to issue bonds worth $ 4.5 billion for energy projects

Iran 's oil ministry announced that Iran is seeking to put up bonds denominated in Rial and foreign currency worth up to $ 4.5 billion by March 2018.

According to the ministry 's website that the parliament on Saturday approved an item in the budget for the Iranian year starting on March 21 , allows the Ministry of Petroleum bond offering three billion riyal denominated in hard currency.
