I congratulate you today for your mighty efforts in opening Al-Hussein Military Hospital, this medical edifice is an Iraqi pride, and we hope that it will be an arena for sacrifice and service for everyone who sacrificed himself and his family for the sake of Iraq and the Iraqis.
