TNT CONFERENCE CALL MONDAY 10/23/17 DC NY CALL RECAP:
Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Marvelous Monday. Who would have thought we would still be on this side of the Public Release of the RV on Oct 23 2017, and it is almost Halloween. We are in it to win it however long it takes. We are going to go over a few things. You know the text came out and told you there is no big details or anything like that. We are looking for some things to happen coming from Friday and the information we shared with you the anticipation of a celebration or an announcement of banks telling us today saying come on you all do this and none of that happened. I'll take that back, well the celebration they did do the celebration and it was brought to my attention that later that day Abadi did make some speech or announcement before he left town, but you know and I know it wasn't what we were anticipating here or we would not be in the situation we are in right this very minute wondering what is going to happen next. We would have some indication of that, but that is ok too. We did not go into the weekend with a bunch of promises, and I sure didn't give you any. So we don't start off our Monday with lip poked out and down in the dumps. I am about as excited as I can be and you should all be likewise. Lets look at the information that we can talk on to see how that lets us get ready for this week now that last week is behind us. From some reports here, Alak was on TV Sunday and basically trying to get other countries to join in with the linking of the banks for an International Connection.Ah Ha! The US banks are already on board and trying to get the other countries linked up if you will. Oh course it seems like I remember reporting something like that to you guys already that everything was linked up, but this may be the public phase of it now playing catch up. Geez I don't know. Did I say too much? Also there were reports coming to us troops on standby just waiting for the go signal to go knock out the last two provinces. We had reported to you that it was 97% clear and that there would be full Iraq liberation in the coming days something that very easily could have been handled. Could it be that there is I don't want to say a manipulation, but I can't think of a better work right now. A handling of the situation I'll say that. Could it be the handling of a situation for it to come out at a desired time, as opposed to how we want thinks to come out or complete. So there could be some strategy. Send them in no rate. Wait a few days and then send them in. We don't want to wrap this up too soon. I could see that as a working tool and I could gauge that as a tool and try not to be too successful to quickly in order for me to line up with everything else I want to come out into the open. I think you guys can read between the lines and if you can't don't worry about it. Citizens are being asked to come in on Saturday into the banks, so they can confirm their data for the new system. Progress guys, these are steps that we don't know to expect so we can't tell you expect this over the weekend that it needs to be done or has any bearing and naturally I am sure it would for them over there. They want to make sure everyone is properly documented and recorded in the new system upon which they will pay and engage in commerce. Also we have a report that Abadi was on TV early this morning saying that article 140 is a priority, and there are a lot of political things being tossed out there. The confusing part is does it have an effect on the public release or not. In some cases it can especially that is being anchored to or attached to it. Now they are saying the preparations are complete for advancing with this new system, but noone has made a move yet. Just this morning info coming to us that Secretary Tillerson just touched down over there for an unscheduled visit. Wonder what that could be about? Time will tell. Other than that where are we with the bank guys? Nothing is going on with the banks right now that I can dtermine. There is no alerts. Noone is on standby as far as the call centers. There was some internet activity suggesting that people were being moved around yesterday to specific locations anticipating some activity late last night, but we didn't get that from any of our sources. The banking people we were talking to this morning if the call center people are strategically positioned, I don't see why they would have exchange people positioned when you don't even have folks there to answer the phone to make appointments. Maybe that was just some misinformation or inproper planning. Could it be that exchange folks are just sitting there waiting to exchange some people and nobody is at the call centers. i don't know. It is just out there. We use these bits of info to make things make sense to us because everything is out there. If you are looking for it you can find it from Skype room to skype room, blog to blog, website to website, person to person. Q and AQ: Are you going for the Contract Rate and if not why? Ray: I never changed my mind about the contract rate. Of course I am. If it is there I am going after it providing the conditions are right on the NDA. Lets wait and see what happens so you know what to plan on. Q: I thought the RV wouldn't start till the US had their new tax plan voted on and changed. What do you think about this? Ray: Rubbish is what I think about that. Q: Do you think Abadi made the speech this weekend? Ray: No. Callers: Caller: Catnip: Even though you said no new news, there was new news in here. You are one that conveys messages by songs and one of the songs I don't recall having heard before meaning the very last song that was all bouncy. What was the name of that and what message were you trying to convey? Ray: The song was In the Stone by Earth Wind and Fire. No intentional particular message there. Catnip: You talked about the celebration was held and Abadi did speak. Are the platform and bleachers still up by any chance? Ray: I have not received any info indicating that and I will inquire. Catnip: Your folks confirmed that Tillerson is in Baghdad on a suprise visit and on one of the TV stations. Is that true? Ray: I have it confirmed that it is on the news. Catnip: I have not seen close of major thoroughfares into the ministry of finance and trying to connect the dots. Ray: No I have not heard yet and may hear something this evening, and if worthy I will send out an update. I just heard and someone just reported that Tillerson is in Baghdad: Caller: There is something noone has brought up. This is on the Treasury.gov website Our Treeasury Secretary is heading to the Middle East on Wednesday and ending next Monday. It doesn't say he will be in Iraq. Ray: Great TY for sharing. Caller: About the Zim which notes will be exchangeable? Ray: I don't know. We were told with the 100 and 50 Trillion note and haven't had anymore info other than what I have been sharing. Ray's Wrap Up: Folks we are at the end of this road. Based on where we should be could this thing take another couple of weeks, months, or could it happen this evening? Sure it could. It is very likely that it could possibly happen this week or next week. Because of that I find myself modifying policies and procedures on how I give you information of how much time we have left. I am going to start bringing info. Some info I will give you too when I receive it since it could be timely. I rather give it to you thinking we don't have enough time. Some info came to me that I hoped to get in nailed down and confirmed, but I have not. Seeking more confirmation and rather have you prepared. I am still trying to get ZIM info and could be one or these strategies It could be .0002 with no zeroes removed or 11 cents with 6 zeros removed. The exchange location might have a feeling of 20 billion dollars for your transaction. I no this will generate questions, and I don't have answers yet. I am looking to seek solid information. There may be 2 exchange locations and I wanted to give you this info. As we get more solid info on it, I will let you know on the trillions, millions, and billions and how it will unfold. We are hearing of private exchange activity, and I am investigating it. When I learn something, I will not hesitate to make you aware of it directly or indirectly. The most important part of it is that you benefit. I may pick a direct or indirect path but you must be willing to listen to the things I say to you. Plus try to listen to things I don't say to you! I Believe ! How about you? Rayren98

Abadi calls ahead of his international tour to global cooperation

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi called on Saturday for global cooperation on the basis of peoples' development and stability, noting that extinguishing destructive conflicts, bloodshed and stopping interventionist policies are the right rule and the only alternative. To launch a new era of cooperation and construction.
"Iraq and its difficult and successful experience in overcoming the threat of terrorism and division and its rise is victorious, strong and united, the state and the people believes and it is motivated by a sense of responsibility that the countries and peoples of the region have many common challenges and goals," Abadi said in a statement.
He pointed out that "we should put forward a comprehensive initiative with developmental and economic dimensions in the first place, which will re-formulate the political relations between our countries and peoples on a sound and lasting basis according to several principles, including that conflicts in the region will not only bring our peoples destruction and backwardness, Natural and loss of opportunities for development and progress. "
"Putting out these destructive conflicts and bloodshed and stopping interventionist policies to fuel conflicts is the right rule and the only alternative to launching a new era of cooperation and building," Abbadi said.
He stressed that "it is wrong for the countries of the region to consider their interests in isolation from the interests of others, and our vision is to work jointly to build our interests and economies in an integrative manner without being isolated from each other as conditions have proved that security is integral, so the economy and development and prosperity can not be achieved in a state without Others, without getting up together will falter all the development and stability projects, "noting that" the group of our efforts must be added to each other to be a sum added to all of us. "
"We seek to establish lasting, deep and well-established relations between our peoples and to focus on the relationship between governments because the relationship between peoples ensures the stability of relations in the face of political transformations," Abbadi said.
He pointed out that "we should give a great glimmer of hope to the youth and do not leave a looting of terrorism and deviant thought and intruder who exploits their energies in a negative direction and moves them from the trenches to the trench of killing and demolition." He said that "giving hope instead of despair through programs that provide employment opportunities for young people through Rehabilitation and productive projects give tremendous strength and momentum towards reforming societies. "
"The agreement on a comprehensive development program and the optimal use of energies is the right alternative under fair policies based on citizenship and equality of rights and duties without discrimination. In addition to development projects at national levels, it is necessary to work and coordinate the advancement of the region as a whole, And well-being in the region if the gap between rich and poor peoples remains large. "
Abadi pointed out that "the preoccupation of the countries of the region to conflicts among themselves and not to invest resources to the optimal form marginalized its role locally and globally."
"We believe that we must work seriously for the countries of our region to have a voice and influence in decision-making at all levels of the world and the local community in order to make the world more secure and fair."

The CBI directs banks to apply the user protection network
The Central Bank of Iraq directed all Iraqi banks to adopt the standards of the user protection network approved by SWIFT International before the end of 2017.
The Central Bank said the claim came as part of the commitment of the Iraqi banking sector to apply international standards in the field of remittances.
The standards of the 16-user protection network can be summed up by the need to restrict access to the Internet, separate sensitive systems from the overall IT environment, and mitigate cyber attacks and vulnerabilities.
Other security measures include security intuition to protect against access to Internet sites, storage and prevention of safe password detection, management of bank identification numbers, separation of privileges, detection of suspicious activities within the system, registration of operations and plans to respond to various situations (errors and incidents) and information sharing.

10-23-2017   Intel Guru RayRen98  Iraqi citizens were asked to come in to the banks to confirm their data, but we don’t really know if that has any bearing… but I would think it does, as it has to do with being paid.  Abadi was also on television talking about the 140, which is a political priority.  We don’t really know what will have an effect on the public release.  Now they are saying the processes are complete to advance the system, but no one has made an announcement yet.  Secretary of State Tillerson has just touched down in Iraq for an unscheduled visit… wonder what that is for.   Based on where we should be with the information – it could happen this evening, this week, this month, or even a couple of months.  It seems very likely to happen this week, if not this evening.  [post 2 of 2]

10-23-2017   Intel Guru RayRen98   They did do the celebration in Iraq on Saturday, and PM Abadi did make a speech before he left town, but it was not the speech we anticipated.  We are still wondering what comes next.   Let’s look at information for this week. CBI Governor al-Allak was on Iraqi television on Sunday asking other countries to link their banks with the CBI.  I think I reported some-thing like that in the past, and maybe they are now playing catch-up.  Also, it is reported that troops are on standby, ready to knock out those last two provinces.  They did say that they are looking for full liberation in the coming days.  There could be some strategy involved if they don’t want to wrap this up too soon.  I can see that if they are using this as a tool to line these events up with other changes I anticipate.  [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

10-23-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat   ...we will probably not even see the rate on the global exchanges at this time. This DOES NOT mean an in-country only RV has happened.  What it does mean is the rate is not yet showing up on the exchanges.  Some side trading will be occurring. We will not yet be able to exchange our currency and the rates will not yet be live. Now having said all this let me tell you why they are rolling it out this way. Once this initial 2-3 week period is over, they will roll the rate out to the global exchanges world-wide and away it goes...and the market now drives the rate. Now they can’t stop the process.  The important part now is to remember since they did a reinstatement they can also now do a re-valuation. This re-valuation is based only on what they feel the market can absorb which is determined by what happens during this initial couple weeks. So they can now set the rate to $3.41 or $3.71 or $4.00+ or whatever.   [post 3 of 3]

10-23-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat   What will be this initial rate?  I have given you many reports on this throughout the years...and solid evidence of why I believe the rate will come out at just under or around 1:1 with the US dollar.  ...I believe with almost certainty now this will be very close to the initial rate.  ...years ago, I reviewed the entire process...how this is set to be rolled out. I want to review this again since we are getting very close to the event.  The CBI with the IMF permission will roll out the initial rate. Then they must wait and adjust for inflation. Basically, these first few weeks they are going to strictly monitor the economic and financial impacts. They are looking for certain trends during this time period. They could literally stop the process at any time during this period.   [post 2 of 3....stay tuned]
10-23-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat
I have to tell everyone that twice a month the treasury department runs some software that regenerates rates across the board for all global currencies. They do this to monitor the rates and to ensure there is equity and proper valuations. The IMF is mostly responsible for monitoring the results and their analyst get the reports.  So how reliable are these rates on the bank screens For our sake and this RV the rates have steadied over the last couple years since the inception of the new valuation system in 2013. Yes – the Iraqi dinar rate has been seen as high as $4.25 over this period but that only tells us a projected rate base on certain factors, then in motion. So what we can expect will be driven by the market place once the initial launch of a re-instatement rate is applied.   [post 1 of 3....stay tuned]
