11-11-2017 Intel Guru Dr. Clarke DONG RATES. We believe & expect the Vietnamese Dong rates to substantially move within 24 hours of the Dinar rate offering. We have reason to believe that the optimum exchange rate window of the Dong, could see the same 10 day opportunity. HOWEVER, there is a real strong chance, that the DONG rates will not move much, if at all, until more than 30 days after the Dinar, simply because they are on a different schedule in Vietnam, concerning their REGIONAL CONCERNS, and the fact that it is a completely separate economy, with separate dynamics. While the door is open to raise the rate at or close to when the Dinar moves, there is also strong indications, that they may choose to wait a few weeks, to move it up, and WE ALSO BELIEVE they will progressively, and slowly move it up, over a period of MONTHS, to slowly integrate and control inflation in Vietnam. We believe Vietnam will come out with an initial, substantial rate increase in the $1.00 range, similar to Iraq, making the $1.00 - 1 Dong, a common sense move. [post 3 of 3]
11-11-2017 Intel Guru Dr. Clarke In the U.S., we expect an exchange rate of close to $4.00, within the first 10 days of Iraq’s new offering. We do however, believe & expect that Iraq will move their Dinar rate up a little more, sometime after the first 90 days of the new introduction, depending on how things look from an inflationary standpoint, as well as, lower denominations integration, bank flow of new customers and level of security reached and managed. In any event, we believe the optimum time of exchange of the Dinar, will be within the 1st 10 days, after the initial, substantial increase, Publicly & Officially. WHEN THE RATE MOVES UP SUBSTANTIALLY, THEN EVERYTHING & EVERYONE, WILL THEN GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXCHANGE. [post 2 of 3....stay tuned]
11-11-2017 Intel Guru Dr. Clarke We believe the 1st substantial, public Rate increase that Iraq will come out with, will be in the $1.40 range, within Iraq. Common sense would seem to indicate a $1.00 - 1 dinar equivalent... our hunch is around $1.40, give or take a few cents. WHY? Because the Price of OIL, is the baseline foundation to the wealth of Iraq, and now, according to PLAN, the OIL prices are going UP...this will continue... According to history, and the way things work, that $1.40 range rate, will be picked up by world markets instantly, and traded on exchanges. The exchange rates within every country will be different. [post 1 of 3....stay tuned]

Here's a very long article (needs to be translated into English...I use Google Translate)...it's such a long article that it needs to be translated in segments but I think you'll find the comments very enlightening.
Stay away from these things and you will be happier
BAGHDAD, Iraq - November 9: Despite the difficulties we face and the daily pressures, our days can get better by getting rid of some of the useless daily burdens, according to Care2.
Take some time to review your daily routine - can you stop or relax some activities? Would you be happier because of that? Here's the answer:
1- Controversy over social networking sites
Of course, there are moments when we can not prevent ourselves from engaging in a controversy on Facebook or Twitter. But most of these skirmishes do not advance, delay or change the world in which we live to make it a better place. If you see something really annoying on the Internet that provokes you to respond, take a moment to ask yourself: "Is it better to waste my energy on this? Or can I direct it to something useful? " Reorienting our energies to other activities can lead to improved self-care and positive change in real life.
2. Over-saying "yes"
There is always in our lives this person who is in error that he is committing himself a lot of effort, and if your happiness is affected, because you are the same person, go back a step to reevaluate what you can actually bear. To make a map of your available time, bookmark what you need to do primarily taking into account your limits. And then you have to stick to and adhere to those loads and limits available to you.
3 - the couch instead of "watching"
There are evenings where stretching on the couch in front of entertaining videos or watching a movie or series is the preferred way to relax. However, if there are other things you can do, and that will promote you a healthier frame, than the mind or physical condition, why not consider it, instead? Go to the consultation, write in a magazine, invite a friend, draw a painting, or play a musical instrument, meaning that you relax in a useful way.
4 - Stay awake after your sleep
The faster we are able to set a regular sleep schedule, the more our body will fit into rhythm, the more we can wake up without getting tired from sleep deprivation. The attainment of 7 to 9 hours of sleep is often the goal that can guarantee us that we are at full comfort, and that our brains are at peak performance. Set the alarm on your smartphone, when it's time for dinner and go to bed.
5. Unrealistic expectations
The more unrealistic our expectations, the more disappointed and unhappy. Tired of our continued "failure" to meet these expectations is the end result, which can lead us to think negatively about ourselves and our abilities.
It may be unrealistic to go to the gym five times a week, attend all the extra-curricular lectures, or meet all the occasions when your schedule is crowded.
All you need is to redefine your expectations to match what is realistic and achievable for you.

Financial crises increase the risk of heart attacks
2017/11/12 18:02
[Ayna-Follow]
NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Pressure from financial crises has increased the risk of a heart attack 13 times, while labor pressure has doubled this risk six times, according to new research from South Africa.
These results were recently presented at the South African Association of South Africa conference in Johannesburg, and warned that financial crises and labor pressures are affecting a large segment of people at the moment.
According to a recent US poll, 72 percent of Americans are under the pressure of financial crises at least once in their lives, while 22 percent of respondents said they felt the pressure during the month before the poll.
The study, led by Professor Denishan Govandar of the University of Johannesburg, warned that psychological impact plays a big role in heart disease, especially heart attacks.
The research team considered that the lack of financial income to meet the basic needs puts the person under great pressure and raises the level of tension to the maximum, and this increases the risk of a heart attack.
And that with every decline in income and the aggravation of the financial crisis, the risk of heart attack in crises rises to 13 times !.
The results of the study warned of the impact of the triangle of psychological problems [depression, anxiety and tension] on heart health.
