12 Questions High Net Worth People Should Ask When Protecting Their Wealth and Assets

  1. Who is your current insurance carrier and insurance agent?
  2. Do you have umbrella liability coverage that matches your net worth?
  3. Does your umbrella policy include excess uninsured/underinsured motorist liability?
  4. Will your homeowner’s coverage pay to rebuild your home with similar quality materials and craftsmanship?
  5. If you recently expanded or upgraded your home, did you notify your insurance agent?
  6. If you own a wine collection, a significant amount of jewelry, artwork or other valuable items, are they insured adequately? (For related reading, see: Homeowner Insurance Gaps to Watch out for.)
  7. Do you have at least $1 million in uninsured/underinsured liability protection?
  8. If you employ domestic staff like a nanny, housekeeper, gardener, or chef, do you have employment practices liability and workers compensation insurance?
  9. If you serve on a board, do you understand the organization's insurance may not protect you from liability lawsuits that may be brought against it?
  10. Have you considered raising your insurance deductibles?
  11. Is all of your insurance coverage (home, auto, collector car, boat, valuables, umbrella, etc.) with the same carrier? (Life insurance does not need to be with the same carrier as there rarely is a discount for adding it to the insurance package.)
  12. Have you informed your insurance agent about any safety and loss prevention devices (security systems) in your home and autos?
Keep in mind that each person’s insurance portfolio will be different and unique to their needs. These questions are a great way to review and assess your current insurance coverage. Discussing all of this with your insurance agent, whether you already have one or are looking for a new one, will greatly improve the likelihood that you have the comprehensive insurance portfolio that is best for your situation.

My opinion of the timing has not changed.  What about Iraq? Is it about Mosul?  No, not anymore. I am hearing it is not really bout Iraq. Iraq is done. They have done all to be released from sanctions.  We already heard about reports in Iraq that the dinar valued 6 times that of the dollar.  Usually happens is the UN Operational rates are visible on the 13th and than effective around the 15th. The 15th is Saturday.   I would say we should be exchanging before Easter.   I don’t like to say it is all done, been done, however we are hearing it is all pretty much complete. Let’s just see what happens.

Discover a new benefit of olive oil

SANTIAGO, April 13 (UPI) - Doctors from Chile State University, together with their foreign colleagues, have identified a new benefit for olive oil.
Experts say that the hydroxystirosol found in olive oil reduces the negative impact of excessive consumption of animal fats. It contains antioxidant properties, which have a protective effect on the liver, heart and brain.
Scientists have reached these conclusions after experiments on mice. Where they were divided into 4 groups, one of which was given meals containing high percentage of animal fat in addition to olive oil.
After the animals stayed on this diet for 12 weeks, their blood and tissue were sampled. The analysis showed that the proportion of cholesterol in the blood of mice that used olive oil in their diet, did not increase, as opposed to rodents that were given animal fat only.
Experts believe that the results for mice also apply to humans, so scientists recommend eating products containing.
