Word on the Street Tuesday 4/4/17:
TNT CONFERENCE CALL MONDAY 4/3/17 DC NY CALL RECAP:
Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Marvelous Monday. We are going to talk just a little bit and it won't be before long. Information wise. bank wise some bank folks saying just stand by and we will let you know. They are anxiously awaiting. The writing is on the wall and pretty much tells us that the news bits that came out over the weekend,. I believe things were put out there for that purpose. The important things to talk about things we are expecting from Iraq meaning the announcements and speeches over there with Abadi. From 2 transcripts of speeches or announcements you can pull tidbits from there. We can make some assumptions from the speeches and the articles. Reference from Abadi nearly 1.6 million people have returned after the liberation, and what is that telling us? That means Mosul has been liberated. When the start making references as the past tense , you can draw conclusions from. Of course there is his April 2nd statement. Here in an exerpt the confrontation with terrorism did not prevent us from reforming the economy and other institutions. Does that sound like past tense phrase? It didnt stop us from reforming. Some of these phrases will help us put two and two together about the information that is not being said direct to us straight forward. The are little nuances and all that is an indication to me of the public revealing of things and coming out in specific ways. Some were probably methodically planned and on the other hand to bring out other information to connecting. As each little bit comes out and connects and as it all unfolds there is you picture. I believe the public release of information is already underway and nearing completion. Some things that we already made aware of that were done deals are now resurfacing as if they ned to be agreed upon. They have already been agreed upon, but this may not have been made fully public yet. Now is the time to make those things public, so all things can line up. That is the HCL and all of that stuff chapter 7 and 8. Political theatrics and it is a process, and some of this process we were not fully aware of what needed to take place. We have been witnessing some of that, and it is all good. The beauty of that of the things you are hearing over the weekend and getting excited about, we already told yout hat it was to be or already done. Some is just coming to light. I said to a group this morning, there is nothing to be excited about, since we already knew these things. This is conviction of us and it is about time that this is finally coming out. We are in a good place. Everything is looking good extremely good, so lets see what questions members have. Q&A: Q: Is there a rule in place saying when you deposit money in the bank it can be used by the bank in a crisis? Ray: Call your bank and ask them and they will answer this easy for you. Q: Will there be structured payouts as discussed? Ray: We will find out and if it is even legal and on what level is it legal. Q: I was on Sunday morning chat, you left saying it was a bank person. Did he give you any info? Ray: yes, to stand by. Callers: 865. You seemo be in in a happy mood. How would you say about the excitement levels of your sources? Ray: The Iraqi sources, they have their money and not excited anymore and you will see yours. We got ours. Catnip: Could you say they are celebrating worldwide? Ray: Yes you could say that. Iraqis that have been paid shared with us based on the new rate and not the old rate. They are happy that they have funds that they can actually touch feel and do something with. Other segment is still waiting. Over people over here believe not are all going at the same time. Now the bank people here are excited. All they can say it is still in the works and still come just wait. We just patiently wait knowing the end is not near. It is here. Catnip: Any reference to Kuschner over in Iraq? Ray: There is nothing I can share yet. Caller: Post RV how soon after will you have wi financial workshops? Ray: First sessions will be banking seminars 2 to 3 days after the release of the RV. We are waiting for 800 numbers and I believe they do exist. I have not received any confirmation, but I believe they will be coming our way. So we await further details on that. In additon to that we already have 46 banking institutions that I know we can work with. We just don't like the rate today, so that too will be completely revealed at the right time for us to pick and choose so wherever we want to do business and engage. That is going to put us at a level we were not at before. The teamwork makes the dream work. We have all of these things to work with and in the meantime and in between time dot your I's. Bat down the hatches. Dont just sit and wait for the minute, hour or day. Make sure you are ready for that day. This is the day for addtional opportunity to finalize your plan and have it ready. A lot of folks were looking for this thing to pop over the weekend. The information we heard from the articles that are out and the press conferences and announcements. This is saying we are coming to an end, but not necessarily by Monday morning. I definately feel we are in the week for this to finally unfold if not for all of us but for some of us. They will go in stages as well, and that remains to be seen. All we can do now is sit back and wait, relax and make sure we have everything lined up like we want it to be. When it is time to strike your iron will already be hot. You will know what move to make. We will be here in the background to assist you. There will be some things from the first wave and how they survived. Stay loose happy and unbeat. When the minute and hour hits you will be in a happy place and you will be a good recipient of information. It is Monday and anything can happen any second, any minute and any hour any day this week. That is what I am looking for and that is what I Believe. How about you? Rayren98

4-3-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 ...there have been some announcements and speeches from PM Abadi and from two transcripts of announcements from which we can pull some tidbits of information. For example, “nearly 1.6 million people have returned after the liberation” – that tells us that Mosul has been liberated. Then Abadi made a statement yesterday noting that “confrontation with terrorism and liberation of land didn’t stop us from reforming the economy.” That’s in the past tense, not in the future tense; I believe the public release of information is underway and near completion. Things we thought were done deals are now resurfacing, being made public. All things can line up, such as HCL, Chapter VII, and Chapter VIII. It’s a process, with political theatrics. ...we are in a good place. Everything is saying, “this is coming to an end” and I definitely feel this is the week for this to unfold...

4-3-2017 Newshound Guru Enorrste Article: "Outlook upgrade could help push Iraq's economic evolution to its next step" This is a very positive sign for us all. This is the "wild west" affect that KAP [Guru Kaperoni] and I have discussed for some time now. 4-3-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat So the economic and financial outlook for Iraq is very optimistic. The security situation is rapidly changing for the better. In fact in an interview with pm Abadi, in his recent visit to Washington DC, he has stated “our economy is booming”. I said really? This statement alone reminded me once again that there is something still holding back the launching of the currency reform and that it was not in fact just in the hands of the CBI to implement, they are only the procedural implementers. Then, just literally days later, out pops a couple more articles about the dinar and yet another about removal from Chapter VII sanctions. Something is about to happen and soon. Can you see it? [post 4 of 4]
4-3-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat So is Mosul liberation all completed... The FACT is there is still no “official” announcement...But all the news now is very promising this may finally be over. I am also told by the CBI they are going to blast out one more educational campaign to the citizens on the process and how the launching of the lower denominations will work. I talk the Central Bank of Iraq quite often and there is absolutely NOT been a new rate in Iraq for in-country or out of country and the lower denominations are NOT yet launched. This is a FACT. What we do know is they told us in a US Congressional Report that a 1:1 with the IQD:USD is most feasible. Also the CBI itself on many occasions has told us the initial rate, when they do get off the “artificial” rate will be either just under or just over $1.00. [post 3 of 4....stay tuned]
4-3-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat We know that Iraq has confirmed its commitment to “Governmental directives to amend legislation in the transition to a free economy”. We have already seen many new banking regulations and the enforcement of them. We have seen many new laws and changes to existing old Saddam Hussein laws to regulate outside investors and open up the economy to massive investment. We know about the commitment that the USA has recently stated to Iraq and the reaffirmation that the renewed Status of Forces Agreement (SFA) will be implemented fully under the Trump administration. This gives us confidence and hope in the USA support for increased Security and Stability in Iraq and in the region in the future days ahead. [post 2 of 4....stay tuned]
4-3-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat We know that pm Abadi has met with UN representatives to review the situation in Iraq to work towards removal of all Chapter VII sanctions. Yes – this would also have to include any sanctions against their currency and financial and economy. This would have to mean they will finally get off this “artificial” rate and “closed” economy. WOW! We know just recently the Central Bank of Iraq replaces its emblem with a new one with...strong monetary connotations. In fact the emblem resembles their new coinage, new coinage not even yet launched. So why replace it's emblem (logo) with these symbols if the intent is not to launch the coins soon? They know from experiences in trying to launch these coins, that it simply will not work unless they get off the artificial rate. [post 1 of 4....stay tuned]
4-3-2017 Newshound Guru mike The market rate is the unofficial value of the currency on the streets. Under normal conditions, Iraqi's would buy and sell dollars through the banks but in Iraq, access to dollars is limited. Right now, Iraqi's don't have unlimited access to the dollar so they're willing to pay more, or 1254-$1 just to get to it. Today's market rate is 1254-$1 which exceeds the 2% MCP the IMF requires for a country to accept Article VIII. If Iraq can get the market rate down to roughly 1205-$1, they'll need to hold this for a minimum of 90 days to demonstrate control of the dinar to the IMF.
4-3-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG [have you heard anything on the HCL?] they won't act on the current HCL structure. They don't like it. They won't do it. ...I doubt the HCL is any "precursor" to an RV. I don't think it is required. IMHO.

Sadr promises to disband Shiite militant groups, including the peace brigades
BAGHDAD, Iraq, April 3 (Reuters) - Sadr's leader Moqtada al-Sadr pledged on Monday to disband all armed Shiite groups, including the "peace brigades", saying "there is no place for sectarian militias in Iraq."
"He prefers to have an urgent dialogue with Sunni politicians in Iraq to prevent clashes between Sunnis and Shiites, Arabs and Kurds, as the country no longer has an enemy," Sadr said in an interview. To unite against him. "
"I fear that the defeat of Dahesh is only the beginning of a new stage, and my proposal is inspired by the fear of sectarian and ethnic conflict after the liberation of Mosul," Sadr said.
"I want to avoid a sectarian and ethnic conflict in Iraq. I am very proud of the diversity of Iraq, but my fear is that we may see the genocide of some ethnic or sectarian groups," said the leader of the Sadrist movement, who announced two weeks ago of assassination attempts.
Sadr urged the Iraqi government to confront the armed Shiite militias, calling for arms to be held by the Iraqi army and government forces, and expressed his hope to dissolve all factions of the popular crowd.
"The conflict in Syria may increase, and I am afraid of conflicts that might spill over into Iraq from neighboring countries," Sadr said.
"My view is that we should not interfere in the affairs of others just as others should not interfere in our country, we want to save our blood, and enough of what is already lost to us." Finished

"Even the fight against corruption is a balance between the blocks." Yasiri reveals hidden secrets of the work of the Integrity Commission
BAGHDAD, April 4 (Xinhua) - Combating corruption in Iraq is a difficult task and a job that has no recognition. That is why Hassan al-Yasiri, the head of the Iraqi Integrity Commission, has been trying for about a year to abandon the job.
A year after he took over, Yasiri submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in June 2016 but the resignation was rejected.
Yasiri insisted on resigning anyway, but agreed to remain in office until the alternative was found. So he continues his work and tries to root out corruption in a country where bribery and looting of state resources are cited as the cause of everything from low living standards to the collapse of the army to an oppressive organization.
One of the reasons he wants to resign is that the authorities have taken action only in 15 percent of the 12,000 cases of corruption that the commission investigated and referred to the judiciary last year, said Yasiri.
"There are very few," said Yasiri, 47. We want the judiciary to resolve the cases quickly to keep up with the work of the Commission ... I am very hurt. "
He said he took bold steps and sent investigators to open files in each ministry in search of the slightest signs of corruption and a travel ban on senior officials for the first time.
Senior officials had to be more transparent about their financial affairs. But he is constantly being criticized by political blocs that have used their control over ministries to provide services to their supporters. Since Yasiri belongs to Iraq's Shi'ite majority, Sunnis and Kurds accuse him of favoring Shiites, while Shiites accuse themselves of pursuing Shi'ites.
Yasiri recalls that a senior Iraqi official visited him in his office in a heavily fortified area of Baghdad without identifying the official. "He told me that 'all those who brought them to justice are Shiites,'" Yasiri said. "There must be a balance," he said. There must be Sunnis and Kurds. '"
"I told him, 'We do not do this cocktail.'" "The problem has been reduced by more scrutiny from the defense ministry, but more work is needed," Yasiri said. Some officers still receive part of the salaries of some soldiers in return for allowing them unlimited leave.
"There are one million soldiers in the army. In all countries it is difficult to eliminate corruption in these large numbers. We are trying to tighten the screws on the corrupt, but it is difficult to eliminate corruption overnight. We need more time. "
