Oil rises to four-week high

- The National Retirement Authority is obligated to pay end-of-service bonuses and accumulated leave to former army members, provided that the maximum amount does not exceed ten million dinars per payment, and the salaries and allowances of their peers who continue to serve from the employees of the new Iraqi army.
- To oblige the three presidencies, ministries and agencies not associated with a ministry to provide the Ministry of Trade with the names of those included in the decision to withhold the ration card for those who receive a salary and allocations of one and a half million dinars per month and above.
- The Council of Ministers is obligated to send the names of those assigned to the positions of heads of independent bodies, special ranks, undersecretaries and advisors to the House of Representatives by no later than 6/30/2021, and the House of Representatives is obligated to take its decision by voting within 30 days from the date of sending the names.
- The Council of Ministers shall create job grades to implement the following paragraphs, provided that the concerned authorities bear the costs of their application from their allocations approved in this law:
A- For the purpose of fixing old contracts in the self-financing companies affiliated with the Ministry of Electricity and within the operating expenses of 8,641 whose service exceeded five years or more.
B - For the purpose of establishing contracting contractors in all ministries and agencies not associated with a ministry and whose service has exceeded five years or more, and among them are good signs.
- Inclusion of the visitors' victims, who are (33), the victims of the ferry in Nineveh governorate, which are (192), and the victims of the ferry in the governorate of Dhi Qar, whose number is (16), according to the provisions of Law No. (20) of 2009 amended as an exception.
T - The government will pay farmers compensation for floods in Maysan Governorate for the year 2018 and Abu Ghraib District for the year 2014.
- Establishing a special petro-dollar fund for the oil-producing provinces.
Voting on appointing and directing those with the medical and health professions, sciences and support staff, first graduates and holders of higher degrees.
Voting to delete the article on imposing an income tax and deducting the salaries of employees and retirees.
- To vote on linking the public position with the Federal Service Council to achieve justice in obtaining the job.
- To vote on the inclusion of bachelor’s graduates from the Ministry of Defense and Interior from the military to the civilian in the same ministries.

4-15-2021 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat Article: "ADJUSTMENT TO THE EXCHANGE RATE" Quote: "...which is likely to adopt the method of “managed float” in the next step in conjunction with the increase of central reserves,..." this...verifies everything I have been saying all along... I talked about first the project to delete the zeros accompanied with an in-country revaluation to around 1:1, then a reinstatement on a managed float, pegged to a basket of currencies. But first right now they have to increase the CBI reserves, as Dr Shabibi did and was then were ready to go in 2012. What was the reserves back then? In 2012 it was around 90 billion. Just recently al-Kazemi announced the reserves were around 60 billion. So we can see it might take another 2 years (as the CBI just predicted) to reach the goal needed to go to the next step.
4-15-2021 Intel Guru MarkZ [via PDK] A tremendous “nothing –burger” of news overnight... I know we hear this over and over and it feels like we are beating our heads on a brick wall. I know we are all tired of hearing it…but we are watching it all unveil…it really is moving. They have really cracked down on intel from the redemption cities…they are twisting the screws on these guys to stay quiet…whether it is NDA’s or just being leaned on…getting anything from these guys is painful….
4-15-2021 Newshound/Intel Guru Petra Anchor in what you know. What do we absolutely know? 1. We know the budget was approved on 3-31-21. That's a fact. 2. We know that the new budget hasn't been entered in the gazette. 3. Has the rate change been shown on the CBI? No. 4. Are there billions on the sidelines...private investors and companies waiting to enter into Iraq? Yes. IMO the frustration of folks comes when trying to figure out a date. Can anyone influence the launch of the reforms or influence the date of the reinstatement in the public realm? No...They cannot survive at the current program rate. Nor will it come out at the program rate because the math just doesn't work. Anchor in what we do know - that they have told us it is coming. We just don't know when. Stay the course. Anchor in know that it is coming and relax. You're not going to miss it.

There's a date they've established when they want to come out with the one-to-one rate inside of Iraq and outside of Iraq. Phase Two: Okay we've raised the value to 1 to 1, citizens are now coming in to the banks in Iraq...that's the only way they're going to get the new small category notes...When I told you Phase One and Phase Two IMO are complete one or two said 'Where is it? I don't see it...You're lying Frank. You're misleading us.' ...Phase 1 & 2 IMO are complete...about to be shown...it's electronic. It's digital. That means you can't see it just yet. 4-15-2021 Intel Guru MarkZ [via PDK] They are trying to collect the 3 zero notes in-country because they know that you and I as speculators will be turning ours in. Also the currency sites in the US that sell currency are trying to buy it back from people. They are offering $1000, $1200, $1400 for them because they can sell it back to the bank in Iraq. This is an excellent sign.
4-15-2021 Newshound/Intel Gurus Walkingstick & Frank26 It [the Iraqi dinar] is going to shoot up way past its REER...Supply and demand on the dinar is going to explode in a nuclear fashion that's why it's going to climb fast for the REER internationally. That's why I've told you you gotta know when to hold'm and when to fold'm. You've got to pay close attention. You should not run to the bank IMO. You should walk to it. Personally, I'm gonna sit back like a silver back gorilla. I'm gonna sit back on the biggest mountain I can and watch everybody. They'll be mistakes made and I'm going to learn from them...
