Brent above $86..Oil rises due to lack of supply

link

Oil prices jumped on Monday, continuing their gains to reach their highest levels in several years, as global supplies remained scarce amid strong demand for fuel in the United States and elsewhere in the world as economies recovered from the Corona virus epidemic. Caused depression.

US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 77 cents, or 1.0 percent, to $84.53 a barrel at 05:30 GMT, after rising 1.5 percent on Friday.

Brent crude futures rose 71 cents, or 0.8%, to $86.24 a barrel, after last Friday's 1.1% gain.

After more than a year of reduced demand for fuel, consumption of gasoline and distillates is back in line with five-year averages in the United States, the world's largest consumer of fuel.

Meanwhile, US energy companies last week halted oil and natural gas drilling for the first time in seven weeks even as oil prices rose, energy services firm Baker Hughes said in its closely watched report on Friday.

Oil prices were also boosted by concerns about coal and gas shortages in China, India and Europe, prompting a shift to diesel and fuel oil for power generation.

It doesn't take long to replenish ATMS. The goal is not to worry the citizens, the goal is to make them happy with the new purchase power that the new smaller notes will bring...

The Sadrist movement in Iraq Muqtada al-Sadr in a tweet: We will not allow any country to interfere in the formation of the government
10:45 24.10.202

Today, Sunday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, announced his rejection of any regional or international interference in Iraqi affairs, especially the formation of the new federal government, stressing that the negotiations or objections to the recent results are nothing but a democratic struggle.

Al-Sadr published a tweet on his personal page on "Twitter", in which he said: "We will seek to consolidate relations with neighboring countries that have not interfered in the internal affairs of Iraq, and we are working to find joint projects on the security, economic, cultural, health, educational and industrial levels, and at all levels."

Al-Sadr added, "The neighboring countries that have clear interference in Iraqi affairs, we will open a high-level dialogue with them to prevent interference at all. If they respond, this is welcome. Otherwise, we will resort to diplomatic and international methods to prevent this."

Iraq elections.. 3 blocs refuse to meet at al-Maliki's house
Home International
Sunday, October 24, 2021

While arrangements and efforts continue within the framework of the Shiite parties (or what is known as the coordinating framework) in Iraq, Al-Arabiya information reported that a meeting will be held this evening, Sunday, at the home of the head of the State of Law Alliance, Nuri al-Maliki.

However, Al-Arabiya sources confirmed that 3 effective political parties will be absent from this meeting, including the Sadrist movement, of course, and the leader of the Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim.

The absence of the chest and progress

Likewise, the "Progress" coalition will refrain from attending the meeting, which naturally seeks to conclude understandings and coalitions to form the largest bloc that will play a prominent role in forming the next Iraqi government.

While political sources indicated that al-Maliki seeks to identify the true intentions of his allies within the Shiite forces, specifically the Al-Fateh coalition and its position on the issue of forming a parliamentary bloc to confront the Sadrists, after the Electoral Commission announced the final results and approved by the Federal Court.

Maliki's concerns

She also pointed out that the former Iraqi prime minister fears that the coordinating framework he leads will be broken, if the Sadrists agree with some of the forces represented in it to form a large parliamentary bloc and remain outside the political equation alone.

And one of the analysts indicated, in statements to Al Arabiya.net, that Al-Sadr had made an alliance with "Progress" and others in order to form a coalition of the largest bloc with the aim of forming the next government.

It is noteworthy that the Sadrist movement, which came first in the results of the parliamentary elections, had directed, through its leader Muqtada al-Sadr, during the past few days, veiled criticism of the political forces and the pro-Iranian Al-Fateh Alliance, after the latter questioned those results.

Al-Sadr now has a strong pressure card in the matter of choosing the prime minister after the gains he made in the elections, but he still has to agree with other political forces to form a government.

It is noteworthy that the powerful Shiite cleric won more than 70 seats out of 329, according to the preliminary results announced by the High Elections Commission, but despite that, the issue of choosing the prime minister alone is still unlikely.
