The Director of the Information Office of the Central Bank of Iraq, Acer Jabbar, in a statement received by the "Journal News", "The Central Bank of Iraq, has developed a new slogan coincided with the history of ancient, and its leading role in the monetary policy of the Iraqi state, in addition to its contribution to national development in accordance with financial and economic changes in order to achieve stable financially sustainable.
Jabbar added that the bank has adopted the map of Iraq as an embodiment of its national identity and to confirm its belonging to the Iraqi state in accordance with the instructions issued by His Excellency the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq. The bank has used several metaphorical signs to embody Iraqi coins, , And the memory of the Iraqis and a clear symbol of monetary policy in the country, while refers to the rate of the gears to "development" in a clear reference to the role of the Central Bank of Iraq expected to revitalize the development projects throughout the country, as reflected by the position of RasAbout the obvious financial policy in Iraq. "
He continued, "The symbolism of the gears and their symmetry in the two rings of the logo confirms that they are a clear message to the role of the Central Bank of Iraq as a key nerve and important in the national economy.

Rafidain Bank announced on Sunday that it will grant loans to the doctors sector in all their specialties amounting to 75 million dinars.
The bank has decided to grant loans to doctors, doctors, dentists and veterinarians in addition to the pharmacists' class of between 25-75 million dinars," a statement by the bank said.
The bank added that the terms of the loans are:
1- A loan of 25 million Dinars to guarantee the job, clinic or pharmacy, and to ensure that a guarantor, if not an employee, is required to provide a mortgage and then to undertake a mortgage transaction.
2- A loan of 25 million dinars and up to 40 million to guarantee the job, clinic or pharmacy with two sponsors. If this is not possible,
3 - Loan from 40 million dinars to 75 million mortgage guarantee of a value of + 20 with a minimum of 90 million dinars.
4 - The owner of the loan must have a clinic or pharmacy with a license to practice a profession from the Association of doctors or pharmacists in addition to the identity of the union renewed until 2017.
5 - Lease contract of the clinic or pharmacy.
6 - to provide an inventory of materials in the clinic with a list of needs of the clinic or pharmacy printed on the calculator.
7- The term of the loan is five years, including the year of grace [ie, paying the first year only monthly benefits]. The monthly installments shall be paid from the second year of the loan.
8 - Abolishing the borrower in submitting his application for the loan or facilities through the branches within the geographical area and there is nothing to prevent the submission in any branch was within the province.
9. In the event of delay in payment of loans, the union shall be notified in order to urge the borrower to pay before taking the legal procedures to collect debts according to the law

Dear Dinarland,
Let me begin making pono by first saying how sorry I am for upsetting anyone in the RV Internet community and family.
I have acted badly at times out of frustration, angry or fear, when I could have acted more benevolently and for that I do apologize.
Like you, I too get infuriated with the pace of the RV roll out, and while I do my best to analyze everything in context to calm my own nerves, clearly I am an amateur analyst functioning within an event that requires highly skilled and trained professionals, which I am not.
Please forgive how unprepared I was walking into this currency house nearly 3 years ago, and for over 1 year now on-line. I did not understand what I was getting myself into, or you for that matter when I began posting and doing calls.
Sadly, I still don't understand this event even after all my hours, weeks and months of study. My intellect is just not what I thought it to be, and you can't buy smarts but yes arrogance is cheap, so I now agree with so many disgruntled posters and accept that its best to accept limitations and ask for forgiveness.
I did the best I could given what I had to give away, and many have heaped praised upon me for that. But I deserve much of the negative comments out there, and for those comments (corrections my ignorance or bad behavior) I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We all need critics to help us understand our true nature and positions more clearly.
Also, for those who sent me kind emails or posts, thank you. Sharing your stories made me weep from time to time. And a few really made me laugh.
