The cabinet held its regular Tuesday March 14, 2017, headed by Dr. Haider al-Abadi.
During the meeting, the vote on the draft law of the Iraqi National Oil Company and forwarded to the Parliament.
It was also voting on the draft anti-terrorism law and forwarded to the Parliament.
The council also issued a directive to reduce the number of holidays and the agreement on a national holiday by one day and be the powers of local governments to disable specific provinces as always that the holidays should not include the Ministries of basic services.
It was also a vote on the issuance of financial disclosure for officials instructions.
Council of Ministers also briefed on the measures drawn up by the major banks (Rafidain and Rasheed Iraqi Trade Bank) and the National Investment Authority to facilitate the sale of apartments in Basmajh especially lowering interest rates and through standardized instructions adopted by banks.
Search and Council of Ministers, and through the report has been submitted, the priorities of implementation of water and sewage projects in Baghdad and the provinces, according to the comprehensive plan, which the Prime Minister face prepared and according to schedules and periods of time completed in 2017 and provide the necessary funding.
