Word on the Street Tuesday 3/14/17:
TNT CONFERENCE CALL MONDAY 3/13/17 DC NY CALL RECAP:
Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Magnificent Monday. Intel wise, we have no new intel. We are where we were all last week, Waiting and hearing things happened over the weekend but had nothing about the release of the RV. You are hearing all types of things from Mosul. Its done and a set deal, and I heard that privately. Publicly, we are hearing advances of troops, flags being raised and people being captured which is good for Mosul. The expectation is when it is completely liberated, we will see the RV. Economic reform, Reconciliation process, and tweets are saying liberated Mosul after PM Abadi visited. Hearing 80% complete and 20% not . Will the public release of the RV match up with that? When this is over, we will see. It could have been held up for that to complete or using that as the excuse. It could be a combination of things, and we still have to do that four letter word. You still have to WAIT till they finally release it. This is a closely guarded secret till they tell it. We don't know what the holdup is exactly or the delay. We do hear it is done, and don't know when they will release it. All agreements have been made, and yet there is something that is stopping it from popping out. Even it I knew what it was, we still would have to wait. Take a different approach every morning we wake up and don't have an RV. We have to find the opportunity out there. There will be a day that this will all be past tense. It will have happened and will do all you have to do. Then you will look back to see what you got done before it happened and how to take advantage of opportunities. Am I ready when this release finally happens and to take advantage of whatever is out there? When the light turns green GO. You must maximize every opportunity, and are we ready for that? Be ready to position yourselves and have a solution. That is what we have been focusing on. What we are about is getting the TNT members ready. We are up to 46 banks saying Iraq dinar, we will deal with it today. We will do it when it is the right rate, and not right now at low rates. 800 numbers are good to have. How will we know? You will have to shop around. We learned along the way there is more to it . TNT will be focusing on the best or what we can get. I am trying to go to the moon and will be the focus of our calls till the RV. There will be 2 groups, the best of us and the rest of us. The best of us will take it to the top. US banks nothing has changed in over a week. Some are excited, and some are frustrated or teatering on the edge. Those in financing some have been silenced, and some still see currencies on the screen. I have reports of SKR holders accounts being funded but not from my sources. We will see. Q and A: Q Will Iran be in the first basket? Ray: It seems like an indication to me of what they are going to do on March 20th, and we will find out. Q: There has been a lot of speculation about lopping of zeroes. Have you have heard about 9 zeros being lopped? Ray. No, I have not. Q: Will the RV happen before Abadi's arrival here in the US or after? Ray: Time will tell. Caller 865: In some of your comments with PM Abadi, it would be self evident and alerted May 19th and would come earlier. What are your people saying to that? Ray: I don't know, and don't even discuss him or his travel plans. We are beyond that. We did not receive info as to why it did not happen last week. It would be great if we see it in 10 days. Caller: TX: I heard you mention about Iraq being liberated. Did you hear that President Trump is visiting Iraq? Ray: Just because it was in the Iraq news doesn't always mean its real. Ray'sWrap up: We ar still in an excited time, and hoping when I got to Chicago the bottom would fall out. I was looking forward to it, and here we are on marvelous Monday waiting for it to trickle down this week. Nothing indicating today, but it could still happen today. However, it is going to go down sooner of later, and we will get the message to you. This is more than an 800 numbers, and we are at the end of this game. This will decide how we are going to win. The Best of us will enjoy thi!. Look for the substance, and that will make all the difference. Enjoy your day! I know for me there is no question and no doubt. I am 100% How about you? It is already Done! Rayren98

3-13-2017   Intel Guru RayRen98   We’re in the same place as all of last week: waiting...Mosul is moving along...We’ve heard about advances into the city center and flags being raised. That is all good progress for Iraq, but we are anticipating that full public liberation will lead to national reconciliation and thence to the RV.   ...today I heard it is 80% liberated. From the military side, I heard that Mosul would be liberated in a few hours. So it’s bit by bit until it’s resolved on the public side, and the same with the RV. We are still in an excited time...We are at the end of this game...

3-13-2017   Newshound Guru Kaperoni
Article:  "Zain launches Cash trading platform to stimulate entrepreneurs Iraqis to turn their ideas into innovative reality"   Iraq is going from the stone age to the state of the art very quickly.  This is important for sure an they move away from a closed banking system to one that engages with the global financial system.  IMO, this will support and encourage the rapid growth of a private sector/market economy.
3-13-2017   Newshound Guru Revbo  Great   progress made today by #Iraqi forces in #Mosul they end the day with a celebration dance.  #Iraq's armed forces are only 200 metres from #Mosul's old bridge (will be the 3rd of the 5 main bridges to be liberated). [See Last week's map below on 3-8-2017]
3-13-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru BGG   [Why would it be logical for Iraq's RVed rate to come out lower than Kuwait's current rate when Iraq has so much more oil (and other resources) thank does Kuwait?]  Logical - except oil resources and prices have zero to do with currency valuation - according to the IMF...   Further - since the very definition of "currency" is a "promissary note" on the economy of a country. Truthfully - it's going to be what the world - ie, IMF, UN, WB wants it to be...since...each currency is limited by boundaries of acceptance. In Iraq's case - it is not internationally traded and therefore not accepted.   ...is this on the horizon - it sure looks promising... however, Iraq could "price" their currency at whatever they want... without international acceptance and support - who would buy it?

3-13-2017   Intel Guru DAZ
[...do you know how long the timeframe of the revalue of Kuwait and its conception to end of public announcement?]   CONCEPTION MAY HAVE TAKEN YEARS TO IMPLEMENT...I THINK I REMEMBER THE RATE ONLY BOUNCED A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER REACTIVATION...AN RI WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE .84-1.14 RANGE IN COUNTRY WITH A CALCULATED EXTERNAL RATE AT $3.22.

3-13-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru BGG   Articles:  "Mosul .. Iraqi forces predict the 'big wins' within hours"   "Mosul war will end very soon .. and Abadi called on Iraqis in Germany to return to their homeland"   "Jubouri Macgork: Today suitable conditions for a comprehensive national reconciliation"   So there are a few juicy headlines... I am still amazed at everything going on over there - and people still (as late as last nite) e-mail me boo hooing about how it hasn't happened yet.  I just comment on it - the mass of incredible news is just stunning. Iraq is moving forward with great speed.  [We haven't had any formal news from the CBI over the last few weeks about the delete the zeroes program, are you still of the impression that they are going to go ahead once Mosul is finished?]   I can only go by their most recent commentary - all looks good from what they have said. Once this security "check box" is filled - we'll have to see what they do.

3-13-2017   Intel/Newshound Guru Backdoc   [IMF taking Iran through the SAME procedures as Iraq... for their "monetary policy"...Iran has begun the steps of transparency with the IMF...]   YES... BUT QUITE FRANKLY IRAQ IS THE GOLDEN CHILD.  THEIR WEALTH IS BEYOND COMPARE.  JUST WAIT TILL THEIR MINERAL MINING GETS ROLLING, WOW!   IMO.

Fitch changes Iraq's outlook to "stable"

BAGHDAD, March 14 (Reuters) - Fitch Ratings has revised its outlook for Iraq's long-term default in foreign currency to "stable" from negative and confirmed its rating at "-B". "The revision of the outlook reflects, among other factors, that" the budget is relatively better compared to 2015 and the first half of 2016 because of the higher oil prices than expected and the contraction of government spending, " Fitch said. Its estimates indicate that the Iraqi budget deficit shrank to 8.1% In 2016 compared with 12.3 percent in 2015. The agency expects the deficit to continue to fall in 2017 to 5.1 percent of GDP "amid strong revenue growth supported by the rise in average oil prices." The Credit Rating Agency also forecast spending growth of 12.1% after a significant three-year decline in expenditure. On Iraq's debt, Fitch said the outlook for the ratio of government debt to GDP has improved thanks to lower budget deficits, higher oil prices and official adjustments to nominal GDP growth. "Our estimate of the high ratio of government debt to GDP is 62.7 percent in 2016, compared to an average of 54.9 percent for countries classified in category B, and we expect an average of 61 percent in 2017-2018." Fitch previously expected the ratio of government debt to output To 75% in 2018. The agency noted in its report that levels of political risk and security unrest in Iraq are among the highest in the countries covered by Fitch."Significant progress has been made in defeating a daunting organization, but the military campaign is bringing significant challenges to reconstruction and the humanitarian level. Sectarian and ethnic tensions continue to undermine political stability, and relations with the KRG are volatile.
