"The role of the United Nations in supporting Iraq in the post-conflict period is to support the terrorist," said a statement from his office, which was received by the deputy representative of the United Nations Secretary-General in Iraq, Georgi Posten.
"Iraq is facing an important stage that needs the support of the international community to consolidate its democratic experience," he said.
He also called for "the reconstruction of the liberated areas in conjunction with the reconstruction of the liberated areas," stressing that "the national settlement is a road map for the post-terrorist and is an urgent necessity dictated by the nature of the challenges."

Allawi launches an initiative to end the problems between Baghdad and Erbil
