We have an actual CBI spokesman claiming that their reserves are "three times" the amount of cash in circulation. Sounds to me like they "may" have about 100% coverage of their currency, which is good by any standard, but I don't understand how he comes up with "three times."

Mohammed Jassim, a 44-year-old laborer, fled with his wife and children from the Kessk area six weeks ago, in the final stages of the battle to restore the city from a hustler.
