security forces that liberated Nineveh and the rest of Iraq, which was under the

And then visited the convoy of the
liberation of the holy shrines in Najaf, after it was an oppressor deprived by
the people of Nineveh in all its specter and then returned to Baghdad convoy to
conclude its activities with a ceremony witnessed by the National Theater

Furat News) The Ministry of Displacement and Migration revealed that the budget
law approved by the House of Representatives for this year abolished all
financial grants allocated to displaced persons in accordance with Article 33 of
the General Budget for the year 2017.
The ministry said in a statement

money allocated as grants to displaced people to the five provinces that were
controlled by gangs and the terrorist lobby for reconstruction, which was

available Wednesday and Saturday. My understanding is tomorrow’s version of the
Gazette is printed and ready to go. Now I am not saying that is

should happen hopefully before the end of the week. We heard that we should be

We believe it has the information about the new addendum to the budget and the new rate for the Iraqi dinar in that budget. We are looking for it to show up in the Gazette. With it showing up in the Gazette the rate for the Iraqi dinar should show in the Gazette as well. Rates are super high we hear. We know that Iraq for example is looking to receive a mutli-billion dinar loan from IMF. We believe everything is still planned for that to go through, but Iraq has to put out their rate. That is the last thing they need to do is put it out internationally and that should be in the Gazette tomorrow [Wednesday]. That is what we are expecting. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

This phase is not something of the distant future. It is now and it is progressing forward. Could it eventually include a significant increase in the value of the dinar? Yes, and will most probably (almost certainly) culminate in some significant increase in the value of the dinar. But let’s not put the cart before the horse. First things first. Haider al-Abadi will break up with his party and form a new entity for the
upcoming parliamentary elections, a newspaper reported on Wednesday.
London-based The New Arab quoted a political figure close
to Abadi saying that the prime minister was close to declare Tahrir wal Benaa
(liberation and construction), to run the elections independently from the
Islamic Daawa party, where Vice President Nouri al-Maliki serves as a
secretary-general.
Abadi has managed to incorporate 130 members of
Islamic Daawa and other parties into his new party, the source told the
newspaper. He also won the backing of several leaders of the Popular
Mobilization Units, the Shia-led paramilitary force backing the government
troops. The latters will give up armed role in order to be able to run the
elections, according to the source.
Mansour al-Baiji, a member of Maliki’s State of the Law
coalition, which contains Islamic Daawa, said the party will run the elections
through two separate lists led by Abadi and Maliki.
He pointed to divisions and resignations rocking
the broader Iraqi National Alliance, the umbrella bloc that incorporates the
country’s largest Shia entities.
Iraq
has yet to specify a date for legislative elections intended for
2018.
Observers believe Maliki, a close ally to Iran and
