First meeting between the United States and Iran on the nuclear agreement at the United Nations

September 15, 2017 at the Media Center , reports the comments on the first anticipated meeting between the United States and Iran on the UN nuclear agreement closed
US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is expected to meet next week at the United Nations for his first meeting on the nuclear deal with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Jawad Zarif and other parties involved in the deal, diplomats said on Thursday.
The meeting next Wednesday with Iran and the six major powers - China, France, Germany, Russia and the United States - comes as US President Donald Trump is considering a possible withdrawal from the historic 2015 agreement.
EU Foreign Minister Federica Mugherini will chair the talks on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, diplomats said.
Iranian President Hassan Rowhani is expected to address the fate of the accord in his speech Wednesday at the United Nations, a day after Trump delivered his first address to the 193-nation assembly.
On Thursday, Washington announced new sanctions against Iran targeting 11 entities and individuals supporting the Revolutionary Guards or involved in information attacks on the US financial system.
Trump is set to decide on October 15 whether Iran has broken the 2015 nuclear deal and its opponents fear it could abandon an agreement it believes is preventing Tehran from making a nuclear bomb.
Under the nuclear deal, Iran handed over a lot of enriched uranium, dismantled a reactor and opened nuclear facilities to UN inspectors in exchange for the United States and Europe lifting some of the sanctions imposed on it.
During a visit to Washington in July, Zarif complained that he had to re-discuss the agreement with Tilerson and that the administration was sending "contradictory signals" about the fate of the deal.
"There is no contact between me and Tilerson," Zarif said. "That does not mean there will be no contacts. The possibilities of meeting were always open. "

9-15-2015  Intel Guru RayRen98  It’s my understanding banks are on high alert for next week’s activity, gearing up and getting ready.  Iraqi television is still looping their information about lower denominations and electronic banking, so that gives us a lot to look forward to next week.   I am looking for things to pop out information-wise through the course of this weekend.  All roads are pointing towards a good probability for next week – it’s not guaranteed, but the information suggests a good probability.   [post 2 of 2]

9-15-2017   Intel Guru RayRen98
Iraq told the people that it would revalue the currency in September, and Abadi announced that ‘economic reforms are complete’. We don’t know exactly what the means, so we’ll just have to wait and see how that applies to us.  ...it’s status quo apart from waiting for the bank screens to be reset.  That happened, and new screens populated but no one would say what the rates were.  Then the rates surfaced...Now, the rates are on the screens for (select) people to see, and now it’s being reported that the rates are LIVE rates, and it is anticipated that we should be able to do something with these live rates.   [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

Article:  "Three quarters of the money out of the banks. Central and calls for investing."   So many articles coming out about the need to somehow get the hoarders to let go of their dinar's, and invest this week... This is a great sign simply because it indicates they do intend do to something about it... Here is the thing... Once they do raise the value of their currency, and give the people purchasing power, it will encourage spending... And of course these business's taking what has been spent in their establishment's, and placing them in them in the new Iraqi banking system... One that will be more efficient, and convenient for them...

Article:   "The Iraqi Central Bank participates in the ninth conference of the International Alliance for Financial Inclusion"   Well well. This sure looks like they are about to roll out the red carpet for a new power house in finance for the region. Going on now through tomorrow. I noticed parliament is in session for tomorrow on the Kurds.. hmm.. man is this getting good!!

9-15-2017   Intel Guru Bruce  Many of you know that Prime Minister Abadi and a couple of other Dignitaries were here and they went up to New York to speak to the UN.  I did hear that Iraq did initiate their monetary reforms 4 days ago in Iraq. We were looking for an announcement to reflect the new rate. We believe the Gazette did come out yesterday with the rate, I don’t have it exactly yet. I am not for sure it got released or it will be release Saturday as far as the new rate. Iraq is done. They are moving along well and that will bode well for us in the very near future. We are very close to this going. I hear some things about any day now, and I feel good about that.

9-15-2017   Newshound Guru G-Lin   Therefore, it is not possible to cancel the "dollarization" of the Iraqi economy by administrative decision or by administrative orders from the monetary authority, but the phenomenon will gradually disappear because of the reasons that led to it, ie after the monetary reform referred to above, because the dinar will then become an easy mode of trading and a store of value that avoids using the dollar.  Raise the value through monetary reform to 1.2 and the hoarding will disappear.   [post 2 of 2]

9-15-2017   Newshound Guru G-Lin   Article:  "For economic reforms and upgrading of banking institutions"   IN A NUTSHELL, WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS:  For more than four years, officials in Iraq talk about a project for monetary reform through which the exchange rate of the Iraqi currency against the dollar so that the new dinar is equal to 1.2 dinars to the dollar instead of 1,200.  But the move was postponed until a later time because of the exit of some areas of Iraq from the control of the government after the occupation «urged» them. Military operations began to recover these areas, which still exist. The Government is expected to return to the same project after the end of military operations.    [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

9-15-2017   Intel/Newshound Guru payray  Article:   "For economic reforms and upgrading of banking institutions"   Quote:  "For the success of this linkage, administrative restrictions have been applied to the external transfer of goods, services and capital movement. Thus, it followed conservative monetary and financial policies that kept the stability of the Iraqi dinar stabilized by the Central Bank at $ 3.2 per dinar."   ...this is great news.. If they want to get those 3 zero notes off the streets, 3.22 would certainly do the job...the dollar would be non-existent in no time.

WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM JESTER IN A LONG TIME.
9/15/2017 11:32:00 AM Chat, Intel, Jester, Thoughts
Jester’s Place

[JESTER] HELLO AND HAPPY THURSDAY EVERYONE...

[JESTER] THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR HELPING WITH THE ROOM AGAIN... THAT HELPS ME A LOT...

[JESTER] IF WHAT I AM HEARING KEEPS MOTIVATING THEN WE MAY NOT HAVE TO DO THAT AGAIN...

[diditrvyeet] JESTER sweet

[caro] Great news

[Patience] IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION, NOW IS A GOOD TIME TO ASK, JUST SAYIN !!

[MarySunshine] JESTER Can you tell us more about what you just shared?

[PollyP] JESTER can you tell us more?

[PollyP] MarySunshine lol

[diditrvyeet] JESTER any hints on what you are hearing

[JESTER] YOU GUYS ARE MAKING ME CRACK UP...REMEMBER WHEN I WAS TALKING A WEEK AGO TODAY I SAID THERE WAS LOTS OF PEEPS THINKING SOMETHING WAS HAPPENING...

[JESTER] TOLD YOU WE WERE LOOKING AND LOOKING...

[diditrvyeet] JESTER yes

[JESTER] WELL WHEN WE COULDN'T PINPOINT ANY TRUTH WE SORT OF BLEW IT OFF AS ANOTHER FALSE START...

[JESTER] THE REALITY IS THAT THE FEEDBACK DIDN'T START COMING BACK TO US UNTIL EARLIER THIS WEEK...

[JESTER] THE STUFF WE COULD NOT VERIFY THEN... WE STARTED GETTING A LOT OF CONSENSUS ON WHAT HAPPENED...

[JESTER] CREDIT SOME OF MY BEST CONTACTS... REDWOLF... MARKZ... AVENTADOR... AND A CONTACT OF HOCUS POCUS BLESS HER... AND A COUPLE OF MY OWN HIGHER UPS FOR ALL SHARING AND PUTTING THE PIECES IN PLACE...

[JESTER] I DON'T NEED TO TELL YOU IN WHAT HIGH REGARD I HOLD THEIR INFORMATION...

[JESTER] THE LONG AND SHORT OF THE THING IS THAT SOMETHING ACTUALLY DID HAPPEN LAST WEDNESDAY... THEY TRIED TO START THE PROCESS... BUT IT WAS A HUGE SCREW UP IN COMPUTER GLITCHES FOR THE PEOPLE WITH CONTROL OF THE FUNDS TO BE BROUGHT TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN TO INTERFACE WITH THE NEW SYSTEM...

[JESTER] THEY WORKED THROUGH SOME OF IT BUT IN THE MEANTIME SOME OTHER ISSUES AROSE... MAINLY IN THE FORM OF SOME OF THE LARGE BANKS THAT TRIED TO INSERT THEIR DERIVATIVE DEBT INTO THE EQUATION OF THE REPATRIATION DEBT PROCESS... A BIG NO NO... THAT WAS FORTUNATELY CAUGHT IN THE ACT... PROBABLY BY THE NEW SYSTEM... AND SHUT DOWN THE WHOLE PROCESS...

[JESTER] IN THE MEANTIME WE HAVE ALSO GOTTEN A MUCH CLEARER UNDERSTANDING OF THE OVERALL PROCESS...

[JESTER] I MAKE THIS NOTE BECAUSE IN THE PAST THERE HAVE BEEN TWO SCHOOLS OF THOUGHT... THE GLOBAL RESET PATH OF ASSET BACKED CURRENCIES... AND THE WHOLE CHINESE ELDER, ADMIRAL, COTTRELL SCENARIO TO BRING BACK THE REPUBLIC STUFF...

[JESTER] WELL AS IT TURNS OUT... THEY ARE BOTH THERE FOR A REASON... SO SIMPLE IT NEVER OCCURRED BEFORE... A SIMPLE POINT THAT WILL MAKE SO MUCH SENSE YOU WILL GO DANG.... WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT...

[JESTER] WELL AM TAKING CREDIT FOR THAT ONE... WITH REDWOLFS RATIFICATION...

[JESTER] LIKE TO CONTINUE?

[Patience] JESTER YES PLEASE

[MarySunshine] JESTER YES.... Edge of my seat here....

[JESTER] HAHAHA... JUST KIDDING... I’M JUST AS EXCITED AS YOU GUYS WILL BE... YOU'LL SEE..

[JESTER] SO WE’VE BEEN TALKING GLOBAL RESET... THAT IS WHAT WE SPECIALIZE IN AND BEEN COVERING FOR A WHILE... KIND OF GOT AWAY FROM THE WHOLE REPUBLIC THING BECAUSE WE COULD NOT MAKE IT FIT THE PUZZLE...

[JESTER] SO YOU ARE ALL WELL AWARE OF THE WHOLE GLOBAL RESET INFORMATION... WE BEEN TALKING ABOUT IT HERE FOR A LONG WHILE... NONE OF THAT HAS CHANGED... IT IS STILL PLANNED AS WE BEEN SAYING TO LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD OF ALL COUNTRIES WITH ASSET BACKED CURRENCY... SO FAR SO GOOD RIGHT?

[JESTER] ALL THOSE PLAYERS ARE STILL THE SAME... NO WORRIES...

[JESTER] PLAN STILL THE SAME... GOOD DEAL...

[JESTER] SO LETS TALK ABOUT THE U.S.... HOW ARE THEY DIFFERENT FROM MOST COUNTRIES?

[JESTER] THE FREAKING CENTRAL BANK OF THE US... IS NOT FEDERAL AT ALL... IT IS A PRIVATE BANK THAT LENDS US MONEY AT INTEREST WHEN WE NEED IT... A SHAM OF THEFT OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE...

[JESTER] SO IF WE ARE GOING TO ASSET BACK THE CURRENCY IT CANNOT BE DONE AT THE FED... WE ARE JUST BORROWING FIAT MONEY TO USE AT INTEREST...

[JESTER] NOW LETS TALK ABOUT THE WHOLE SCENARIO OF ELDERS AND ADMIRALS AND HODGES AND COTTREL AND THAT WHOLE SCENARIO THAT NOT VERY MANY PEOPLE HAVE A HANDLE ON...

[JESTER] I AM NOT GOING TO GO INTO DETAILS OF WHO IS DOING WHAT... NOT ENOUGH TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW ALL THAT TIES TOGETHER AND WHO DOES WHAT... REST ASSURED THE SCENARIO IS A PLAN TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN AND EACH PERSON HAS THEIR PART OF THE JOB... AND THAT IS JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG OF PEEPS MAKING THIS HAPPEN... EACH HAS TO MOVE THEIR PART OF THE PUZZLE INTO PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME...

[JESTER] THE WHOLE THING IS ALL SET UP AND READY TO GO... WITH THE GOAL BEING THE FUNDING OF THE UST...

[JESTER] THE UST CAN HAVE ASSET BACKED CURRENCY... KENNEDY DID THAT BACK WHEN HE WAS PRESIDENT AND GOT A BULLET IN THE HEAD FOR HIS TROUBLE... AND THE ASSET BACKED CURRENCY DID NOT LAST LONG AFTER THAT AND JOHNSON HAD IT OFF THE STREETS IN MONTHS...

[JESTER] THE UST GETS FUNDED AND EVERYONE IS HAPPY... LIKE JIM WILLIE PREDICTED THE ASSET BACKED CURRENCY WILL BE THERE TO USE FOR TRADE THAT AMERICAN PEOPLE WILL BE STUCK WITH THE SCHIESSE DOLLAR...

[JESTER] DOESN'T MATTER... IT WILL SPEND IN THE U.S. JUST FINE UNTIL AND IF THEY CAN EVER GET RID OF IT...

[JESTER] WON'T BE WORTH SPIT OUT OF THE COUNTRY... IT IS MY OPINION THAT THE EXISTING OUT OF COUNTRY DOLLAR WILL BE REPATRIATED AND/OR REPLACED... ASSUMING IT IS NEEDED AT ALL THE WAY THINGS ARE GOING WITH THE YUAN...

[JESTER] SO THE UST WILL ADD TO THE TILL BY TAKING IN DINAR GROUPS AND BROKERING OIL CREDITS TO THE CHINESE WHILE POCKETING A PERCENTAGE FOR THE EFFORT... THAT IS WHAT THAT IS ALL ABOUT...

[JESTER] NOW YOU SHOULD BE STARTING TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE TWO OPINIONS OF GURUS AND PEEPS WERE REALLY BOTH RIGHT... THEY JUST DIDN'T TIE IT ALL TOGETHER YET...

[JESTER] MAKE SENSE?

[stillwacko] JESTER yes

[mentoredlife] Thanks Jester Will read that through a few times to process it all.

[JESTER] ANY QUESTIONS... EXCEPT I AM NOT GOING TO NAME NAMES... IT IS WAY PAST THAT ANYWAY...

[MarySunshine] JESTER This is amazing!!

[JESTER] mentoredlife THAT IS A SYNOPSIS SO IF YOU GET STUCK LET ME KNOW...

[mentoredlife] Jester Thanks. What happens to the FED? Does it fizzle out?

[JESTER] mentoredlife LIKE I SAID... IT WILL TAKE A WHILE TO GET RID OF THEM... BUT I AM HOPING SOMEONE CAN MAKE THAT HAPPEN SOMEDAY...

[JESTER] IT DEPENDS ON THE PEOPLE I WOULD SAY... IF ENOUGH AMERICANS LIKED TO GET RID OF THE FED... WE COULD ALL DO IT...

[JESTER] IF THE FED BECOMES THE SLAVE BANK WITH THE INTERNAL SCHIESSE DOLLAR AS WILLIE SAYS... THEN THEY COULD KEEP GOING... IT WILL BE UP TO THE PEOPLE TO CHANGE IT...

[JESTER] IN THE MEANTIME THE US WILL HAVE TO ASSET BACK A UST CURRENCY TO USE FOR TRADE IN THE WORLD IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THAT VENUE...

[mentoredlife] Jester Fair enough. I watched an interesting documentary called Agenda and Agenda2 recently about the growing socialist movement in the US. The solution to that was the people speaking up, so I think that would apply to this situation as well.

[PollyP] Jester, knowing what you know now, do you have any thought on timing?

[MarySunshine] JESTER Will we continue to pay taxes to them?

[JESTER] THE FED DEPENDS ON THE PEOPLE PAYING TAXES IN PERPETUITY TO EXIST...THAT CAN BE CHANGED... WHO HERE WOULD RATHER HAVE A CURRENCY WE WERE NOT MAKING INTEREST ON IN THE WAY OF TAXES?

[clange] Me

[JESTER] THE FED RESERVE IS A CANCER ON THE EARTH... IT NEEDS TO GO...

[JESTER] THAT IS WHY THE REST OF THE WORLD IS TURNING AWAY FROM THAT SYSTEM... IT IS HAPPENING IN THE WORLD BEFORE YOUR EYES...

[JESTER] ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS OPEN THEM AND LOOK AROUND...

[MarySunshine] JESTER It seems that Trump is the right President to navigate us through this change....

[JESTER] MarySunshine HIS NAME WAS MENTIONED IN THE SCENARIO I HEARD... HEARD HE DIDN'T MOVE FORWARD WHEN THEY FOUND OUT ABOUT THE BANKS TRYING TO INSERT THE DERIVATIVES... I THINK HE IS ON THE RIGHT PAGE...

[JESTER] HE KNEW ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE THINGS WERE PROGRESSING PROPERLY BEFORE MOVING ON...

[MarySunshine] JESTER Good to know!

[JESTER] SO THEY’VE BEEN WORKING OUT ALL THOSE ISSUES AND MAKING SURE THAT WHEN IT GOES IT ALL GOES AT THE SAME INSTANCE TO PREVENT ANYONE FROM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION TO MAKE A BUNCH OF MONEY ON ANY DISPARITIES.... IT HAS TO ALL GO AT ONCE TO PREVENT THAT FROM HAPPENING...

[MarySunshine] JESTER So... you think this week?

[JESTER] MarySunshine WELL NO...

[JESTER] MAYBE TONIGHT...

[JESTER] DIDN'T SEE THAT ONE COMING DID YOU...

[Sandhaul] Oh

[JESTER] HAHAHAHAHA...

[MarySunshine] JESTER :o

[diditrvyeet] JESTER funny one lol

[Betsy Ross] no

[mentoredlife] Jester No wonder you had trouble containing yourself.

[JESTER] WELL I KEPT LAST WEEK TO MYSELF BECAUSE WE JUST DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH INFO... TOOK THE WAIT AND SEE...

[Betsy Ross] JESTER Wow!!

[JESTER] EVERYONE IS SINGING THE SAME TUNE RIGHT NOW... INCLUDING MY UST GUY... SO I AM GOING WITH THEY ARE TRYING AGAIN NOW...

[diditrvyeet] JESTER well you don't sleep much but that would have kept me awake even

[MarySunshine] JESTER So where do we look to see if something happened?

[JESTER] WE WILL OBVIOUSLY KNOW MORE OVER THE COMING DAYS... WE DID SEE RESULTS OF LAST WEEK... SOME MONEY ACTUALLY DID MOVE BEFORE IT GOT STOPPED...

[JESTER] LET'S HOPE IT GOES ALL THE WAY THROUGH THIS TIME...

[JESTER] GOOD NIGHT KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED... SEEYALATERBYE

Washington renewed its rejection of the referendum in Kurdistan
2017/9/16 10:52
[Ayna-Follow]
The White House renewed its call for the Kurdistan region of Iraq to abandon the draft referendum on independence from Iraq on September 25, saying that the referendum would be a "provocative" and "destabilizing".
This came a few hours after the approval of the Parliament of Kurdistan to hold the referendum, where the US presidency said in a statement that the referendum will undermine efforts to eliminate the gangs of terror advocates as well as efforts to "establish stability in the liberated areas," calling.
"We call on the Kurdistan Regional Government to stop the referendum and enter into a serious and ongoing dialogue with Baghdad, which the United States indicated its readiness to facilitate," the White House said on Friday.
US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson had earlier asked the head of the Kurdistan region of Iraq Massoud Barzani to postpone the organization of the referendum.
In the same context, the Parliament of Kurdistan in its extraordinary session on Friday to hold a referendum on the secession of the Territory by its scheduled date on 25 September, ignoring the regional and international rejection of the referendum.
The referendum was supported by 65 members of the 68 who attended the session, after boycotting the Change Movement and the Islamic Group.
The decision of the Kurdish parliament hours after Massoud Barzani announced his rejection of the postponement of the referendum in a speech yesterday in the district of Amadiyah province Duhok province.
The federal government in Baghdad rejects the referendum, saying it does not comply with the country's constitution, passed in 2005, and does not benefit the Kurds "politically, economically and nationally."
Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said that his government will make every effort to cancel it, and that it will not recognize it, adding that his country will cooperate with Turkey in this regard.
The call for a referendum on the secession of the region has raised concerns among neighboring countries, especially Turkey, that it could fuel the separatist aspirations of Kurdish minorities on its territory.
