Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Hump Day. What and interesting week and an interesting turn of events. Just when you thought nothing else could possibly happen to slow down the wheels of progress, who ever would have thought and internal disruption would be the topic of discussion. In the midst of the in country turmoil, they are still reporting on TV that the private bankers have completed their training. If here is no indication of an RV happening why would they be training. Put two and two together and don't fall for everything that is coming down the pike as far as information. Sure it may be real, but that doesnt mean it having any impact that some of you are thinking. Why would the private bankers be training if nothing is happening anytime soon. So you have the news that you all have been subscribing to and hearing variations of the internal turmoil goin on in Iraq between Kurdistan Baghdad, however you want to phrase that. The reports are flying out here like milk and honey just flowing. All types of things going on like the 72 hour to release control of the borders. Now that 72 hours has been pinned as 1800 hours by Friday as a deadline. Talk of using force if necessary with all this political stuff. Things we really don't need to be bogged down with as we can't change any of it anyway. We are definately spectators in this fight. We will just sit back and watch and see what happens. When it is time for us to make our move, then we will make our move. Now Abadi supposedly announced to Parliament today that he is targeting the end of November for full liberation and some of these other issues to be resolved. Some would look at that as being Economic Reforms not till the end of November. Some of you might go that route and some of you might choose not to. It is an individual choice whether to accept that or not. Either way we can't do anything about it but wait whether its going to happen today or next month or the end of Novermber. Most of us are still focusing on the end of this month and into October. Stranger things have happened. When you just look at the mechanics of things, the 30th being when alot of the entities involved will be doing their reconciling. It seems it is appropriate for the first of October for anything new to kick in after all reconciliations are done. I don't know. We will see. These are just some thoughts that we are putting out there. We have banks over here have initiated training and upgrading some of their policies and procedures on how to handle us at that appropriate time. So if they are going through all of that, does that sound like no RV ever ever ever? I don't think so. So we need to squawsh that whole idea forever of no RV. A little better than the date we would like to see it. Sure that is possible, because that has already been the case. It has happened later than the day we would have liked to have seen it. With that in mind , then we will naturally have some additonal training of windows of opportunity prior to the release on Forex if it holds to be true. We will give you things to consider and you can use your own judgement based on the facts and into presented to you to make decisions favorable for your end result. Al-Furat News) announced the stream of national wisdom led by Mr. Ammar

Jubouri is attending the parliament despite the death of his father
The Speaker of the House of
Representatives, Salim al-Jubouri, on Wednesday, to the parliament building
despite the death of his father this morning after suffering from heart
disease.
A source said that "Jubouri
arrived in the House of Representatives to attend the meeting despite the death
of his father, and received condolences from the deputies in the cafeteria of
parliament."
It is expected that the presence
of Prime Minister Haider Abadi in today's session to vote on the proposal to
amend the law of the Independent High Electoral Commission.

Barzani: We will not hand over airports and ports to Baghdad
The Democratic Party of Kurdistan

The leadership of the party,

"The region is ready to receive
inspectors from the Iraqi government to know the imports, airports and ports,
but can not be delivered to the government because the airports are subject to
the territorial government."
She pointed out that "the threat
language pursued by the Iraqi government towards the region is accelerating the
process of separation" and expressed the hope that "the adoption of the language
of dialogue in resolving outstanding problems."
The director of Sulaymaniyah
International Airport Taher Abdullah said Wednesday that he was surprised by the
decision of the Iraqi Council of Ministers to hand over Erbil and Sulaymaniyah
airports to the federal authority, stressing that the airport is subject to the
instructions of the federal authorities, including the Iraqi Civil Aviation
Authority.

Rafidain reveals the duration of the repayment of soft loans for students and professors
Rafidain Bank on Wednesday
revealed the duration of the repayment of soft loans for students, professors
and researchers from postgraduate studies, while noting that conditions have
been set to grant these loans.
A statement issued by the bank's
media office received by the "Journal News" that "the length of repayment of
soft loans for students and professors and researchers from the postgraduate
studies, amounting to five million dinars for a period of two years."
He added that "the bank has set
conditions for the granting of these loans, the most important of which is to
pay installments monthly with interest scheduled after one month from the date
of grants." He pointed out that "the interest rate is calculated annually in the

More than 9 million students go to school to mark the start of the new school year
The Ministry of Education
announced the arrival of more than 9 million students today, 27 September, to

targeting the end of November for these issues to be resolved, and some
automatically assume that he means the final economic reforms. Either way,
we cannot influence the process. Most are still focusing on the end of this
month into the beginning of October. When you look at the
mechanics of things including fiscal reconciliation, it does seem like the 1.
October is appropriate. We’ll see. Banks over here have
initiated training on how to handle us on the appropriate procedures – does that
sound like there is ‘no RV ever, ever, ever’? Yes, it’s happening later

This referendum situation took priority. And with good reason. This easily could turn into another Israel Palestinian conflict. Kirkuk is Kurdistan's Palestine. It is all about the oil and disputed territories. It always has been. Thus no 140. Maybe this will force them into an agreement but when you throw Maliki and Iran in the mix, it's scary. Syria and Israel seem to be ok with the Kurds forming an independent state, but the rest of the M.E. and the U.S. and Europe are not happy with the Kurds. Now will this mess effect the economics? What I AM looking at is the aftermath. Turkey is leaning HARD on the KRG after the referendum. 85% of Kurdish oil exports leave via Turkey, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdrogan stated point blank that they will close that border if that’s what it takes to get the KRG back in line. This is some serious strong arming! OIL is at a high right now. We’ve all been waiting for the price to go up, and the $60 mark is in sight! Kurdish Regional President Barzani issued a statement regarding the vote, which apparently revealed exactly what we thought would happen - the people voted for Independence. Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi said
that the federal government will impose the rule of the federal authority by
force of the Constitution and the law in the Kurdistan region as are all Iraqi
provinces.
During his speech at the House of
Representatives, he also praised the victories achieved by the gangs that
support terrorism and liberate the Iraqi territories, stressing that we will
continue with the liberation operations and the return of the displaced, and we
will not allow anyone to stop us from liberating our lands.
Dr. Haider al-Abadi condemned all
attempts to stir up sectarianism, nationalism and racism, pointing out that the
Iraqis managed to defeat the terrorists in their unity when terrorism enabled us
to split.
He added: "Our primary goal is to serve
the citizens and the unity of our country. We are surprised by the referendum
procedures. We warned the leaders of the region of serious repercussions for
them," stressing that we will not deviate from the constitution, which has
supreme authority over all authorities and our national duty to defend Iraq and
its unity. We started this.
He said sovereignty: that the Iraqis
are all partners and no one has the right to be unique in its decision and we
reject the referendum and its results.
Dr. Haider al-Abadi said that the
return to sectarian, racist, nationalist and chauvinist discourse is a crime
against citizens.
He also pointed out that the
international situation supports us and remains a supporter of Iraq's unity and
sovereignty.
He pointed out that Kurdish citizens
are Iraqi and will remain as well and will not take any step that harms the
interests of our Kurdish citizens and their dignity and
well-being.

Prime Minister Dr. Haider Abadi
received a telephone call from French President Emmanuel Macaron.
Macaron congratulated Dr. Haider
al-Abadi and the Iraqi people on the victories achieved by terrorist
gangs.
The French president reiterated the
French position on respect for Iraq's unity, territorial integrity, stability
and rejection of the referendum in the Kurdistan region.
Macaron praised the high level of
responsibility of Dr. Haider Al-Abadi to solve the problem and reiterated his
support for Iraq and its unity. He also renewed the invitation of Dr. Haider
Al-Abadi to visit France.
For his part, Dr. Haider al-Abbadi
thanked the French and international position, which is clear and supportive of

redrawing its borders.

Urgent: 92% of voters vote "yes" in
referendum

commission in the Kurdistan region announced on Wednesday the results of the
vote in the referendum on secession.

"the proportion of voters yes in the referendum for the independence of

control of a gang of terrorist gangs, including four-wheel drive vehicles and

Ramadi after the terrorist attacks this morning," said a statement to the

Regional Government on Wednesday approved the presence of observers in the
international airports of Erbil and Sulaymaniyah.
The
referendum on the independence of the region sparked a sharp dispute with the
Iraqi government, prompting the latter to put pressure on Kurdistan in order to
discourage the plans for separation.
The final results of the referendum, which was
broadcast on Wednesday, showed that 93 percent of
those who voted voted for independence.
Foreign
airlines began suspending flights to two international airports in Kurdistan
after the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority said international flights to Erbil and
Sulaymaniyah were suspended at 1500 GMT on Tuesday.
The Kurdish
authorities rejected Baghdad's request to cancel the referendum as a condition
for dialogue and the handing over of the two international airports in the
region.

Qatar Airways cancels its flights to the region as of

cancel flights to northern Iraq from September 29 to
October 1 at the request of Iraqi civil aviation
authorities.
The company
said in a statement: "The flights to and from Erbil and Sulaimaniya were
canceled after the Iraqi authorities said that all flights will be suspended
from Friday to the airports of the two cities."
Foreign
airlines began suspending flights to two international airports in Kurdistan
after the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority said international flights to Erbil and

The Kurdish

with the House of Representatives, and that the relevant parliamentary

parliamentary committees concerned with the competent government bodies
from next week, after the Ashura holiday, and

procedures.
He added that "there is a package of
procedural decisions related to the authority of the Prime Minister, Abadi will
implement directly, especially related to the deployment of federal forces in
Kirkuk and other areas, to be briefed by the Parliament periodically through his
presence to the House of Representatives every month to report the
implementation of those Measures ". He said that "the presence of the Prime
Minister to the House of Representatives increased the strength of the
government's parliamentary position rejecting the draft referendum in all its
details, as well as the wisdom of Abadi in dealing with the
crisis, which was appreciated by parliament and deputies."
"The
government has informed other countries of the decision to close airports and
air space and suspend all flights to airports in northern Iraq and the ban will
