Word on the Street Tuesday 9/19/17:
TNT CONFERENCE CALL MONDAY 9/18/17 DC NY CALL RECAP:
Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Marvelous Monday. It is still very quiet and not alot of new intel to share. Only one piece of new intel that needs to be researched for accuracy. Lets just recap from last week going into the weekend and where we are today We talked Friday about screens showing live rates and showing anticipation of Monday Tuesday possibly of visiting banks and today is Monday. They have been on alert and some apparently have on Sunday for some possible exchange activity. It seems like that did not materialize or if it did it was not made known to me. We had the television for the better part of last week broadcasting the CBI plans for the lower denoms getting set to come in and engage in banking. All of those things. The announcement from Abadi the Economic Reform had completed. Now, we are still waiting till this day to see some physical evidence of the Economic Reforms being completed. Most of the scuttlebutt throughout the weekend was the referendum situation. If it is or if it isn't. If it is, the IMF said it is not going to effect their economy either way. I guess if it is or if it isn't, it is not going to be that big of a deal to us either, because the currency still needs to change in value. I guess they are just trying to have a say in that part of it. So the only new information to come to me today is Home sales are moving down in the Caribbean islands and it is believed that Iraqis are making the purchases. Don't know if that is because value changes or some other phenomenom of having mondy and supposedly purchasing real estate down in those southern based islands and we will as more information surfaces regarding that, but other than that it is quiet. Lets see what questions I can entertain on the board. Q and A: Q You mentioned that the banks finally described the rates as live. What does that mean in this instance? Ray: The banks are not transacting business freely at those rates yet, or are they? No they are not. It means we are still in a wait and see mode when it is available. Q: Upon exchange of the Zim currency is 5% available to you at that time ? Is there a holding period? Ray: I was told it would not be immediately available, but no time frame was given. Q: Is the Zim expected to be in the first basket? Ray: Yes. Q:Regarding the Zim, how can a currency that is not tradeable and will not become tradeable have the value to produce the structure you are expecting? Ray: I don't know. It would seem the country of Zimbabwe would have to back the funding of its currency from their reserves which we believe is a country little in reserves. It would seem that way. I don't know Q: At one time I heard would should use the bank of the Lords of London? Is this still the bank recommended by you? Ray: No. Q: What is your understanding of which countries will be in the first basket? Ray: IQD, VNN, Zim, Rupiah, Afghan. Q: Per you post a major bank is tied to the SDR's could you elaborate please? Ray: Purpose of the SDR is to supplement the countries reserves as I understand it. 186 countries participate in regards to being able to receive these type loans from the five majors. SDR's can be exchanged for freely usable currencies. The question is the IQD now tied to the 5 majors and able to lend to the countries to bump up their reserves? Ray: I don't know.We will look into that. Q: When we ask bank to exchange currencies and when it is shipped off to another place, how do we find out if that bank is suitable to exchange if we do not get 800 numbers. Ray: Phrase it the same way you just phrased it to me. Q: Any news from the mosque or CBI you can share? Ray: No news yet. Q; Any news on the ATM's at the airport locations you can share? Ray: no news yet. A banking source didn't think the 80- 20 would apply Callers: Caller: You mentioned your sources from the expectation of low, medium or high for this week. What do they range? Ray: For this week high. Caller: I was not on the call when Tony got on the call last night. Was that your info or Tony's SKR's liquidated Sunday and our time could be Tuesday? Ray: That was my info from a thought process that something was going to happen and it could be SKR acitivity that could be processed on Sunday. Ray: Never got a comfirmation of that, no not yet. Caller: When you do the exchange for the dinar does it matter if it is circulated currency or uncirculated? Ray: Only if you have a phobia of touching money thats been touched. It doesn't matter. . Ray's Wrap Up: Oh yes. Going to have a good day today. It's Monday Marvelous Monday and we will see what the rest of the day brings us. Informations wise it has been an extremely slow day. Once the switch has been flipped, things can happen instantly. Cash can come down in large numbers or a small trickle. We don't know yet, so we patiently what to see what we learn next and what part of the process reveals itself next. Even in the midst of that when it finally hits, lets still be prepared to wait just a little bit longer to access the situation. Then we will know which way to go in and which way not to. Lets sees what happens thoughout the course of the dayand what other information may reach us so we can get it out to you. Keep Believing! I do! Enjoy your Monday. Rayren98

Rosneft is holding a deal with the region to build a gas pipeline

Date of release: 2017/9/18 12:0530 times read
Russia's Rosneft is seeking to invest in gas pipelines in the Kurdistan region to expand its activities in the region ahead of a referendum on independence that will help it become a major gas exporter to Turkey and Europe.
The region has been exporting oil separately from Baghdad since 2014, and the federal government considers it to be contrary to law and the constitution.
Rosneft joined the list this year as the region lent hundreds of millions of dollars to guarantee future oil sales.
Rosneft and the Kurdistan government said the Kremlin-controlled company was now expanding investments to extend to gas by agreeing to finance a gas pipeline in the region.
Two sources close to the deal said the investments would reach more than $ 1 billion.
A referendum poll will be held on May 25 to seek secession from Baghdad after years of dispute over budget revenues and share of oil exports.
Erbil needs the KRG's money to fund the war on a hawkish and because of a budget crisis, the latest of which is the drop in oil prices.
The region relied on pre-funded oil deals to improve its financial position and found it difficult to develop its large gas reserves, which needed more investment to develop over a longer period.
Rosneft's arrival will speed up the development of gas reserves, which have so far been led by medium-sized companies.
For Rosneft, the world's largest oil company by production, the deal represents a strong boost to its ambitions in the global gas market. Rosneft is also trying to compete with Gazprom, which monopolizes Russian gas exports, to supply gas to Europe.
For Turkey this means new supplies for its energy-hungry economy and the possibility of becoming a major gas supply hub to Europe.
The pipeline capacity is expected to reach 30 billion cubic meters of gas exports per year in addition to supplying local users, and Kurdistan has some of the largest unused gas reserves close to Europe.
Rosneft wants to help Kurdistan supply large export markets, accounting for six percent of total gas demand in Europe and about a sixth of Russia's current gas exports, the largest gas supplier to Europe by far.
The pipeline will be extended in 2019 to serve the Kurdistan region and is scheduled to start exporting in 2020.
Rosneft earlier lent money to Kurdistan by promising future oil sales and agreed to help the region expand its pipeline network.
Kurdistan is seeking to increase oil exports to one million bpd by the end of the decade, compared to 650,000 bpd now

© AFP / Archive Turkish authorities announced Monday the start of military exercises on the Iraqi border a week before the date of a referendum on independence in the Kurdistan region of Iraq opposed by Ankara.
ANKARA (AFP) - Turkish armed forces announced on Monday the start of military exercises on the Iraqi border a week before a referendum on independence in Iraq's Kurdish region opposed by Ankara.
"Anti-terrorism operations in the border area continue in parallel with the exercises," the Turkish military said in a statement.
The referendum will be held on September 25 in the Iraqi province, which since 1991 has been self-governing and has expanded over time.
Ankara, facing a Kurdish rebellion in its south-eastern regions, strongly opposes the referendum.
Witnesses said they saw up to 100 military vehicles, including tanks deployed at the Iraqi border early Monday, according to an AFP correspondent in southeastern Turkey.
Turkey has repeated several times its opposition to the referendum, warning it will have a price.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Sunday that the referendum would be a "mistake" and that the Turkish Security Council would hold a meeting on January 22 to discuss the issue.
Erdogan also announced Sunday that he would hold talks with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, who is also opposed to the referendum, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.
Turkey, which has good business ties with Erbil, fears the consequences of a Kurdish state on its border.
The United Nations has proposed a three-year agreement between Iraq's Kurdistan and the central government in Baghdad on the status of the autonomous region in a bid to postpone the referendum on independence.

And Abdul-Mahdi influenced the decision of independence by international and national will, stressing the need to discuss the subject in all respects and take into account the right of the Kurds in an independent state away from the policy of imposing one opinion.

Iraq is unified, rebuilding, and will accomplish these goals with the help of the US, and other nations...

On Friday we talked about the screens showing live rates, with the possibility of visiting banks on Monday or Tuesday.  Some were on the alert on Sunday for possible activity but apparently it didn’t materialize.  Once the switch has been flipped, this could come down in a waterfall, or in a small trickle, we wont’ know until it happens.  [How confident do you feel about Abadi’s statement that in September the economic reforms will be complete and the world will feel Iraq’s value?]  Apparently he already did:  Abadi said economic reforms are complete.  It’s now in the past rather than the future, and that’s why we are all excited on this side.  So we are patiently waiting to see any signs or proof of that.

9-18-2017   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Article:  "Economic reforms and upgrading banking institutions I think the goal is to raise the value to 1 to $1 or about. It just won't happen overnight as some want to think. It's a process that will take a period of time (I believe 6 months to a year) via a float.  In doing so, the zeros disappear and Iraq moves to denominations like a 1, 5, 10, 20, 100 dinar and some fils (coins). Keep in mind, if we are correct, and that is the plan, then they simply just cannot decide arbitrarily to raise the value, they need momentum. And that is created by investment. They need the laws passed, banking insurance to invite investors to bring capital into Iraq. The result creates inflationary pressure on the CBI to float the dinar. And the result should allow the dinar to appreciate in value. So we wait.

Philip Tilton's CC Intel Highlights from Tank 9-17-17

Tank Call Notes from Last Night 9/17/17

P Tilton says: Call last night ..Tank was saying any second for release. Phillip said Sunday or Monday.

ACH went live Wednesday. Had to have it to go for instant transfers

Philippines have said their sovereign bank is open to exchange fiat money for gold back currency

TANK SAYING THAT THE PHILIPPINES ANNOUNCEMENT IS... THE RV ANNOUNCEMENT

Just talking about TDAs

Same day ACH... At 2:00 in the morning thats when approval was given to Ginger

Check out closed hours as the ones during the day had been reversed.

Q: What are rates on precious metals?

B: Told gold will go down to about $450. So purchase assets like properties and homes as those are assets in the future

Lady speaking about the OID incident that caused people to go to jail several years ago.

G: These are the Global Lateral Accounts... These belong to you... I choose not to leave my money at the Federal reserve bank. If you don't want to access your account because of the currency exchange then that is your choice.

G: Apparently the IRS has closed the way we know it... They were giving out employees letters of termination giving 2 weeks notice

Tank just came into call and loved the conversation that these 2 ladies were discussing

T: Agrees that everybody should wait, and it is all clear to us. (TDA processes). We are the one's keeping the pressure on them.. We are going to keep talking about this

The Federal Reserve will not function like we know it. There has been a changeover. The Republic has taken the cabal out of power and replaced everything. Ginger is on top of these changes.

Tank tells this lady how well she has spoken.

Becky: We are in the final 2 weeks before NESARA/GESARA takes place

Your legacy accounts have been moved from the Federal Reserve accounts.

Tank: She is correct. Until I see the Republic stand up and tell me they have control..Once we see those changes then I will come back and give that out. . Go to the IRS site and see some changes.

Ginger: I am researching and doing this.

The IRS is hugely downsizing... As soon as I get more info I will put it out.

G: They are downsizing because the devil taxation will be eliminated. There will be taxes on new houses and cars. A smaller tax.

Oct 1 is 2 weeks away... All debt is supposed to be eliminated. (I assume that's when they said NESARA/GESARA comes into effect
becky@wavocal.net (Becky's email)

Question about what will happen to the derivatives.

T: If the rates we are hearing are correct then a couple of notes will cover that.

B: the USN is here but we haven't had an official announcement

T: Sept 15th was the date that changed everything.

Oct 1 is the beginning of the physical year... The $$$$ is changing over as we speak.

T: We are in a planned demolition just as 911 was. They are exposing things because they want us to have change... It is a higher state of existence. The money is the means to make us being free.
