One of which was and I quote – “Fourth, securing the amounts allocated to the reform decisions committed by the outgoing government to implement the demands of the demonstrators.” We know one of these demands is to eliminate the currency auctions. Back in 2019 the CBI said they are working on it and will get it done. They said this to satisfy this demand. This is still underway. At this time the CBI said they only needed a newly formed, stable government and the protesting to stop in order to complete it.

[What is everybody’s thoughts in executive order 13303  that expires in 2 days...?]  ...it will be awesome it if doesn't get renewed!   ...it allows people to invest in Iraq. We are at war with Iraq technically. So if that expires and the declaration of war is not removed then no one can sell or buy dinar...so if that happens, most will freak out. It could also be a sign that the RV is close to happening and they want a natural way to stop dinar sales without tipping people off by sending out a mandate to stop...We will cash out in my opinion. But don't be surprised if this looks hopeless right before it happens...

5-20-2020   Intel Guru RayRen98   Iraqi TV is broadcasting that PM Al-Kadhimi has ordered to print new money to pay the citizen's salaries and that Iraq will borrow the funds to cover the deficit in the budget. A new law will allow them to defer the  payment of loans until later.

5-20-2020   Newshound Guru Pimpy  ...I told you al-Kazemi is no joke.  This guy is already going for the rest of his ministry.  The rest of his cabinet to be voted on before...the big holiday which is coming up here real soon.  There is a lot of energy in the dinar community in hopes that the rate will change right on or before this holiday.  I would be really grateful for that...I'm liking this guy a whole lot.  Unlike the other people who drug their feet, man this guy's like look this is it.  We're doing this, we're moving forward...looks like our boy Al-Kazemi is gonna get the rest of his cabinet members in there sometime this week or next week...

5-20-2020   Intel Guru MarkZ   [via PDK]   No movement or rate change in Iraq…yet.  Based on all I am hearing I am still expecting it between now and June 1...i am trying to look at it logically and I know they need things in place for the 1st.  ...based on what I am hearing from many sources…this month is very much in play and the goal line is June 1... I have cross referenced this intel…gone back and forth, shaken the cages…and I think the goal line is June 1. This means they have to get busy and we should start seeing more movement throughout this weekend if they are going to make this happen...the reset is right around the corner…It is going down…we are watching it…

5-20-2020   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat   Article:  "GOVERNMENT OF PRIME MINISTER MUSTAFA AL-KAZEMI WILL GO TO PRINT A NEW LOCAL CURRENCY IN ORDER TO PAY THE SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES"   This printing of money is not good for us investors. It shows us they are not serious about completing the project to delete the zeros any time soon. First in order to do the project they will have to recollect all these larger notes all over again to bring the money supply back to levels acceptable to complete the project. We could be waiting a longer than expected timeframe for the reinstatement than we hoped. Let us pray they do  not do this printing of more currency.

A struggle in America over a rare manuscript of Gilgamesh stolen from Iraq
20/5/2020 21:55 • 11 times read
Where's the news

American prosecutors are trying to confiscate a very rare masterpiece from an American museum founded by the head of the retailer "Hobby Lobby" after the museum director claimed there were thousands of untrusted artifacts from the source.

American prosecutors are seeking to confiscate a very rare artifact from a museum after the agency that bought the masterpiece worked to withhold information about its source.
The rare masterpiece carries a text from the epic of Gilgamesh, one of the oldest literary works in the world, which was engraved more than 3,500 years ago.

According to "BBC", the origin of this masterpiece is from Iraq, but the curators of the museum claimed that the auction house from which the masterpiece was purchased "withheld information about the origin of the masterpiece."
The masterpiece was sold at a private auction in 2014 for $ 1.67 million for display at the Bible Museum in Washington.

According to the US attorney's office responsible for the lawsuit in New York, this masterpiece was illegally imported into the United States.

The lawyer did not mention who carried out the public features in their public statement, but last Tuesday, "Lobby House", responsible for managing the museum, filed a lawsuit against "Christie" company about the masterpiece.

In turn, "Christie" announced in a statement, that the lawsuit related to the existence of illegal behavior, precedes the involvement of Christie, that is, before her acquisition of the masterpiece.
She said: "Any hint that Christie was aware of the original fraud or illegal import is baseless."

The piece, known as "Gilgamesh Dream Disk" and is part of a Sumerian poem, is known for an epic story from the Old Testament, such as the Garden of Eden.
According to a civil lawsuit filed by the US Attorney General, last Monday, the tablet was originally purchased by an antique dealer in 2003 in London.

In 2007, the merchant sold her to another buyer for $ 50,000 with a false document that he claimed was obtained from an auction in the United States in 1981, for sale in 2014.

Prosecutors said that after three years, when the curator asked for clarification about the origins of the masterpiece, the auction house was alleged to have withheld information about its origins, including the fake letter that was likely to "not stand up to scrutiny," according to the newspaper.

The Iraqi Ministry of Antiquities told the American Broadcasting Corporation "NPR" that it was working to find out whether the masterpiece was among the thousands of objects stolen from Iraqi museums in 1991.
Nine of the thirteen Iraqi museums were plundered in that year when the Iraqi army lost control of some areas during the war that followed the invasion of Kuwait.
The civil suit comes after the "Hobby Lobby" company was fined millions of dollars and was forced to hand over thousands of ancient artefacts smuggled from Iraq that they bought to the Bible Museum.

Last March, the museum’s board chairman, Steve Green, revealed that there were about 5,000 other papyrus and 6,500 pieces of clay in his collection that were not trusted by the source, and said the artifacts would be returned to Egypt and Iraq.

The museums of the Middle East, especially the antiquities in Iraq and Syria, were exposed to looting, organized theft and destruction, especially when the terrorist group ISIS took control of large areas of the country, which led to the loss of many features of the rich cultural heritage that these areas enjoy.
