Commission: The Announced Results Are Final And Not Subject To Appeal

link

Independent High Electoral Commission confirmed, on Wednesday, the inability to submit appeals regarding the final election results, indicating that it will send the names of the winners to the Federal Court for approval.
Commission spokeswoman Jumana al-Ghalay said in a statement to "Al-Maalouma", that "the decision of the judicial authority regarding the election results and the appeals submitted is now binding on all parties and is irreversible."

Al-Ghalay added, "No party has the right to object or file appeals regarding the results of the elections, as they are final by the Board of Commissioners, and all the details of the appeals have been considered."

She indicated that "the commission will send the names of the winners and losers in the parliamentary elections that took place in October to the Federal Court for approval," noting that "the names of the losers will be approved because part of them are associated with government and ministerial jobs in order to continue their work without parliamentary work."

The coordinating framework had confirmed, on Wednesday, that it was still pinning hopes on the Federal Court to do justice to the objectors and to consider objectively the appeals and evidence submitted by the objectors to the Electoral Commission and the Judicial Authority, indicating that in the event of approval of the manipulated results, the framework forces would resort to taking some positions.

The Bahraini "Kona MENA" platform for cryptocurrency trading announced that it had applied for a license from the Central Bank of Iraq.

The CEO of the platform, Talal Al-Tabbaa, said in a press statement that “the cryptocurrency trading platform “Coinmena” intends to conduct a new funding round in early 2022, after the success of the first round in raising $9.5 million,” noting that “most of the amount resulting from the financing round, will be used to market Queenmena's activity, products and services across the Gulf markets, while we will invest the rest for expansion."

He added that "the cryptocurrency trading platform, licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain, aims to expand the scope of its operations in the Middle East and North African markets," stressing that "he submitted licensing applications to the central banks of Iraq, Jordan and Sudan, as well as signing a memorandum of understanding with the Dubai Center." Global trade center to create a hub for digital assets and “Blockchain” technology.

He pointed out that "the number of users of the platform is growing by 350% per month, since its launch in March," noting that there is great room for growth, as the proportion of cryptocurrency traders in the Middle East and North Africa does not exceed 2% to the population, while the global average exceeds 3.5%".

The Central Bank of Iraq had warned in November of this year 2021 of the risks of dealing in the digital, encrypted and virtual currencies market, given the great risks associated with these currencies and their lack of any legal, regulatory or technical controls or legislation in Iraq.

The bank indicated that it does not guarantee such currencies and does not provide legal protection for those who deal with them, and has not granted a license to any digital currency currently encrypted.

Jobs of the future in light of unemployment

link

The problem of unemployment in Iraq is caused by stereotypical thinking about jobs (reliance on government jobs) and the state is saturated! Universities pump hundreds of graduates and the private sector is shackled!

This distorted picture is a reflection of the poor planning of human resources and their distribution among according to the country's basic needs for jobs, in addition to other known factors such as random appointments according to different goals without any consideration of specializations.

While Iraq is preoccupied with dealing with graduate unemployment using traditional methods, the world is turning to adapting to new jobs, imposed by technological and electronic development, to replace routine traditional office and service jobs (searching for future job requirements).

The facts indicate that the year 2019 witnessed the holding of a global conference on the changes that occurred in the nature of new jobs and ways to address them and study their requirements. It was expected that 10 new jobs would be created, likely to appear by 2024-2025.
However, the Corona pandemic has accelerated its emergence by accelerating the demand for it, according to analysts and followers.

Where the journey began with the entry and replacement of robotics engineering for many traditional handicrafts, as these applications and jobs appeared in many service sectors, especially in the field of medicine and health laboratories, as well as in the agricultural sector and many industrial productive sectors.
This means that the world will lose many traditional jobs and replace them with electronic and technological services.

You can imagine the size of the gap between us and the world that is responding to these transformations by adapting science to artificial intelligence, and preparing the generation capable of managing new technology, so universities have shifted to giving these disciplines great importance, while we are immersed in expanding universities with departments that only benefit from increasing the number of unemployed graduates. The developing countries, including Iraq, must pay attention to the impact of the delay in technological and digital development and its repercussions on their economies in the future. For that, we called for a serious stand on this development to meet the challenges and requirements of new future jobs.

Since education is concerned with this, the responsibility lies with the universities, to adapt the concepts of virtual reality and augmented reality to guide future students to engage in specializations in the fields of artificial intelligence, to create a generation armed with the management of modern technology.

And there are jobs on the way to emerge with the power of 3D printing, which will reduce time and costs in the field of engineering and design works, especially in the fields of construction and reconstruction. The design processes that used to take several months will be destroyed, due to the quality, speed and accuracy of the new technology.

Experts advise the need to adopt renewable and alternative energy, which is imposed by reality due to the shortage of resources in the world, as well as environmental engineering and sustainability, all of which are jobs that depend on modern electronic technologies and artificial intelligence.

  • BANKERS ARE CONFIRMING SEEING RATES TODAY......DONG FROM .47 TO .68; RUPIAH FROM .98 TO $1.43

11-30-2021   Guest Guru Brent Johnson  [via PDK]   The word that I have gotten from Iraq is they have an international rate. However, while the dinar is tradable internationally- the banks screens do not yet have the rate. So it does not have any practical implications yet. So the dinar is international and although the banks do not have the rates yet…they are on the precipice to do it.  But the $1.47 billion paid to Kuwait from Iraq is very significant. The biggest word we have been getting is “Everything is done”. Every single faction is done....We are at the precipice and as close as we can get without it happening... Every one of the major sources I have- without exception is absolutely silent right now...and we consider this to be a very positive sign.

11-30-2021   Intel Guru MarkZ
[via PDK]   ...in Iraq the election commission confirms the election results…this is big...And Kuwait confirms they have received $1.47 billion in war compensation from Iraq. This is one of the last things that needed lifted...I am being told that starting this evening or into tomorrow is when the dinar will start floating in-country. This means we should be exceptionally close to us going. I do not expect us to float. I expect us to have a fixed rate. I am being told they are about to start their float internally.  Which is what Kuwait did.    It was about 10 days of floating internally until it hit us. But, I don’t think we will be waiting that long...this is enormous news coming out of Iraq...just huge.

11-30-2021   Newshound Guru Militiaman  This last Black Friday where all the markets turned blood red except for Basra light sweet crude.  It didn't drop at all.  WTI oil dropped $8 or $9, Brent crude oil $8 or $9, Dow, NASDAQ, New York Stock Exchange, the dollar, everything crashed on Friday over this variant but yet Iraq's Basra light sweet crude...didn't change but 3 pennies.  It's just incredible...this is a view of my own...the largest money in the world and the largest Central Banks in the world if they decide to take a market down they're very instrumental in being able to do so...it was interesting that everything was down yet Iraq's oil stayed the same within 3 pennies when the others were down $8 to $10 a barrel.  Big deal.

11-30-2021   Newshound Guru Kaperoni  In order for the Iraqi dinar to go up in value it will only happen when Iraq build an economy. They need a new government in place, pass laws and put people back to work...Only with the success of Iraq's economy can the dinar go up in value. There is no overnight RV.

11-30-2021   Newshound Guru Pimpy  When the revaluation or the reinstatement happens it'll be announced.  You'll hear about it.  Before you can even do anything you have to wait until the restrictions are lifted off the banks for you to go ahead and go in there and exchange your currency.  There are some steps that have to be taken first and foremost.  I would imaging your biggest clue would be if a bank starts all of a sudden allowing you to purchase and sell Iraqi dinar - something must be getting ready to happen - because right now there's a restriction on the dinar.  Most all banks will not buy it, will not sell it.  I do believe Chase Banks are an exception.  They will buy it at the current rate but that's it.

11-30-2021   Intel Guru MarkZ   [via PDK]   ...I do not believe we are going to see a float.  At least not out of country. If you are in the country of Iraq You may see a float. I do not think you and I will see the float because we are covered by a contract…as explained to me by my bankers.  I know there is a serious push in Iraq to have the new rate before the sun rises in Iraq tomorrow.

11-30-2021   Newshound/Intel Guru Walkingstick  [via Guru Frank26]  What they educated the citizens about last week was that...Iraq, everything about them is internationally tradable.  You should not care...about the value right now.  They already know what's going to happen...Iraq is tradable.  The currency of Iraq is now tradable.  The value will go up soon enough. [Iraq] is International and follows all the International laws, rules and regulations to trade and buy and sell with.  Your currency is internationally tradable now.

A medical study reveals what avocados do to the body
2021/11/30 | 7:35 pm

A recent medical study recommended making sure to eat avocado, due to its many health benefits, whether it comes to reducing calories, or because it contains harmless fats that the body needs.

Researchers from the University of California San Diego School of Medicine and Herbert Wertheim College of Public Health and Human Sciences conducted a study on the benefits of avocados.

In their study, recently published in the journal (Nutrients), the researchers said that they revealed new benefits for humans from consuming large amounts of avocado fruit; It helps to reduce calorie consumption and adjust the diet.

The researchers conducted a randomized controlled trial to compare the potential health effects of 72 families (231 individuals) of Mexican descent, each consisting of at least three individuals aged over 5 years who lived in the same household, did not have acute chronic disease, did not follow Specific diets.

Families were randomly divided into two groups, and over the course of the experiment (six months); Both groups also received biweekly nutrition education sessions. The first group ate fewer avocados (3 times per week), and the second group ate more (14 times per week).

The results showed that families who ate the most avocados reported consuming fewer calories, which reduced their intake of other foods, including dairy, meat and grain products, and harmful nutrients, such as saturated fat and sodium.

The trials focused on changes in blood markers of cardiovascular disease; The results provided evidence that nutritional education and higher intakes of avocados reduce total caloric energy.

The researchers attribute their selection to Mexican families for two reasons: First, Hispanics in the United States have a higher prevalence of obesity and lower intakes of key nutrients compared to other groups in the country.

The second reason is that Hispanic/Latino immigrants have poor diets as they become educated and adopt a Western diet that is higher in refined carbohydrates and animal fats.

The researchers chose the avocado specifically; Because it is a plant food that has been consumed in the traditional environment for thousands of years in Mexico and parts of Central and South America.

In terms of nutritional benefits, avocados contain fiber and some chemicals, which prevent the absorption of cholesterol in the body such as; Phytosterols, and antioxidants such as; Vitamin E (Vitamin E), and vitamin C (Vitamin C), which prevents its oxidation, and enhances the benefits of avocado for the heart and arteries.

The researchers say that half of a medium-sized avocado provides up to 20 percent of the recommended daily fiber, 10 percent of potassium, 5 percent of magnesium, 15 percent of folate and 7.5 grams of monounsaturated fatty acids.

Although the researchers did not notice any change in BMI or waist circumference measurements between the two groups during the experiment, they did note that eating more avocados seemed to speed up feelings of satiety.

The study also revealed that families who consumed more avocados reduced their consumption of animal protein, especially chicken, eggs and processed meat, which usually contain a higher rate of fat and sodium.
Nutritional guidelines recommend reducing both fat and sodium intake.

Surprisingly, however, avocado consumers also reported lower intakes of calcium, iron, sodium, vitamin D, potassium and magnesium, which the researchers said may be linked to lower intakes.

Scientists stress that the study findings may provide a strategy to support current public health efforts to reduce saturated fat and sodium, both of which are consumed nationally (US) beyond dietary guidelines.
