Regarding the political issue, Al-Amiri said, "The fraud and manipulation of the elections was present and we respected the decision of the Federal Court," pointing out that "the manipulation of the election results is what caused the political blockage."
He added, "Consensus and partnership is our principle in forming the Iraqi government, and we stressed the need for understanding to find a way out in the political process that was built since 2003 and until today on the basis of agreement, balance and partnership."

God will remove all anguish from you
Earlier, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, announced his withdrawal from the process of forming the government, saying: "In order that Iraq does not remain without a government, and the security, economic, service and other conditions deteriorate, here I am giving (the blocking third) an opportunity to negotiate with all the blocs without exception to form A national majority government without the Sadrist bloc from the first day of Ramadan to the ninth of Shawwal, and the Sadrist bloc must not interfere in this, neither positively nor .negatively
Al-Amiri: We will not give up forming the largest bloc.. Twisting arms and breaking wills does not serve Iraq
The head of the Al-Fateh Alliance Hadi al-Amiri said, on Friday, that the coordinating framework will not give up on forming the largest bloc, of which the Sadrist movement and some independents must be part.
Al-Amiri added in a speech followed by “Nass” (1 April 2022), that “any manipulation will lead us to a political blockage, despite our emphasis on the necessity of understanding between the political forces to find a way out of the current crisis. The process has been built since 2003 on consensus, balance and partnership, and the recent elections were built an unjust law."
He stressed that "we will not give up on forming the largest bloc of the framework, the Sadrist movement and the independents that guarantee the right of the Shiite majority and that nominate the prime minister after naming the president of the republic and go towards forming the government, a point a line head."
Al-Amiri called for "forming the largest bloc and carrying out the task of defining the prime minister and understanding him among us as a larger bloc, and unless the required number is achieved in the Shiite opposition circle, I am the first ready to go towards the opposition - thus we will guarantee the opposition and the sufficient number of the opposition, as well as we will ensure consensus and the right of the Shiite majority is not lost." .
He pointed out, "We were not greedy to participate and we were not going (for the cake) and the opposition has privileges as well, but the loyalists should provide opportunities for the opposition, and not keep them away from the parliamentary committees and not give them any oversight role, as this is an eradication of the opposition's role."
He explained that "the opportunity is still great and exists, but attempts to twist arms and stubbornness and break wills will not serve Iraq, and the political leaders have the experience, experience and practice to find a way out for the country."
Al-Amiri indicated that "the leader of the Sadrist movement proposed to us, during his visit to us in Baghdad at the end of December, his willingness to go to the opposition and the framework would go towards forming a government, but we refused and called him to understanding and agreement and ensuring a sufficient number of the opposition, even if we did not participate in the government."
An "embarrassing deadline" in front of the coordination framework for forming the Iraqi government
The coordinating framework forces in Iraq are facing great embarrassment, after the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, gave them the green light to form a government if they were able, in a move that observers considered a "new political maneuver."
Al-Sadr announced his retreat for the next forty days, and gave his Iranian-backed rivals the opportunity to form the new government.
This sudden move comes against the backdrop of the continuing political stalemate in Iraq, 5 months after the general elections.
Al -Sadr 's offer came in a tweet in which he also called on his followers not to interfere "positively or negatively," while his rivals are trying to form a government together with the Coordination Framework Forces, an alliance of Shiite parties backed by Iran.
Commenting on this, the researcher in Iraqi affairs, Fatima Salloumi, said, "Al -Sadr's call represents an embarrassment to the forces of the coordinating framework, or as it is called the guarantor third, specifically after Parliament failed to achieve the second session to choose the President of the Republic," noting that "that call and determining A period of time for this negotiation may also be an attempt to repeat the scenario of what happened in Parliament sessions of not completing a quorum.”
Saloumi added, in a statement to "Sky News Arabia", that "the Sadrist move put the coordination framework in front of the responsibility of success or failure before public opinion, in forming the government, especially since the framework itself is well aware that it is not possible to form a government without the Sadrist bloc and the unification of the Shiite house." Which, if it is finally agreed upon, will be the largest bloc, over which the dispute still exists.”
The Iraqi political parties reached a dead end, while Sadr - the winner of the elections - was unable to form a coalition government. Al-Sadr attacked his opponents, saying that they "obstructed the process and are still obstructing it."
The two sides differ over the selection of the candidate for the post of president, an obstacle that may also extend to the premiership.
The same demands
In his response to al-Sadr's initiative, the leader of the Coordination Framework Forces, Jabbar al-Maamouri, said that "the framework's demands are still the same, which is the coming of al-Sadr, to the largest Shiite bloc, to nominate the prime minister, and we are not asking for positions or authority.
He added that "Al-Sadr has been working with the coordination framework over the past years , so why now does he want to work without him? Although the blocs with which he allied himself are accused of dependency and corruption, as well as of employment."
In the first response to al-Sadr's plan, the Sovereignty Alliance and the Kurdistan Democratic Party affirmed their adherence to the tripartite alliance "Save a Homeland" with the Sadrist bloc.
A joint statement of the two alliances stated: "(We) clearly declare our adherence to the Alliance of Sovereignty and the Kurdistan Democratic Party to the Alliance to Save the Nation, as it is the hope that Iraqis are waiting for."
He added, "We also affirm our keenness on the understanding of the brotherhood within the Shiite house, and their agreement to nominate the Sadrist bloc's candidate for prime minister, and to put forward a ministerial program and curriculum that is consistent with the reality of the country and enjoys the support of the main components and forces."
Al-Sadr defies the coordination framework
The expert on Iraqi affairs, Hamza Mustafa, confirmed that "this step came as a challenge from Al-Sadr to the forces of the coordination framework, as he confirmed that he is sticking to the majority government and the largest bloc that he owns through the (Save the Homeland) coalition," noting that "this path raises a question. About the extent of the cohesion of Al-Sadr’s alliance, in light of his call for his Sunni and Kurdish allies to start consultations with the forces of the Coordination Framework and the National Union, as well as with the Azm alliance (Sunni 12 deputies), which means that we are facing a new round of dialogues.
Mustafa adds, in a comment to "Sky News Arabia", that "the current situation is heading towards another constitutional breach, with its implications, most notably resorting to the Federal Court for its referendum on the next step, as the specified time will end on the sixth of this month."
Sources: Al-Sadr's allies were already aware of his step in "abandoning" the formation of the government

The sources confirmed that the two sides were already aware of this, although they announced that they were not .aware of it Al-Sadr had given the green light to his allies in "Save the Homeland", to proceed with the coordination framework to form a new government in the country, but analyzes see this as a political tactic to put the framework forces in .political embarrassment

Baghdad begins implementing the Federal Court's decision to bring the oil of the Kurdistan region under its control
The US Bloomberg Agency said, quoting a document seen on March 31, that the Iraqi government asked the Kurdistan region to transfer its business in the oil and gas sectors to be under the management of a new company, in preparation for Baghdad to be the supervisor of operations in the region.
The document, signed by Iraqi Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar, requests copies of all oil and gas contracts the KRG has signed since 2004, and details its revenues from oil production and its derivatives.
The document was sent on March 24 by the central government in Baghdad, requesting the KRG to respond with information within 15 days.
An Iraqi court upholds Baghdad's demands
In a report prepared by Deloitte LLP, a company that specializes in auditing and financial advisory services, to the regional government, it was stated that the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq exported crude oil through pipelines in quantities worth more than $9 billion in 2021.
And it appears in the statement of accounts, which was issued on Thursday, March 31, that the Kurdistan Regional Government supplied local refineries and other local consumers with quantities of crude oil and condensates, worth $88 million.
Baghdad has long sought to bring Kurdish production of oil and its derivatives under its control in exchange for money from the Iraqi national budget. Especially since a ruling in February by the Federal Supreme Court of Iraq upheld the right of the Iraqi central government to control hydrocarbon production in the semi-autonomous Kurdistan region.
But the Kurdistan Regional Government in Erbil insists that its right to control hydrocarbons in the region is enshrined in the constitution.
Kurdistan "committed" to its contracts with companies
Masrour Barzani, the prime minister of the Kurdistan region, said Monday (March 28th) that his government is still committed to its contracts with oil and gas companies despite the Iraqi court ruling.
Kurdistan produces about 450,000 barrels of oil per day, which is a small part of Iraq's total daily production of 4.3 million barrels.
In the document, Baghdad asked the Kurdistan Regional Government to appoint officials to work with the central government to establish the new company, and suggested naming it "Kurdistan Oil Co."
It is noteworthy that the Kurdistan Regional Government spokesman did not issue an immediate response to requests for comment on the document.
The coordination framework ends its meeting and issues a statement from 4 points
