WOTS WED MAY 4 22 An informed source: Al-Sadr will launch an initiative to end the political blockage within the next 48 hours
Al-Sadr calls on "independent" MPs to form a government
Boundary
In his name, come, after consulting with the allies in the Greater Alliance, I say:
The current political process has three parties:
The first party: The Greater National Alliance: (The Alliance to Save the Nation), which is the sponsor of the national majority... But because of the Iraqi judiciary's decision to activate the blocking third, it delayed the formation of the majority government.
The second party: the coordinating framework calling for the consensus government.. We gave him a deadline of forty days, and he failed to form the consensus government.
The third party: Independent individuals in Parliament.. We call on them to (independent formation) of no less than forty of them, away from the coordinating framework as a whole, which took its chance.. The independents must join the larger coalition to form an independent government. We will inform them of some details later, and the larger coalition will vote on their government, Including the Sadrist bloc and in agreement with the Sunnis and Kurds of the coalition..the movement will not have a participation in its ministers...
Provided that this should be within a maximum period of fifteen days
To expedite the end of the suffering of the people.
I also repeat my invitation to some of those whom we think well of the coordination framework
To ally with the Sadrist bloc, hoping that national interests will prevail
Per Lot
To ally with the Sadrist bloc, hoping for them to give priority to national interests over narrow interests and to get out of the neck of coercion to blockage
The politician as they express it.. and thank you.

The United States Loses The Gas Export Lead
Qatar reclaimed its throne from the United States of America as the world's largest exporter of liquefied natural gas, with the end of winter, as demand for heating fuels decreased in the northern hemisphere.
And April exports of Qatari liquefied gas exceeded the level of 7.5 million metric tons, surpassing the United States, according to ship tracking numbers compiled by Bloomberg.
During the winter months, lower temperatures, coinciding with Europe's desire to reduce its dependence on energy from Russia, increased the demand for natural gas and raised the prices of this fuel.
With the end of winter, some US export ports used a period of low demand and low prices to carry out maintenance work, which led to a decline in US production. The shale gas revolution, along with billions of dollars in investments in gas liquefaction facilities, has transformed the United States from a net importer of liquefied natural gas to the largest exporter in less than ten years.
It is expected that the United States and Qatar will participate in a race between them to dominate the global market for liquefied natural gas in the future, according to Bloomberg. With the completion of the Calcasio Pass gas export terminal in Louisiana later this year, the United States is expected to achieve its peak LNG production capacity of 13.9 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day.
An informed source: Al-Sadr will launch an initiative to end the political blockage within the next 48 hours
A source close to the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, said that the latter will launch his initiative within two days to end the blockage in the political process and delay the formation of the government.
The source added that al-Sadr stressed today, during a meeting with members of the Sadrist bloc, the need to continue oversight and legislative work.
Before its launch, the coordination framework determines its position on the new Al-Sadr initiative
The leader in the coordination framework, Aid Al-Hilali, confirmed today, Wednesday, that the initiative launched by the framework was sent to all political forces, and we are waiting for a response to it, considering that Iraq's survival like this without a government with full powers is .incorrect
Al-Hilali told (Baghdad Today) that "the blocs must deal positively with the initiative, because the period that followed the elections to this day is not a short period, and accordingly, the dialogue table must be the arbiter between the parties in order for the opinions and viewpoints to be put forward between everyone in order to overcome the points of disagreement, if any." Then we will ".really go to form the next government
He added, "The statements made about the existence of an initiative that is expected to be launched by the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, are also welcome, despite our lack of knowledge of it, and the fact that there is an initiative, but any attempt to propose solutions from any party was something we welcome, because in the coordinating framework we see it necessary to go quickly to bypass
The current political crisis and the formation of a ".consensus government that meets the aspirations of the Iraqi people
In light of the blockage... Iraq is on a hot plate and warnings of an unprecedented wave of popular anger
Today, Wednesday, political analyst Ali Al-Baydar confirmed that Iraq has become a .hot slate, and there are signs of many crises that may afflict the country
Al-Baydar said in a statement to (Baghdad Today), "In terms of security, there are actual and worrying movements of ISIS members, and the government must deal ".with them with great caution
He added, "There are also movements by the Kurdistan Workers' Party, outlaw gangs ".and organized crime gangs
And he indicated that "the economic crisis is also ravaging the country, as the government has not taken initiatives to solve these crises, and this increases the state of anger in the Iraqi street, as it is possible that the popular reaction will be ".more violent this time than the previous ones

The only reason for the political blockage, I wish the brothers who chose ”.neutrality to ride the chariot of change led by the independents

Where does the excess oil price differentials go?
The financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, identified, on Tuesday, two directions for disbursing the expenses obtained from the increase in oil revenues due to the increase in oil prices globally in the 2022 budget.
Saleh said in a statement to the official news agency, "The expenditures obtained from the increasing revenues from oil revenues will be spent on a budget with an expansionary pattern in two directions, and the priority will be on three areas: the poor classes, food security and income-generating investment projects."
He added, "The first trend goes towards strengthening operational spending towards addressing the problems of poverty and poor classes, especially by supporting social welfare programs to include in their ranks the poorest segments to be integrated into the welfare programme, in addition to expanding the ration card work program and supporting grain producers for food security purposes."
He pointed out that "the other direction will be a shift towards income-generating investment projects that operate with productivity packages within strong investment payments."
He continued, "This will be evident in the budget law for the year 2022, and the preparation of the 2023 budget, in order to maintain economic growth that exceeds population growth and enhances job opportunities and prosperity in the national economy."

Oil rises 1% as US crude stocks decline
Oil prices rose in early Asian trading on Wednesday, after industrial data showed a decline in US crude and fuel stocks, which raised concerns about supplies and offset concerns about slowing demand from China, the largest importer.
Brent crude futures rose $1.09, or 1.04 percent, to $106.06 a barrel by 04:37 GMT. West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose $1.18, or 1.15%, to $103.59 a barrel.
The gains come on the back of news on Tuesday that the European Union is working to impose new sanctions on Russia for its war on Ukraine targeting Moscow's oil industry.
In the US, crude oil and fuel stocks fell last week, falling by 3.5 million barrels for the week ending April 29.
During the previous session, demand concerns caused by the prolonged COVID-19 lockdowns in China curtailed travel plans during the Labor Day holiday season, causing prices to drop more than 2%.
The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies on Thursday are expected to stick to their policy of increasing monthly production again even though the group, known as OPEC+, has lower-than-expected production targets between October and March, with the exception of February.
