Al-Fath: Crime Escalated After The Dollar Was Raised And Created Three Problems Within Society

link

The leader of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Uday Al-Khadran, confirmed, on Friday, that the crime escalated remarkably after the decision to raise the dollar in the Iraqi markets.

Al-Khadran said in a statement to “Information” that “the economic situation is an important factor in enhancing the stability of societies, and poverty is the disease for all security problems, including organized crime, stressing that raising the price of the dollar had severe consequences for millions of Iraqis because it raised prices significantly, weighing the burdens of the poor, who reach Their number is 13 million.

Al-Khadran added, “The most prominent factor in the escalation of crime with its various headings is the current economic crisis, one of the main causes of which is the high prices after raising the dollar and devaluing the Iraqi dinar, stressing that this decision increased the rates of theft, divorce and even addiction.”

He pointed out that "it is not possible to achieve stability in a society whose millions of people live below the poverty line, stressing the need to pay attention to the difficult economic conditions that are exploited by networks and gangs in promoting crime and attracting young people to it.

After everything that happened during the past 24 hours... and what happened in the closed rooms... Al-Kazemi is getting very close to the gate of the second term?

What happened during the past twenty-four hours of facts, meetings, discussions, disagreements and consensus, some of them secret and some of them public, not only in the Shiite house, but also in the Sunni

and Kurdish houses as well, have produced results and data that overturned some of the verified and changed some of the prevailing, or Which was believed to be prevalent and fixed in the equation, and at the same time, the events confirmed and proved some of what was already present in it before..

at the level of heading the next government, and after Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi’s visit to the headquarters of the leader of the Sadrist movement Muqtada Al-Sadr in Al-Hanana, where it was and still is Najaf is a pilgrimage site for most politicians, candidates and non-candidates to head the new government, or to occupy seats in it, especially after the Sadrist movement won the largest number of seats in parliament in the recent legislative elections and after strengthening the majority of it with alliances with independents and other forces from the winning parties.

Although Al-Kazemi’s goal in visiting Najaf was purely administrative and service, it came within the framework of arrangements made by the Prime Minister two days after the resignation of Governor Louay Al-Yasiri.

This was confirmed by announcing a source close to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers that Al-Kazemi personally took over the supervision of the administration of Najaf Governorate, which has great rel so not only for the people of Najaf.

The first deputy governor of Najaf will be in direct contact with the prime minister, in order to ensure the smooth running of the province’s affairs and to overcome potential financial and administrative obstacles in a country mired in bureaucracy for decades and facing scattered political, economic and social crises.

This step comes within a package of decisions taken by the Prime Minister concerning Najaf, which is considered the spiritual capital of Iraq and the world.

Despite this goal, the visit provided an opportunity to meet Al-Kazemi with Al-Sadr, and discuss what could be discussed in that meeting, which was not long, as Al-Kazemi and Al-Sadr discussed in Al-Hanana - according to a statement issued by the Media Office of the Prime Minister - the arrangements that concern the governorate, service projects and ensuring their completion.

From our side, we believe that it is natural that the issue of alliances and agreements to form the largest bloc and the next government was mentioned in their meeting yesterday.

Especially since this meeting comes in the midst of political discussions between the Sadrist bloc, which won the most seats in the elections, and other forces, to form the new government.

Observers believe that Al-Kazemi is getting closer today to assuming the premiership for a second term, leaning on a good legacy of national achievements and positions - political and administrative.

Al-Sadr's veto over Al-Maliki shakes the alliance between the coordination framework and the Sadrist bloc

link

negotiations of the Iraqi political blocs, aimed at forming the largest bloc, are moving towards more complexity, after differences have become ravaging the one bloc, especially among the Shiite and Sunni houses, after the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, put a veto on the head of the "State State" coalition. The law,” Nuri al-Maliki, as a prerequisite for an alliance with the Shiite “coordinating framework,” while Sunni politicians belonging to the “Azm” coalition are seeking to oust the leader of the coalition, Khamis al-Khanjar, in an effort to win the presidency of the House of Representatives, which the data indicates is going towards the renewal of the president Progress Alliance, Muhammad al-Halbousi.

It was reported that al-Sadr sent a message to the Shiite “coordinating framework,” that the “Sadr bloc” would not participate in any government that includes al-Maliki.

A press statement was quoted by the leader of the "State of Law" coalition, Wael al-Rikabi, in which he confirmed that "the Sadrists sent a message to the leaders of the coordination framework that the Sadrist movement will not participate in any government that includes the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, although things were good, and there was Consensus and agreement between the two parties, for the purpose of forming the largest bloc and forming the new government.”

The dispute deepened not only with the Shiites, who aspire to the position of prime minister, but also with the Sunni political forces, specifically in the “Azm” coalition, due to news that its leader Khamis al-Khanjar intends to renew the mandate of the head of the “Progress” alliance, Muhammad al-Halbousi, which It seems that he did not live up to a number of members of the Khanjar Alliance, who wanted to put their names to the presidency of Parliament, so they decided to dismiss him.

The head of the "Al-Watan Party", which is affiliated with the "Al-Azm" coalition, Mishaan Al-Jubouri, confirmed the news that was circulated to dismiss Al-Khanjar from the presidency of the "Al-Azm" coalition, indicating that most of those who signed the dismissal decision are "candidates who did not win" in the October elections. the past.

1-7-2022   Intel Guru MarkZ   [via PDK]  My banking contacts at the redemption centers will be “on call” this weekend. They are not scheduled to work…so that is a change. This is pretty much what I have on the RV front….  We are so close to the end…. And we were told long ago by the person who pulls the trigger for all the North American banking block that we would see a tremendous amount of disinformation and smoke as we got close to the end. And then he gave us a key piece. To “watch the bonds and watch the bond markets for an inversion”  So that is what we are doing. He told us it would get crazy like this at the end…so seeing this craziness is a good sign.
1-6-2022  Intel Guru MarkZ   [via PDK]   [Is it true the dinar is currently at $6?]   I am not seeing it at $6. My banking folks are seeing it fluctuate right now from $3.81 as high as $14…but we do not know what the final rate will be. No final rate is locked in yet….

1-6-2022   Newshound Guru MilitiaMan   ...after having met the obligations of compensation to Kuwait, there will and should be that Iraq will be able to interlink global banking and with that comes and international rate to be applied. The banks are now closed until Sunday in Iraq, if I have that correct and there are no new holidays? lol  Add in, the UAE is to link their monetary, governmental and financial work week with the rest of the world tomorrow. ...So, it is my view that there may still be opportunity for us to see this over with by and or over the weekend into early next week, imo.

1-6-2022   Newshound Guru Petra   It's the CBI that has responsibility for the rate.  Set that whole thing aside about forming the government...the first thing they're gonna do I think the leadership is to go right after the budget...get it knocked out...the budget needs the rate...at this point in time we're just waiting for those nice little notes to show up.  That's what we're waiting for...and with that obviously would come the rate...

1-6-2022   Intel Guru Frank26   I believe you are going to hit a high $3 or even possible low $4.  In other words a rate of 3 to 1 or maybe 4 to 1 internationally which would reflect inside of your country as well...IMO you are going to float the moment that they announce that you are clear of Chapter 7 and Chapter 6...because you already paid Kuwait this announcement is coming.  [Post 2 of 2]

1-6-2022   Intel Guru Frank26   What the governor of the CBI is telling you [Iraqi citizens] is that right now you have a fixed rate but it stinks.  It's a program rate.  It's worthless.  Now, soon the Iraqi dinar will de-peg from the American dollar and go on par with it at a fixed rate of 1 to 1 internationally.  It is at that point where the global communities will buy, trade and sell in using the Iraqi dinar causing it to go up in value like the other middle eastern countries around you. [Post 1 of 2...stay tuned]

1-6-2022   Intel Guru MarkZ   [via PDK]   News out of Iraq is still very positive. They are saying lower denominations are prepared and they want to change the rate. It could be anytime. I am still hearing from Iraq it could go before the 9th… Don’t be in the doldrums today. We are going to get across the line. Wish I had more for you but it has been very quiet.  The quiet before the storm???…the dark before the dawn???

1-6-2022   Newshound Guru Pimpy  The election is done, over with, finalized.  We have the first session coming up.  We have talk about the rate change happening.  No numbers are being thrown around.  My thought is they'll at least restore it back to where it was before...from  1450 dinars back to 1190 dinars.  I know for a lot of people they're like, 'oh that sucks.  That's not what I wanted.'  As long as it's going in the right direction be happy.  As long as they continue down the path follow the white reform papers it seems to me that these increases are going to happen frequently and at a much bigger chunk than that little  jump right there...

1-6-2022   Intel Guru Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground TV report] FIREFLY There is a rumor that the exchange rate will go down from 1460 to between 800 to 1000.  That's the rumor that's going around between bankers.  We are not sure.  We just heard this.  He said it would be a process...  FRANK:  ...This is a rumor.  He's right. IMO...

1-6-2022   Intel Guru MarkZ   [via PDK]  I am hearing our turn is anywhere from late this week to the 15th...  I contacted 3 different Iraqi contacts, and they are expecting between the 9th and the 15th. I’m not saying it can’t happen sooner…just what they expect right now. I am not ruling out this week at all.

Former MP: The political blocs need 6 months to form the new government
01/06/2022 | 5:03 pm

The former member of the House of Representatives, Ayoub Al-Rubaie, considered, on Thursday, that the political blocs may need 6 months to form the new government in light of the current atmosphere.

Al-Rubaie told the agency, "Information," that "everyone is moving towards consensus in forming the government, although we still believe that the results of the elections bear significant negatives, and appeals and complaints are the best evidence."

He added, "The formation of the next government is not easy in light of the complexities of the Iraqi political scene, but in all cases, the political forces will need from 4 to 6 months to succeed in forming a new government."

He pointed out that "the next government has 4 important files before it, most notably the dollar file and ways to strengthen the Iraqi economy, which still depends directly on the sale of oil as a main resource for 90% of the revenues of the public treasury."

A few days ago, the political forces began a marathon of alliances and meetings as part of their efforts to form a government, with the first session of the House of Representatives imminent.

Foods that prevent cold and give warmth in winter
01/06/2022 | 3:10 pm
.
In winter, many people are keen to prevent cold and take all precautions to avoid seasonal diseases by providing warmth and energy to their bodies.

"The cold winter this year coincides with the increased risks associated with the Corona virus, and the new mutant Omicron, and with lower temperatures during the winter, the human body begins to be affected by the cold weather," said dietitian Dina B Deli, from Mugla Sedki Koçman University in Mugla, western Turkey.

She added, "Therefore, a person needs to follow a lot of ways to warm his body, and foods that take longer to digest can raise the body's temperature, provide it with energy and help it feel warm, in a healthy and effective way."

And the specialist advised Daily to eat this group of foods and drinks in the winter:

Chicken soup with vegetables and onions

This soup warms the body, gives it a lot of necessary nutrients, resists the feeling of hunger, gives a feeling of satiety and gives it many of the elements it needs such as proteins and vitamins, as well as drinking enough water, which is a simple way to help the body stay warm in winter.

root vegetables

The specialist advised eating foods such as sweet potatoes, which contain a high percentage of vitamins “A” and “C” and potassium, as well as eating beets, carrots, leeks, green onions, turnips, and radishes, as they contain compounds that help keep the body warm and take longer to digest.

ginger

It supports the digestive system, strengthens the immune system, generates heat in the winter, helps regulate metabolism, and promotes blood flow to warm the fingers and toes, and ginger contains pungent polyphenols that make the body feel warm.

Iron-rich foods

Like red meat, spinach and black beans, they are a great source of monounsaturated fats, as well as linoleic acid, proteins, iron, zinc, vitamins B6, B12, and D, potassium, phosphorous, and magnesium, and when eaten, the body expends additional energy. In the digestion of food this generates body heat and feels warm.

Whole grains

In winter, you should eat more grains such as sesame, fennel, fenugreek, oats, barley, and brown rice. They are an excellent source of complex carbohydrates, which take time to be digested in the body. During this process, the body uses additional energy to digest food, which in turn makes the body warmer.

Peanut Butter

This food gives the body energy that sends warm quickly, and also provides the body with iron, vitamins and fiber, but you should not increase peanuts because it causes weight gain.

Spices and hot spices

Black pepper contains piperine, a compound that gives it its flavor and helps keep the body warm during the winter season. Cinnamon, cloves and cayenne pepper have the ability to directly stimulate thermogenesis in the body.

natural honey

Honey gives the body the necessary energy and sugars, and it is recommended to eat it regularly during the winter or drink it with hot water, because it helps keep the body warm.

the banana

It contains a lot of vitamin "B" and magnesium, which help the thyroid and adrenal glands in regulating body temperature correctly. finished/25h

Iraq practically enters the use of solar energy

The Iraqi Ministry of Environment announced, on Thursday, that the country has "practically" authorized the use of solar energy, noting that the controls for technologies in the use of these systems have been defined.

And she said in a statement, received by Shafak News Agency, that the committee charged with setting controls for financing electricity generation systems from renewable energy for citizens and industrial, economic, commercial and agricultural activities funded by the initiative of the Central Bank of Iraq approved the financial and technical controls early this year.

She added that this came in line with the state's orientations to switch to the use of electricity generation sources from renewable sources, explaining that it had launched, with the Central Bank of Iraq and other state institutions, an initiative to implement the national adaptation plan for the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.

The statement quoted the Director-General of the Environmental Awareness and Media Department, Amir Ali Al-Hassoun, as saying that the controls for technologies in the use of solar energy systems have been determined, which will allow citizens and various institutions to purchase them at competitive prices within the loan allocated to the initiative through local banks, indicating that the committee has established provisions and controls that guarantee Using the highest levels of technology and its sustainability through following up the standardization and quality control device, which will be installed under the supervision of specialized technical teams from the Ministry of Electricity.

Al-Hassoun explained that the initiative to switch to clean energy comes in line with the government's directions to abide by the decisions of the Paris Climate Change Conference, stressing that it is one of the fruits of the awareness campaigns implemented by the department in the public and private sectors as part of its plan to raise awareness of climate change. She referred to the formation of a committee headed by the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank, with the membership of representatives from the Ministries of Environment and Electricity and the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control, as well as representatives of the private sector from experts and investors.

The Ministry of Environment presented a detailed table on the specifications and approximate prices of loans according to the size of the system, which is considered a qualitative leap in the environmental aspect and is economically feasible for what the citizen spends on purchasing energy.

Fitch: Unemployment has risen in three Arab countries, including Iraq

link

The credit rating agency, Fitch, reported that three Arab countries, including Iraq, experienced an increase in unemployment with the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic, which worsened the situation in them.

Fitch said; Youth unemployment and the lack of economic opportunities for them with a growing population represents a major policy challenge and a threat to political and social stability in most countries in the Middle East and North Africa.

She pointed to the growth of demographic challenges since the outbreak of the events of the Arab Spring (2010-2011), which partly reflects the grievances of young people who are deprived of their rights, indicating that with the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic, conditions have worsened, and the already high unemployment rates have increased in Iraq, Jordan and Morocco.

Fitch added in a report seen by Shafak News Agency; The growth of real GDP per capita was weak in all countries of the region except for Egypt and Morocco, and labor force participation rates declined, in a trend that preceded the spread of Corona in Egypt, Morocco and Jordan.

It showed that demographics has a multi-faceted impact on sovereign ratings, as high population growth rates promote growth and thus exert a downward force on government debt dynamics, as is the case in Egypt. It leads to high unemployment rates and stagnant living standards, which increases the risks of social and political instability.

She explained that the need to contain social stability risks often leads to increased government spending on public sector employment and provision of subsidies, which leads to wider deficits and a tighter spending structure, noting that this approach succeeded in containing youth unemployment in Tunisia to some extent over the decade. The past, but culminated in debt sustainability and politically intractable financing challenges.

"Dana Gas" share declines with the increase in cash payments received from the Kurdistan Region and Egypt

link

"Dana Gas" company announced on Thursday that the total cash payments it received in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and Egypt increased by 107% on an annual basis in the year 2021 to reach 1.38 billion dirhams, compared to 667 million dirhams in the year 2020.

The company explained this morning that this significant improvement in the level of collection is due to the strong recovery in oil prices and the acceleration of the pace of cash payments collection in Egypt and the settlement of old dues in the Kurdistan Region.

It said that its share of cash payments received from sales of condensate and petroleum gas in the Kurdistan region increased by 80% to 674 million dirhams in 2021 compared to 374 million dirhams in 2020.

It is noteworthy that "Dana Gas" announced that it had received a cash payment of $39 million, during the month of December 2021, from the Egyptian government.

She noted that by receiving this payment, the total amounts owed by Egypt would be reduced to less than 30 million dollars (110 million dirhams); This is at the lowest level since the start of its operations in Egypt in 2007.

Electricity issues clarification regarding the payment of Iran's dues for gas supplied to Iraq

link

Today, Thursday, the Ministry of Electricity denied the news of its intention to liquidate the Iranian side's dues for the gas supplied to Iraq.

The ministry said in a press statement received by Earth News that "what was reported by some news agencies that Electricity announced the government's intention to liquidate the dues of the Iranian side, is incorrect."

She added, "The ministry announced, earlier in 2021, its willingness to pay all the dues of the current supplier gas for the value of gas supply for that year, and the ministry has actually paid the bills for the supplied and supplied gas in full except for the month of December of the year 2021 in the credit funds."

The ministry called on news agencies and satellite channels "not to cut statements and fragment them in a false manner and to mislead citizens and public opinion with false news."

1-5-2022   Intel Guru Bruce   ...Iraq is supposed to bring out their new rate again – they’ve already brought one out last Sunday – and it’s already in excess of what Dr Shabibi said our value would be on the Dinar...They are coming out with either an updated version of that Sunday as well as the introduction of their new government...So we are supposed to be launched prior to that – that means realistically – we should be there  Wednesday – Thursday – Friday – or  Saturday... we can’t absolutely pin it down but things are moving through...I think we are...at a very short waiting time...We know the rates are going to be very strong – we are not going to be concerned about that...

1-5-2022   Intel Guru Frank26
What does it mean to float?  Or how can Iraq float the currency internationally?  The answer was if you had Chapter VII completed.  If you had all Chapter 6 completed.  If you had Kuwait say you don't owe us anything and they have.  That's why we're at that next step.  IMO it's what the CBI has told the executive level to tell the branch levels, the tellers, to tell the citizens.

1-5-2022   Newshound Guru Pimpy  Article "Mazhar Salih:  The government may make changes to the exchange rate, and the dues of Resolution 15 are guaranteed"  The government cannot change the exchange rate...the Central Bank of Iraq is separate than the Iraqi government.  They can make requests, they can pressure them, but it is up to the central bank of Iraq ...

1-5-2022   Newshound Guru Kaperoni  Every once in a while you get someone who brings up a Global Currency Reset. It is utter nonsense as I stated numerous times most currencies in the world already float so they are already priced where they should be. In other words there is no such thing.

1-5-2022   Newshound Guru Militiaman  The CBI - they're the ones that are in charge of the monetary reform.  It's not the government...the government agrees... [Note:  You can always see the CBI's latest official dinar rate in the left column of this page.]

1-5-2022   Intel Guru Frank26  IMO the CBI is preparing to show the citizens of Iraq the new small category notes in a picture poster form and then they'll massively advertise it all over Iraq on billboards, television, newspapers and the mosques-everywhere/anywhere they can...it will be all over the place.

1-5-2022   Intel Guru MarkZ   [via PDK]   The news that we do have is coming out of the bond side. Literally all of my bond contacts believe they will have full access to any funds they have not received yet -TODAY... I pray this happens guys…this means the RV is very close…  They would not release those funds otherwise...The bond side right now is our canary in the mine shaft and I am watching it closely.

1-5-2022   Newshound Guru Pimpy  Article:  "Parliament sets the Great Hall of the Council as a place for its first session next Sunday".  Looks like parliament is set to go ahead and hold their first session which will happen this Sunday.  From there remember they appoint the speaker first, the deputies and then they announce the nominee for president.  Salih has done a good job hopefully gets back in there...it's January 9th...

1-5-2022   Intel Guru Frank26  Who is the CBI now meeting with?  They met with the U.S. Treasury for about 3 months in a row every Saturday.  They then stopped meeting them and about a month ago they started just meeting with the executive level [of Iraqi banks]...

1-5-2022   Intel Guru MarkZ  [via PDK]  The acting minister...made a comment there [Iraq] on Sunday that they do not need the government to be sat in order for the rate to change or to “adjust the values” of the dinar...Everyone just stay positive…we are very close…

The most important thing that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi spoke during the cabinet session

The most important thing that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi spoke during the cabinet session held today, Wednesday:

🔵 I had a meeting with an Iraqi woman from the city of Tal Afar, who is the mother of seven martyrs, and relatives of other martyrs who died during the time of the previous regime, and also after 2003 by terrorism and ISIS gangs. We must stop at these stories for the families of the victims that involve a lot of pain and patience. .

🔵 We once again affirm the end of the combat role of the American forces and the international coalition forces in Iraq, and all the camps have been received by the Iraqi forces, and there are currently a number of advisers working alongside our security forces.

Unfortunately, there are some absurd behaviors. With the first days of the new year, several missiles were launched targeting Iraqi camps; This will certainly disturb security and stability.

🔵 There are Iraqis who spent years in prisons; Because of malicious accusations, I visited a number of them, and I saw many of these cases.

🔵 I will visit the President of the Supreme Judicial Council; To coordinate the formation of a committee to look into some cases suspected of malicious charges.

🔵 What happened in Jableh district in Babil province is unfortunate and sad that Iraqis were killed in cold blood at the hands of weak souls alienating the morals and principles of our security forces; This is what prompted us to stress strongly the need to reconsider the security assessment of some security elements.

🔵 We directed the National Security Agency to supervise and stand up to the Jableh crime, in which an entire family was killed due to a family dispute and the exploitation of Article (4) of the Anti-Terrorism Law.

🔵 We are the victims of the unjust dictator, and it is unreasonable to continue with injustice while we live in the era of democracy.

A glimmer of hope looms on the horizon.. The law: the understandings between the framework and the current are moving positively

Information / Baghdad

The leader of the State of Law coalition, Kati Al-Rikabi, confirmed, on Wednesday, that there is a glimmer of hope through the continuation of understandings between the coordination framework and the Sadrist movement, while noting that there is a desire by all political forces to replace the three presidencies without granting a second term to any of them.

Al-Rikabi said in a statement to "The Information", that "the meetings and understandings between the Sadrist movement and the framework forces are moving at a positive pace and are still continuing," noting that "there is a glimmer of hope in an agreement between the two Shiite forces and going to the parliament session on the ninth of this month with a unified vision."

He added that "the second phase of the agreement of the two parties will take place on their agreement to nominate the next prime minister," explaining that "the Shiite political forces still have time to reach an understanding on naming the prime minister, especially since naming the prime minister comes in the last stage after choosing the presidents of Parliament and the Republic."

A scientific study reveals a benefit to the intestines from a nutritional supplement
01/05/2022 | 9:34 pm

New studies point to a strange link between intestinal health and many bodily and vital functions in humans, but a new study has revealed an impressive benefit associated with a type of supplement that affects the intestines.

Some are surprised to learn that gut health is directly related to brain health, as scientists indicate that changes that occur in the gut microbiome not only lead to behavioral changes in humans, but can also affect and change human cognitive health, that is, brain health.

And a British research center affiliated with the University of Reading recently published a report in the “Neuroscience & Behavioral Reviews” journal, revealing the total results of 30 studies focused on the relationship of gut health with some supplements and its association with cognitive function.

Researchers speculated that the positive benefits that probiotic supplementation had on the gut microbiome might have some beneficial effects as well. Therefore, several researchers are beginning to conduct more studies to see if this supplement can also be used to improve cognition and brain health.

After researching and investigating many studies, researchers reached positive results in the journal, and scientists came to an unexpected conclusion for some, that probiotic supplementation can have a significant effect on slowing cognitive decline in adults, but it is not of great importance to cognition when infants and children.

“Regular consumption of probiotics has been shown to improve both memory and attention scores on mental tests in adults with early or mild cognitive impairment.”

The report touched on another study that showed that probiotic supplements help with executive functioning and information processing in adults with mild cognitive impairment, according to the article published in the American "Eat This, Not That" magazine, which specializes in nutrition and health.

The report notes that, although the results collected for this report show promising results for future research on the relationship between probiotics and brain health, some experts express the need for more research on the topic.

"I don't think anyone is saying that probiotics cure cognitive dysfunction per se, but they may unlock a sensitive piece of the puzzle and may be important, in terms of their contribution to improving these types of symptoms."

It is worth noting that probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that are naturally present in some parts of the body, are naturally present in many food sources, in addition to their presence in the form of nutritional supplements available in pharmacies.

It is found naturally in yogurt, fermented cabbage, pickles, halloumi cheese, sourdough bread and other foods.

According to the medical website “webteb”, probiotics offer several benefits such as maintaining the digestive system, preventing and treating diarrhea and maintaining heart health, as well as relieving some types of allergies, enhancing the health of the immune system, helping to lose weight and fat in the abdominal area, protecting against depression and anxiety, and promoting skin health. . finished 25
