Deputy: The first round of the US dialogue was a crossword

On Tuesday, a member of the House of Representatives, Enas Al-Maksousi, considered that the Iraqi-American dialogue in his first round was almost a crossword.
Al-Maksousi said in a statement to "Information", that "the Iraqi-American dialogue in its first round is almost just crossword puzzles, and there is nothing in its clauses that serves the Iraqi national interest."
She added that "what Iraq is going through since 2003 and to this day must be employed in favor of service, educational, cultural and health projects, and it is not limited to the issue of the American military presence in Iraq ."
Al-Maksousi indicated that "the first round of negotiations between the two sides did not address the economic and service side and lacks recommendations," considering that "the business paper presented between the two sides is cross words that lack all aspects that serve the interests of Iraq and its people.

Al-Fatlawi: External interference and obstacles impeding the implementation of the agreement with China

The deputy from the Al-Fateh Alliance Fadel Al-Fatlawi said that there are external wills and other obstacles that stand in the way of implementing the agreement with China, pointing out that Iraq will not be able to take a step forward unless these agreements are activated.
"There are external wills that stand in the way of working and activating the agreement with the Chinese side to advance Iraq economically," Al-Fatlawi told Al-Maalouma.
He added that "the China agreement avoided spending huge amounts of money in Iraq , as happened in many countries that contracted with Beijing to develop their infrastructure and projects."
And that " Iraq will not be able to advance one step in the field of services, construction and infrastructure in the event that obstacles remain and the intervention of various parties in economic agreements, especially the agreement with China."

State institutions respect the official without the citizen. The Trade Bank, for example, queues for auditors wait at a temperature exceeding 50 degrees Celsius
Why is the Iraqi not respected in state institutions, thus one of the auditors of the Iraqi Trade Bank (TBI), after the bank employees .prevented the auditors from entering the building, under the pretext of preserving their safety, following the outbreak of the Corona virus
Citizens were not reluctant to adhere to preventive measures, but the way in which employees are treated confirms the lack of respect for the citizen, as .they forced them to stay outside the bank, with the high temperatures reaching 49 degrees Celsius, without providing a place suitable for the customer .

The auditors complained about this poor performance, blaming the measures taken against them and their indifference to their safety

The obelisk correspondent says, that a deputy was banned to the bank and excluded and admitted to the building, in a clear distinction from the other .auditors ?
One of the auditors commented on this by saying: Do I have to be a deputy or official in order to respect me

Another reviewer criticized state institutions that in every country in the world institutions respect their customers, except in Iraq, the customer is not .respected
In the afternoon hours, the auditors sat at the height of the sun, under an umbrella placed by the bank outside the building, where the auditors were .waiting for their roles
Ali, a citizen who was banned to the bank, said he wanted to deposit an amount in his bank account, if the matter was a precaution, then why didn't the ?authorities responsible for the bank create a special room for the auditors
This scenario is repeated in many state institutions, as some of its employees deliberately disrespect citizens, neglect them and obstruct their .transactions .
And Iraq is witnessing a hot summer, as temperatures in Baghdad and some provinces exceeded half the boiling point

Iraq is ranked 14 out of 18 Arab countries in the field of economic government effectiveness
Economist Manar Al-Ubaidi revealed on Tuesday a study conducted by the Arab Monetary Fund in 2019 in the field of the index of the .effectiveness of Arab governments in economic matters

Al-Obaidi said in a statement to the obelisk: Iraq ranked 14 out of 18 Arab countries that were studied in the field of the index of the effectiveness of .governments in economic matters According to the study, Iraq ranked last last in the amount of the rule of law in the field of economic matters, with a factor of 1.6, and 14th in the field of .administrative corruption with a factor of 1.3433, while on the level of the government's effectiveness, Iraq ranked 14th and a factor of 1.2465.
