Saudi Arabia exposes Qatar's massive funding for terrorism and from it in Iraq

The State of Qatar has been involved in the financing of terrorist activities for $ 64.2 billion from 2010 to 2015, according to sources close to the ruling regime in Doha.

The newspaper pointed out that Riyadh has documents to prove the involvement of Doha to support the violence and terrorism in the region. These documents reached Saudi Arabia during the reign of the late King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, including what he acquired during the past two years.

Qatar has allocated $ 7.6 billion to finance terrorist operations in 2010, and the figure rose to $ 10.4 billion in 2011, before jumping to $ 11.4 billion in 2012, according to the unnamed source.

In 2013, Qatar increased its financial support for terrorist operations to $ 12.2 billion, jumping to $ 12.6 billion in 2014 before shrinking to 9.9 by 2015.

The State of Qatar has consistently supported extremist groups and terrorists in more than one country in the region and beyond. The most important aspect of this support is financial support and political cover for these groups.

Several Western reports have pointed out that Qatar is the largest country in the region to turn a blind eye to providing funding to extremist and terrorist groups, although its domestic laws criminalize such practices.

The support dates back to 2008, when Qatari Khalifa Mohammed Turki al-Subaie provided financial support to Pakistani Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, a leader of al-Qaeda and the mastermind of the September 11, 2001 attacks, the Telegraph newspaper reported.

The US Treasury Department accuses Qatar's Salim Hassan Khalifa Rashid al-Kuwari of transferring hundreds of thousands of dollars to al-Qaeda through a terrorist financing network.

According to US documents, al-Kuwari worked with another Qatari, Abdullah Ghanim al-Khawar, 33, to manage a financing network that supports terrorist groups and confirms Khawar's contribution to the release of al-Qaeda members in Iran.

Among the blacklisted names in the United States and the United Nations, Abdul Rahman bin Omair al-Nuaimi, accused of transferring $ 1.5 million a month to al-Qaeda in Iraq, and 375 thousand pounds to al Qaeda in Syria.

Among the names is Abdul Aziz bin Khalifa al-Attiyah, the cousin of the former Qatari foreign minister, who has already been convicted in a Lebanese court of financing international terrorist organizations and is linked to al Qaeda leaders.

Lebanese media reported that Al-Attiyah met in May 2012 with Omar al-Qatari and Shadi al-Mulawi, two al-Qaeda leaders, who gave them thousands of dollars.

The department is expanded to include residents in Qatar who are involved in suspicious activities that the Qatari authorities turn over to fund terrorist groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as groups in Asia, Africa and the Arabian Peninsula.

The country's support for the Brotherhood was not confined to its territory but included groups emanating from it in Turkey, Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain, Syria, Lebanon and Libya.

Qatar's financial support to terrorist groups has extended to the "victory front" in both Syria and Lebanon, making the terrorist-classified group look like a "diagonal arm".

In Libya, Qatar has supported several terrorist figures, including the cleric Siddiq Qatar Ali al-Salabi, Abdul Hakim Belhadj, a former al-Qaeda operative, Abdel Basset Guelleh, well-known terrorist elements and businessmen.

Barzani Party: Abadi visited Iran for "fear" of the popular crowd and his meeting with Khamenei is an "insult" to Iraq

Thursday, June 22 2017 at 12: 36 pm  Baghdad / Sky Press
The head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) parliamentary bloc, Arafat Karam, on Thursday attacked Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, saying that the image of Abadi with Khamenei is "an insult to Iraq" because it represents all Iraqis, not only Shiites.
"It is an insult to Iraq, because Abadi represents all Iraqis, not just Shiites. His visit is not a religious and religious visit until he sits in this way," Karam said, commenting on the meeting between Abadi and Khamenei on his Twitter page.
"After the visit to Saudi Arabia, Abadi visited Tehran for fear of some Shiite political blocs loyal to Iran, and fear of some factions of the popular crowd of Iran."
Karam pointed out that "Khamenei's claim to Abadi to oppose the separation of Kurdistan from Iraq, evidence of the fragility of Iran's position, as is happening in the region after the advent of Trump and the formation of an Arab NATO."
Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi returned to Baghdad after a tour of the region, which included Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Iran, where he met with a number of officials of those countries, where he discussed with them bilateral relations and the war against terrorism as well as the question of the referendum in the region.

Saudi Crown Prince seeks control of Iraq's oil

Thursday, June 22, 2017 Time: 13: 29 pm (1046 views)
Observers expected that the leadership of Mohammed bin Salman to become Crown Prince in Saudi Arabia, to Saudi Arabia's oil policy more conservative within OPEC, as the Kingdom puts its own needs first.
According to the Bloomberg economic agency, the rise of Prince Mohammed bin Salman to the post of Crown Prince was not a big surprise, as King Salman had already handed him the lead of the country, and it would be strange if the king did not work to ensure the continuation of the implementation of his son's policies.
Prince Mohammed has already worked out a solid strategy for the region and will probably strengthen it further as his authority grows. He led the military campaign against the Iranian-backed Huthis in Yemen, and more recently he had a central role in isolating neighboring Qatar.
While the parameters of Saudi Arabia's regional policy have become clearer under Prince Mohammed bin Salman, they have a tougher stance against Iran and its growing influence, which will probably not change, according to the agency.
Iraq, where the popular and Kurdish mobilization forces have reached the front lines of a staunch campaign in the country, has increased bilateral trade relations annually between Iran and Iraq since 2003, according to a Tehran Times report.
Similarly, Iraq is also a member of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), exceeding the agreed target of the production target. This puts it on the stronger line of criticism by Saudi Arabia, while oil prices have fallen to levels not seen since the group adopted the production target in November.
In general, the compliance of OPEC member countries with production limits is better than in any other similar agreement in history.
But this is largely due to Saudi Arabia cutting its output far more than agreed.
It is likely that Saudi Arabia will not endure to lift the heavier burden, especially if we begin to see a more balanced market and higher prices.
Even the tension in the Middle East, which is expected to cause a sharp rise in oil prices, has a limited impact so far. With a more solid stance than Riyadh, we may see traders begin to calculate the political risk again. This will increase if Iraq becomes the next target after Qatar According to the agency.

Governor Mark Carney is between a rock and a hard place. Stagflationary winds -- declining growth and rising inflation -- are among the trickiest economic challenges that policy makers can face. 6-22-2017   Intel Guru Frank26   Iraq has been going crazy for many years...for over a decade...with uncontrolled movement...with disorganized leadership that destroys and creates chaos instead of the vision they have now for order, unity, Security and Stability...They now have a vision to move into a Revaluation future with the actions that are being presented within their auctions...this country is changing...this country is being run differently...and the IMF requirements are being fulfilled...

6-22-2017   Newshound Guru Phillyman   [...it escapes me to see all the information about this broken country when everyone that has any true intel that state side and abroad are the saying the same things and that is, "That it will never come to pass." the words of some bankers not my own so why continue this witch hunt for something that will never be?]    I take it the "it" you are referring to is the RV...I have no idea when the change will take place.  Speculation on that point has brought insanity to the community but I do believe it is coming...if people cannot see the massive change coming to Iraq and that region I just don't get it.

6-22-2017   Newshound Guru Phillyman   Article:  "Islamic State blows up historic Mosul mosque where it declared 'caliphate': Iraqi military"  Who knows what IS leadership had in mind when they blew up the historic mosque with the leaning minaret...but that symbol of the caliphate was huge and is now gone. I cannot imagine we are far from hearing Abadi declare victory over Mosul.
6-22-2017   Newshound Guru Aggiedad77    Article:  "Islamic State blows up landmark Great Mosque of al-Nuri and famous leaning minaret in Mosul"    IMO...we pray for any lives lost in the Grand Old Mosque...and mourn the physical loss of such an artifact and part of Iraqi history...but at the same time it would appear to me that Abadi has proof positive of a cause for celebration and "official" international announcement that the terrorists are no more...   It is planned...it is called for...and we shall be a part of it...the BEST is coming...

...the CBI also told the banks they would  provide them with 25 million per bank as cash per 3,000 for each citizen if they want to travel...something is happening with their auctions and their currency and with their procedures...and their window of buy and sell...this is indeed a strange request...this makes no sense but it is not a coincidence is it...they are preparing for an RV...I think they are pushing the month into a time frame of the 26th to the 30th...for many things...including a possible RV...IMO Family we are very close...From months to weeks to day...to now hours...soon to become seconds…   [post 2 of 2]

6-22-2017   Intel Guru Frank26   [Guru] DELTA called me last week...said the CBI made an announcement on the Arabic side to all of the banks...they told them that the auction of the 26th...two Sundays from now...they sent a memo to all of their banks in Iraq asking all of the money changers that they are being required to tell the CBI what it is that they need for currency...and we want to know it now...on the 18th...and it will be done on the 25th...
they are piggybacking one week in advance...that is weird...he said...all banks have to submit on the 18th for the auction on the 25th...we’ve never seen anything like this before in the auctions... [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
