Al-Rafidain Bank has determined the amounts of payments under which 50 million dinars will be granted for construction purposes to anyone who owns a residential plot of not less than (50 m2).
The bank's press office said in a press statement that the bank had identified the first installment amounting to JD 25 million when completing the bond. The second installment was JD15 million when the roof was completed and the third reached JD10 million at turnkey. The transfer of ownership of the property or the conduct of any legal actions only after payment of all obligations towards the bank or approval.
It should be noted that the Rafidain Bank had set the conditions and mechanisms that must be available in those who ask the borrower for the purpose of building the house or buy it from investment projects. The Rafidain Bank revealed about three months ago details of the granting of loans to buy housing units in residential investment projects that are funded, explaining that the student should not have received a loan from their bank or the bank Rashid.
