That speaks volume but dont know if there was a new rate or not. Plus 59 banks saying they will take it and now. All we are waiting for is the rate to change, and sooner or later they will change the rate of the currency. Are you excited about the Dong as much as the Dinar? Ray: Sought of, I have heard a bit about the Dong. Ray's Wrap Up: We are waiting for this to happen anytime until I hear something different. I am pleased with the progress of what I am hearing. I have no info saying Sept, Oct, Novermber. Our next course of action is developing strategies for when it will happen. Right now I have nothing indicting September, October, Novermber. Hopefully the info will help you in this process and that is what I Believe! Rayren98

agreement and coordination with three companies (intermediate and not

Nassif said in a statement quoted by her media office for
the twilight news that "a Bulgarian company, an intermediary owned by a
Bulgarian citizen of Iraqi origin named M. Naimi, and a figure in the Ministry
of Defense, had an influential decision (without the minister's rank) to forward
a new order From the Directorate of arming to the Bulgarian company owned by the
Iraqi person for commissions of 10% of the total amount of the deal of 163

She explained that "there is information that this Iraqi
mediator of Bulgarian nationality has worked to enter the call by the Ministry
of Defense using three companies and different names to ensure that the
invitation to the companies and the acquisition of the entire order."
The relevant departments in the Ministry of Defense,
including the Inspector-General, have to make sure that these three companies
(Apollo / BMMG / Tara) are manufactured and not intermediary. Intermediate
companies are often more than 30% or 40% And this difference in prices must
return to the Iraqi people and not to the corrupt. "

contracts plagued by corruption and the investigation is still underway,

to put an end to the waste of public money in the context of financial distress

and Iraq can be raised from eight billion dollars now to more than 20 billion
dollars in the future," Al-Ishaq said at a meeting of the Iran-Iraq Trade
Planning Council at the headquarters of Iran's Chamber of Commerce, Industries
and Mines in Tehran. "Despite all the problems currently in place, Iraq is
Iran's second trading partner, but upgrading this position requires addressing
some of the internal problems related to the government, the private sector and
the chamber of commerce in the country," he said.
He pointed out that "many Iranian companies have not entered the markets of Iraq so far, but the experiments proved that the Iranian companies that are active in Iraq has been successful."
"The mutual visits of more than three million Iranian and Iraqi visitors to the holy shrines of the two countries constitute a tremendous potential to improve the level of trade relations between them," he said.

State Department reiterated Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence and
terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons.

Iran launches largest library in the world
(Independent) .. The Iranian
capital Tehran this summer launched the largest library in the world.
This
cultural center is supposed to contribute to reviving the desire of young
Iranians to discover culture.
The library has a library area of
about 65,000 square meters, with several private spaces, galleries, galleries,
cinemas and scientific courses, according to a report in the French newspaper
Ouest-France.
A place of prayer was dedicated in
the "Book Garden". The roof terrace is covered with green spaces that allow
all readers to read books while enjoying the sun.
13 years of works
The Bookshop has become the
largest library in the world, with book shelves spanning nearly 14,000 square
meters, surpassing the Barnes & Noble Library in New York.
Iran is exploiting the new library
to re-polish its cultural image. In addition, about 400,000 books
were devoted mainly to young people, and the shelves for these books were
downloaded for easy access by children.
It should be noted that the
decision to establish this cultural space was taken in 2004 in conjunction with
the organization of the Book Fair in Tehran. The construction has been
completed since spring, but it was only opened before July 17, until the shelves
were filled with books.
"This project aims to teach our
children how to be active and creative, using modern methods and equipment,"
said Ali Larijani, head of the Iranian Shura Council.
The annual book fair is scheduled
to be held in Tehran within the Book Garden.
Control is always imposed
Iranian publishing specialists
expressed optimism that such a center would be launched. The Book Garden
will help to spread and produce books based on modern techniques that contribute
to the promotion of the publication of books by writers.
It will also be easy to access the
ancient Iranian Islamic sources, especially with the availability of archives of
the country dates back to 1979, the history of the Iranian revolution, which
turned the country into an Islamic Republic.
On the other hand, some titles are
still banned in this giant library, such as the novel "Da Vinci Code" by Dan
Brown, "The Girl with the Pearl Earring" by Tracy Chevalier, and the novel
"Ulysses" by James Joyce. These novels are missing in the
library. It should be noted that the presentation of a number of
books has been banned because of its content that speaks about kissing, and
wine.
As for the rest of the Iranian
writers, they were divided into two categories. A class opposed to Hassan Rouhani
writes in Iran but does not publish their books, and their previously published
books are gradually withdrawn from libraries.
The others, who are sympathetic to
Hassan Rowhani, have been rewarded by the system, and they have several
important means to dedicate themselves to ideal working conditions.

American Contractor The Iraqi dinar has been fluctuating between 1189
and 1260 to the dollar. The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) continues to support the
Iraqi dinar's peg to the dollar. The current peg is not expected to change for
several years. The CBI is obtaining badly needed loans from the International
Monetary Fund (IMF) World Bank, and several private organizations to assist in
the rebuilding efforts. Some organizations are reluctant to grant Iraq loans due
to the simple fact that AML laws (anti-money laundering) are not withstanding
and the additional lack of law enforcement is null.
Parliamentary Economic Committee member, Najiba
Najib, is sounding the alarm about Iraq's current economic conditions. This
coming year, in 2018, the Iraqi government will have a laborious time in
servicing debt, and repaying loans owed to other countries. It is likely that
the hard currency, the U.S. dollar, will maintain its presence in Iraq for time
to come. The Iraqi government (CBI) continues to print dinars to maintain the
inflation in the single digits. The increasing deficit of $21bln will continue
to be an ongoing issue well into 2018. One is to wonder and question how Iraq is
going to receive a loan to help offset this enormous deficit? Let’s hope that
the year 2018 sees the price of oil rise to $100. That
would be a tremendous help to the Iraqi government in regards to the
deficit.

suspect this will all come to a conclusion on or before the start of
2018... IMO... I expect the CBI to make a currency call and a
change...upon conclusion of ISIS (war) , which is basically
over...At such time we will find out the worth of the 3 zero notes at
exchange.
8-28-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 [Are you as
excited about the dong as you are about the dinar?] Sort
of. I’m satisfied with what I have heard solid intel from others on the
IQD. I haven’t heard as much on the dong. Iraq is telling its
citizens that they are going to change the value of the currency really soon,
and we are starting to see little indicators of them doing just
that.

8-28-2017 Newshound Guru Kaperoni As I have stated on numerous occasions, any bank that wants to do business with Iraq can. And any bank that wants to do financial transactions can. The lifting of sanctions on Iraq several years ago achieved this. That being said, doing business with a central bank in Article XIV is risky and very few if any will do business with Iraq while they are still under IMF Article XIV. Until they achieve the requirements of Article VIII and accept it, most foreign banks will shy away from Iraq. Think of IMF Article VIII as an international standard.
8-28-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 ...there is no new hot intel, but we do have some announcements from Iraq saying legislation waiting for eight years is now being passed. They didn’t say what legislation. There are new money auctions coming up later in September, and that may relate to the cessation of US dollar auctions. [How excited are you?] Very excited – this thing is definitely in motion...we just don’t know when. And now ordinary Iraqi citizens have cards and are using them here in the US. That speaks volumes to me. We just don’t know if that is based on the new rate. Also, 59 banks are taking dinar now. All I’m waiting for is the rate to change.

[How long do you think it will take to clear out the rest of the country?] I would think probably until the end of the year...Maybe April, 2018. My sense is that there is political timing at work. Abadi will want the maximum boost from the war to coincide with the elections in April and he will want to keep the Hash'd forces " busy " i think.

Back and forth, back and forth... Western World redeemer's are being treated like a third class shuttlecock now as hydration occurs all around them but not to them.
SKRs worldwide are being funded in real time... but not in western banks, and not in TRNs. This per several paymasters sending SKR wires today!
It appears as if the west is being held back a week or so as to let the east get a slight but significant timing head start.
As a result of the RV firing, North Korea fired a couple of missiles over Japan sovereign territory. Pure cabal. Nobody is biting. And nobody will.
http://thehill.com/policy/ international/348337-north- korea-fires-missile-toward- japan-reports
A SKR principal passport must be registered in the eastern hemisphere to get paid right now. So it matters more where one resides versus where the assets were redeemed or how what assets were submitted.
China looks to be taking care of their own nation and people in the Eastern Hemisphere first. And when they are all done, the Western Hemisphere can go.
Elders are clearly refusing to let the west get any trading advantage simply by not turning on their currencies.
If anything, their giving eastern hemisphere clients an investment or trading advantage to buy futures contracts and equities ... blatantly so.
Hard to watch if you're holding SKRs with either a European, Canadian or American passport.
And what's the common denominator of all these countries? You guessed it... they all have Anglo oriented leadership teams.
But I'm the asshole. OK. Wait till my alien /Anglo DNA degradation posts come out, then you'll be ready to lynch old Yo-Yo.
I absorb your pain and return it as love.
What's more comical to me is the same western world countries that have had their currencies reduced down to a 1:1 ratio are clueless as to what that really means.
See, post RV, eastern based governments, economies and currencies will suddenly shoot past their western counter parts, yet the basis for recognizing value will appear as if nothing significant has happened.
Literally the economic polarity of the financial earth will change or flip overnight, and almost no one in the west will even notice that everyone allied with the east is silently smirking at our entitled ignorance masked as pride filled arrogance.
Everything remains the same while everything changes.
That's higher chakra intelligence at work--as lower chakra life is gently phased out into oblivion.
Adapt or die. At least someone loves you enough to give you a head start. Sobeit.

Reports: Drinking too much water is harmful to
health
LONDON, Aug 26 (Reuters) - Doctors have often
advised drinking water to avoid dryness and serious illness, but a health report
warned of excessive water consumption.
The report by the British Ministry of Health that
drinking water over the body needs to "water" causes health risks that may lead
to death.
The amount of water needed by the human body
depends on lifestyle, age, exercise and weather. The average water consumption
rate is about 1.2 liters per day for normal people according to UK
weather.
He said that "the symptoms of dryness in the body
caused by lack of drinking water include fatigue, dizziness and muscle pain and
may lead to death."
He added: "There are also cases of water spoilage
caused by excessive consumption, which are rare cases and can be called water
poisoning, and lead to high levels of salts in the blood and push fluids into
the cells, causing swelling, and thus damage brain functions, as a result of
increasing pressure within the skull Causing head pain and nausea.
"
The report warned that such cases, if severe, may
lead to high blood pressure, impaired vision and difficulty in breathing and
muscle weakness, adding that the extreme cases include fainting, seizures and
death.
The report said that the correct way in which a
person is defined as consuming the right amount of water is through the color of
the urine, which is net in the color of white drinking straw.
