The Financial Advisor to the Prime Minister announced the appearance of
Mohammed Saleh, on Thursday, that Iraq will receive about $ 16 billion

credit with the International Monetary Fund will continue until
mid-2019.
Saleh said in a press statement that Iraq will get through the
agreement with international organizations and the seven countries on
the nearly $ 16 billion to bridge Iraq's budget gap, which is close to
the financial gap in the budget estimated at 18 billion dollars.
Adding that Iraq signed on July 7, 2016 with the International Monetary
Fund agreement credit readiness to provide a loan worth $ 5.3 billion,
indicating that Iraq so far withdrew from the loan nearly two billion
dollars.
He added that the agreement with the International Monetary Fund will continue until the middle of 2019 and by 36 months, noting that the loan will be a soft rate of 1.5% per annum and a repayment period of five years and a grace period of two years.
Saleh explained that the World Bank will also provide Iraq with a loan of three billion dollars, in addition to a loan from the Group of Seven industrialized countries and $ 4.2 billion, as well as the postponement of 4.6 billion dollars resulting from compensation of the war in Kuwait.
Saleh pointed out that Iraq will implement programs and financial and monetary targets and put them in a framework that provides financial stability for Iraq and face financial and security challenges.

Baghdad: Foreign
Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, Iraq's refusal to make it the scene of a regional
conflict, in his Turkish counterpart Mouloud Gaooshoglu, his country's rejection
of the referendum of the Kurdistan region independence.
"We will not allow Iraq to be a
region of regional conflict," Jaafari told a joint news conference with Uglu
after their talks in Baghdad in response to a Turkish-Iranian agreement to fight
the PKK inside Iraqi territory. "Coordination and cooperation can be achieved
without prejudice to Iraq's sovereignty, Which would bring stability, but we
reject such interference. "
"We believe that the presence of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) reflects a security crisis and Iraq has not brought these forces from abroad, but exploited the security situation after 2014," he said.
Jaafari said that he discussed with Oglu "the development of relations between Iraq and Turkey and moving the trade file to reduce after the fall of the city of Mosul and now reached 12 billion dollars, with the opening of investment, especially in the liberated areas of the terrorist."
"We also discussed the situation of the region and ways to achieve stability in it, and we look forward to further economic cooperation and take Turkey's role in the process of reconstruction and construction."
For his part, the Turkish foreign minister reiterated his country's rejection of the referendum on the independence of the Kurdistan region, saying that "what we are looking for from Erbil is to reverse the decision of the referendum and cancel this decision clearly and explicitly."
He added that "the interest of the Kurds always remain with the Iraqi unity, and I came here to Baghdad to emphasize the unity of Iraq and the safety of its territory."
The Turkish foreign minister expressed "his hope that all problems between Baghdad and Erbil within the borders of Iraq and its territorial integrity," calling for "Arbil to take advantage of the rights claimed within one Iraq."
"The lifting of the flag of the province in Kirkuk is contrary to the Constitution, which is a wrong step and even the decision of the referendum, we told them that the decision is wrong and I will repeat," said Oglu, "as long as we support the Kurdistan region and the training of the Peshmerga," referring to what he described as "wrong steps carried out by Erbil." This is what I said in my visit to Erbil. "
He revealed "the willingness of Turkey to play the role of mediation between Baghdad and Erbil to solve the problems if the parties request it from them."
"The presence of the PKK in Iraq poses a threat to its unity and we will cooperate with the Iraqi government to confront it and work to increase its encirclement," he said.
He pointed out that "the PKK and the joint aggression of Iraq and Turkey must be avoided, and we can work jointly between the two countries to eliminate these terrorist organizations."
"We hope to increase economic and trade cooperation and exchange visits between the two countries and I would be happy to visit Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari and Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi of Turkey," he said.
On the launch of the battle to liberate Tal Afar west of Mosul welcomed the Turkish Foreign Minister operations and stressed the preservation of the identity of Tal Afar Turkmen, "adding that" we will work to support the national unity of Iraq and the reconstruction of liberated areas of dashing. "
He also expressed his country's happiness and its blessing for the Iraqi victories against Da'ash, which was achieved by the Iraqi forces in the liberation of Mosul.
"We have discussed with Jaafari in detail this matter," Oglu said. "The camp was not created to break the territorial integrity of Iraq and threaten its sovereignty, and the people of Iraq were trained in this camp and equipped to fight against Saddam."
"We have been able to use this camp to kill more than 700 preachers in this region and the forces that were trained had a role in liberating Mosul, and now they are carrying out the studies and the Iraqi government there."
"The decision to close this camp and withdraw our troops will be done together with the Iraqi side, and we have special representatives on this and are looking at the subject in detail."
He pointed out that "the intention of holding a meeting of the Iraqi-Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Council in Ankara and we are working on a forum between Iraqi and Turkish businessmen on the sidelines of this meeting with periodic meetings of the Joint Economic Commission for the development of relations."
"We will encourage Turkish businessmen and investors to rebuild the liberated areas of Iraq, especially Mosul," he said. "The Iraqi side supports the Turkish businessmen and there are some problems we can overcome together.

Breitling & Guest Guru Bob …Ordinary income
is going to be taxed at whatever rate you currently exist on or experience in
that one year timeframe. If you’re in a lower tax bracket
obviously your taxes are less. If you’re in the highest income bracket
you’re hitting the maximum they have right now. When the dinar
comes to fruition this is where YOU are in the driver’s seat.
You get to decide for yourself what you’re going to do. Are you
going to put that out there and cash it all in right now and expose yourself to
the highest tax risk that there is? Are you going to do it very slowly and
keep yourself down on that level of paid taxes? You get to decide all
that…The moment you walk out that bank after receiving that money in
your hand you have created a taxable event. That’s it. You’re going
to be exposed to the highest tax rate that is in your bracket of income.
Period. There is no capital gains on this puppy.

There are reasons why the Trump personality has been on television three times in three days.
There are reasons why Paul Ryan is speaking again today and later this week on national television for a third time.
There are reasons why a sudden small hurricane is forming in the Gulf of Mexico ready to hit before the week ends.
There are reasons why Israel's Netanyahu is in Russia today with his Mossad chief.
There are reasons why the Minsk Agreement suddenly was finalized yesterday and a ceasefire in Ukraine implemented today.
There are reasons why Department of Defense Secretary James Mattis was in Iraq, and a long-term Afghanistan policy was also set.
There are reasons why Wells Fargo Bank was made to close a large number of its redemption centers and is being sold to China.
There are reasons a new website is being built to serve this community for your post-RV needs and all future philanthropic activities (theclarioncalls.com).
There are reasons this is all happening at the tail end of August, before the markets reopen, Congress returns from recess, the White House is remodeled and the Labor Day holiday arrives and children are returned back to school.
There are reasons for these events beyond all human understanding and why digital exchange credits must be infinite and nobody will be publicly informed--ever.
There are reasons why all of this is happening after a very rare total solar eclipse across the entire United States of America.
