Word on the Street Thursday 8/10/17

Thursday TNT UPDATE for August 10, 2017

A video surfaced where PM Abadi helds a press conference on Wednesday and supposedly makes an "oh, by the way" type of comment publicly stating the exit of UN's Chapter 7. There is concern on the validity of this video and it's english written subtitles.
Inconclusive reports indicate that the IMF has announced that Iraq is Article 8 compliant.
Kuwait has supposedly received its last payment....awaiting more solid information.
If all 3 of these statements prove to be true and accurate.....August 21 may be a moot point. smile

Time Will Tell...................ALL!!!!!!!
UPDATE!!
AFTER RECEIVING THE VIDEO FROM ABADI'S PERSONAL TWITTER ACCOUNT, I WILL ACCEPT IT AS VALIDATION.

Word on the Street Thursday 8/10/17:

TNT CONFERENCE CALL WEDNESDAY 8/9/17 DC NY CALL RECAP:
Good afterrnoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Hump Day! There is no new hot news yet. There is good expectations of things popping out. My text I sent out yesterday said a whole lot. From Monday our expectation was a few days, and we are approaching it in 2 days for it to be reality. They have met and waited for reports from the meetings in Iraq and all ties in with the info with the TV, scuttle butt, in the mosque, and things we knew are supposed to take place. We are looking for target dates. Contractors looking for August 21 st and looking for the public representation. Everything is still is looking on or before the 21st and expectation of what to come. Cards to come out which is their pay system. All supposed to be 1-1 ratio with the general understanding the public international rate would come several days after that. Questions: Q: You stated after the 21st are we the public or internet group. Our group would be an internet group. Q: Can I transfer a trust ? Ray: Over 18 you can. Q: Any Iraq laws going into the Gazette this week? Ray: Not any that I am looking for. Q: Do you know anyone with SKR that have been funded? Ray: No they have not been furnded yet. Callers: Caller: Catnip: Are you using Iraq August 21 which is August 20th here? Ray: Yes. Catnip: One thing that just surfaced the US embassy in Iraq are restricting the movement of its employees and what impact would it have on us? Ray: I haven't heard anything on that yet. Caller: 832: I have a question about the Vietnamese Dong. What is you take on it now? Ray: I feel very positive about it. We have been told they will all be in the same basket. Caller: 410 Was the any truth to speculation about the CBI rate changing? Ray: We had a member talking to an Iraqi, he was reporting about the currency and he was saying the rate was 1200 and went up to 1275. I thought that was strange since we are seeing 1165. We haven't seen anything in print yet on that. Caller: 503 Self directed IRA's what I am reading we actually have administrators and custodians. How many people do you have to add to make them effective. Do you have to have both an custodian and administrator? . Ray: You have that right and they will instruct you on that. I am not sure about that, and we will need to check that out. The companies will let you know what you will need. Caller: 559 You said I hope the currencies don't come all at the same time? Not everyone understood that. Ray: On the training calls, I tell you what I think you need to hear. When I hear members saying I only have this of that currency. We have to say what currency brought us here and is keeping us here? You have Dong, Zim only but no Dinar. I think you are missing a key process by not having Dinar. I think you need to have a little dinar though. Iraq is the only country saying they are going to change the value of their currency and that is why I say that. I did hear Vietnam saying we should be looking at economic reforms too. This is business guys. I would have a little of each currency that are a sure thing. What if just one currency change and how much impact have on you? If the dinar revalues by itself , that will give you money to buy the other currencies that have not revalued yet. Have a little bit of money in each currency, so if any currency revalues you will benefit and not lose out. You need to be positioned to win! Winning is no matter what happens, I will be successful at it. You need to pay attention to everything going on. Caller: 501 Is there any bank exchanging currenceis. Ray: I heard there is a bank in Arkansas that is exchanging Dinar. Ray's Wrap Up: There are some things still expected to happen this week, and lets see if they unfold. We will see what happens and if it does unfold, I will send out an update. If not we will address it on the next regularly scheduled call. Keep Believing. I Believe! Rayren98

ZAP's Mid-Week Report - The Office of POOFness - 8.9.17

HI ALL

IT IS BEGINNING TO FEEL LIKE THE CHRISTMAS WE NEVER HAD. WE ARE EXPERIENCING SOME REMARKABLE SUCCESSES NOW AND CAN REALLY SEE THE START OF THE PROJECT SIDE.

SORRY I CAN NOT SAY MORE RIGHT NOW, BUT THINGS ARE REALLY ON THE MOVE FOR US AND FOR THE WORLD.

THERE IS ONE THING I CAN ADDRESS THOUGH IN RESPECT OF THE CURRENCY AND HISTORIC ASSET STUFF, AND THAT IS THAT THE CURRENCY IS STARTED AND MOVING FAST. DO NOT BE SURPRISED BY EVENTS COMING UP, BUT AT THE SAME TIME BE WARY OF TIME/DATE STAMPS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SET IN STONE. ONE READER WROTE IN THE FOLLOWING:

Some words....from a reader/observer....

Been following this RV/GCR / prosperity package/ projects/ correction/ etc for some time. Many have. It's coming tomorrow! Let everyone scream it!

But first let's look back ....onto what we learned....been a while now hasn't it? Did you learn to be more careful? How about the ability to read people? How about the appreciation of the value of life? How about how you or others treat others? How about the Media...how about waiting for evidence before jumping into what you believe to be true? Holding accountability to a statement/action or quote? No longer blind Faith in politics, religion, Media, medical, or other "this is gospel" preachers......

Did you learn?

Now let's look at the present... does the slap piss you off or is it the reaction (ie yourself)? Are you in more control over your emotions? Have you connected with the right people? Or are you still around the "minions/sheep"? Have you focused your time, talent, and treasure towards the end goal? What action today have you done?

The future now...

It looks awesome does it not? Does it come naturally? No! It will take work but the reward for future generations is vast. Your kids and future kids and kids of kids... 1000 years of peace... it's written ya know!

Want journey have you been through? What did you learn? What are you doing today to increase the end goal?

Hopefully this helps with your journey.... where ever you are at....

Thanks.

WISE WORDS AND SOMETHING TO CHEW ON. THE END RESULT OF ALL THIS ACTIVITY IS OUR OWN WELL BEING AND THAT OF THIS PLANET. THAT IS ALL THAT REALLY MATTERS AND WHETHER IT COMES FROM THE RV/GCR OR FROM THE DEPLOYMENT OF THE MASTER ACCOUNTS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, IT WILL HAPPEN.

I EXPECT GREAT THINGS IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. BUT ONE GREAT THING THAT CAN BE DONE IMMEDIATELY IS TO HELP THREE OF OUR OWN STAY HEALTHY AND STABLE. SO THIS IS ALSO A PLEA FOR A HELPING HAND TO THOSE THAT HAVE WAITED BUT THE SMALL DELAY WAS ENOUGH TO PUT THEM UNDER AND THEY NEED HELP BIG TIME.

GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU SAFE. MAY THE THREAT OF WAR BE AMELIORATED TO PEACEFUL SOLUTION.

IN UNRUFFLED GRATITUDE.

LOVE AND LIGHT

8-9-2017  Intel Guru Delta   Abadi: "Iraq also exited from the UN's Chapter Seven"  PM  praises the development of Iraq's economy and encourages investment and diversification in his weekly press conference.
8-9-2017  Newshound Guru BGG  …The correct terminology you’d look to hear from them [Iraq] would be monetary reform [Instead of RV] or you’d look to hear something along the line of deleting the zeros project or something along those lines might be what’s you’d be looking at…it’s going to have a bunch of good news particularly financial good news. However, if you’re looking for some actionable information forecasting this event, I guarantee you will be disappointed.  It will just happen.  They are not going to telegraph it…I think the cat was out of the bag a long time ago…By the way, it’s kind of interesting that we are seeing this slew of articles lately that are talking about, in big terms, all the success that is coming to Iraq soon.

8-9-2017  Intel Guru RayRen98
…Article 140:  we/they are rapidly approaching the two days looking for that to become a reality;  that is why the repeal in the budget was there in the first place, to push Article 140 out.  They have reportedly met, and we are now awaiting reports from that meeting.  So from scuttlebutt, television, mosques, people on the street, we are hearing things are taking place that we were expecting…Contractors are being told the new rate are effective 21. August…It’s real, when we can see this in public.  Everything is still looking on or before the 21st…This is what we expect by/before 21. August:  Contractors to pay their staff at the new rate.  The cards out to the citizens by the 21st so they can be loaded, with a ratio of 1:1.  The release of the public international rate to come several days after that (general understanding from what is being communicated)

8-9-2017  Intel Guru Bruce  In the United States we have confirmed rates for the Vietnamese Dong on screens front and back at decent screen rates at over 2 dollars. I heard rates today and seen them climb today at several different banks. That is happening. Some people tried to exchange then were told they couldn’t even though the rates were on the screens at the bank. That is how close we are
8-9-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru BGG   Things are moving in a good positive direction for Iraq right now.  Very good news for Iraq in the bonds offering.  Before Iraq, IMF, UN, WB are going to get around the table and decide what the final number is, there has to be some acceptance, somebody is going to have to buy this currency, make a demand for this currency.  Two years ago there was zero demand for this currency.  Today there is a demand for this currency.  Iraq puts out a bond offering and it gets gobbled up by international investors.8-9-2017   Newshound Guru G-Lin   Article:  "Optical cable brings great economic returns to Iraq"    Quote:  "Director General of International Network Services (SCIS) Ali Mohammed Al-Qasab The project was completed by the state-of-the-art national digital platform"  It sounds as though all systems are ready to go to me. Completed. .
8-9-2017   Intel Guru Bruce   In Iraq things are happening to move this along. There are rates that have been temporary put on cards. When they look up their cards to see the rate showing it is there...then it leaves, then it flashes, then it is solid.  Until that rate drops in I don’t think we can go and the rate is on the CBI and on their Qi cards. Iraq sort is in a holding pattern that has been relaxed from chapter 7. They are moving into chapter 8 with the UN. We are just waiting for their rate to drop in. Yes we heard their budget will be reviewed on the 21st. Does it mean we have to wait until the 21st? No, do not believe that.  I believe this is very close.   [post 2 of 2]

8-9-2017   Intel Guru Bruce   I am going to bring everyone up to speed from several sources...Some of my sources are people that no one else gets information from. I do know that. Iraq has been sending emails to people in their own country with these Qi cards that the rates are changing. Some people have talked about the lower denominations being in the ATM machines. Yes they are. Are they ready to go yet? I can’t get confirmations of that. I thought they would be ready yesterday or today. They are poised to start.  Fils coins are not in the ATM machines. They are in the banks and the stores. They don’t put coins in the ATM machines.   [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

8-9-2017   Newshound Guru chattels   [...just wondering how Iraq sold bonds internationally in 2006 if they aren't international.]  Iraq's currency and bonds are " international ", they just aren't worth what we are waiting for it to be..
8-9-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat    Article:  "Iraq in Final Talks to settle debt entire Gulf Debt Economy News Baghdad"   Saleh is not talking JUST about the Kuwaiti debt. He is talking about ALL Gulf debts for Iraq from the Paris Agreement. So Iraq plans to settle all these debts amounting to 45.6 billion. This is wonderful news and surely hike up their credit rating. But how will they do it? This is a huge sum of money. This will also lead to getting “fully” out of Chapter VII sanctions. I luv this news….

Highlights of TNT conference call. *** denotes late added information (after the call ended)
Article 140 is expected to be implemented within days
VERBATIM: "Ray: The message that went out said, "no hot news . . . yet." That's still the case, "no new hot news . . .Yet." What do we have YET to look forward to? Good expectations of things popping out. The update yesterday pretty much said a whole lot. There's not a lot to add to that . . . YET!
As we look from Monday, with the expectation in a couple of days, the (Article) 140 agreement. We are rapidly approach the two days looking for that to become a reality and of course, that takes in and automatically *** repeals or rescinds the appeal to the budget because, it's my understanding, that's why it was there in the first place, to push the 140 on out.
And since they have accordingly met and we await reports from that meeting we all have our expectations of what we are going to see and what we're told to be on the lookout for. And all that ties in with the information on the television now, scuttlebutt among-st the citizens in the mosques, on the street. Things we were pretty much . . .knew were supposed to take place, just didn't know exactly when. Then again, some of us did know, but we had to wait for everybody else to play catch up. Once they publicized it now everybody is playing catch up and knowing target dates if you will.
Contractors being told *** this pay period is going to be different, effective, August 21. That they had to get all their accounting in. That message went out publicly. Actually it went out privately some weeks ago. Anyway, now we can see publicly so that means it's real and we can see the public representation of that. Or you can see the public representation. I knew it was real back then or believed that it was. Didn't have a reason now to.
So everything is still looking on or before the 21st from what I'm looking which is an expectation of what is yet to come. Cards target date to be out to the citizens by the 21st so they can automatically be loaded. That is going to be their pay system, if you will. It's all expected to be at a 1:1 ratio. With the hmmm. . . I'll say, general understanding that the public release of the International rates will come several days after that. Now, that is the general understanding, from what is being communicated. Does not mean that is a hard and fast rule. It's just a general understanding."
CURRENT WINDOW: Ray: Still everything is still looking on or before August 21st. Cards to be out by the 21st so they can be loaded. (Ray clarified he was referring to Iraq's August 21 which might be August 20 in the USA)
Ray: I'll say, general understanding that the public release of the International rates will come several days after that. . . not a hard and fast rule. . . just a general understanding.
IRAQ: 1:1 ratio applies inside Iraq. Due to Article 140 expected to be implemented/activated within days, (perhaps hours), the appeal to the Supplementary budget has been rescinded.
  • Article 140 to be implemented deadline of two days is near. Ray said because that is going to happen it's the reason the protest of the supplementary budget was rescinded.
  • Q Cards: To be out by August 21st
  • Contractors have been told to be ready by the pay period starting August 21st.
  • TV / Mosques
INTERNATIONAL:
  • Canada
  • Rates: Ray has no information on the Indoneisan Rupiah news. Vietnam Dong is expected to be in the same first basket. Ray: We've been told many times, they all are in the same basket.
UNITED STATES:
  • UST:
  • Banks: SKR holders still waiting to be funded. No information was given on banks current alert status.
Ray: Here's the reality, if the money isn't here this site is going down. This has almost happened twice. . . when the electronic ability to pay was lost, we went way down. Now things are trickling in in bits and pieces where it was coming in at the first of the month. I let him say it every time because things are trickling in so slow. . . let the hecklers say what they want . . . this is what is keeping this thing alive.

Q & A: TNT Forum
Q. - Are we the public or notified earlier as some of the internet groups? Ray: Somewhere in between is where you are. *** More particularly the internet group even though you are not a group per say.
Q. - Can we exchange our currency at the 13 seminars? Ray: No! . . . *** This is instructional information only where we will have a bank come in. We will not be engaging in exchange activity at that session.
Q. - How would we structure something if we wanted to pool our money to get a better rate? Ray: I guess I would look at creating a Trust/corporation and your all Trustees or officers of the corp and split accordingly.
Q. - *** What age would you turn a trust over to a young adult child that they are responsible? Ray: If they are truly responsible you can't do it before 18. That makes them a legal adult where they can sign contracts and engage in business. Anything over 18 it is your call whenever you feel they can handle it without your assistance.
Q. - *** A friend tells me Senator McCain has something to do with postponing the RV because of the tax issue. Ray: (chuckling) Hoping laughing will tell you what I think about that. I've not heard anything like that intelligently coming down.
Q. - Self-Directed IRA: minimum deposit Ray: When you say self-directed IRA make sure your talking ROTH IRA. Amount you can annually deposit changes but maximum amount you can contribute yearly is $6,500. I don't know of a minimum.
Q & A: Callers
Q. - "US Embassy restricts Security threats in Iraq." Do you know if this will impact what we are looking for? Info just came out.Ray: I've not heard about it.
Q. - My wife has passed and she gave currency away about two years ago. Can I do the gift letter for her as surviving spouse? Ray: Might affect taxation if it is going to be taxed. If long term applicable the gift letter could be important then. I guess I would probably do an affidavit . . . that will stand up . . . as that what you are attesting to, the fact that such and such done, at such and such time, and you were part owner. That should suffice.
Q. - What's your take on what's going on with the Viet Nam Dong? Ray: We've been told many times, they all are in the same basket.
Q. - Any truth to CBI rate changing to 1200? Ray: We had a member talking to Iraq, just yesterday and he said, "the rate was 1200 then it went up to 1270-1275 . . . I wondered what area he was living in for him to see this.
Q. - About self-directed IRA: How many people do you have to have involved? Administrators, custodians. Need both? Ray: You have the right custodian selected and tell them what you want to engage in and they will instruct you. Also advise on an LLC. . . When you talk with the companies they can let you know what you need.
Q. - Explain further on currencies coming together. Ray: I hear members say I only have this currency or that currency. What currency brought us here . . . is keeping us here. Say, you have dong, ZIM only, but no dinar. I think your missing a fundamental of this process by not having dinar. If you can get any currency I recommend you having some dinar. You can't afford to not get dinar. Some is better than not. Iraq is the only country that I see putting info out to the world, to it's citizens saying we are going to revalue this currency, you are going to have more purchasing power than ever before. This country is telling their citizens they are going to change it. Just recently saw where Viet Nam said they are going to change something by August ??.
I would at least have currency in what is a sure thing and then others based on what looks good on the surface. What if just one currency changed, how much impact would that have you on holding the other currencies? If the Dinar RV's by itself gives you money to have these other currencies (same if Dong goes by itself or any other currency - it allows you to leverage to more currencies) Even a 25K Dinar note is what, $20 bucks? Ask yourself this question, "how solid is this currency I'm holding?" I tell my TNT and Open Mic family, "it's not about a man, it's about a plan." . . .it's time for you to get off this ride of so and so said, or getting on so and so's call. If it's just giving you instructions with no viable reason why you should, I think you need to reassess your plan.
Q. - Any banks in Arkansas exchanging? Ray: Do not have any on my list. Just no members in Arkansas that have reported to me. Caller: Do you know if we will go before the public? Ray: I don't know but I feel that we will.
RAY’S CLOSING STATEMENT:
. . . some things still expected to happen this week. Going to wait and see if they unfold. Don't want to say to much. If things unfold we will get in touch with you, an update. If it doesn't we will address it on our next regularly scheduled call. Time will tell. (played "I Believe.")

For his part, said the officer in the command of the operations of Nineveh Colonel Ahmed al-Jubouri that the establishment of al-Qaeda strengthens views on the movement of troops towards Tal Afar.
Jubouri explained that the work at the base is now on the formation of a runway and landing aircraft that are likely to provide logistical support during the operation.
He pointed out that "a lot of joint ground military units have taken the influx, and on a large scale, towards Tal Afar district."
"About 30 tanks, 190 armored vehicles, 100 bulldozers, 200 armored assault rifles, more than 500 Hummer armored vehicles and other equipment will participate in the liberation of Tal Afar from Da'ash," Jabouri said.

International Monetary Fund: Iraq's economy has declined and its reserves have fallen to 45 billion dollars
2017/8/10 8:26
[Where - Continue]
The International Monetary Fund considers that Iraq is currently facing a dual economic challenge of compensating for the material losses caused by the war against Daqash, as well as the decline in oil production and prices.
The IMF said in a report on Wednesday that in 2016 real GDP of Iraq rose by 11 percent, as a result of a rise of 25 percent in oil production, "which was not significantly affected by the conflict with [Da'sh] at the time."
The report added that it expects economic activity this year to see no increase due to a 1.5% decline in oil production due to Iraq's commitment to the agreement of the oil exporting countries from [OPEC] and beyond to reduce the level of production and also because of the very modest recovery of non-oil sectors.
He pointed out that "the decline in oil prices led to a decline in Iraq's foreign currency reserves from 54 billion US dollars by the end of 2015 to 45 billion at the end of 2016, saying that" the financial pressure continued as the government deficit increased to 14 percent of GDP in 2016 after It was 12 percent in 2015. "
However, the outlook for medium-term growth appears to be positive due to the expected improvement in the security situation and readiness to implement several infrastructure projects, although the risks remain high due to continuing security and political tensions, the IMF said.
Kuwait has been in contact for a long time with the countries of the world, the World Bank and Iraq itself to prepare for hosting a conference donors for the reconstruction of the liberated areas of Iraq, which may be held in the first quarter of next year.
