40 thousand Iraqi soldiers on the outskirts of Tal Afar

Iraqi forces revealed that 40 thousand Iraqi army fighters stationed on the outskirts of Tal Afar in the framework of its operations against the organization calling for the terrorist, at the time of the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the International Coalition forces in Iraq, General Andrew Croft, fears of targeting the militias of the popular crowd during the battles of Tal Afar, Anbar, especially since its headquarters are close to the lines of contact and there is no coordination between the coalition and the crowd.
An Iraqi security official revealed yesterday that there were about 40,000 Iraqi troops currently on the outskirts of Tal Afar, west of Mosul, as part of their operations against a terrorist organization.
The officer in the command of the operations of Nineveh, Colonel Ahmed Jubouri, the number of members of the Iraqi armed forces based on the outskirts of the judiciary has so far reached 40 thousand fighters, the counter-terrorism and federal police, rapid reaction forces and the 9th Armored Division. He pointed out that "the participation of the popular mobilization forces in the battle has not been resolved so far."
Federal Police Lt. Col. Abbas Mansour Al-Darraji said that the federal police forces will be the center of the second incursion, along with the counter-terrorism forces in charge of the first axis, and the federal police will be the main forces in the battle against Da'ash.
Al-Daraji said that the rapid reaction units moved from the village of Badush, west of Mosul, to Tal Afar, as well as formations from the 16th Brigade, which is represented by the 75th Brigade, into the judiciary in preparation for the battle.
Potential targeting
On the other hand, the deputy commander-in-chief of the coalition forces in Iraq, General Andrew Croft, there are fears of targeting the forces of "crowd" during the battles of liberation Tal Afar and Hawija and parts of western Anbar, especially as the headquarters close to the lines of contact in these areas.
"We do not want to clash with them, so we try to find out their presence to avoid a bad situation with them because the international coalition is coordinating with the Iraqi armed forces only," said Croft.
Sometimes they are part of the Iraqi armed forces, and this will be a challenge, especially in areas such as the Al-Anbaz, near Tal Afar and Hawija, where the popular forces control most of the front line and carried out attacks over the past six months. "
"The challenge we face is to know where everyone is and if we intend to carry out an air strike, it is a difficult and critical task to know where everyone is, especially in areas like Anbar where communication is difficult and wide open ground," said Croft.

Iran and Turkey: referendum on the secession of Iraq from Iraq is not possible

Release date: 2017/8/17 9:31326 times scheduled

The head of the General Staff of the Iranian armed forces, Major General Mohammad Baqri, said that Iran and Turkey have a common position opposed to the referendum on the independence of the Kurdistan region of Iraq to be held next month.
This came after his meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and holding talks with senior security officials in Turkey, which he is visiting with a number of Iranian military officials.
Baqeri's visit marks the first visit by an Iranian chief of staff to Turkey since the 1979 Iranian revolution.
The official Iranian news agency IRNA quoted Major General Bagheri as saying that the Turkish and Iranian sides stressed that "this referendum would have been the basis for the beginning of a series of tensions and confrontations inside Iraq and will be affected by neighboring countries."
He stressed that the officials of the two countries emphasize that "this is not possible and should not happen."
The Turkish Anatolia news agency reported Erdogan's reception of Major General Bagheri in a closed meeting lasting 50 minutes, adding that the Turkish presidency did not issue any statement on the content of the meeting.
Bakri held talks at a closed-door meeting with his Turkish chief of staff, Khulosi Akar, who arrived in Turkey at his invitation.
"The visit is an important event that would not have been possible without the parties' willingness to make deals on both Syria and Iraq," the daily Daily Sabah, close to the Turkish government, quoted diplomatic sources as saying.
The Kurdistan Regional Presidency announced last week that it would move forward in the referendum on the independence of the region scheduled for next September, despite the request of the United States of America to postpone the referendum.

The United Kingdom announced on Wednesday that it was working with Iraq to submit a draft resolution adopted by the United Nations Security Council to establish a mechanism to investigate the crimes committed by the organization to advocate and prosecute the perpetrators.
Yazda said in a statement received by Basnews that it came after a letter sent by the Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari to the United Nations last week asking for help in holding accountable for his crimes and a similar request from Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi issued earlier .
Amal Clooney, the legal adviser to Yazda, Nadia Murat and other Yazidis who survived the genocide by a sympathetic organization, has repeatedly called on the UN Security Council to establish a mechanism to investigate and prosecute crimes in accordance with international standards. Pointing out that it had urged the Government of Iraq on several occasions to send a letter to the United Nations that would lead to a vote in the Security Council.
Clooney welcomed the message of Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Jaafari as an important first step to bring justice to justice, congratulating the UK government on its role in leading this initiative within the United Nations.
Of course, such a move would be meaningful only if an urgent Security Council action was taken to collect evidence of predatory crimes so that it could be used in prosecutions in the next stage.
"The Isidis and the victims of others are seeking to achieve justice and to bring the perpetrators before the law, and they deserve nothing less," Clooney said. I hope that the message of the Iraqi government will be the beginning of the end of impunity for genocide and other crimes committed by a preacher in Iraq and around the world. "

After a hard day and just before midnight, Abdul Aziz al-Shammari, the Saudi diplomat and acting Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Baghdad, listened to Middle East questions about the rapid pace of rapprochement between Riyadh and Baghdad and its future prospects and impact on the two peoples.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .The Chargé d'Affaires, who was speaking after his visit to the new Arar border crossing with Iraq together with the Ambassador of Baghdad to Riyadh, stressed that the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince are to look at Iraq in all its classes and categories with one eye without distinction between one sect and another.
Abdul Aziz al-Shammari said that the Saudi government is in the process of carrying out large projects in Iraq to support the Iraqi economy, which will be an incentive for the private sector and Saudi companies to enter the Iraqi market to start and seize opportunities, he said.
Despite his recognition that the Saudi-Iraqi rapprochement may face some challenges, al-Shammari stressed that the Iraqi citizen and the political leadership in Iraq have become clear to them the vision and the sincerity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and how some countries benefited from the interruption of the relationship between the two countries.
The Charge d'Affaires of the Saudi Embassy to Iraq, also talked about his personal security in Baghdad, and the role of the Saudi-Iraqi rapprochement in curbing and diminishing sectarianism and sectarianism in the region ... To the details of the dialogue:
What is the activity of the Saudi mission in Baghdad, and what is it doing now?
- In fact, the Saudi Mission in Baghdad occupies a good hotel, and it carries out all its diplomatic activities to the fullest extent, where we receive businessmen, ordinary Iraqi citizens, MPs and politicians of different sects and races. You know Iraq is a country of components. And more than one component of the same nation, and this is for thousands of years and not today, for us directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques clear, that we look at all Iraq in different shades with one eye, and do not differentiate between the other and do not distinguish any component from the other, In our hearts, and we shall treat them equally, and all the people The Iraqi deserves our praise and appreciation.
- How to read the rapid and strong rapprochement between the two countries and a strategic reflection on the relations between Saudi Arabia and Iraq in the future?
- As is known, the Saudi embassy in Baghdad opened two years ago, during which two meetings between the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz and Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi took place. The first was on the sidelines of the Arab Summit in Amman, the other during the visit of the Prime Minister to the Kingdom last 25 Ramadan. There was also a meeting between the former Interior Minister Prince Muhammad bin Nayef and the Iraqi Interior Minister, Mr. Qassem Al-Araji on the sidelines of the Arab Interior Ministers Conference in Tunis. Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir visited Iraq six months ago.
After visiting al-Jubair, the visits of Iraqi officials to the Kingdom, as well as some Saudi officials to Iraq, took place. I can also mention a visit by Iraqi Deputy Foreign Minister Dr. Nizar Khairallah with staff from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and various visits to the ministries of agriculture, Iraqi women parliamentarians visited the kingdom and saw some achievements in it. I expect that the Saudi-Iraqi relations in the next phase will be perfect and unprecedented, we have been cut off for more than 27 years, and what I noticed from the leadership of the two countries is raging feverishly, and to discuss all the ways to strengthen relations, in my opinion will be a strategic partnership and in the interest of the two countries.
- You are talking about large investments coming, especially in Iraq, and asked to contribute to them, what is your assessment of the security situation in Iraq and ensure their investments?
- On the subject of investments in Iraq, any entry to a Saudi investor will be through the Iraqi government, and there will be a lot of guarantees for investors and capital and sites that invest in Iraq, and may be the first phase through government projects of the Saudi leadership, which has a major role in supporting the economy And at the same time represents an incentive and encouragement for Saudi businessmen to start and seize opportunities in Iraq.
- The Saudi Council of Ministers announced a few days ago the approval of the establishment of the Saudi-Iraqi Coordination Council, how do you see the role of the Council in strengthening the trade and economic partnership between the two countries during the coming period?
The coordination council has the advantage that it is directly linked to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. Therefore, the needs of the Iraqi people will be seen as a priority and will go beyond some bureaucratic procedures. , We expect during the next two weeks a visit to the Iraqi Minister of Trade to Saudi Arabia, to put the first brick to the Saudi-Iraqi Coordination Council, which is based on the two countries to establish a genuine partnership between the Saudi and Iraqi people.
- What about security cooperation and coordination in the field of combating terrorism, especially against the organization calling the terrorist, and how this coordination goes?
- In the last visit to the Iraqi Interior Minister Qassim al-Araji, Saudi Arabia has raised several important points of interest to the two countries from the security of the border and the fight «calling» and open channels of communication between the security services in Saudi Arabia and its counterparts in Iraq to exchange information and fight terrorism and extremist thought, and in the coming days or weeks There will be meetings of specialists in the Ministries of Interior of the two countries to put points on the characters, and will see the impact of everyone in a very recent period.
- During the past period there have been some threats from some armed groups in Iraq towards Saudi Arabia, have you noticed any decline in the severity of these threats?
- I think that the Iraqi citizen today became clear to him the full picture, and do not be fooled by the tricks that prevailed at one stage, the Iraqi citizen and political leadership in Iraq became clear to them the vision and the extent of the sincerity of Saudi Arabia and the benefit of many countries of the interruption of the relationship between the two countries, Riyadh and Baghdad, The Iraqi government and the Iraqi security services will be conscious, and the efforts we see and make by Qassim al-Araji, the Iraqi Minister of the Interior, consciously and consciously about the G risks that threaten the Iraqi citizen, God willing, the next phase we will see an Iraq that is safe in all its provinces.
- Some suggest that the Saudi-Iraqi rapprochement may face objections, and perhaps Iran is at the head of the states, how do you see the picture?
Iraq has a border of more than 1200 kilometers with Iran and has 840 kilometers with Saudi Arabia. It also has borders with Jordan, Syria and Turkey. Iraq is a free country in all its actions and deals with its neighbors as required by its policy. Saudi Arabia is interested in developing its relations with Iraq as a country. Arab, neighbor and Muslim. Iraq's relationship with Iran is an internal affair, and the Iraqi government is well aware of its interests and interests, for the Saudi government does not interfere in the affairs of others.
- Are there projects and agreements with Iraq waiting for signature and declaration may be seen in the coming days?
- Yes, during the international conference in Baghdad next month we will witness the signing of partnerships between Saudi strategic companies and medium and large companies with their Iraqi counterparts, and there is expected to be a great momentum of partnerships between Saudi and Iraqi companies.
- Do you think that the visits by some Iraqi figures and references to Saudi Arabia will have a role in stopping the spread of sectarianism in the region and promoting the spirit of tolerance and coexistence?
Certainly, and for the sake of knowledge during my meetings with the references within Iraq, whether Shiite or Sunni or some other sects, we always refer to the European experience and the bitter war between Catholics and Orthodox and lasted for about 300 years was the biggest loser is the people, what happened in Iraq from the killing and displacement and destruction is An Iraqi who kills an Iraqi, today the Iraqi people are aware of what is going on around them, and the issue of stirring sectarian strife, even at the level of references, has become a disdainful situation. It has become shocking at the street level and at the political level. We may have seen in the media a bit earlier, but I am optimistic that the next stage to Do not mislead the people or the political leadership. This is a matter of provoking the abhorrent sectarianism that does not serve Iraq and did not serve it in the previous stage.
Are you concerned about your personal security in Iraq?
- On the contrary, I am between my family and my brothers, and the Iraqi government has made a great effort to secure the necessary guards, and I feel no difference between my life in the Kingdom and Iraq.

Kurdish adherence to the date of the referendum of Iraqi Kurdistan

Thursday, 17 August 2017, number 16134 Agencies - capitals
The delegation of the Kurdish region of Baghdad to Baghdad refused to postpone the referendum on independence, as it became the hands of the people of Kurdistan, which calls for the referendum on time.
Meanwhile, Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi described his meeting with the delegation of the region as cordial and deep, pointing out that it was agreed to resolve all the outstanding problems between Baghdad and Erbil in dialogue, and in a way that ensures the unity of Iraq.
"The referendum on the independence of the Iraqi Kurds may exacerbate the situation and may lead to civil war," the Turkish foreign minister said. "The Kurdish referendum is a violation of the Iraqi constitution. .
The Turkish warning coincided with a sudden move by the Iranian chief of staff, who arrived in Ankara to discuss several files, headed by the file of the referendum of the Kurds, according to Turkish media reported.
The Iranian-Turkish coordination indicates that Ankara and Tehran are trying to unify efforts to prevent the referendum, especially in light of fears that this move would encourage the Kurds of Turkey and Iran to secede.
In a separate context, Iraqi intelligence sources revealed Wednesday that more than 2000 families of the people of Tal Afar fled during the past five days to camps south of Mosul.
The sources told the German news agency: "More than two thousand families from the district of Tal Afar, west of Mosul, fled during the past five days toward Iraqi forces, and were transferred to the camp of Hammam al-Alail south of Mosul, where they undergo security checks."
On the level of the international coalition forces' participation in the US-led Da'ash campaign, Sergeant Allen Stigler's body arrived at Dover Air Base, which was killed by wounds sustained during artillery shelling on a coalition base two days ago.
An Iraqi security source in the province of Salah al-Din said on Friday, the killing of nine federal police and four suicide bombers from the elements of the Dahedash, in an attack on security headquarters north of Baiji district north of Baghdad.
The source said: "A number of suicide bombers infiltrated security headquarters in the area of 600 houses north of Baiji, and clashed with the police, killing nine federal police and four suicide bombers and the wounding of policemen in an initial toll.

Open the door to run for higher positions for Iraqis to get out of the political quota

Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi announced yesterday the opening of the candidacy for citizens to the highest positions in the state and independent bodies in an effort to get out of the political quota in this context. The Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Zhaoshoglu warned that the referendum on the independence of the Kurdistan Region On September 25 could lead to a "civil war."
In detail, Abadi said in a speech during the announcement of the opening of the door to run for office in Baghdad, that «independent bodies must come out of the quota actually». "It is not possible to establish a political system without a party organization, and our steps are not against partisan action, but the mistake is to extend it to state institutions and to be appointed on the basis of partisan and personal loyalty," he said. "As a first stage, we will announce a group of independent bodies with a special website, and we will open the door to competent citizens. We want to take correct steps for political and economic reform, and this is one of them."
The Iraqi state includes 25 independent bodies, some of which are linked to the Council of Ministers and others to the parliament, most notably the Independent Electoral Commission, which demands that the Shiite leader Moqtada al-Sadr abolish and restructure away from political quotas.
Abadi is the first step of its kind in Iraq 14 years ago, during which the distribution of senior posts and the management of independent bodies in the process of consensus on a sectarian basis between the large political blocs.
On the other hand, warned Mouloud Zhaoshoglu, yesterday, that the referendum on the independence of the Kurdistan region of Iraq scheduled for September 25 could lead to a "civil war." He said in response to a question in an interview with the public channel "TRT" that the referendum in Iraq "will only aggravate the situation" in this country, which is facing many problems, adding that «this could lead to civil war».
As long as Ankara considered the draft referendum a "mistake" and a "threat" to the territorial integrity of Iraq, the media adviser to the head of the Kurdistan parliament Tariq Jawhar said there were no indications of civil war in the region when the referendum was held.
"I do not think civil war is going on, because there is a strong will by all the people of Kurdistan to exercise their democratic right," he said. He added that «this is an internal matter does not concern neighboring countries, and if the decision between Baghdad and Erbil on the formula of the relationship, whether federal or confederal or even the establishment of a Kurdish state will not be any problems». He also said that this would "enhance the security of the region and its economic prosperity, and neighboring countries will also benefit."
"In the past 25 years, the Kurdistan region has been a stabilizing factor for the region. There are good trade relations with Iran and Turkey, so there is no sign of civil war after the referendum," he said.
On the ground, a security source in the district of Tuz Khurmato, Salah ad Din province that violent clashes broke out between the elements of the «Da'ash» and Peshmerga forces west of the judiciary, pointing out that the clashes resulted in the deaths of five elements of «da'ash» and wounding at least five others.
In the city of Baiji, north of Baghdad, seven Iraqi security forces were killed and others wounded in a suicide attack on security headquarters north of the city. "Seven people were killed and six security forces were wounded in an attack by five suicide bombers from Da'ash," said Baiji's chief, Mohammed Mahmoud. He said the suicide bombers were "wearing explosive belts and attacked at dawn police and army headquarters in al-Musafi, north of Baiji," 200 km north of Baghdad.
For his part, the spokesman of the Iraqi Interior Ministry Brigadier Saad Maan, in a statement reduced "the death of seven and wounding six others members of the security forces," also pointing to "the killing of five suicide bombers" in the same attack.

That means that they had an internationally recognized rate on their currency. And they do.

In Iraq today, over 28,000 ATM machines came on board. The balance of the ATMs will be up and working by noon Sunday.
930 am Iraq time they came online today, 230 EDT.

Ref Dr Shabibi in 2012 that the Dinar would support the rate of 16 dollars. The rate he hears is slightly higher than that.
ATMs with new lower denoms came out today.
What else has to happen? One more thing: The official record, Gazette, is published on Wednesdays and Saturday. New rate was not published on Wednesday, so will probably be in Saturday issue. 730 am Iraq, or 1230 am EDT on Friday night.

The research was conducted on 240 patients aged 60 years and more who participated in a study that sought to benefit from electrotherapy sessions in the treatment of depression episodes together with the anti-depressant "anti-depressant".
It was noted that patients who were treated and subjected to electricity sessions had decreased their insomnia problems, which were classified as high, significantly.
Symptoms of insomnia episodes are diagnosed with very early waking, and drowsiness during the day, to significantly affect the quality of life.
