The United Nations "warns": Thousands of civilians fleeing Tal Afar are at serious risk

The United Nations warned on Tuesday that thousands of civilians fleeing Tal Afar were "at grave risk" as a result of a military operation launched by Iraqi forces to restore the city from a sympathetic organization.
"Thousands of people are fleeing Tal Afar for safety, and families are going on strenuous trips for 10 to 20 hours at very high temperatures to get to the points where displaced people gather, and they get exhausted and drier," said the humanitarian coordinator for the organization in Iraq.
"More than 30,000 people have already fled the region." "We do not know how many civilians are still in the areas where the fighting is taking place, but we are preparing to flee thousands of people in the coming days and weeks," he said.
"Nothing is more important than the protection of civilians during conflict," she stressed. "We are deeply concerned about the serious risks faced by families, and all parties to the conflict must do everything to avoid civilian casualties and ensure that people have access to humanitarian assistance under international humanitarian law."
"The government is leading the humanitarian process, providing transportation and humanitarian assistance and helping humanitarian partners fill the gaps by providing life-saving assistance at displaced people's centers and supporting families when they arrive at emergency sites and camps," she said.
"Humanitarian partners urgently need additional resources," she said. "We can not provide more assistance to people who need help unless we get additional financial support." Civilians in Tal Afar have suffered a lot and are in desperate need of support.

8-22-2017   Intel Guru Delta  URGENT FROM IRAQI TV: Association of IRAQI Banks seeking to link local banks universal.
8-22-2017   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Article:  Association of Banks seeking to link local banks universal "   Freedom of movement of capital (Article VIII) is a requirement for the worlds banks to engage with Iraq.  This article does tell us though that is the intent.  We just have to wait it out.  ...Iraq appears to be using the remainder of this year to get there ducks lined up.  We can hope.

8-22-2017  Newshound Guru Breitling & Guest Guru Bob …You need to be acutely aware that the currency we are currently holding wasn’t used for travel. It was bought distinctly and absolutely for one purpose and that was for an investment.  And because it was treated that way and the way it is written in regards to currencies, it is not going to be treated as capital gains.  I’ll say it one more time.  It will NOT be treated as capital gains…It is going to be treated as ordinary income. Now what does that mean to you? ...  [Post 2 of 3 Stay tuned for the rest of the story... 8-22-2017   Newshound Guru G-Lin   Article:  "The Association of Banks seeks to link local banks to the universal"   [...does this mean they have to be in article 8  before consolidation  with US banks?]   I have never felt like Iraq needed to take a full position in Art. 8 in order to rv. The only thing addressed in the Art. IV consultations is that Iraq accept Art. 8 obligations. They would be crazy to take a position because it would put many restrictions on them and they could never go back once they do. Just be compliant without the restrictions. And they may be very close to that currently.  As far as linking to International Banks, the only thing they need a little more work on is technology. They have to be compatible with advanced banking technology and they have been training them for months in that area. We have read art. after art. on how the banks are now compliant with international standards. I believe they are good to go. JMO

8-22-2017   Newshound Guru MilitiaMan  They are pegged to the USD and if they are to get equal cash balance for for Gas and Oil payments which apparently was part of the 18 items that have been cleared for to pave the way for this implementation by the Courts today in reference to the 2017 and or 2018 budget respectfully, is a good thing!  Equal cash sounds like 1:1 to me, it is based on oil and gas, is it not?    From what I believe I have read thus far today, they want the proper allocations made for spending done in accordance with a market economy for the benefits of the Citizens, imo..    ...I suspect it is to be done or is now done! Did I see the Citizens getting new Qi Cards from MC and being used to get payday funds today? I think I did.   I think I her a purring / buzzing sounds coming from ATMs too. lol

8-22-2017
Intel Guru Delta   Banking system is internationally linked already. Regional elections coming on September 18. There is a rate coming from CBI any day.
8-22-2017  Newshound Guru Breitling & Guest Guru Bob  Everyone is asking me how the dinar is going to be taxed and there is a huge debate out there.  We’re not giving you tax strategy.  We’ll talk about that later on down the road…[Guest Guru Bob] When I first got into this thing a decade ago there was a lot of people pulling off of a pamphlet the IRS had put out in regards to those who were traveling across the world.  Let’s say for example you bought a currency the British pound.  You traveled over there and came back and went to cash it in.  For some reason there was an escalation in value.  Well if that escalation was only up to $200 in gain you didn’t report anything but if it did gain over that timeframe it would go through capital gains.  So a lot of people grabbed hold of that and said “ok this is how congress and the IRS has decided they are going to deal with the dinar.”  And that is NOT true… [Post 1 of 3.  Stay tuned for the rest of the story... Why is there even a need for a global cabal?

What are the OPTB hiding in those Vatican Library Vaults?

How come the world doesn't work and never has?

If the ZIM redeems at such a phenomenally high rate, what else is so far out of balance?

See folks, the RV is but step one of an endlessly revealing walk for the APTB.

It's time to tell us everything, all be it gently, slowly, maybe even unconsciously through TV and movies at first.

Have you noticed how entertainment content is quickly changing with all new TV shows and global studio released movies?

As if there's some global overseer of what we are now to be revealed. Maybe that mechanism has always been in place?

Oh, boy... slow your roll Yo-Yo! That dog doesn't walk yet.

Well as I say about the money all the time, if I'm right about the ZIM sovereign rates, I'll be right about everything else galactic and beyond. So....

When the hard truth hits, you'll need a website to congregate and communicate in... and why Showme and I are working around he clock to make a landing pad for the shocked, elated and terrified.

On Wednesday night's 9pm EDT "THE CLARION CALL"

(

we will broach a necessary topic about "Post RV Survival Tips," not only for dealing with your sudden / infinite wealth... but everything else's that is coming along after the RV when the APTB shares full extra terrestrial disclosure... also known as the event.

Which is precisely why there was a need for a cabal conspiracy in the first place... and why there isn't one now.

The cabal is dead. Kaput.

Meaning, the vibrational quarantine of earth has ended. And our universal Brothers and Sisters from other star systems existing as other non human beings on the planet are feee to make themeselves visible to us.

Remember that TV show on NBC about a year back? "The Event?" Spoke right to the heart of the matter.
https://www.nbc.com/the-event?nbc=1

Know too that benevolent Ancient Powers That Be, came here to rescue us without our knowing (at least unknown to most).

They are behind the new quantum financial system, not the Elders per se, even though they worked closely with the Elders under their permission.

See, there is (was) three very bad species of extra terrestrials that had infiltrated our planet and species at the genetic level to use humanity for a variety of malevolent purposes.

This was a shared rebellion against the will of God, and thus the Earth (better known as Urantia) was quarantined as not to let this unGodly rebellion against Heaven spread to other galaxies.

I know crazy right! Yet... kinda explains why everything is so f-ed up and why far less than 1% of the world's population controls all the rest.

And if you stop and really think about it, kinda explains why most to all the problems in the world trace back to a single race... the Anglo-Saxons... who are not original "human beings" realized on the continents of either Africa or Lemuria.

Anglos didn't show up until Atlantis when people of color had their genes altered to become more fair.

Which is an interesting study in of itself because it ends with the first flood, and this current event is the second less water.

But let's save that face melter for another post.

Instead let's look at the six prime currencies all revaluing together. What do three all have in common?

Zimbabwe (Africa), Vietnam (Asian), Indonesian (Asian), Iran (Persian), Iraq (Persian), Afghanistan (Persian)... all are nations with populations of color.

None are Anglo. Things that make ya go hmmm to be sure.

And what about those zany Europeans, Americans and Canadians who are all acting as if nothing massive is happening?

What RV? What GESARA? What aliens?

Didn't they kinda try and drive the entire world into a debt ditch, then attempt to start WW3 in the Middle East as to drive a final nail into the people of color's coffin?

No wonder the BRICS alliance was created. Survival!

When you peel back the onion of the RV, what you find is a hidden on-going war between earth's true children (color) and a secrete alien domination (Anglo) over several millennia that is now finally coming to end per the handy work of Heaven.

And we are alive to reap their rewards. Amazing.

Don't buy it? Look at this map of the world and know everyone above the line is white, and everyone below the line is not.

Believe, don't believe... but folks, GESARA is being readied to roll out after the RV sometime in September, and boy when it does, remember old Yo. I loved this community enough to hold you capable of hearing the cold hard truth second (Dr. WC of the Real Truth Call was first).

Someday you'll have to share the same hard facts with people you love. That said, a smart and gentle way to helping people understand what's both happening and happened with a laugh is the new TBS show "People of Earth."
http://www.tbs.com/shows/people-of-earth

Take a Net-flicks weekend to get caught up--they're only in the middle of season two... and it's pure hard disclosure of the 3 alien cabal species committed to the enslavement of humanity... and it delivers truth with shocking accuracy... produced as part of the surrender terms negotiated with Heaven no doubt.

This crazy alien info kinda makes the RV irrelevant and/or understandable, no?

Yes.

In the meantime, continue to submit all "Tetelestai" 800# alert sign up and website membership subscription emails to
theclarioncalls.com.

Our numbers are getting so high, it's crashing our initial computer systems and forcing us to expand.

This is a movement folks... and you're in the front car of a Human Angel roller coaster.

How heroically exciting! Yet utterly terrifying! Buckle up or bail out! Sobeit!

God is with us.

Abadi reassured the debts of Iraq and shows the future of the popular crowd [expanded]
2017/8/22 20:47
[Ayna-Baghdad]
Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi assured the debts of Iraq after the news exceeded the 120 billion dollars, "referring to" the future of the popular mobilization forces after the stage of a post-dodging. "
Abadi began his weekly press conference to discuss the ongoing operations in the liberation of Tal Afar west of Mosul, which started on Sunday, saying "there are signs of the collapse of the enemy in Tal Afar," noting that "the process involving the army and the federal police and the fight against terrorism and popular mobilization and some of them work together in axes and purpose of security Civilians and infrastructure and we are interested in the displaced and put up reserves to accommodate more of them. "We believe that the stifling financial crisis will continue for years to come in Iraq, and we have many international debts, some from the former regime and the other to borrow the government to fill the financial deficit, but these debts are in a safe place and we do not want to expand them," Abbadi said.
"Those who want to raise the salaries of senior officials will have to have religion."
Abadi said that "officials of the countries visiting Iraq praise the performance of Iraqi forces in the field of human rights and they know the existence of abuses, but individual and not systematic," noting that "Iraq began to take its position in the region and became a source of stability in the region and for the first time fighting his own forces."
The prime minister pointed out that US Defense Secretary James Mattes, who visited Baghdad today, "said during our meeting today that no one could imagine the liberation of Nineveh during this short period."
"We will not allow Iraq to use aggression against any neighboring country and we do not want any conflict in the region," Abadi said. "The conflict will distract attention from a fighting insurgency and terrorism."
As for the future of the popular mobilization forces after a hasty stage, he said: "The popular crowd fighters have fought themselves and their efforts to defend the homeland and we have to honor them, which are precious to the homeland and should not be abandoned."
"We have to think about something broader in the future, after eliminating the urge will be less military concern, and we are working on the use of the Iraqi army in reconstruction campaigns and build a strategy such as bridges and basic services and this is in place in most countries."
"The study of the government to turn the crowd into the jihad of construction, reconstruction and services do not want to militarize Iraqi society."
"We want to reduce the number of security forces so as to preserve the security of the country and to prevent the militarization of the society, the increase in them will lead to increased spending and weakness of security and militarization of society, and this is our general trend, Now we are in a war with an oppressor and then not everyone wants to over-military. "
On the visit of the Kurdish delegation in Iraq, Abbadi said, "The dialogue with them was very frank and I told them that we will not understand only one Iraq and in this framework everything is subject to research in the problems and outstanding issues, some of which are attributed to the former regime, which committed crimes that affected all components of the Iraqi people and Kurds in Iraq More than others in the region.
