Tuesday that thousands of civilians fleeing Tal Afar were "at grave risk" as a
result of a military operation launched by Iraqi forces to restore the city from
a sympathetic organization.
"Thousands of people are fleeing
Tal Afar for safety, and families are going on strenuous trips for 10 to 20
hours at very high temperatures to get to the points where displaced people
gather, and they get exhausted and drier," said the humanitarian coordinator for
the organization in Iraq.
"More than 30,000 people have
already fled the region." "We do not know how many civilians
are still in the areas where the fighting is taking place, but we are preparing
to flee thousands of people in the coming days and weeks," he said.
"Nothing is more important than
the protection of civilians during conflict," she stressed. "We are deeply
concerned about the serious risks faced by families, and all parties to the
conflict must do everything to avoid civilian casualties and ensure that people
have access to humanitarian assistance under international humanitarian
law."
"The government is leading the
humanitarian process, providing transportation and humanitarian assistance and
helping humanitarian partners fill the gaps by providing life-saving assistance
at displaced people's centers and supporting families when they arrive at
emergency sites and camps," she said.
"Humanitarian partners urgently
need additional resources," she said. "We can not provide more assistance to
people who need help unless we get additional financial support." Civilians in

During the meeting, they discussed enhancing cooperation between the two countries in the field of military training and armament, in addition to the war on terrorism and the victories achieved by the Iraqi forces against the gangs of the terrorist.

In view of the repetition of the phenomenon of assault on teachers and teachers and in order to reduce them and not to repeat against this class and to raise the level of scientific and living and improve the profession of the teacher decided the Council of Ministers as follows:
A committee of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministries of Finance and Education shall be formed to proceed with the proposed legislation for the protection of teachers and teachers in consultation with the Finance Committee and the Education Committee, provided that there are no new financial consequences that strain the budget.
(B) Emphasize the application of the provisions of articles 229, 230 and 231 of the Iraqi Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 against any person who threatens, educates, or abuses a teacher or teacher during the performance of their duties or because of their intentional prevention of the performance of their duties.
C. Affirmation of the application of Decision No. (24) for the year 1997 on the right of anyone who claims a tribal claim against the teacher or teacher when he is acting pursuant to the law or order issued by a higher authority.
(D) The inclusion of teachers and teachers in real estate loans and advances in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force.
(E) To emphasize the Iraqi Teachers Union to play its role in providing economic, social and cultural services to teachers and teachers and to improve their health, cultural and social status.
F) Emphasizing the application of the State and Public Employees Discipline Law No. (14) for the year 1991 regarding complaints against teachers and teachers.
During the meeting, a vote was taken to pay the cost of transporting the processed kerosene oil daily from the Ministry of Oil to the Ministry of Electricity and the Ministry of Finance to provide the amount of six billion dinars to the Ministry of Oil from the allocation of the emergency reserve for the fiscal year 2017.
A report on the reception of displaced persons in Tal Afar, Ana, Rawa and al-Qaim was also discussed and preparations and actions taken.
