Norway's DNO and Turkey's Ginnell have signed an oil sales agreement with Iraqi Kurdistan
Aug 25, 2017
Oslo / Amsterdam - Norway's DNO
and British-based Ginnel Energy said they had signed agreements with the
Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) to settle an existing debt and restructure
oil export payments.
The agreements settle a long-standing problem between two major oil-producing oil companies in Kurdistan and the regional government over late payments that have affected relations and prompted companies to be cautious about increasing investments in the region.
Shares of the two companies jumped after the announcement, with the shares of «DNO» rose 6.5 percent, and shares »Gainell» rose 6.9 percent. The Norwegian company said its agreement with the territorial government includes increasing its stake in the Tawke oil field license to 75 percent from 55 percent by acquiring the government's stake in the region.
The provincial government has also exempted DNO from certain payment obligations, including production bonuses of about $ 25 million, and a $ 150 million water purification project is no longer required.
"The deal will significantly support the company's balance sheet and will also boost cash flows," said Bijan Mesfar Rahmani, the company's chief executive officer at a press conference in Oslo.
The deal allows DNO to get 20,000 barrels per day of oil from the Tawke field, as well as more than 60,000 bpd it currently receives. "This will support further expansion in Kurdistan," the company's president said.
Analysts at Dansky Bank said the deal "changed the rules" for DNO, which would increase earnings expectations and a potential increase in the stock's valuation by five Norwegian kroner ($ 0.64).
Under the deal, Ginnell Energy agreed to exempt the government of Kurdistan from an existing debt of $ 201.7 million at the end of the two contracts, for a larger share of the total revenue of the Tawke field of 4.5 percent until 31 July 2022. The territorial government also agreed to exempt it Tax on their profits from the Tawke field.
Based on the average price of Brent crude at $ 51 a barrel, Ginnell said the deal would generate revenues of about $ 30 million and savings of about $ 12 million by the end of 2017.
Gulf Keystone Petroleum, another foreign oil company producing crude in the region, said it had made progress in talks with the government but had not set a date for any announcement.

The international road between Iraq and Jordan Protection and investment or political conflict?
Mustafa al-Obeidi
Aug
25, 2017 Al-Anbar Al-Quds Al-Arabi: The
positions of the political forces in Anbar, in light of the participation of
foreign companies in protecting the highway between Iraq and Jordan, varied
between the rejection of the popular mobilization and the welcome of the tribes
and deputies of the province.
"The Anbar government welcomes the agreement with the foreign company to protect the international road, because it is an investment project that will provide jobs for tens of thousands of residents of the province and truck drivers. It will also rehabilitate about 20 destroyed bridges on the road," said Farhan Mohammed Saleh, a member of Anbar Provincial Council. , While the state is difficult to reconstruct at the present time ». "The project was supported by the government and its president, Haider al-Abadi, as the agreement with the American company has not stopped, and is in the final stages of the Ministry of Municipalities and the procedures are continuing in Baghdad."
He noted that «the project will promote the conditions of the province, especially Iraq in general».
According to the local official, the objections of some on the assignment of foreign companies to secure the international road, «interference from the door of political conflicts between the blocks and external interventions, and political objectives more than the service of the country». The head of the security committee in the Anbar Council, Na'im al-Ka'ud, confirmed that "part of the road which is about 360 km is not fully insured."
"There is a popular crowd outside and within the province that is deployed on the international road, in addition to the army and border guards, but there are large distances from the road that are not secured," he said in a televised interview.
Al-Ka'ud welcomed the appointment of a foreign company as the task of securing the road because it will repair the damaged bridges along the road, in addition to helping the residents of the province to provide them with protection elements, an opportunity for youth to operate and move the crippled economy in Anbar years ago.
On the other hand, confirmed sources in the «popular crowd», rejected the direction of the government of Abadi to assign a US company the task of protecting the road, stressing the ability of the popular and tribal crowd to provide the required protection.
A member of the Political Bureau of the "Hezbollah Brigades" Iraq, Mohammed Mohi, said that «America has begun to adopt a new strategy in Iraq, to restore its military presence in it, after it was confirmed that the defeat of the entity calling for the criminal is imminent».
"In its new plan, Washington has deployed its forces in key bases and important areas of the country to provide full control of the Iraqi-Syrian border on the pretext of preventing Iran from using land borders to support Syria and Hezbollah, not to mention dominating Iraq's capabilities and supporting local parties to pass projects. Partitioning.
According to Muhi, «the road link between Iraq and Jordan is a strategic corridor, allowing the United States and the forces that seek to control him by imposing his hegemony on Anbar, especially the Sunni province, which is set to be formed according to a US Gulf plan».
He added that «the presence of US forces in that important region also comes to ensure the interests of Jordan».
The leader of the "Asaib Ahl al-Haq" movement, Qais al-Khazali, warned last April, the Iraqi government, to hand over the road to a US security company to secure it, stressing that «this must not go unnoticed, and we have to stand in front of him».
It was noted that Abadi, during his last weekly press conference, avoided talking about the American company charged with protecting and maintaining the international road.
It was supposed to start the company (Olive Krupp) American road to secure rehabilitation since July last, according to an agreement between the provincial government and the central government.

What’s the worst government statistic, based on whether

think gross domestic income is a better measure than gross domestic product if
we want insights on growth, so I’m not a big fan of GDP data. I’m even less
enthused about the Gini Coefficient because measures of inequality lead some

Frank26 In January, they said we had to postpone it,
and now we feel that 90 days, well actually over three months ago, that
postponement was null and void, and they started the lifting of the
three zeros. And they told you that Mosul was liberated. And they got you the
information that Chapter 7 is lifted. So now, what is next?
Internationalism. Do you see it pouring into Iraq? We sure
do...Article after article after article is telling us these things. We are in
the last two weeks of this month... So, we’ve come all the way from
December, January, May...June, July, August...Here we are. I want to say
this much...there are going to be regional elections that are going to be rather
important for Abadi; and, what he wants to do with the GOI and Parliament.
And...I believe that it would be wise for Abadi to consider announcing
the, uh, the revaluation of their currency before those elections
start. [post 3 of 3]
8-25-2017 Intel Guru
Frank26 Well, the next thing you know, Mosul
evolved... February, March, April...Then came along May. ...we
believe that on May 28th, the IMF gave the CBI (Alak), the rate that they should
use. When June came around, they still weren’t ready. They still
hadn’t even announced that we had Mosul liberated. So, on the 7th of June,
we suggested to you that they had lifted the three zeros...
August comes around...sure enough...On the 2nd, they get their money, which is
the evidence that Chapter 7 was lifted. [post 2 of 3... stay
tuned]
8-25-2017 Intel Guru Frank26 ...in December of last year, the IMF was able to put...meetings together... They were all well-orchestrated by the IMF and the United States Treasury; and...they got a plan, and they said...This is what you’re gonna have to do...you’re going to have to float your currency slowly, gradually. That way, you’ll be able to control your inflation. Now, starting in January...as much as we thought we were ready when we got together in December ...it turns out that...No... ...we have terrorists here...So, on the 16th of January, they put out an article...Alak, the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq says: hey, you know the lifting of the three zeros? You know, to add purchasing power? ...We’re going to have to postpone it. Now...the fact that they even mentioned this plan...It’s powerful. IMO [post 1 of 3....stay tuned]

8-25-2017 Intel Guru Bruce I checked in with several sources and...I didn’t get any new Intel on Iraq...from what I understand Iraq is done. All the ATMs in the entire country are on, the lower denoms have been coming out for days, and basically they have their RV in country at good rates. We know people who have the Qi cards, they are charged up and available and they know the rate on the card which is very high and they have access to their funds. So in a very real way Iraq is international. When we are going to get it? It is hard to say. It is so close we should be able to reach out and grab it. We are right there. I just don’t know when it will occur. The rates are high. The Forex guys are trading on the dinar around 1140. That is an indicator that they are trading in the lower numbers and they are getting ready to drop in the new rate. I am hearing the timing is very positive to take place not too far away.

when the NEW accounting must start... That being said: I am of the
opinion that the start of 2018 is when... And they have to
educate the people on new currency by media, and advertising in banks....WHICH
THEY HAVE NOT...AND is why there are no LD's in any ATM's...
But, IMO, if start of 2018 is the intended date ...we should begin to
see a flood of articles begin mid
September...

NotFor Profit" -
GCR/RV Intel SITREP - Friday - August 25, 2017
Received via email for publication at 8:00 PM EDT...
The GCR/RV is the "Healing Bomb" along with GESARA that will heal the world of poverty. The aftermath will be self-sufficiency with the availability of replicators and healing chambers. We will become a money-less society and take to the stars which can already be seen in the Star Trek series. ~ Dinar Chronicles
Nothing will be the same post RV.
Food will taste differently.
Relationships will either collapse or strengthen depending on why they were started in the first place.
Health and exercise will occupy a different priority in your life.
Endless desires to acquire stuff will be replaced with a singular desire to give away everything in sight.
Do you know why money is digitalizing?
Because it's disappearing literally and figuratively.
Do you know why the Elders are giving the common man so much?
Because they are not giving us anything of physical value but rather just digital computer credits on their quantum system to heal the soul of the world.
Making "not for profit" the only true and logical game for this ZIM currency community (aka Zimlandia).
You are signing up for, enrolling in, and redeeming old consciousness for something new in service of a greater good.
All of us are. Every last one.
This makes competition with other human beings a non existent activity. As well as pursuing for profit endeavors. Not to mention the mental construct of physical scarcity of resources disappears in a blink.
Everything, and I mean everything will change post RV.
Whatever you need, you can have at the touch of a button. Instantly, we will all have timeless accessibility to an infinite resource base somewhere in Asia, given to us by someone we shall never meet.
That's a benevolent act. Thank you Elders.
It's also the rest of our lives for generations of our families, and their families, and their families, and their families, and their families, and their families... get it....
Now is that scope of blessing worth all the waiting and suffering to cross this invisible RV transition line versus the harvesting of some transactional investment arbitrage?
Of course it is. Always was. So be strong. Hang tough. Surrender in full. Accept His grace in your life as perpetual and unlimited.
Please join Brothers Yosef, Showme and Moshe this Saturday night at Church Bank (9pm EDT) to discuss this topic of "Not For Profit" in a post RV reality.
