Parliament
Is going to focus on Saturday to the session of the House of Representatives, which is scheduled to be named Speaker of the Parliament and his deputies. MP for the Alliance of Suron, Ghayeb al-Amiri stressed that the meeting will be held on schedule and will be the selection of the speaker of parliament and his deputies.
Indicating that the Sunni forces will agree on the selection of one candidate for the presidency of parliament. Amiri said that "so far indicators confirm that the meeting will be held on schedule and will be the selection of the speaker of parliament and his deputies."
This is also confirmed by the MP for the Alliance Al-Fatah Ashwaq al-Mayawi when announced a breakthrough in the political crisis between the blocks to agree on the speaker of the parliament and his deputies, and the Republic to form a government.
Al-Mayawi said that "there is optimism of the political crisis between the various blocs to agree on the President of the House of Representatives and his deputies, and then the President of the Republic, which assigns the candidate of the Great Bloc to form a government."
This comes at a time when the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan announced the launch of three candidates for the presidency of the next republic, including the current President Fuad Masum. Indicating that he was ready to select the candidate's Constitution.
"The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) has offered three figures to take over the presidency, namely President Fuad Masum and the leader of the Union, Mullah Bakhtiar and Mohamed Saber," said a member of the PUK leadership council.
For his part, revealed the alliance of reform and reconstruction of his agreement with the alliance to conquer the success of the parliament session scheduled for tomorrow. "The agreement between the leaders of the reform and the opening in the completion of the quorum of the parliament session for next Saturday."
Despite all this optimism, however, legal expert Ali al-Tamimi described the continuation of the session of parliament under the chairmanship of the older deputy as "the constitutional great breach." Indicating that Iraq will not form the emergency government because the internal situation is not confusing and still the political blocs in the process of discussing the formation of the government.
Tamimi said that "the meetings of the House of Representatives after the first meeting was not constitutional as it became overturning the Constitution is clear through the continuation of meetings to convene under the chairmanship of the oldest deputy."
He added that "the Federal Court will not move unless there is a stabbing of the meetings of Parliament, and therefore the violation of the Constitution will continue," noting that "in the Constitution is the caretaker government, and be deficient authority, as it is not entitled to employment or appointment or conclusion of agreements and will continue this government Until a new government is chosen. "
For his part, said political analyst and confident Hashemi that the session of the House of Representatives scheduled to be held tomorrow will not see the light can not be held, as revealed the fate of the selection of the Presidency of Parliament and the formation of the government.
Hashemi said that "the formation of the government in the near future is very unlikely." Noting that "the next session of Parliament will not be held and will not be selected presidential body of the House of Representatives where there will be a disruption of the quorum and the presence of deputies in the cafeteria of the Council."
Adding that "the nomination of 8 personalities for the presidency of the parliament and 5 for the premiership occurs for the first time and clear evidence of the extent of disintegration in each component."

The Turkish Central Bank raises the value of the Turkish lira
The Turkish lira has seen a record drop against the dollar in the past two months
Erbil - The Turkish central bank raised its benchmark interest rate by 625 basis points on Thursday, in a move that boosted the Turkish lira and may ease investors' fears of the impact of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on monetary policy.
The bank raised the repo rate for a week to 24 percent, meaning it has raised interest rates by 11.25 percentage points since late April in an effort to stem the falling lira.
The decision came despite Erdogan's confirmation of his opposition to high interest rates earlier on Thursday, saying inflation was caused by wrong steps taken by the central bank.
Eleven economists polled by Reuters expected the bank to tighten its monetary policy, but expectations of a rise in interest rates ranged from 225 to 725 basis points as the bank balances concerns about weak lira and worries about an economic slowdown.
The Turkish currency rose to 6.01 lira to the dollar after the decision of the level of more than 6.4176 before the decision.
The central bank said it had decided to apply a tight monetary policy strongly to support price stability.
"If necessary, monetary policy will be tightened further," the bank said in a statement.
The lira has lost 40 percent of its value against the dollar since the beginning of this year, hurt by worries about Erdogan's influence on monetary policy and the recent diplomatic dispute between Turkey and the United States.
In August, annual consumer price inflation reached 17.9 percent, its highest level since late 2003, prompting the central bank to say it would adjust its monetary policy at the September meeting in the face of "high risk" of price stability.
The central bank said in its statement that there were still risks of rising inflation in Turkey, which remained despite weak domestic demand.
"It is delightful to see the logic prevail," said Brett Dimant, head of emerging market debt at Aberdeen Standard Investments. "Today's interest rate hike has put Turkey on the slow path towards recovering some credibility of monetary policy."
"The economy needs to slow down because it is in an inflationary growth mode and raising interest rates was necessary to curb the lira's deterioration," said Guillaume Trieska, senior emerging market analyst at Credit Agricole

America to give up the support of the number 10 in the prime minister for the benefit of this body
13/09/2018 6:34 pm
(Watan News) - Baghdad
The United States plays an important role in the formation of the Iraqi government by influencing some of the political blocs loyal to them in choosing the right people for some positions of sovereign or by making some crucial decisions relating to the interests of America in Iraq.
A few days ago, the current prime minister, Haider al-Abadi, was the only strong candidate for prime minister in a second term. Abadi received clear US support through President Trump McGork's envoy in Iraq and held several meetings with political figures and blocs in an attempt to rally the various blocs around Abadi and support him in the second state project. That soon reversed this support after the decline of the chances of Abadi in the opportunity of the presidency of the next government as a result of the province of Basra demonstrations and protests overturned Abadi for the benefit of other blocs, which threatened the interests of the United States in Iraq and therefore resorted to restore stability My country.
After reports of the number of parliamentary seats held by Abadi in the next parliament, which does not exceed 10 seats, it is difficult for the United States to continue to provide support to the current prime minister, especially since the reference Sistani ended the controversy that raged the Iraqi arena throughout the previous period on The character of the next prime minister.
In this regard, a member of the House of Representatives, former Harith Chanchal, that the United States is looking for an alternative to Abadi in the presidency of the next government.
"The United States does not have a specific friend. When you support someone and find that their interests are available in others, you turn quickly to him and support him in order to achieve their interests in the country," Shanshal said in an interview with Watan News. "The person you are looking for is acceptable Of all political blocs in addition to the availability of conditions set by some blocks for the next prime minister. "
"The United States will give signals to the formation of an Iraqi government away from external influences, but the truth will be there are interventions left and right by it to affect the formation of the government and the political situation inside the country," he said.
An informed source revealed that the head of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki cut the way to the current Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi, seeking to form a government, while he told him that he had only 10 deputies left .
The source, who preferred not to be identified in a press statement by (Watan News) that "the Prime Minister Haider Abadi during a meeting with the head of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki put forward the idea of unification of the wings and the reintegration of the two parties affiliated within the party (coalition rule of law, "Noting that" a recent was conducted earlier on the existence of a quest within the Dawa Party to unite ranks, and Maliki was welcome, but Abadi lied to those news and decided to join others . "
"Today al-Abbadi came in an attempt to revive that endeavor, but al-Maliki told him that he (Abadi) did not have in the coalition victory only 10 deputies, out of a total of 42. Most members of the coalition Abadi withdrew from him," stressing that "Maliki told Abadi that their meeting Together will not achieve the largest bloc . "
According to the source, Abadi told Maliki that "the deputies who split from his coalition went to the rule of law, but not all of them came to the rule of law, and some of them (eg good deeds) went to the others, while others have not determined his position so far .
The prominent politician and one of the leaders of the rule of law, that "Abadi understood that he was abandoned by his strategic allies and his colleagues in the Dawa Party, at a time before, when he decided (Abadi) to abandon them and running the election bloc separate from the rule of law represented by the party, To join the alliance going after the election. "
The United States is trying to form an Iraqi government loyal to it and follow their wishes and interests, especially that the current period is very competitive with Era because of the sanctions and therefore trying to block the way to Iran to form a government to support it.
In the opinion of political analyst and confident Hashemi that, America does not deal with people and names, but with the interests that follow their curriculum.
Al-Hashemi said in an interview with "Watan News" that "the United States of America does not deal with specific people or names, but are in accordance with their interests that tune and platform."
"If US interests require the abdication of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, then Amerca will take this step to preserve its interests in Iraq, which we have observed over previous governments," he said. Hashemi said that "despite the intersection between America and Iran, but they always agree on a joint candidate for the post of prime minister of Iraq." And put forward many of the nominations nominated for the presidency of the next government, but the political blocs have not announced so far adopted for a particular candidate and merely say that what is rumored is just leaks.
