2020/2/20 2 The esteemed Speaker of Parliament, an extraordinary session in accordance with the provisions of Item (First) of Article (1) of the constitution, in order to present the prime minister-designate, Mr. Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, with the names of the members of his ministry and the ministerial curriculum.
We call the House of Representatives to an extraordinary session, and the meeting of the parliament in its extraordinary session will be limited to the issue of granting confidence to the members of the ministry provided by the Prime Minister in charge of individually, and the ministerial curriculum, according to the provisions of Item (Fourth) of Article (76) of the Constitution, provided that the date of the session Extraordinary on Monday, 24/2020/2.
We hope to respond to the session’s request from the members of the House of Representatives, in compliance with the constitutional, legal and national responsibility they bear.

A Kurdish source said, on Thursday 20 February 2020, that the Kurdish delegation that arrived yesterday headed by the leader Hoshyar Zebari left his meeting with the Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, unhappy that he did not deal with the constitutional rights of the region.
The source said in a statement received by the “obelisk”, that the Kurdish delegation left its meeting with Allawi, resenting the failure of the Prime Minister-designate to deal with the constitutional rights of the region.

I told you that once Britain exit the EU the rest would immediately fall. The domino effect is as follows. Italy,Greece,France in 2020, Germany in 2021. The truth is that this is not caused by the tariffs between the U.S. and China nor is it that Britain left the EU. A deputy reveals the difficulty of holding early elections and the fate of contracts concluded by the caretaker government

On Thursday, independent member of Parliament Bassem Khashan revealed the difficulty of holding early elections, as well as the fate of contracts concluded by the current caretaker government.
"With regard to early elections, this will be a difficult and almost impossible procedure, especially after what the Commission has stated that there is no body endorsing the election results and this is an issue that can be overcome later," Khashan said in a [press statement].
Khashan pointed out that "the government will keep all contracts that violate the law concluded by the caretaker government," noting that they are "large contracts in all ministries, as well as licenses granted in violation of the law", stressing the need "to cancel these contracts by the new government, as they are not Legal and issued by a body that does not have authority. "
Khashan continued: "I imagine that Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi [the Prime Minister-designate] will be busy with formal measures through which he tries to gain the satisfaction of the street," indicating the difficulty of the matter "because the street is now more aware than before." is over

Al-Kinani: One Sunni party holds its share in the new government

A member of the Building Alliance, Ahmad Al-Kinani, affirmed that one Sunni party stuck to its share of the ministerial formation of Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi.
Kanani said in a press statement that "the construction alliance is coherent up to this moment and there are dialogues with the remaining partners, and he has not abandoned his responsibility towards the political process."
"When Adel Abdul-Mahdi resigned from the position of prime minister, we felt our responsibility and spoke about the issue of the largest bloc, and there was a debate, so more than one person was chosen according to the constitutional contexts," he said, noting that "after the president’s procrastination and his non-compliance with the constitution, he refused to choose a candidate from the construction choice."

A security force destroyed two tunnels of ISIS terrorist gangs at the borders of the city of Mosul.
