"Million emergency" to Baghdad .. and the dawn attack of the blue caps
The Federation of Universities in Baghdad called for an "emergency million" to be launched on Tuesday from the Ministry of Higher Education in the Iraqi capital to Tahrir Square.
The call comes after Monday, 5 of the protestors were killed, according to Arabic sources. Meanwhile, Agence France-Presse quoted Iraqi security sources yesterday as saying that a protester was stabbed during a clash between protesters and blue hats owners (of the Sadrist movement leader, Muqtada al-Sadr) south of Baghdad.
Three other protesters were injured by sticks, according to medical sources during the clash that ended with the intervention of the security forces and the removal of the blue hats owners from the protest camp in front of the headquarters of the Babil Governorate Council, according to an AFP correspondent.
New assault under cover of darkness
At dawn on Tuesday, the attack renewed, as members of the "Blue Berets" attacked some of the protesters inside their tents, near Tahrir Square, in central Baghdad, which resulted in the injury of a number of wounded.
n Monday, Al-Arabiya / Al-Hadath sources reported that demonstrators in several Iraqi cities carried sticks to protect themselves from the attacks of the blue hats. Some of them also wore red caps in response to the wearers of the "blue hats".
"Whoever faces Mendes blue hats!"
On the other hand, Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, close to the leader of the Sadrist movement, described on Monday all who carry weapons against the blue hats as "saboteur and al-Mandas". He said in a tweet on Twitter, "Everyone who carries weapons against them is a saboteur and an instructor, and the security forces must deal with the intruders among the demonstrators firmly."
It is noteworthy that most of the young Iraqi demonstrators renewed during the past two days their refusal to assign Muhammad Allawi to form a new government, as it is very close to the ruling elite, while the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, welcomed his assignment, on Saturday, calling on the demonstrators to stop cutting roads and bridges.
Al-Sadr called simultaneously with the departure of hundreds of Iraqi demonstrators, Sunday and Monday, in several cities, in an expression of their refusal to assign Allawi, the security forces to prevent anyone trying to cut roads in Iraq, and also called on the Ministry of Education to punish those who obstruct school hours.
On the other hand, the protesters considered al-Sadr's message and his support for Allawi "treason", and chanted in the Aviation Square in central Baghdad, "rejected by the people, do not tweet how you are," and another "youth revolution, no one led it."
It is noteworthy that Iraq has been living since the first of October 2019, mass protests calling for early elections, naming an independent prime minister, fighting corruption and prosecuting those responsible for the bloodshed of demonstrators.

Al-Attar: The government in charge must activate the German Siemens agreement to develop electric power
A member of the Iraqi Economic Council, Ghadeer Al-Attar, proposed today, Tuesday, to the new government in charge of starting the treatment of electrical energy by activating the agreement with the German company "Siemens".
Al-Attar said in a press statement, "Tomorrow Press" received a copy of it, "The government in charge of the current transitional period headed by Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi must prepare a reform paper to start implementing the projects that Baghdad contracted with major international companies, especially electrical."
"An example of this is the continuation of the agreement signed between the Ministry of Electricity and the German company Siemens, as it is an engine for the economic cycle in Iraq," he added.
Al-Attar pointed out that "this agreement is now suspended and the relevant authorities should be urged to work with it by allocating funds to it and facilitating bureaucratic procedures to introduce German Siemens to work in the agreed electrical projects."
It is noteworthy that the German company "Siemens" announced on 1/5/2019, that it had signed an agreement with the Iraqi government to implement a road map for energy development, and the agreement includes the rehabilitation and modernization of existing stations and the expansion of transport and distribution networks.

Could ‘young’ blood stop us getting old?
US biotech companies are working towards plasma therapies to tackle age-related diseases in humans In the early 2000s a group of scientists at Stanford University, California, revived a grisly procedure used in the 1950s known as parabiosis. They paired living mice, young with old, peeled back their skin and stitched together their sides so the two animals shared the same blood circulatory system. In the past decade there has been substantial progress in terms of studying genetic factors giving rise to disease. But much of this has been focused on European populations. They met again and then once more recently, so, I am sure they have his cabinet picked to the last person. ...this is at a critical point for Iraq. Iran has lost a major grip on Iraq, but they still have their hand in there. The people have taken all they can stand and they can't stands no more, so they have to be calmed down. I think we will see his cabinet picked in record time and confirmed and the people will have their currency back and at that point, Iran will have to start withdrawing their hand or have it cut off...we will have to see what their move will be.
