The results of the Baghdad meetings will determine the position of the Kurdish forces on the Allawi government

So recently there was a meeting and they discussed 6 points of contention with leaving the Us military in place in Iraq. This meeting went well. The US is still going to remain in Iraq and have a strong presence. So the US is going to back Allawi and his new government. Now that this is taken care of we will see the progression on Allwai and his new government move ahead quickly.

I submitted my resignation on 11/29/2019 and it was accepted by the distinguished parliament, and here we are in mid-February 2020, that is, two and a half months later, and no new government has been formed. Cabinet decisions
The Council of Ministers held its regular session, today, Tuesday, 18 February 2020, headed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil Dr. Thamer Al-Ghadban.
The Council decided to agree to the Ministry of Immigration and Displacement continuing to work by Cabinet Resolution No. 50 of 2019 in order to meet the needs of the displaced and returning families from displacement and alleviate their shoulders until the Federal General Budget for the year 2020 is approved.

• 5% of them are for building housing units and developing existing housing services for workers.
3. Reducing the share of the public treasury from the profit referred to in Clause (Fourth / 1) of the aforementioned article, from the profits of public companies affiliated with the Ministry of Oil to become (5%), provided that the remaining (40%) of this share is spent on one

The report included a review of the projects and drafts of laws, instructions and regulations proposed by the authority, indicating the issuance of the first amendment to the law (the Commission for Integrity and Illegal Gain) No. 30 of 2011 amending, referring to the measures taken in relation to those proposals by the relevant authorities.
