Al-Sadr: Our hands are stretched out to the fans of the frame without his leadership

link

In the name of Almighty, peace be upon reform and reformers and God's mercy and blessings.  As for now, according to my understanding, we and the fans of the framework do not disagree about the existence of corruption

And consult him in the country, although we disagree with his leaders in that.  Indeed, the reform camp, in its demonstrations, is also demonstrating for you, the masses of the framework. It is surprising that you do not support us in order to save the country that has fallen captive to occupation, terrorism and corruption.  So, let your demonstrations be a victory for reform, not a victory for the prestige of the state and the governments that came to Iraq without any benefit.  Do you not want your dignity, freedom, security, sustenance, safety, and goodness?

As we demand!?

Is it reasonable that you should not be inspired by your Imam Hussein to reform and bring down the state (Yazid)?

Did he not respect her prestige?!

If you refuse that, then know that when you demonstrated and protested against what you called (election fraud), we did not try to demonstrate and sit in concurrently with you despite

of our ability to do so.  If you decide to demonstrate in conjunction with the demonstrations for reform, let your demonstrations be peaceful and preserve civil peace.. Iraq is more important than all names.  In general, our hands are extended to you, the masses of the framework, without its leaders.. Let us try to reform what has been corrupted by following the approach of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, and the approach of our reference al-Sadr, his pure soul sanctified.  And if you refuse... we are proceeding with reform in obedience to God and out of love for the master of reform and out of love for the country.

Peace be upon those who follow reform.

America sells 20 million barrels of oil to nine companies

link

The United States said that nine companies will buy 20 million barrels of oil in the latest sale from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve as part of the Biden administration's plan to reduce oil prices that rose due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the recovery of economies from the Covid-19 pandemic. .

The administration said in March it would release 1 million barrels of crude per day from May to October, or about 180 million barrels from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, which holds oil in caves on the coasts of Louisiana and Texas.

Earlier this month, Reuters calculated that since May, SPR releases averaged 880,000 barrels per day, not meeting the million barrels per day plan. An Energy Department spokesman said at the time that it happened because the July 4th holiday and the use of a crude oil cooling additive for transportation slowed some deliveries.

Gasoline prices in the United States fell from more than $5 a gallon earlier this summer to less than $4 a gallon on Thursday.

US Deputy Energy Secretary David Turk said oil and gasoline prices have fallen in part due to the sale of strategic petroleum reserves and coordinated withdrawals from oil reserves in other countries.

The administration described the sale of the strategic petroleum reserve as a bridge to achieve a balance between supply and demand while increasing production by local producers.

The recalls pushed SPR supplies to 464.6 million barrels, the lowest level since 1985.

Barzani and Khamis al-Khanjar: Early elections are a good step

link

President Masoud Barzani and the head of the Sovereignty Alliance, Khamis al-Khanjar, stressed that "the early elections are a good step, provided that all parties abide by their results."

President Masoud Barzani received today, Thursday, (August 11, 2022) at the Salah al-Din resort, the head of the Sovereignty Alliance, Khamis al-Khanjar, and they discussed developments in the Iraqi political process.

According to a statement received by President Barzani's headquarters (the Iraqi Media News Agency / INA), the two sides stressed "the need for cooperation and joint action to end the current crisis, and to get out of the political blockage that Iraq is suffering from."

The two sides also stressed the need for "all new initiatives and steps to resolve the political crisis, towards amending the course of the political situation in Iraq and ending crises."

The two sides also stressed that "holding early elections is a good step, provided that all parties abide by their results."

Khamis al-Khanjar had expressed, in a tweet on Twitter, on August 3, 2022, his support for Muqtada al-Sadr's speech on holding early elections, saying: "We support all sincere efforts to save Iraq, and to address the political stalemate that has crippled the state and the interests of the people," referring to The necessity for early elections to be in accordance with “new criteria, machines, and fair laws that allow for real competition.”

The Sovereignty Alliance has 60 seats in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, and represents the majority of Sunnis in Iraq.

It is noteworthy that the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, had called in a speech on (August 3, 2022) to dissolve parliament and hold early elections.

Al-Sadr calls for a "coordinating framework" to keep the demonstrations peaceful

link

Al-Sadr's supporters continue their sit-in

The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, called on supporters of the "coordinating framework" in Iraq to maintain the peacefulness of their demonstrations scheduled for Friday.

Addressing supporters of the "coordinating framework", al-Sadr said in a statement: "Our hands are extended to you, the fans of the framework without the leaders."

On Friday, the Iraqi security forces closed with checkpoints several entrances leading to the Green Zone in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, hours before a scheduled demonstration for supporters of the "coordinating framework" in the vicinity of the Green Zone, which coincides with calls by the Sadrist movement for a sit-in in central Baghdad and in areas close to the Green Zone.

The Sadrist movement holds a unified Friday prayer, which is limited to the sit-in in the vicinity of Parliament.

The Sadrist movement called for demonstrations in all Iraqi provinces to "support reform" and hinted that they would be open.

As for the " coordinating framework ," it called for demonstrations in Basra and Nineveh, in addition to Baghdad, under the title "Defending Institutions."

Earlier Thursday, Iraqi Defense Minister Juma Inad Saadoun directed the Iraqi army "to stay away from political rivalries and to be at the same distance from everyone

Chest demands

Al -Sadr called on the Iraqi judicial authorities, on Wednesday, to dissolve parliament after it exceeded the constitutional deadlines to choose a president of the republic and assign a new prime minister.

Al-Sadr stressed to the Supreme Judicial Council the necessity of dissolving Parliament within a period not exceeding next week, and assigning the President of the Republic to set a date for early, conditional elections, on conditions that will be announced later.

In a post on his Twitter account, Al- Sadr confirmed the continuation of the sit-in in the vicinity of Parliament, pointing out that the protesters would have another position if the people were let down

Al-Sadr's post came after statements by the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi , on Wednesday, in which he said that "the political blocs are required today to assume their responsibilities by resolving the issue of the political blockage," stressing that "there is no choice but dialogue."Al-Kazemi added: "I wish everyone to work with all force to resolve the political blockage and to resort to dialogue to resolve differences. We have no choice but to dialogue."

The sit-ins continue in the vicinity of the Iraqi parliament , where Sadr's supporters insist on continuing their movements until their demands are met.
The most prominent of these demands is the call for the dissolution of Parliament, the holding of early parliamentary elections in the country, political change, and the fight against corruption.

A strong rise for oil .. Brent is close to $ 100 a barrel

link

Oil prices closed higher than two dollars after the International Energy Agency raised its forecast for the growth of oil demand for this year, as the rise in natural gas prices led to some consumers turning to oil.

Brent crude futures rose $2.20, or 2.3%, to settle at $99.60 a barrel. US West Texas Intermediate crude futures also rose $2.41, or 2.6 percent, to $94.34.

The Paris-based International Energy Agency said in its monthly oil report, in which it raised its forecast for demand in 2022 by 380,000 barrels per day, "Natural gas and electricity prices rose to new records, spurring the transition from gas to oil in some countries." .

By contrast, on Thursday, the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) lowered its forecast for global oil demand growth in 2022, citing the economic impact of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, high inflation and efforts to contain the Corona pandemic.

OPEC expects oil demand to rise in 2022 by 3.1 million barrels per day, down by 260,000 barrels per day from previous expectations. However, it still expects a higher overall global oil demand figure than the IEA for 2022.

Last week's rise in US oil inventories and the resumption of crude flows in a pipeline supplying central Europe limited price gains.

The US Energy Information Administration said US crude oil inventories rose 5.5 million barrels in the last week, much more than expectations for an increase of 73,000 barrels.

The United States said on Thursday that nine companies will buy 20 million barrels of oil in the latest sale of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, as part of the efforts of President Joe Biden's administration to ease high oil prices due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and a lack of spare capacity globally to boost production.

The administration said in March that it would withdraw 1 million barrels of crude per day from May to October, or about 180 million barrels from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, which holds oil in caves on the coasts of Louisiana and Texas

Member of the Wisdom Movement: We asked Al-Maliki not to appear in the media, even with the phrase (Peace be upon you) to prevent the provocation of Al-Sadr

link

A member of the National Wisdom Movement, Ahmed Al-Issawi, confirmed that the coordination framework demonstrations are a message for those who want to use the public, that the other party will use the public as well, indicating that it may turn into an open sit-in, or it may be for hours, if it arrives. Their message about sitting at one dialogue table to the other party.

Ahmed Al-Issawi said in a press interview, "The demonstrations are important to support the constitutional path of the political process," noting that "even the Communist Party will demonstrate, but in another place."

He noted, "Most of the forces of the coordination framework will participate in the demonstrations, and it is a message for those who want to use the public, that the other party will use the public as well, and if there is an angry audience for the Sadrist movement, there is also an angry audience for the forces defending the constitution and the law," stressing that "

He added that "there are political parties that are not involved in the national dialogues, such as the Kurds, who constitute an essential part of the political process, and their opinion has not been taken on the issue of dissolving Parliament, which they may not agree to."

Regarding the coordination framework demonstrations today, he indicated that they may turn into an “open sit-in from the suspension bridge to the two-storey bridge in Baghdad, or it may be for hours and then the demonstrators leave, if their message about sitting at one dialogue table reaches the other party,” stressing that “the demonstration There will be no clash with the demonstrators from the Sadrist movement, nor any clash with the security forces."

Ahmed Al-Issawi, pointed out that the benefit of the demonstrations is to send a “message to all political forces. All political forces and blocs have an audience that they can use in the street. The country is not run by one party, and the Sadrist movement constitutes a tenth of the political process and Iraq, as is the coordination framework.” Noting that "all those who voted in the elections constitute 25% of the Iraqi people, and therefore all of us together constitute a quarter of the Iraqi people."

He asked, "Why did the demonstrators not go to the prime ministership, which is the executive authority, and came to the parliament, which is a legislative authority? Why is the Sadrist movement putting pressure on the parliament, which has entitlements such as reforming the law and the electoral commission, amending part of the constitution, and deciding on laws that have had problems since the beginning of the political process?" "

A member of the Wisdom Movement, stressed that the reason for the problems facing the country and reaching the political impasse is the disruption of the constitution, saying that "all the problems that occur in the political process are caused by the fact that the Iraqi constitution has been completely broken since 2003, and we always rely on political agreements and norms."

On the possibility of Hadi al-Amiri meeting with the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, he said that "it is possible for Hadi al-Amiri and Muqtada al-Sadr to sit at one dialogue table, and to reach an agreement, and it is possible that they go to Parliament," noting that "the main problem is The Sadrist movement is with Nuri al-Maliki, and it has existed since the beginning of the political process, but does the country deserve to reach this stage because of a personal problem?”

He asked, "Why did the Sadr movement, which controlled parliament after winning 73 seats, not vote to change paragraphs of the constitution in agreement with its allies the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Sovereignty Alliance, and why did it not go in the direction of dissolving parliament? Why did he leave parliament and then demand its dissolution?" He considered that "these questions should be asked by every citizen, before he takes any decision on the way he will act."

Ahmed Al-Issawi stressed that the only solution to the real problems facing Iraq is “to sit at the dialogue table, with the participation of all parties, including parties outside the country that have ideas to correct the situation in Iraq,” noting that “every party goes out in demonstrations and sabotages the country and its institutions, It would mean going to chaos, and that brings us back to square one."

He stressed that all political blocs agree to dissolve parliament, but it must happen by constitutional means, saying that dissolving parliament “can only happen in two specific ways, either by dissolving itself through representatives to dissolve it, or for the Presidency of the Republic to send a request to dissolve it to the presidency. The ministers then go to Parliament and he dissolves himself,” adding that “the President of the Republic is a caretaker and he cannot ask for Parliament to be dissolved.”

Al-Issawi criticized the role of the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, by saying that he “has proven during the previous period that he was unable to solve any issue in the country, and his role is disrupted. He could have issued a statement and denounced what is happening during this period.” Drew also criticized the Prime Minister, saying that “the President The ministers are also for the conduct of business, and act as if the demonstrations are taking place in the Maldives and not Iraq, and he did not condemn the disruption of state institutions, as if he was satisfied with what is happening.”

Regarding the problem of the coordination framework with Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, he indicated that it is a problem of some forces of the coordination framework that do not want it, not all of it, and it relates to “statements during the killing of Qassem Soleimani and Abu Ali Al-Muhandis.”

He stressed the importance of producing constitutional means for holding early elections, pointing to the necessity of "electing a president of the republic, forming a government, and then holding early elections," considering that "it is illogical to go to early elections with the same previous mentality, the same commission, and expect different results."

A member of the Wisdom Movement added: "We need a comprehensive national dialogue in which all the problems of Iraq are presented, such as the problems between the Kurds and Baghdad since 2014 and before that as well, such as the Peshmerga, oil and the distribution of wealth, which is repeated with every government, and there is no solution to it, but it can be resolved through a national dialogue It reaches certain results with an international guarantee.”

On the possibility of holding a parliament session, he said that the session “could be held outside Baghdad, or in Parliament in the coming weeks,” noting that “the coordinating framework contacted some leaders, and the head of the Sovereignty Alliance Khamis al-Khanjar held talks with President Masoud Barzani in Erbil and some parties.” And there is an internal and external dialogue" in this regard, stressing that "the real problem is not in holding the session, but in restoring confidence between the parties to the political process."

He revealed that they asked the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, not to appear at this time, saying that "even if he appeared on television and said peace be upon you, he would provoke Muqtada al-Sadr, and we asked him not to go out at such times because he provoked some political parties."

Al-Issawi noted that “the coordinating framework is not al-Maliki, al-Maliki is part of the coordinating framework and represents the opinion of the rule of law, al-Fateh, the coalition of state forces, and other forces,” stressing at the same time that “the coordinating framework will not crack, and the spirit of democracy in the world differs in opinions.”

On the possibility of withdrawing the nomination of Muhammad Shi`a al-Sudani for the position of prime minister, he said that "if the problem lies in the nomination of Muhammad Shi`a al-Sudani, it is possible to nominate another person, but even if he changes it, Muqtada al-Sadr will be exposed to the second and third candidates ... and even the fiftieth."

He added, "Al-Sadr is not asking to change the political system, but rather to dissolve Parliament, and Mustafa Al-Kazemi to remain prime minister for a year, while the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers is from the Sadrist movement, and then hold elections in which he wins 120 seats to rule the country," noting that this is not an acceptable policy. In a country with multiple parties and opinions.

A member of the Al-Hikma Movement indicated that the positions are not related to the number of seats, asking: "Why would the Communist Party demonstrate in Paradise Square and do not have a seat in the House of Representatives? Because it is angry at the political process, and it was an ally of Muqtada al-Sadr at one time, and he was angry with him and withdrew from the alliance with him." .

He concluded by saying that "the national dialogue must be with the participation of all parties, including those that did not participate in the elections."

The Sadrist movement's Green Zone preacher and imam Muhannad al-Moussawi warned politicians opposed to the movement against trying to continue sharing power in Iraq, stressing that the supporters of the movement will continue their sit-ins until the parliament is dissolved and early elections in the country.

Al-Moussawi said in the Friday prayer sermon that was held inside the fortified Green Zone, that "the protesters went out to draw the features of the next stage for Iraq through a sound revolutionary democratic process and then an early democratic electoral process, as the leader of the Sadrist movement said."

He added that "there is no such thing as a retreat in the dictionary of this revolution, and in order to achieve the goals of this revolution, persistence is required," noting that the opportunity is ripe for change in light of the continuing sit-ins.

Economist: The Price Of A Barrel Of Oil May Reach 130 Dollars Next Winter

link

The economic expert, Dr. Safwan Qusay, suggested that the price of a barrel of oil would reach 130 dollars during the coming winter, pointing to the possibility of investing the increase in revenues and converting them into internal investments and activating the private sector to absorb unemployment and introduce new revenues to the country.

Qusay told Al-Maalouma, "The price of oil will depend on the amount of releases from strategic storage for China, Japan, America and the European Union, who own strategic reserves, as consumption is scheduled to be at a rate of 60 million barrels per month."

He added that "the mentioned countries and if they raise the percentage of consumption from the strategic storage, it is possible to control the price, and in the end, the prices will remain at their position during the current period, but it may reach in the winter to 130 dollars per barrel."

And he indicated that "Iraq can invest the surplus of oil prices in absorbing unemployment and poverty, developing infrastructure, and resorting to investment to employ the unemployed and activate the private sector to bring in new revenues."

Iranian newspapers: The Iraqi situation is getting complicated after the parties compete over the street card

The political escalation using the street card and the masses is the option that the situation in Iraq is taking, which threatens to further complicate it.

The Sadr movement, whose masses are still holding an open sit-in in the vicinity of the parliament, called on its supporters for Friday to be a day of escalation in demonstrations in all provinces and for the masses to fill out forms submitted to the judiciary calling for the dissolution of parliament as al-Sadr wanted, according to Iranian newspapers and Al-Alam channel.

The researcher in political affairs told Al-Alam news channel reporter: The invitation came to the masses of the Sadrist movement to demonstrate, and this is a right guaranteed by the constitution, considering that Iraq lives according to a democratic system. It is intended to apply it as a movement or a political party.

The positions of the recent coordination framework came far from setting the dissolution of Parliament as an existing option. After a meeting with it, the framework called for proceeding with the procedures for selecting a president of the republic and forming a new government, and in this an implicit call for Parliament to exercise its work away from obstruction, while calling on its masses to come out with a demonstration at the approaching green whose title is the people protect The state.

In this place, the expected mass demonstration for the supporters of the coordination framework will start, a demonstration that the security forces preceded and 24 hours before the installation of this barrier, which will serve as an isolation wall between the masses of the Sadrist movement that are camped inside the Green Zone and the masses of the framework that will demonstrate near one of its gates.

The title of the demonstration, which prepares the audience for the framework, and its declared goals, which do not miss the indications of adherence to preserving the legislative and legal institutions.

Political analyst Ali Fadlallah said: The audience of the framework has a very large previous experience that lasted for nearly 90 days, in which no breach or transgression took place on the Iraqi state institutions or on global or private money for that framework. .

According to the constitutional frameworks, the judiciary does not have the right to dissolve parliament, as the Iraqi constitution places these powers exclusively for the vote of the absolute majority of members of the Parliament, which makes the judiciary unable to deal according to the law with the calls made by Muqtada al-Sadr.

Al-Mandalawi told "Mawazine News", "If the Kurdish parties agree on one candidate for the presidency, the question is about the place of holding that session and the consequences that may occur as a result."

He continued, "It is not possible to proceed with such a measure and for reasons related to the position of the street. Such a step may lead to inflaming the street."

Al-Sadr does not want to change the single nomination system and multiple constituencies, and he does not want to restore the condition of good conduct that was the reason for excluding Maha Al-Douri, Sabah Al-Saadi and Jawad Al-Shahili, and he does not want to ban parties that have armed factions because that would ban his party, but he wants a radical change for the elections. We do not know how.  !

link

The massive demonstration called for by the coordination framework, expressed a great public interaction with the framework’s positions, and sent a clear message that the Iraqi masses, with all their orientations, interacted with the defense of the legitimacy of the state, and the protection of the constitutional, legislative and judicial institutions, and with its peaceful effectiveness it sent another message to all political components; Come to a common word to cross the crisis that is feared on the constitutional political track, and to avoid obstructing the formation of the new government, and obstructing the elected House of Representatives that was formed in accordance with the law and the constitution, and obstructing the holding of its sessions, at a time when Iraqis are looking for a service government that advances the ...requirements and needs of the people, and raises their burdened with suffering and poverty

The demonstrations also made it clear, without a doubt, that the street cannot be controlled by one party over the other, but rather it is an arena for interaction and response to everything that is constitutional and legitimate, and that the Iraqis who made the election wedding - with similar failures - demonstrated today, and they want to see institutions The state is working and active, providing services, care and reconstruction, and they do not want to see it broken without a .legitimate, national or constitutional right

May God bless their response and participation and the voices they raised .for Iraq

The central bank and the banking sector, the main financing and investment ring that supported the economy and protected it from collapse

link

The Central Bank of Iraq and the banking sector, in accordance with their law and objectives, are a mainstay for building a free national economy that strengthens the foundations of the Iraqi state and pushes it towards the process of growth and economic stability.

Building this sector on scientific foundations with the use of modern technologies and reliance on the best national expertise contributes significantly to the development and investment program as the first financing link for small, medium and strategic projects during the past years until the present time .

The results of the developments, measures and efforts made to support and stimulate the economy through rational use of monetary policy tools, safe investments and flexible and balanced applications with the complex economic problems that our country has suffered and suffers from, and the effects of economic closure, stagflation and changes in the global economy, especially the food and energy crises and the Corona pandemic

The war on terrorism and the Russian-Ukrainian war . Where the Central Bank announced that its foreign reserves amounted to 82 billion dollars and its reserves of gold amounted to more than 130 tons, which is the fourth in the Arab world and the tenth in the world .

The projects of the private sector out of the total credit granted to the private sector, which constitute more than 8% of the gross domestic product, up to 18.4% of the total actual investment spending during the years of the financing initiative, and 17% of the total private sector deposits .

And by analyzing the results of the implementation of the initiatives, as 10 trillion dinars were allocated to the Real Estate Bank and the Housing Fund, and 72% of it was implemented by 48 banks and 2 trillion dinars for agricultural and industrial bankers, and 18% and 3 trillion dinars were implemented for small, medium and housing projects, and 71% of them were implemented by 48 banks and 2 trillion dinars for projects The strategy that finances more than 20 billion dinars and 1 trillion dinars for renewable energy projects, in addition to supporting the state treasury with an amount of 50 trillion dinars, 30 trillion of them only in 2021 and 2022 by re-discounting treasury transfers issued by the finance. These measures opened the way for banks to work flexibly to contribute to support Investment is the main nerve of the wheel of development .

All studies and reports issued by the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the Ministry of Planning and the Central Bank of Iraq confirm this .

And in order to build a promising strategy to reform and develop the Iraqi banking sector for the years (2021-2023), the Central Bank established an ambitious mechanism that is consistent with the complex global and local economic crises for the purpose of maintaining the banking system in Iraq and protecting the national economy from collapse .

This requires the various relevant economic sectors to coordinate with the Central Bank and between them and activate the role of financial policy, government banks and specialized banks, with an emphasis on developing foreign economic relations with the countries of the world with the development of economic and banking relations with international banks and relevant international and regional financial institutions and organizations.

Economic treatment in light of political and oil fluctuations

link

The economic climate in Iraq is witnessing dramatic changes, in addition to the rise in financial indicators caused by the rise in oil prices at a rate of nearly 40% compared to last year, and expectations that the country’s cash reserves will rise to more than 90 billion dollars by the end of this year, and an increase in the rate of growth in the gross domestic product to 9.5%, the fiscal policy is still restricted by the government spending ratio of 1/12, which indicates that the financial boom was not truly reflected on the reality of macroeconomic policy and the reality of citizens, as inflation is witnessing a significant rise in its annual rates in addition to the rise in unemployment rates, which amounted to In its last statistics in 2021, it reached an annual rate of 13.8%.

The political developments in the country and their repercussions on the economy constitute a major obstacle to approving the budget for the year 2021-2022, including the organization and classification of oil revenues to be spent on its consumption and investment resources, which is an important source of demand, revitalizing the economy, the income and spending cycle, and creating job opportunities in a way that reduces unemployment rates and keeps the economy away. Iraqi about the specter of the phenomenon of stagflation, which it is suffering from recently, and for many reasons, some of them external and internal, the first is related to the Ukrainian war and the economic reaction policies that reinforced stagflation in the United States and the European Union, and since Iraq constitutes in its total foreign expenditures a net importer of goods and services It is natural for inflation to move to it with the lists of imports. As for the second, besides the lack of approval of the budget and the repercussions of the restricted spending at a rate of 1/12, the internal debt management policies, despite their purely economic objectives, the devaluation of the currencyNationalism and the accompanying reluctance in many compensatory measures for the groups affected by it, took its take from the reality of the general level of prices and the real drop in the value of individuals' incomes, which were not clearly targeted.

Therefore, the two important variables in terms of dealing with the economy are receding in the formation of the government first, the approval of the budget and the initiation of organizing the financial returns according to the budget items and its allocations. Secondly, the management of financial returns in an efficient economic manner through the creation of a sovereign fund to invest and develop oil surpluses for the future may constitute a strategic variable In terms of economic treatment.

Minister of Finance: Investing the current financial abundance is a last chance to save the country economically

link

Finance Minister Ali Allawi said: “The government has a last chance to save the reality of the country, one third of which has turned into employees who depend on salaries only, by exploiting the financial abundance that approaches $100 billion to establish investment and industrial projects.”

Allawi said in a statement to his office, "Oil prices are currently on the rise, but they will collapse below $20 per barrel the moment the war in Ukraine stops, and most expectations are that the war will stop within the next autumn."

And Allawi said: "The Ministry of Finance was able, thanks to the strict economic austerity system that it practiced, to move the country from the brink of bankruptcy to economic recovery and to secure employee salaries for two consecutive years."

He continued, "We discussed with Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi the idea of investing the cash reserve through the establishment of a group of industrial cities in the country consisting of 900 medium factories and 40 large companies, which will contribute to the employment of one million Iraqi graduates of institutes and colleges of engineering and computers, and thousands of graduates of administration and economics."

Ali Allawi added, "I have a comprehensive economic plan that can be implemented within two years, which will contribute to moving the country from disguised unemployment to productive countries for light and medium industries in the first stage."

The current closes the parliament's door, and the framework opens its doors again for dialogue

link

The deputy of the Sadiqoun parliamentary bloc affiliated with the coordination framework, Zainab Juma Al-Moussawi, confirmed today, Saturday, that the doors of the coordination framework are open for the Sadrist movement to return to dialogue.

Al-Moussawi said in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that "the doors of the coordination framework are open for the Sadrist movement to return to the dialogue table again, since the movement is an important participant in the political process since 2003 until the present time through ministers, undersecretaries and general managers, contrary to what Its supporters claim that the movement is outside the government, parliament, and institutions of the Iraqi state.

The statement added that "the coordination framework is keen on the political situation and is fully aware that political stability comes in accordance with the constitutional mechanisms."

And he indicated that "the demonstration and sit-in for the supporters of the coordination framework remains the only solution in light of the Sadrist movement's failure to accept the mechanisms of dialogue."

The Game of Thrones may topple the pockets of employees and small earners in Iraq... an Iraq without budgets or salaries!

link

The economic expert, Mahmoud Dagher, stressed that approving the country's general budget is still an urgent necessity to support the Iraqi economy, as the food support law did not cover all aspects, specifically the investment aspect, which is one of the most important aspects in budgets.

Dagher said, "Disrupting the approval of the budget destroys the Iraqi economy because it negatively affects important sectors that need large investment projects, and at the forefront of those sectors is electricity, which needs projects in production, transportation and distribution, as well as public transportation methods."

Noting that "the public roads, specifically the ones linking the center and the south with the Kurdistan region, are very bad, and the presence of negatives in those roads not only affects the high rate of accidents, but also raises the price of goods due to the high risk of being damaged."

In addition, economic circles warned against entering the new year without approving the state budget for the second year in a row, stressing that this would mean the inability of the current government to pay the salaries of employees, retirees and others.

They stressed that "this abnormal situation may end with an uncalculated fall of the national economy, and entry into a labyrinth that is difficult to get out of

The framework is taking matters to their final stage, while Al-Sadr wants to continue the tactics and pressure to subdue him. Who will win in this confrontation?

The Iraqi arenas are still witnessing more escalation, amid the adherence of all political parties to their positions, coinciding with the crowding of party supporters in the streets.

The head of the "state of law coalition" in Iraq, Nuri al-Maliki, called for dialogue to overcome the current political crisis, while the Secretary-General of "Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq" Qais Khazali called on parliament to convene.

Al-Maliki, who is one of the most prominent leaders of the "coordinating framework", said in a statement issued by his office, in response to the demonstrations organized by the framework earlier yesterday, to demand the protection of state institutions, that "the Iraqi masses, with their participation in the demonstrations, all interacted with the defense of the legitimacy of the state, and the protection of institutions." Legislative and Judicial Constitutionalism.

Yesterday afternoon, demonstrations took place in the "Green Zone" in the capital Baghdad and the cities of Basra and Mosul, organized by the "coordinating framework" forces under the slogan "demonstrations in support of legitimacy and the law" in reference to what they see as "violations of the Sadrist movement" whether they stormed the parliament building or the Green Zone and sit in it And disrupting the sessions of the House of Representatives and demanding its dissolution outside the constitutional frameworks.

Al-Maliki, a former prime minister, said that "the coordination framework demonstrations sent a message to all political components, without naming them, to the effect that come to a common word to cross the feared crisis on the constitutional political track."

Al-Maliki, who has become one of the most prominent opponents of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, added that "crossing the crisis will lead to avoiding obstructing the formation of the new government, and the House of Representatives, which was formed in accordance with the law and the constitution, and obstructing the holding of its sessions," in reference to the sit-in of the Sadrist movement's followers in the Green Zone and their demand to dissolve Parliament and early elections.

In a related context, a media channel channel transmitted a speech by Sheikh Qais Khazali, head of the Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq movement, which is affiliated with the "coordinating framework", through an audio message, in which Khazali "thanked the framework demonstrators who defended the state."

Khazali called "to expedite the convening of the House of Representatives to carry out its duties, the most important of which is addressing the issue of the budget, which must be either through the formation of the government, or the amendment of the current budget law," he said.

He warned that "the budget law remaining in its current state is a great danger, because this government cannot pay salaries during the next year," while he pledged to the demonstrators to "continue the path of building and defending the state and speeding up the formation of the government."

Street across from a street

, al-Maliki’s statement came, at a time when thousands of Sadrist movement’s supporters gathered in front of the Iraqi parliament in the Green Zone in Baghdad to demand its dissolution and the holding of early elections, while thousands of supporters of the coordination framework demonstrated near the walls of the Green Zone, before the framework announced an open sit-in until achieve their demands.

The mutual escalation between the coordination framework and the Sadrist movement comes in an atmosphere of intense calls from political leaders and several countries for calm, de-escalation and resorting to the option of dialogue between the parties as the only way out of the current crisis, which local, regional and international forces fear from the dangers of slipping into chaos.

In this context, a press reporter said that the framework's demands focused on forming a government with broad powers and called for the parliament to be emptied of supporters of the Sadrist movement.

The reporter added that the open sit-in began on Friday, but there are no clashes amid fear of the situation developing, if the two sit-ins continue to have unimaginable consequences, amid calls from the framework not to engage in friction.

For his part, a media source said, from near the sit-in of the Sadrist movement, that the protest leaders did not comment on the statement of the coordination framework, amid a warning not to circulate any statements unless they are central to the Seven Committee to manage the protests movement.

He pointed out that there are former political leaders, who demanded the formation of an interim government that works to dissolve the Parliament and hold early elections, through the formation of a new and impartial election commission, and the amendment of the election law.

For his part, the Iraqi analyst, Ziad Al-Arar, from Baghdad, said that matters in Iraq have now reached complications in which the dialogue is broken.

Al-Arar considered that the statement of the coordination framework is a step that means that dialogue is almost impossible, and therefore we have entered the stage of complete closure, to wait for the stage of initiatives from other parties.

Al-Arar went on to say: "The mass bases have reached a point that no party can manipulate, because that would have catastrophic consequences for Iraq."

The political analyst pointed out that "the majority of the Sunni forces tend to see the Sadrist movement, while the Kurdish people are afraid of re-electing the elections without a guarantor to accept their results and not to return to the street track as is happening today."

Saleh told {Euphrates News}, "The emergency food support law cannot secure the salaries of employees for the next year because the emergency food security law ends at the end of the current year."

He added: "I do not think that there is a danger to the employees' salaries at the end of the year, and these are prior concerns, because the Federal Court has the authority to issue a decision to protect the people and the country from the risks resulting from the cessation of legislation affecting economic and living life, and it can address any defect by providing a legal cover that provides the continuation of the exchange." From the beginning of December.

Earlier today, the legal expert, Jamal Al-Asadi, warned of a legislative vacuum in which employees' salaries could stop starting next January.

Al-Asadi said in a tweet on his Twitter account: "There is no legal text in the Financial Management Law that allows the disbursement of any money from spending units to finance budget expenditures after the end of the fiscal year in which there is no budget at all."

He added, "Therefore, we are in a legislative vacuum in which it is very possible that all expenses, including employee salaries, will stop from January of the year 2023.

Today, Saturday, the financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, warned of the consequences of entering the country in a new fiscal year without a budget, calling on the government to go to the Federal Court to lift the damage on the salary sector.

Salih said in an interview, quoted by the correspondent of (Iraqi Media News Agency / INA), that “the possibility of the country entering a new fiscal year, which is the year 2023, and the country being devoid of any law or legislation for the budget, facilitates the work of Article 13 itself, which permits the exchange at a rate of 1/12 per month of expenses.” The previous fiscal year 2022, that is, it is not permissible to dispose of public money for more than one fiscal year on the same 12/1 basis because of the current legislative situation, the country will impose upon itself a serious economic and investment stagnation with ominous consequences in the levels of deterioration in the forces of economic and social development and ensuring standards of living.”

He added, "Government spending constitutes 50% of the gross domestic product, and in order to search for a constitutional way out that mitigates the damage to the national economy within the framework of force majeure and the urgent necessity of achieving such dangerous economic possibilities."

And Saleh added, “The executive authority must address the request directly to the judiciary, specifically the Federal Supreme Court, to issue an exceptional ruling that provides for the lifting of economic damage to the country and the people in a way that secures two cases. 2022 until the country reaches the correct legislative paths represented by the issuance of a federal general budget.”

And he indicated, "The second case is the approval of a qualitative package of strategic investment projects that achieve the country's economic sustainability and aim to diversify the national economy and address unemployment."

Expert: The Financial Management Law Does Not Explicitly Specify Work As 1/12 For One Year

Financial expert Ahmed Burihi confirmed, on Saturday, that what some have suggested about withholding the salaries of the first month of the next year in the event that the current year’s budget is not approved has no basis in truth, indicating that such proposals may be part of the pressure to accelerate the formation of the government .

Brihi said in a statement to Al-Information /, that "the issue of raising the withholding of employees' salaries for the first month of next year in the event the budget is not approved is not possible because the law on financial management and work on 1/12 does not contain an explicit text regarding that."

He added, "The Financial Management Law refers to the continuity of work with 1/12 related to the payment of salaries to employees, equivalent to the spending of the past year, without specifying a fixed and explicit date."

Brihi pointed out that “the Financial Management Law refers to the continuity of work with 1/12 related to the payment of salaries to employees, equivalent to the spending of last year,” explaining that “the issue of withholding salaries has a great deal of danger, and even if there is a reason, it is necessary to find an embarrassment, as happened in Adoption of the Food Security Law.”

Therefore, it is a comprehensive national crisis."

He added, "The comprehensive national crisis needs radical and not superficial solutions. For example, resorting to dissolving parliament is a way to achieve change, but before it a number of changes must be accomplished, at the beginning of which is the amendment of the constitution and the political system and the activation of the parties' law, which is the most important issue, as well as dissolving all the factions that Carrying arms outside the framework of the state.

He continued, "The fear within society has reached its climax from the forces that threaten to use weapons openly and threaten the state, and on any occasion it may resort to arms, so either we put in place radical, comprehensive and real solutions, or resort to superficial solutions that reproduce traditional forces."

He considered, "The solution currently proposed by the Sadrist movement is not a comprehensive solution (in reference to the call to dissolve parliament and hold early elections), and there must be a promising and radical vision for comprehensive solutions to the crisis rooted in the political process."

8-11-2022   Newshound Guru Pimpy  Could civil war happen [In Iraq]?  It looks like Sadr is pretty serious about what's going on.   Although he's not said it outright he has made it perfectly clear that he's ready to take things to the next level...at this rate it's closer to civil war than people think...

8-11-2022   Newshound Guru Tivon  Article:  "Al-Sadr asks the judiciary to dissolve the Iraqi parliament and the President of the Republic to set a date for the elections"  Al-Sadr - [I] didn't hold him in high regard...But as you can see he is directly aiding in the resurrection of the phrase "Power To The People"...I can not wait for the coming days ahead. We all know where this is going. The only thing left to do is the obvious. Citizens Entitlements...Right now we are at where we want to be...There is no reason to jump ship and assume the worst for any conceivable outlook that this is about to come to a conclusion.

8-11-2022   Intel Guru MarkZ   [via PDK]   ...It’s been a great day news wise…. There is still some interesting theatre to watch play out…BUT, about the coming week or so all I can say is “Wow- I feel good…I knew that I would now….” ...We are hearing some great things and I am really being leaned on to not share specifics... This is literally the best time historically to date for them to revalue… There has been really good stuff coming out of Iraq over the last 36 hours.

8-11-2022   Intel Guru Frank26  In December we told you IOO there is a date.  I called it a date of titanium...It was the IMF that set that date IMO.  It is the IMF that the CBI has been meeting and is the reason why Kazemi has been meeting with the CBI because the IMF triggered it again.  IMO the IMF gave the central bank and Kazemi until the 31st of July to get everything done...IMO they accomplished everything and gave them another 30 days...I don't think it's going to be until October.  I don't think it's going to be next year.

8-11-2022  Newshound Guru Samson  Article:  "Iraqi Oil Production Rises To 4.584 Million Barrels Per Day In July"

8-11-2022   Intel Guru Bruce   [via WiserNow]  ...what I'm getting right now is Iraq's thing is done - the government that they're trying to put back in place...I believe is they may still call it the parliament...they're already elected. They're in the wings right now - they're standing by as they assemble and put together this new form of government.

8-11-2022   Newshound Guru Clare  Article: "Government official: Iraq is not thinking of floating the currency at the moment"   THIS IS A DISINFORMATION PIECE, IMO ... THE OFFICIAL IS NOT EVEN NAMED...  "The official, who asked not to be named,"

8-11-2022   Newshound Guru Sandy Ingram  Really good news - Article: "Iraq's oil  revenues during the first half of 2022 exceeded $60 bln"  The country expects to increase oil exports by 2 million barrels per day in 2023.  Iraq is doing it's thing when it comes to oil...

8-11-2022   Guru Nader From The Mid East  ...Yesterday article where it says there's no plan to float the Iraqi dinar.  I disagree with him... they have no choice...The IMF are not gonna let him do that...These people want some money and for them to make money the dinar have to float or have to change...it's good for the economy...

8-11-2022   Intel Guru MarkZ   [via PDK]  More confirmations today that the goal still is to have this in place by the 15th.  From the CBI:      “This bank will adopt a specialized platform for the purpose of exchanging documents and data with all banks that will allow you to benefit from many services including foreign exchange, and shares trading access with foreign financial markets in order to analyze financial data to benefit from them and raise the level of efficiency of decisions related to investments and others. So your banks must participate on this platform no later than August 15, 2022.”  This is from the CBI. They are giving us every hint we need for their goals at this time. This is huge.

8-11-2022   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   There is an article that came out today that says Iraq is not planning to float the currency. This title is misleading...When you read the actual article it says that they can't float the currency without diversifying the economy. And the question I ask you is what has Iraq been saying for the past 3 years that they're trying to doThat's correct they're trying to diversify their economy.

8-11-2022   Newshound Guru Pimpy  Article: "Government official:  Iraq is not thinking of floating the currency at the moment"  They're sure doing a lot of talking about what they want to do with the Iraq dinar.  If I didn't know any better, if we didn't have an issue establishing the government and getting the budget out we'd be a whole lot closer to the rate change happening with the Iraqi dinar...What's going on in Iraq is upsetting.  This deadlock with forming a government is stifling the growth and potential of the Iraqi dinar.

8-11-2022   Newshound Guru Tivon  Article: "Government official: Iraq is not thinking of floating the currency at the moment"  The government is not thinking of floating the currency in light of every conceivable reason to do exactly that for the same reasons they said it's not feasible?  ...They [Iraqi citizens] were already told by the CBI and their news media to expect their currency to float soon...

8-11-2022   Intel Guru MarkZ   [via PDK]   If they re-instate I believe it would be at $3.22…but keep in mind they are allowed to adjust the rate for inflation during this time period which may well push the rate much higher than that.  If they correct for inflation we may see a rate as high as $6 or $7...

8-11-2022   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat  So, how many times must Iraq tell us that the only entity that has the power to change the currency exchange rate is within the coordination of the CBI and the Finance ministry. The cabinet DOES NOT have the power to change the exchange rate, EVER!

What are the benefits of figs... the blessed fruit that God singled out for remembrance?

image.png

Have you read in the Qur'an the blessed verse "and figs and olives"?
The fig tree, which has been specifically mentioned, is a wonderful food source that has multiple benefits. Let's get acquainted with the benefits of figs.

What is a fig?

Figs are small, teardrop-like or thumb-shaped, with an edible green or purple peel. Inside, you'll find a pink texture and hundreds of seeds that are also edible. It is a plant of the mulberry family and its main source is in an area extending from Turkey to northern India. However, it is grown in most of the Mediterranean countries, where the climates are warm.

People talk about the benefits of figs, as they have been used since ancient times to treat conditions related to the endocrine glands, the reproductive system, the respiratory and digestive systems. As well as using it to sweeten sweets or as a substitute for them because it satisfies cravings for sugar.

What vitamins are in figs?

The benefits of figs are due to being considered an important food source, as it contains large amounts of vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, as well as potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, copper, calcium and fiber. It is also rich in multiple powerful antioxidants, including quercetin, kaempferol and epicatechin gallate. In addition, fresh figs contain some calories from natural sugar, while dried figs contain a higher percentage due to the concentration of sugar when the fruits are dried.

What are the benefits of figs?

The benefits of figs to improve the work of the digestive system

Figs are approved as a home remedy to promote the health of the digestive system, as they contain fiber that helps soften the stool and add mucus to it, which contributes to reducing diarrhea. It also acts as a prebiotic source that stimulates the growth of healthy bacteria in the intestines.

In the context of the benefits of figs, a study conducted on 150 people suffering from irritable bowel syndrome with constipation showed that eating about 4 dried figs (45 grams) twice daily contributed to a significant decrease in symptoms, including pain, bloating and constipation. Another study found that figs improved the majority of constipation symptoms in people with functional constipation compared to fiber supplements. These symptoms include number of bowel movements, stomach pain and discomfort. In addition, figs reduce the effort required to pass stool.

Benefits of figs to improve heart health

The benefits of figs are also reflected in blood pressure levels, as one study demonstrated its effect on lowering blood pressure in rats with high and normal pressure. A second study also mentioned the role of fig leaf extracts in improving total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

On the human level, researchers did not notice any effects of this fruit on bad cholesterol, in a 5-week study on 83 people suffering from high levels. Therefore, there is a need to conduct more human studies in order to determine the relationship between figs and heart health, because high blood pressure leads to complications, most notably heart disease and stroke.

Doctors say that high blood pressure is caused by an imbalance of potassium, which occurs because the body's need is not satisfied, and in return, eating a lot of sodium. Figs are a natural source of potassium and can help correct this imbalance. It can also help get rid of excess sodium levels in the body.

Benefits of figs for diabetics

In this context, two characteristics that stand out in the benefits of fresh figs are mentioned. On the one hand, drinks containing fig extract have a lower glycemic index than drinks without it. On the other hand, it reduces the need for insulin by type 1 diabetics. A 1998 study of 8 people with this disease found that drinking fig leaf tea with breakfast reduced their insulin doses by 12%.

The World Health Organization has also suggested that traditional plants can be used to help treat diabetes. A study in mice found that fig leaf extract can slow and stop glucose production in the liver.

However, research remains very limited on this subject and states that dried figs may increase blood sugar levels in the short term due to the concentration of sugar in it.

The benefits of figs for the prevention of osteoporosis

Bones need calcium and potassium to increase their density and prevent fragility, and figs are a good source of these two minerals. A 2018 review published in Sains Malaysiana pointed to a strong link between fig consumption and bone health, with researchers stating that the fruit's mineral content is very similar to that of breast milk. Figs also contribute to reducing the loss of calcium in the urine.

In this context, one cup of dried figs provides nearly a quarter of the recommended daily amount of calcium.

Benefits of figs to improve memory

The antioxidants present in figs, especially flavonoids, quercetin, ferulic acid and anthocyanins, protect against neuronal degeneration. In this context, a 2014 study published in Biomed Research International showed that Omani figs may improve memory and reduce oxidative damage to the brain.

The benefits of figs for the prevention of cancer

Fig leaves and the latex in them have been shown to have anti-cancer activity, including colon cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, and liver cancer cells. This fruit also shows antioxidant activity, which plays a role in eliminating free radicals and thus preventing cancer.

This study is the beginning of the way for more human studies to determine how the benefits of fresh figs or leaves affect cancer growth.

Benefits of figs to improve hair health

Iron maintains healthy and shiny hair, so if you eat a fruit that contains this mineral, you will enjoy this benefit. Figs are important hair extracts because they contain a very high percentage of iron, but avoid using them before talking to a doctor.

Benefits of figs for men

The benefits of figs for men are claimed to stimulate sexual arousal and some doctors recommend this fruit as a treatment for erectile dysfunction. But, in fact, this field needs more studies because previously a study was conducted on mice through the use of ground smoke, Chinese cinnamon and figs. The result was positive, without identifying the plant responsible for this characteristic.

Benefits of dried figs

Dried figs are available year-round and can be stored for up to 8 months. For this reason, it is used by many as well as it contains high levels of protein, carbohydrates, calcium, vitamin E, potassium, iron and magnesium. In addition, it is rich in dietary fiber at a higher rate than any other fruit and active antioxidants. There are also trace amounts of omega-6 fatty acids, glutamic acid, and linoleic acid. Here are the main benefits of dried figs:

Benefits of dried figs for skin health

The benefits of figs include its ability to treat dry skin or allergic skin infections and the resulting itching. A cream made from dried fig extract applied to 45 children with dermatitis was more effective than hydrocortisone cream (the standard treatment). And that, when applied twice for two weeks.

Other benefits are also shown by the antioxidant effect on skin cells, reducing collagen breakdown and reducing the appearance of wrinkles. However, some scientists question whether this benefit derives from figs or one of the other extracts being studied.

Benefits of dried figs to stimulate the immune system

As mentioned earlier, figs are rich in vitamin C, which stimulates the production of white blood cells and strengthens the immune system. In addition, the antioxidants relieve the burden on this device.

Benefits of dried figs to enhance the feeling of satiety

Have you ever tried to take advantage of the benefits of dried figs by eating it as a snack? This high-fiber fruit helps you feel full and removes excess cholesterol from your cardiovascular system. Thus, figs protect against heart disease and plaque buildup.

In this regard, Harvard Health Publishing notes, high-fiber diets not only improve weight control but may also protect against heart disease and diabetes. A 2017 study published in the Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism also found a positive association between lower fiber intake and higher BMI. Scientists suggest that eating more fiber may improve overall health and reduce body weight.

Dried figs are a healthy alternative to chocolate and processed foods, and you can add them to baked goods, pies, and smoothies in place of sugar. However, dried figs are high in calories and sugar, which should not be consumed in excess.

Benefits of figs and olives

God linked eating figs with olives, because of their benefits together on human health. It was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an “and figs and olives”. Therefore, some people soaked figs in olive oil, believing the importance of these two mixtures together. Avicenna, the father of medicine, also relied on this mixture as an alternative to some treatments. However, the studies that deal with them are very rare, but we will mention some of the benefits of figs and olives.

Benefits of figs and olives to prevent cancer

Both fruits contain high levels of antioxidants that are effective in fighting harmful bodies and cancer cells.

Benefits of figs and olives to lower bad cholesterol

Dried figs contain a lot of fiber, and olives are high in phenolic compounds. Together, through these rich compounds, they work to lower bad cholesterol. You can soak dried figs in olives for a month and then eat them to benefit from the benefits of dried figs with olive oil.

The benefits of figs and olives for the prevention of some chronic diseases

Olive oil contains unsaturated fatty acids that help prevent some chronic diseases. These diseases include diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and finally obesity.

Benefits of figs and olives to strengthen bones

A study was conducted in Iran to determine the benefits of figs and olive oil on arthritis, where the effect was measured on 56 women suffering from chronic arthritis for 3 months. The results showed a slight improvement in the women who took this mixture, as their need for the use of medications and treatments decreased. Although the difference was not significant compared to taking medications and other treatments, they experienced a decrease in the disease index.

Benefits of figs and olives to maintain the freshness of the skin

Both olives and figs contain a unique substance called methanides, which is responsible for the freshness of the skin and the fight against wrinkles. However, it is only effective when mixed together, as a fig is paired with seven olives.

Benefits of fig milk

The white liquid, or fig milk, flows from the tips of the immature fruit, the stem or the thickened leaves. This liquid contains 46% water as well as some fats, proteins and sugars, and 3% rubber. In addition to enzymes such as fistin. These substances are the main reason for mentioning the benefits of fig milk, which include:

Fig milk contains fig

Fig milk contains figine, one of the rare flavonoids found in some vegetables and fruits, including figs. It is used in the treatment of some diseases, as it contains chemicals that break down proteins and kill intestinal worms. This purifier is also used in the production of sutures (sutures) at sutures and in preparing animal arteries for transplantation into humans.

Fig milk treats skin problems

The benefits of fig milk help treat cracked heels, one of the common problems that occur due to dry skin and lead to feelings of embarrassment and pain if they are deep. For this, try milk on the heels of your feet and you will get great softness and comfort. This milk is also a herbal supplement that has been used for centuries to treat and clean warts on the hands.

Some also mention that the regular use of milk is beneficial in terms of getting rid of skin spots such as burns and acne. It also promotes cell renewal, helping you to get rid of facial discoloration and thus unify it.

Fig milk gives vitality to hair

Fig milk is used in many hair products aimed at giving it vitality and moisture, as it can meet its need for vitamins and minerals. Milk equals the benefits of figs in terms of nutritional value.

Fig milk is anti-fungal and anti-microbial

Fig milk helps to get rid of different types of bacteria and fungi. A 2010 study published in the Pakistan Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2010 indicated that the ethanolic extract of this milk fights bacteria (Proteus wonderful) and other fungi.

It was also found that the ethyl acetate extract of fig milk reduces the growth of 5 strains of bacteria. It includes Enterococcus faecalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Proteus mirabilis.

Benefits of figs for pregnant women

The benefits of figs to prevent congenital malformations of the fetus

The benefits of figs for pregnant women are highlighted by their high levels of minerals compared to other fruits, as they are considered a great preventive source to protect the child from congenital malformations.

The benefits of figs for the strength of the bones of the mother and fetus

A mother and her baby need calcium in order to keep their bones developing and strong. Therefore, many doctors recommend eating figs to get this important mineral.

Benefits of figs to treat digestion problems during pregnancy

Many women experience digestion problems during pregnancy. The treatment may be reflected in the benefits of figs for pregnant women, as the latter contains a special enzyme known as "proteolytic enzyme" that helps treat these problems.

The vitamin B6 present in figs may also help get rid of the annoying morning sickness of a pregnant woman.

The benefits of figs for the growth of the fetus

Consumption of figs in the early stage of pregnancy affects the brain development of the fetus as it is a high source of omega-3 and folic acid.

Benefits of figs to get rid of skin pigmentation

Women have a lot of hormonal and morphological changes, and skin pigmentation may be one of these changes. In this regard, the benefits of figs for treating skin pigmentation appear by containing a good chemical called "psoralen".
