TNT CONFERENCE CALL FRIDAY 12/1/17 DC NY CALL RECAP

Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Fantabulous Friday.  We are going to talk about a few things. Wow December 1, and we are still here looking for the elusive RV. Who would have thought we would still be here in December. Well some people thought that since they had received it as information that we would still be here until December. We move forward with this information and lets see if there are any questions on the board. Q and A: The canary is not only still singing and some other canaries have joined the group. Still don't have the fat lady though, but as long as the canaries are singing, I am a happy camper and you should be too. Now I am going to address a few things that at this time I thought would have been made fully public, so I have to modify the delivery I was planning for you for today's call, because I was expecting things to be all out there in the open. We are gonna go with what we have information wise. I will share what I can share and modify it.along the way. the 2018 Budget that I shared with you on Wednesday when I talked about a budget, it is my understanding it was submitted to Parliament for a vote but they did not have a quorum necessary to have a productive session.  That was my last information on that. Something may have possibly changed today but I know yesterday that is what I received that it was not a quorum, so they could not have the vote.  Some of the Parliament members said I am not coming, and for whatever reason they did not show up. Now as far as the illusive speeches the ones from last Saturday and last Sunday from Abadi, I can at least share with you that one was given and seems like an RI was being generated from that. For clarification on that, another was given to confirm the RV. To my understanding at this point, they are still not out there publicly for people to read and review and I will just go with the information I have. I am doing that since from the sources I am receiving that have been stellar sources so far. Some information has been to early, but it still did manifest. So these announcements are supposedly supposed to be saying whatever is going to happen, it is targeted to happen on or before December 2nd which is tomorrow and we will patiently wait and see if somthing materialized on or before December 2nd.  Now we are getting reports over there or a current rate of 2 to 1 with it eventually shifting to 3 to 1. We don't know the timing behind that. That is the report that is being given to me, and the source that it came from I am OK with that so i don't mind telling you that. Even though I know I am sharing with you things I cannot publicly confirm at this moment. At least I couldn't earlier today, until I hear from some more sources. Where do we go from here. Other information told me that emails had gone out to the banking community with instructions to commencing the IQD. It doesn't say exactly when but I took that to mean immediate upon receipt, but we learned the bank still had not engaged that. Where the email process is right now in regards to that which banks have received it and which ones have not, it is the thought process of whatever they received that they are waiting for the December 2nd announcement to fall in line. That is my assumption, so that means we might see some of that tomorrow should those speeches surface be made public, and everything could come right out on December 2nd. Possible, and we did have on screen rates today temporarily of $3.54 but that was temporary and that was a rate. Some banking folks have reported that on the screen. Now upon further investigation, it disappeared and they could not process it. Dont' know if they were planning on that. We didn't get that far in the research. The only other thing I am going to share with you, we are also awaiting more definitive information is the tax application.  The only thing I am at liberty to say right now, there is going to be a different treatment for US exchanges verses non US exchanges.  As we learn more definitive information, we will share that with you. Let me go to the questions on the board. Q and AQ: Can you same more what was supposed to happen on Nov 30 and December 2nd? Ray: I just did. There was more conviction for December 2 and that was more on the money. Q: In regards to the 13 banking seminars will any be near Colorado? Ray: I have mulitple locations and you can pick the one closest to northern Colorado. Q:  What happened to the $3.68 rate that your mentioned. Ray: I don't know. It was supposedly in the budget but dont know where they are right now. CallersCaller:  After they vote on the budget is it true they have to publish it in the Gazette? Ray: If it is in there, then that is a confirmation. Publishing in the Gazette is proof the law was passed.Caller: I had a question about the exchanges and the potential tax consequences and how they are different if they were US vs non US. Is that exchanges within the US or outside the US or was that foreign currency exchanges.  Ray: I need to get more info on that and think it has to do with the nationality of a person. Caller: 66 banks will be on the Forum.  Ray: That will be where the conference calls are posted. Caller: Will it be taxable? Ray: I don't know. I am happy where we are in the grand scheme of things.  Ray's Wrap Up: This is fantabulous Friday. December 2nd kicks in a few hours and if there is anything substantial about Dec the 2nd we will let you know. Don't stay up all night waiting for something. Whatever the case may be and whatever it is that is what it will bewhen it happens. If it is worthly of sending out a text in the middle of the night, I will do that, but if not I won't. What is supposedly to take place, we hae been here before also announcements that are supposed to be made that are not made, things that are supposed to take place and did not take place yet and knowing sooner or later all of this will be a memory to us. It will be in the past tense and not sure when it starts. I have not received any 800 numbers or notifications of 800 numbers. I have not done any SKR exchanges and lets see what happens as the weekend unfolds and as soon as I can information that I deem to be good info, I will share that with you. I am waiting to get somemore detailed info and looking forward to an exciting weekend information wise and hopefully and exciting week activity wise. So for now just enjoy your Friday. Enjoy your weekend and lets see what happens.! Rayren 98

Iraq's oil exports from its southern ports record an unprecedented historical record

Dec 01, 2017

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi oil minister Jabbar Ali Hussein al-Luaibi said on Thursday that the rate of Iraqi oil exports from the southern ports to three million and 900 thousand barrels per day, the highest rate of export to Iraq from southern ports in its history.
"The efforts of the workers in the fields of the center and the south have resulted in achieving the ministry's goals in increasing the rate of oil exports from the southern ports after the cessation of oil exports from the northern port," the ministry quoted the minister as saying.
He added that «verification confirms Iraq's export capacity to increase oil exports and achieve the required targets, but this does not mean the survival rate of exports on these rates, and that the government and the Ministry are keen to achieve additional revenue to provide the federal treasury, and reduce the proportion of deficit, The losses incurred by Iraq as a result of the cessation of oil exports from the northern port through the Turkish port of Ceyhan ».
Al-Allaibi said in Vienna yesterday that Chevron, Total and PetroChina might form a consortium to develop the Majnoon oil field, which Royal Dutch Shell wants to exit, and hand over its operations to the State-run Basra Oil Company. End of June 2018.
Iraq itself will develop the Majnoon field, which currently produces about 235,000 barrels of oil a day, until it finds a foreign partner.
Al-Allaibi said in October that Iraq may offer Chevron and Total conditions for the development of the Majnoon oil field different from that given to Shell, which justified its desire to exit the field with unfavorable changes in financial conditions

Oil rises with OPEC extension of production cuts until end of 2018

aljournal December 1, 2017
Baghdad - Agencies
Oil prices rose after OPEC and non-OPEC producers, led by Russia, agreed to extend the production cuts agreement until the end of 2018, while they also hinted at a possible exit from the deal before that date if there is a sharp rise in the market.
Iran's Energy Minister announced that Nigeria and Libya would be included in the deal to cut oil production. An OPEC statement said the two countries' production next year would not exceed 2017 levels.
The oil minister said that Nigeria had agreed to a ceiling for its oil production at the limit of 1.8 million barrels per day.
The agreement was due to expire by the end of March, but Saudi Energy Minister Khalid al-Faleh told reporters the production cuts would last for another nine months.
Global Brent crude futures ended the day at 46 cents, or 0.7 percent, at $ 63.57 a barrel.
US benchmark WTI futures closed up 10 cents, or 0.2 percent, at $ 57.40 a barrel.
Brent ended the month with gains of 3.5 percent, while US crude rose 5.5 percent.

UN Special Representative to Iraq Jan Kubic said he agreed with Supreme Shiite cleric Ali al-Sistani on the need to limit weapons to the state and not to involve the popular militia in the upcoming general elections.
Kubish's comments were conveyed by a UN mission in Iraq on the day after a meeting of the two parties in the holy city of Najaf, where Sistani, who has considerable influence among millions of Shi'ites in Iraq, has a rare power to be challenged by Iraqi politicians as well as leaders of the rallying militias formed in 2014. The surprise attack of an al-Qaeda organization on Mosul, Tikrit and other areas and the arrival of militants to the outskirts of Baghdad.
"He agreed with Sistani" on the importance of ensuring the full implementation of the law of the Popular Propaganda Authority, which ensures that arms are held in the hands of the state and under its control, "Kobeish said in a statement.
The statement said KubiÅŸ and Sistani also agreed that "the popular mobilization forces should not participate in the elections."
The Iraqi government announced the parliamentary elections on May 15.
Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said on many occasions that political factions with armed groups would not be allowed to participate in the elections, angering senior leaders in the popular militia linked to Iran.
The vast majority of these armed factions have political wings operating in the Iraqi government, especially those that receive support and funding from Iran.
Popular leaders can participate in elections if they resign.
The spokesman for the popular crowd Ahmed al-Asadi has resigned recently to announce his accession to a political alliance in preparation for the next election, while other leaders of those militias to form political entities to run in the elections.
As the UN mission statement on relations between Baghdad and Erbil, the UN agrees with Sistani's approach to respect the Iraqi law and constitution, including "guarantee the full constitutional rights of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and its people." They agreed to hold the general elections on time as well as fight corruption and prosecute those accused.

The average Iraqi oil exports from southern ports reached 3.5 million bpd in November, an oil official told Reuters on Friday.
The Iraqi Oil Ministry announced on Thursday that the average production on November 29 only 3.9 million barrels.
Iraqi Oil Minister Jabbar al-Luaibi said in a statement quoted by the Iraqi National News Agency that this rate is "the highest rate of export, not reported by Iraq from the southern ports before."
Al-Allaibi said that what is achieved confirms the country's ability to increase oil exports, pointing to the keenness of the Iraqi government to find additional revenues to support the federal treasury "to compensate for part of the losses suffered by Iraq as a result of the cessation of oil exports from the northern port through the Turkish port of Ceyhan."
The Iraqi Oil Ministry announced on Sunday that it intends to build a new pipeline to transport oil from the fields of Kirkuk to the Iraqi-Turkish border, replacing an old and deformed part of the pipeline that connects the northern province of the Turkish port of Ceyhan
Basra / Al-Ghad Press:
The first deputy governor of Basra, Mohammad Taher al-Tamimi, on Friday, his total rejection of the pricing of the collection of electricity wages, which will weigh heavily on the Iraqi citizen, stressing the position of the province's administration with citizens in their demands.

Al-Tamimi said in a statement to the media, including "Al-Ghad Press", that "was previously contested in the local government of Basra on the non-competent companies, which transferred the draft collection within the hidden economies of parties and violations of the legal electricity departments in the contracts concluded for the draft collection.
He pointed out that "the state should take into account the financial situation of citizens and the warm atmosphere and high humidity that pass through Basra, especially in the summer."
Al-Tamimi added that "there is a multiplicity of families within the same house, which makes the list of electricity increases frighteningly exaggerated for poor families." He expressed his objection to those companies, "which was referred to the draft levy only without seeking to pay the salaries of employees or the introduction of mechanisms for the purposes of network maintenance and eligibility."
He stressed that "the government of Basra stands with the demands of the people of the province in rejecting privatization and finding alternatives in support of the distribution departments to collect electricity wages and the appropriate pricing and urged citizens to rationalize electricity."

aljournal December 1, 2017

Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari said in Rome that Iraq needs a "Marshall Plan" for its reconstruction, stressing that "the world owes us this."
"I ask the international community to help us as well as to help us in a very good fight," he told the Mediterranean Dialogue Forum.
He added that Iraq fought in the framework of "a world war, the world, then today to help us," in reference to the multinationals of foreign fighters who fought in the ranks of an advocate.

"It turns out that this is very useful to stop the tension in the region," he said, recalling that "the focus focuses on areas that are experiencing tensions."

Emperor of Japan stepping down from the throne in a historic precedent

Date of release:: 2017/12/1 13:14 • 124 times read

Japan's Prime Minister Akihito will step down as president on April 30, 2019, Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Arbi said on Friday, a precedent in Japan's history 200 years ago.
The decision was made at the conclusion of a special meeting of the Imperial Council, which was organized to choose the date of his abdication.
Abe stressed that "the government will make every possible effort, so that the Japanese people can celebrate the abdication of the emperor and the transfer to the Crown Prince."
The eldest son of Prince Naruhito, 57, will be crowned the next day.
The Emperor Akihito, 83, shocked the Japanese by announcing last year that he intended to withdraw after a three-decade rule, citing his aging and health problems.
The ad posed a problem because there is no law about the emperor's retirement, a function that is supposed to last a lifetime.
But in June, Japan's parliament adopted a law allowing Akihito to relinquish the throne in the three years following the passage of the text.
Akihito is the first emperor to ascend the throne under the 1947 constitution, which was defeated by the United States after the defeat of Japan during the Second World War.
The Constitution states that the emperor is "the symbol of the state and the unity of the people whose place comes from the popular will that has sovereign power

Zimbabwe: How Mugabe's Rise Was Intimately Tied to U.S. Cold War Politics
AllAfrica
Facing almost certain impeachment, Robert Mugabe has resigned, ending his 40-year rule in Zimbabwe. And while it's tempting to see the attempted coup that preceded his resignation as purely a problem of a foreign dictator who has overstayed his welcome, the rise of Mugabe was actually intimately tied up with U.S. Cold War politics. In late 1975, the Cold War had arrived in southern Africa. By early 1976 -- while Ronald Reagan and President Gerald Ford were battling for the Republican nomination Read the full story

12-1-2017   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   So what is the Balassa-Samuelson effect hypothesis?  We will get into this…as this little nugget is very important to us as dinar investors. We already know the plan is to float dinar based on the IMF statement...(gradual appreciation)  [reference Guru Kaperoni post 11-30-2017]. When you search Wikipedia, you get an explanation for this as…”Balassa–Samuelson (BS) hypothesis implies that countries with rapidly expanding economies should tend to have more rapidly appreciating exchange rates.” In other words, the IMF themselves are acknowledging (by saying Balassa–Samuelson effect in this Article IV document) the dinar will rise rapidly.

11-30-2017   Intel/Newshound Guru sandyf    Guru Kaperoni quote:  "Once they float, it may take 6 months to a year to get to $1"   With appreciation at 5% a week it would take about 140 weeks to reach parity. No economy could tolerate that level of appreciation it would be more like 0.5% a month.  In reality a float would be more like 6 years to a lifetime.

11-30-2017   Intel Guru Delta   I have no idea what they are still waiting for because even Allak has shown the IMF they have completed everything.  They are running out of reserves and Abadi is not going to let this fall apart, no way no how.
Abadi is an economist so he knows what is going on...he was at one time the Minister of Finance.

11-30-2017   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Here is a quote from a 2007 article... "A source at the Central Bank of Iraq for four companies currently competing to win a draft print the new Iraqi dinar, which will generate graceful after deleting three zeros from him, while Samay central bank to raise the value of the dinar against the dollar gradually down to the day to start replacement where the value will be in the absence of a fluctuating one Iraqi dinars equivalent to U.S. dollars one."   And this from a recent delete zeros article: "Today , we find it easy in front of the Central Bank of Iraq to work to the principle of reducing the exchange rate gradually to the extent that it can be equivalent to the dinar against the dollar...".   There is no mention of anything overnight.  [...assuming these articles are correct and not trying to mislead, you feel it will reach 1-1 in a years time?]  yes.   [post 3 of 3]

11-30-2017  Newshound Guru Breitling  ...2018 is going to be a good year so stick around…If this goes “sideways”, I have no problem telling you this is going sideways.  I don’t have an ego to where I don’t want to be wrong.  It has nothing to do with that.  If it doesn’t come up I’m going to take my dinar and convert it into something else.  If I need to get out I’ll get out and I’ll tell everyone I’m getting out of it when I do…I’m all about reality.  So have confidence, what’s coming down the road is phenomenal… [Post 3 of 3]

11-30-2017   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   The CBI could never RV the dinar.   If the CBI wants international commerce, they need to float the dinar and let the world set the rate.  You need to understand that Iraq is in a closed monetary system at the time being.  Until they meet the conditions set forth by the IMF for Article VIII compliance they will not move from that.  And currently they have at least 2 condition keeping them in Article XIV.  They owe money to Jordan and they are well over 8% out of compliance on managing the spread which is the difference between the official rate and market rate.  Going back several years the plan has always been to gradual raise the value to equal $1.   [post 2 of 3....stay tuned]

11-30-2017   Newshound Guru Kaperoni    ...there is no RV its a hoax...currencies do not work that way.  [SO NO RV?  WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED?]  if you been told the dinar will RV, then yes you been scammed.  I've been in this way too long. There is no such thing as a  "program rate"...  Yes, the IMF has ask the CBI to lower the rate in 2015, but there was a specific reason for that documented in the Article IV consultation.  More importantly, if you read the most recent delete zeros article, they confirm the dinar will rise "gradually".  If you read the IMF docs, and other news reports you would know the dinar is going to leave the Peg at some point and float. In doing so, the value will rise based on supply and demand.  The value will rise, just not overnight...there will be no running to banks to cash out...thats all bs.   Once they float, it may take 6 months to a year to get to $1...they never said that would happen overnight!   [post 1 of 3....stay tuned]

11-30-2017  Newshound Guru Breiting  ...They told everybody what they want to do.  So the next question for you is, “alright how do you believe them?”  It’s because they’ve hit every benchmark that they need to hit.  The markets haven’t cooperated with them very much but they’ve done everything they need to do.  It’s remarkable what they’ve done.  That’s what gives me so much confidence…So I understand what they want to do.  I understand the policy that gets them there.  And I understand the principles and why they want to do it and the timeframe in which they want to do it and what they CAN do… [Post 2 of 3 Stay tuned for the rest of the story]

11-30-2017   Intel Guru RayRen98   [You said $3.63 is the rate in the Budget;  is that also the rate that the dinar will revalue?  Or will it float?  Also, what is the difference between an RI and an RV?]  Yes, that is the rate Iraq is calculating to operate their country at, so that is the rate.  Yes, it can still go higher, as the markets kick in.  An RI is a re-instatement;  the RV is a re-value.  The RI takes it back to where it was, and the RV could take it to a totally different rate.  [reference RayRen98 post 11-30-2017]

11-30-2017   Intel Guru Frank26   The IMF and the World Bank are warning Iraq that they need to stop the currency auctions and raise the rate
. The IMF know the greatest point of corruption is occurring in the auctions.  Based on their reserves, [Guru] Delta calculates they need to do this ASAP.  They have about $43 billion in reserves, but if it drops to $36 billion the IMF says they are in trouble because $7 billion is not enough of a pad, especially since their burn rate is several billion USD/month.  IMO They were worried about leakage of bank secrets from the third meeting and they are seeing that now. IOO The bank openings in neighboring countries indicates they are done.  Everything is all set to go but they just now need to show it to us.

11-30-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat   So what happened to this “speech” Abadi was supposed to give, that would kick off a series of events to begin the RV? Since Saturday Abadi has actually given four speeches to the news media.   I keep telling you there is no single event that is going to trigger the RV. The RV is not managed by the Government of Iraq (GOI) meaning the prime minister Abadi has little control over it other than for the Finance Ministry to give it final approval, when ready. The GOI also has the responsibility to initiate the reforms, fund them and implement them. That is it. The GOI does not set monetary policy for Iraq.   ...it is the Central Bank of Iraq (an independent organization) that manages the monetary policy of Iraq.

11-30-2017  Newshound Guru Breiting  [What are you looking at that makes you KNOW they want to revalue? The parliament, The Ministry of Finance, The Ministry of Planning, The Central Bank of Iraq and they’ve been yelling at the top of their lungs.  They even told the IMF what they wanted to do within a certain timeframe and the IMF said fine…as long as you pay the bills you guys are going to be fine…none of this is opinionAs far as the investment in the Iraqi Dinar on a timeframe I’m speculating 100% for sure.  But that’s a timeframe.  As far as it gaining value to what I think?  No, it’s not speculation.
