Word on the Street Tuesday 12/5/17:
TNT CONFERENCE CALL MONDAY 12/4/17 DC NY CALL RECAP:
Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Marvelous Monday! I am here to talk about a few things, and we won't be here long. What you mainly want to talk about hasn't happened. We expected some things over the weekend. Some information did come in that is awaiting further confirmation, which makes that very exciting information to have. However that was not the RV announcement. It was just some things pertaining to the industry we are in and type of information. So where are we now? We still don't have the budget approved. It looks like parliament is putting brakes on that deal and they won't show up. If there are not enough present, they cannot vote it in. There is something with the budget that they have some issue with. I don't think it is the rate. It is some other aspect of it, they want to have cleared up or at least that is the excuse that we are getting. The Victory Week has now been announced to be December 7-11th. The special announcement is kicking off on December 9th., so they are having the public which would include you to believe that the celebrations are just about the independence of the country eliminating Daash and things of that nature with no mention or activity pertaining to the revaluation of the currency. From the info that is out there, they have you believing that the Rv won't happen till after the 1st of the year. As I have always tole you, I report and you decide. So you believe whatever you choose to believe in. I am just sharing the info that is reluctantly given or very openly given or secretly given.. In this case I would say very openly given because this is what they would have your to believe. Celebrations are just about getting rid of ISIS and Daash out of the country. That is the basis of the information. Now we still have banking folks telling people right through Friday, that they are looking for something to happen possibly this week. It is a mixture of information they would have the public to receive and believe thats one thing, but other bits of info are saying something totally different. It definately puts you in a wait and see position. We are supposed to get 2 sets of different information or communications. The public is saying one thing, and the private one is saying something quite different. That makes us just have to wait and see as things unfold. One would question all this hoopla and all the reporters coming to town for them to announce something that everyone knows. We all know that the country is liberated for all intensive purposes. We have citizens telling this, as we have members who communicate with them via tell, email or direct telephone calls. They are saying the bad guys are gone all year, and we are good to go .It is all clean and you hear in Kirkuk, Baghdad and other areas. So that big celebration is not going to be all that big news if it is just to talk about the elmination of ISIS and the liberation of Iraq. That is what is being communicated and that is the purpose supposed to take place and want to get that done focusing on corruption. Then you have the banks saying that we are paying and the pays done this week. Information has come to me that the amounts needed to pay have changed. Hmm could that be because of a Rate Change? Your pay was 30 million dinar and now it dropped down to 5 million dinar. Did that many people take a cut or did the value change and you don't need as many dinar to pay the payroll ? If the purchasing power has increased, things that make you go hmmm. What is that all about? Even though we don't have hot smoking intel we have questions based on the information that is out that just don't quite add up. It is like putting an L glove on an M hand. It just won't fit. Lets see what questions are on the board. Q and A: Q I saq where Abadi has declared war on corruption. As corrupt that they have been in the past and even now, doesnt that seem to be part of the security that is needed prior to an RV and could take some time to achieve? Ray: Yes and No. Sure I believe that is part of the security that is needed and could have been achieving that for quite some time. I don't think it will take a long time. Q: Wondering if our redemption will be a taxable event? Ray: I don't know. Time will tell. Q: Is Victory week over in Iraq? Ray: No that is now this week Dec 7th thru 11th. The Final Grand finale celebration, I assume will follow on Saturday. Q: Have you heard any currency dealers curtailing the sale of Dinar? Ray:No. Q: Do we still have to wait pass this week. Ray: It looks this week and public info is saying past this month. Q: What if anything can we count on for an RV? Ray: No I cant answer those questions . Q: I assume there has been some media blackout and hear nothing all day Sunday. Could the RV exist in country? Ray: Anything is possible. Q: Any news of activation with the real in country rate? Ray: No. I do not know what the rate is for the Iraq citizens in country. Callers: Caller: Catnip: I have a couple of questions to berify you alluded to. As an example the Payroll in Iraq the 30 million dinar payroll now being 5 Million Dinar. Was that simply as an example or a reference because its referencing it is dealing with the purchasing power. Can you tell us when that actually happened? Ray: Supposedly there are some hard numbers out there. I just didn't try to quote the exact numbers. I just gave an example. Catnip: Can you give us a window of when that was in affect. Ray: No but I think what you are looking for will surface shortly. Maybe even today. Catnip: Ok Business time set on the eastern seaboard because it is getting very late Iraq time. Ray: I don't know and if will surface sooner or later and it is not hidden info. I will check on that. Catnip: Back to Victory and the parades and they would be celebrating with fireworks and going into the nightime and how long will this day be of celebration? Ray: I have not heard any details on the timeframe just what I was communicating. Catnip: What about Atlanta? Ray: We are on schedule Friday night meet and greet. Caller: I called HSBC and they told me closest branch in Miami. In order to exchange I would have to have an acct for 6 months. Ray: Why did you call them?. Caller: I heard they were dealing with ZIM. Ray: If that is case, you need to talk to a bank person. Caller: I think at this point in time, since this has not happened a lot of questions will still be what it is till this happens. That is my opinion Ray: It might be that bank is not doing all that anyway. Caller: It may go into 2018? Ray: You will see in the coming days where it is coming from bigtime. . Ray's Wrap up: I think I made it clear the purpose I am serviing while I am here, it is not to drag you along for the rate and date. I have no idea when it is, and I told you enough times that you know it. I dont know when it is. I hear dates but don't know that to be a fact. I don't know when this RV will happen but I just have enough information and belief in it that it is going to happen. What minute, hour, day, week that remains to be seen. When I hear the info, I will share it with you. I am servicing the many the best way that I can. With that, enjoy your Monday and the minute something good comes out, I will send it to you. Have a Good Day! That is what I Believe! How about you? It could be this day. I don't know for sure. Who really knows, but the key question is when it happens are you going to be ready? Only you can answer that. We have done all we can do to help you to get there, be there, an go after there. The rest is up to you and in your hands. Rayren98

Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani said the Kurds still hope that Washington will support their dream of independence despite their disappointment after the US position on the referendum.
The United States expressed its reservation to a historic referendum held on September 25 in the Kurdistan Region for independence from Iraq and received 92.73% of the votes of the participants, and Washington's position that the time is not appropriate for him and distract attention from the war against Daqash.
Later, Washington kept silent after Baghdad imposed a series of sanctions on Kurdistan because of the referendum. Many Kurds said the US position was biased toward the Iraqi government.
"The people of Kurdistan have been" disappointed "by the US position, said Nezhirvan Barzani in an interview with Fox News television station. However, the Kurds still consider the Americans their first partner and wish to maintain long-term partnership and friendship with the United States.
Adding that the disappointment came because of Washington's opposition to the referendum on independence and the silence that followed the announcement of the results of the referendum.
Barzani was referring to the attack by the militias of the popular crowd and other Iraqi forces on the Kurdish areas outside the administration of the Kurdistan Region or the so-called (disputed), including the city of Kirkuk on October 16 last.
During the meeting, Nizhirvan Barzani highlighted the role of the Peshmerga forces in fighting an oppressive organization on behalf of the world, saying that "more than 1,846 Peshmerga fighters have sacrificed their lives and injured more than 10,000 in the battles against Dahesh." "It was a threat not only to Kurdistan, but to Europe, the United States, to all humanity, so the Kurdish people expected America to stand by it if Kurdistan was threatened."
Pointing out that it was not expected to use US tanks that were supplied to the Iraqi government against the Kurdistan Region by the popular crowd.
However, the Kurdistan Regional Government President, saying that the people of Kurdistan hope that Washington to support his dream of continuing independence in the end.
Barzani said the Iraqi measures against the Kurdistan region after the referendum, including the military attack and the prohibition of the airspace of the region in the face of international aviation was not expected at all. "The referendum was a very peaceful democratic experiment for citizens who expressed their will, about their right to self-determination through voting, while Baghdad's reaction was the use of force," he said. "We have made it clear that we want to address all the outstanding issues with Baghdad through dialogue and on the basis of the constitution, but they have not shown their readiness so far.
Adding that our position after the referendum is to address our problems with Baghdad on the basis of the Constitution. But our right to self-determination will remain the same.

NATO foreign ministers meet today
05-12-2017 01:12 PM
NATO foreign ministers are due to discuss North Korea and Russia during their meeting, which will begin on Tuesday and last for two days.
The ministers' meeting comes a week after Pyongyang tested a ballistic missile that it said was capable of reaching the US mainland. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said Monday that NATO and the international community needed to put more pressure on the North Korean regime, because an escalation of the situation towards war would have catastrophic consequences. As far as Russia is concerned, the allies are expected to discuss their two-pronged strategy of deterrence and diplomacy, given the rigidity of the conflict in the eastern part of Ukraine. Discussions will be held on cooperation between NATO and the European Union, the war against terrorism and the possibility of expanding the alliance with Macedonia, Georgia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The meeting comes amid speculation that US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will soon be sacked after US media reports said last week that CIA chief Mike Pompeo would replace him in the coming weeks. Stoltenberg rejected the idea that Tillerson's position in the administration of US President Donald Trump would cast a shadow over the meeting, saying NATO ministers had been able to focus on key tasks despite any speculation and rumors in the past. Prior to the NATO meeting, Tillerson is due to attend an informal lunch with his European counterparts. Comments Al-Lewizi accuses "Sunni leaders" of trying to postpone the elections

12-5-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 [Do YOU think it’s going to go this month? Or next month?] These people are manipulating this whole process to unfold the way THEY want it to unfold. The celebrations should have happened last week; now it’s this week. So I don’t have a gut feeling on any of this. I do believe it’s real, and it is happening, but as for when? That’s anyone’s guess.
12-5-2017 Newshound Guru Enorrste Article: "2018 will see a renaissance by making {in Iraq}" ["The Donald" doesn't strike me as a patient man and getting Iraq fully back in the game of money seems to be on the priority list.] I personally doubt that Trump has anything to do with this. The key player appears to be the IMF. Ever since they took over trusteeship of the CBI things have moved more quickly. At the same time, this article is referring to a process rather than an event, so I tend to agree with KAP [Guru Kaperoni] that it could take several months before we see much change in the structure of the economy in Iraq. Even the author of this piece refers only to a "hope" that the ball will get moving in the coming year. [reference Guru Kaperoni 12-3-2017 post...Article: "Expert for {morning}: 2018 will see a renaissance by making {in Iraq}"]
12-4-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat 3. Two more ministries “bite the dust” and are now electronically paid thus not by cash (3 zero notes). ...they are telling us there is more confidence in the banks and at the same article they are talking about the citizens TRUSTING the banks. ...This is wonderful news, as we know they need to get all the ministries on the electronic banking in order to collect the amount of dinars needed out of circulation and keep them out of circulation forever. This reduces the money supply and we are told they need to reduce it by 2/3 prior to any RV (part of the “project of delete the zeros”... [post 2 of 2]
12-4-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat Article: "THE RESETTLEMENT OF SALARIES OF STATE MINISTRIES EMPLOYEES" Quote: "...THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT TO SETTLE SALARIES FOR THE FIRST TWO MINISTRIES IN IRAQ, NAMELY ELECTRICITY AND OIL with the participation of a number of government and private banks." so only the electric and oil ministries were paid (or added to the ministry list of ministries now being paid). Why else is this article important? 1. It shows confidence in the banks. As Salem said. They need this for Economic STABILITY; 2. It is telling us Iraq can pay its bills on time as mandated by the IMF in their last SBA; [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

12-4-2017 Newshound Guru Kaperoni I do like yesterdays signing with the IFC corp...that should help get investment going. ...a true private sector requires a banking system, dinar convertibility, article VIII etc. so you can get your profits out of Iraq if your an investor...freedom of movement of capital is a term that means money can flow in and out of Iraq and the worlds banking system...that is what IFC is for. [...the IMF, UN and World bank are in charge and nothing will happen until they say so.] i agree.
12-4-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 Would they really have all these foreign visitors and hoopla to let people know that the country has been liberated? We already know that. The big celebration won’t just be about the liberation of Iraq; we already knew that. So they want to get that done and focus on corruption. The banks are saying that the salaries are being paid this week (in Iraq) with the amounts being changed from 30 million dinar to five million dinar. Did that many take a pay cut? Or has the value changed? Even though we don’t have hot smoking intel, we definitely have questions about things that don’t quite add up. I don’t know the rate and date. Sure, they say this date or that, and then that date comes along and it still hasn’t popped. However, I do know that it’s going to happen, although what day/week remains to be seen. [post 2 of 2] 12-4-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 Some information came in over the weekend but we are waiting for confirmation. It was exciting, but not the RV announcement. The Iraqi Budget still has not been approved because there hasn’t been a quorum; there must be some aspect they want to have cleared up. Victory Week has now been announced at December 7—11, with special announcements on the 9th. Those should be about the liberation of the country and defeat of Da’esh, with nothing about the RV. From the information out there, they would have us believe that the RV will not happen until the first of the year. In spite of that, we still have banking folks telling us they are looking for something to happen possibly this week. So it’s a mixture of positions; we are definitely in wait-and-see mode, with the public sources saying one thing and the private ones something quite different. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned] 12-4-2017 Newshound Guru Enorrste Article: "Central Bank announces the launch of a deposit guarantee company soon" This is a key development in moving toward a float. Of course we are back to the word "soon" which is very similar to "in the coming days" which we have read over and over for years now. Let's just hope that "soon" means what WE understand by that word and that it isn't just more "Iraqi Speak". 12-4-2017 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: "Financial Advisor of the Association of Private Banks: capital of banks grew by 98% during the current year" One of the concerns of the IMF in the Article IV was that Iraq banks were undercapitalized. Another good sign they are preparing for international banking.
12-4-2017 Intel Guru Dr. Clarke ...maybe because it’s a SATURDAY, 2 days before the Big Day, and SANTA will be flying high, at RECORD SPEED, dropping Lower Denoms, turning off currency auctions and currency dealers, magically in RECORD TIME?...IL-Logically Speaking. [YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW HAPPY I WOULD BE WITH $.50 RV Figure.] you like .50 cents? Great...Santa likes FAR NORTH of that, due to OIL & GOLD Futures Skyrocketing up now, and into 2018 & beyond...thus, $1.00, $2.00, $3.00, $4.00+...what was that silly rate way back in 2002, 15 years ago? - $3.00+. P.S. SANTA says, “Hello”...he’s coming to Town...SOON! [post 2 of 2]
12-4-2017 Intel Guru Dr. Clarke We like DECEMBER 23, 2017 @ a probability rate of 99.999999% (because Everything in Life is a Probability. EVERYTHING)...and thus mainly why we wrote...in our JULY 7-27-17 Post: DECEMBER: “You’re Santa Clause" (or something similar). HOWEVER, it wouldn’t surprise us at all now, if they waited until 11:59 pm, on DECEMBER 31, 2017 (Iraq Time)...thus, WHY we wrote about January 1st, a few days ago, in our...Post...that’s “WHY”. [reference Dr. Clarke post 11-27-2017] IN ANY EVENT, that VERY LAST WEEK of DECEMBER 2017, is what we’re talking about, but we Really Really Really...like the 23rd for some reason. DECEMBER 23rd. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned] 12-4-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat ...the CBI and the prime minister have BOTH told us that Iraq needs BOTH SECURITY and STABILITY to get these currency reform done. The hard part is we don’t have their definitive checklist on what THEY are calling secure and stable. ...the CBI has told us the SECURITY means fighting ISIS, getting rid of the unlawful militias and securing the Iraqi borders. So we can sense what they mean by this one. For STABILITY we were also told they need to fully implement their new constitution, get a functional government in place and most importantly CLEAN UP THE CORRUPTION. Don’t we now see all of these issues being taken care of even now with the start of the campaign against corruption? Yes – the news now is all about the new war in Iraq – the war on corruption. We have waited so long to see this.

HI ALL
WE HAVE GREAT NEWS COMING RIGHT UP THIS WEEK.
THE FIRST PAYMENTS ARE COMING UP ON TUESDAY FOR SOME OF THE CURRENCY STUFF [translation: Group trades, I think--dle], AND WE ARE GETTING OUR FUNDS THE SAME DAY. WE GET OURS IN THE MORNING, AND THE CURRENCY STUFF IS SUPPOSED TO BEGIN IN THE AFTERNOON. IF THAT IS SO, THEN ON WEDNESDAY, I FIGURE MANY WILL HAVE THEIR FIRST BITS OF MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNTS AND BE ABLE TO BUY COFFEE AND DONUTS.
FOR EXAMPLE, WE KNOW THAT FUNDS HAVE BEEN RELEASED FOR THE EXCHANGES IN THE CURRENCY STUFF. WE ALSO KNOW THE SAME HAS HAPPENED FOR THE BOND STUFF AND OTHER HISTORIC ASSETS. IT FOLLOWS LOGICALLY THAT THESE FUNDS WILL BE RELEASED INTO THE SYSTEM AND PEOPLE WILL BE PAID. IS IT WORTHY TO STRESS ON THE TIMING OF IT? I GUESS IF YOUR HOUSE IS UP FOR SALE NEXT WEEK AND TIME IS SHORT, BUT OTHERWISE IT MAKES NO SENSE AS IT WILL HAPPEN IN ITS OWN TIME.
THE REALITY OF THE RELEASES IS HERE AND NOW. THERE IS NO MORE WAITING FOR ANYTHING AS IT HAS STARTED, AND QUITE A FEW BLOGS AND GURUS OUT THERE ARE SAYING THE SAME THINGS. THEY ARE CORRECT IN A LOT IN WHAT THEY SAY SO THERE IS NO NEED FOR ME TO REPEAT THE OBVIOUS.
SO TOMORROW (MONDAY) THE WORK ON THE RV SIDE IS GOING TO REALLY ESCALATE AND THE NEXT DAYS WILL BE FILLED WITH TTM’S AND PEOPLE GETTING PAYMENTS. I WONDER HOW THE ECONOMIES WILL REACT TO THIS INFLUX. CERTAINLY THE RETAILERS WILL BE GIDDY WITH THE ADDITIONAL SPENDING.

By TANK December 3, 2017 [Tank agrees with me that the Anonymous Intel Update is BOGUS] Re: Intel Dinar Chronicles, "New Information" - Anonymous Intel Update 12-3-17 REALLY? So after years of covert operations, a countless number of lies to ensure the safety of the human psyche, and repeated negotiations with beings that see us food, slaves, and cattle, they're going to throw it all out there and launch the ZOMBIE Apocalypse protocol? NONSENSE • First off, if you don't have a name, then don't post. For all anyone knows you're creating fairytales in your Mom's basement with your four buddies because you got bored playing Dungeons and Dragons. • Secondly, one of the Cabal's favorite delay tactics is the “major announcement" that’s always supposed to be coming a little later. Have you ever heard an announcement that was powerful enough to release the RV? No. Because they're trying to keep it quiet so we can safely complete our exchanges and go change the world. And that has a devastating impact on the energy when you are looking forward to something like that all day, it doesn't happen, and you end up going off in your mind because it's "so typical" and you start thinking "is this ever going to happen?" I'm telling you right now: THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC 800# ANNOUNCEMENT • 3rd of all, the Republic military, the Elders, the Galactics, and the entire Alliance have crafted a plan of execution so precise and so methodical that there just isn't chance of a public show, an uncloaking all of their behind-the-scenes work. It's the opposite of the energy they've created throughout this entire process. And even they know it's awful waiting around for an announcement that isn't coming. • 4th, they have launched an all-out flash bang. It's the FLASH BANG of FLASH BANGS! Trump is under serious scrutiny. Right-wing underground websites say it's all part of his master plan. Other sources are saying this was always the commitment made by President Trump to step down after he drained the swamp. Everybody is getting accused of sexual assault. The Clinton Family is getting torched with all types of damming evidence. Russia, the uranium fiasco, Flynn, the FBI, Clinton cover-ups, contempt being filed against the FBI, 4000 indictments waiting in the wings, and all this is just leading up to the real corruption. So, no, they didn't do all this right now for nothing. It might not be released to "certain providers,” OK, but it sure won't be a public announcement with 800#s on television. And the Quantum Simulator? If you say it enough times we'll believe it, but I've neither seen nor heard any evidence of such a thing except from two unnamed sources. That pseudo-information is designed to scare people, creating yet more of that NONPERFORMANCE ENERGY. Repeat this. It is NOW. IT IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW. TAP INTO THAT ENERGY. ~ TANK

US ambassador in Baghdad: Our troops are in Kirkuk. We will give Iraq $ 115 million
05-12-2017 01:23 PM
The Euphrates -
The US Ambassador to Iraq, Douglas Seelman, said his country is working to secure an international grant to Iraq worth $ 115 million to finance the reconstruction process. It has also allocated $ 1.7 billion to remove war debris from the areas that have been restored.
Iraq is entering a new phase and requires a lot of work in the post-Saddam era, which is to repair the organization's legacy of destruction. There are about 3 million displaced people who will be working to secure their return to their restored areas, Silliman told a news conference today. Adding that Washington has great confidence in the ability of Iraqi forces to move beyond the post-urging, pointing out that more than 70 countries supported Iraq to eliminate the organization calling. He explained that his country calls for community reconciliation in Iraq instead of fanaticism, noting that 'Washington is aware of the tribes in Anbar and Mosul expelled families belong to the sons of a supportive organization, and will provide support to community organizations and the Iraqi government to resolve those problems. On the dispatch of US troops to Kirkuk, Sileman said coalition forces were present in Kirkuk. What happened recently was the movement and transfer of some military equipment to and from the coalition military bases in Kirkuk only, and there was no dispatch of new US troops to Kirkuk.
