When a person has access to the currency at any time, he should reduce his need to retain it, P Al-Mada newspaper, which focused most of its reports on the need to reduce the retention of the currency in favor of increasing the balances of bank accounts, and Al-Mada had many reports that urged the banking sector to deal with electronic systems.
"Yes, it's a small step in a big program to develop the banking sector, but the big steps for the development of the economy are the accumulation of steps, albeit small, but the overall result will be great. Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Hump Day. Just a little info for today. There is not a great deal of info circulating. We had a good call yesterday with packed info and did get some info that banks stepping up security today. It is a little to early to tell, but the banks stepped up their readiness and told to be ready to go on standby. The preparedness is here. We learned of more indications after the call. The rate changed for the Dong. A new rate came in for the Dong not .47 cents and the possiblity it may be more than .47 cents. Maybe later, I will have something more definitive. We did learn of another IQD rate and believed to be a target rate for a possible cap to keep the market from running wild. I firmly believe we won't see it till Jan 2-3 on the targeted rate to keep things from going wild. It is possible you could see a rate today in the $3.00 plus range. Our banks are not acting on it even seeing the rates on the screen. We don't know the final deciding factor for them to move forward From my understanding everything is in place to move forward. Noone is talking and could be a reality. Everything will happen in its time and place, and do not call the banks. We just have to wait and let it come to us. On TV, Kurd leaders and the crisis between Baghdad and Erbil is about to come to an end. Even Abadi is saying it is a positive thing. I don't feel this is affecting what we are waiting for and what is on the cards. Some of members are saying cards are activated and a done deal. I think we are sitting good between now and January 2nd. Lets sit back and see what happens. Banks have authorizations and assurances, but we have to sit back and wait since it is coming. Make sure other things are in place for this celebrated day which is upon us. Q and A: Q: Regarding ZIM there are several scenarios can you share bullet points on payout scenarios? Ray: I am awaiting a little bit more info before I can do that. Q: Regarding VND is .47 cents the highest rate possible and is there a contract rate? I have not received any info saying exchange is for US citizens only. Q: Do you expect Dong rate to rise and the ZIM. Ray: Not at the present time I don't expect them to rise. Caller: Tennessee When Tony said about ATM machines are loaded, and hopefully we will see it here in this country on the 2nd and the latest the 12th. It is a process. How will that affect us? Ray: If they want their citizens have it first we would stand in line and wait. Some of their people have $3.39 on their cards, and these are clear indicators it is coming or it is done. The button has been pushed as far as I am concerned and going thru the cycles. I am told they have everything they need, but something is preventing them from moving right forward. I believe in the $3.39 and have that rate on their cards. Some are thinking they could spring into action today, but we just don't know. The 2017 winter aid program aims to reach 673,000 displaced Iraqis in Anbar, Kirkuk, Nineveh, Erbil, Dohuk and Sulaymaniyah governorates over four months, the UNHCR said.
UNHCR's winter assistance includes thermal blankets, fireplaces, heaters and plastic sheeting; the most needy families receive cash assistance that allows them to decide for themselves how to meet their most pressing winter needs.
For his part, UNHCR representative in Iraq Bruno Gedo said that "many Iraqis displaced from their villages in the summer in the clothes they were wearing only The UNHCR will be able to provide winter assistance, which was achieved through the generous contribution from Germany to provide displaced families with assistance in kind and cash Necessary to cover the needs of the harsh winter months. "
German funding, according to UNHCR, will provide special activities for the protection of Iraqi displaced persons, including prevention of gender-based violence and child protection, government support for the issuance and renewal of official civil documents for displaced Iraqis, as well as psychosocial support.

The certainty about health insurance is that rates will rise. How steep that incline becomes, though, is anyone’s guess. 12-27-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat The Financial Ministry wants the RV prior to the beginning of the new financial fiscal year for Iraq. In fact, I am still celebrating and jumping up and down over the news from the last couple weeks, as I believed it will lead to the RV very, very soon…There were multiple articles about this past week on Floating the dinar with the program rate. The CBI told us this simply would not work and explained why. So this was great news to us and showed us something was up. The CBI and the Finance committee knew they had to do something and do it soon. So they made their move and now it’s up to the Feds in the USA to complete the process. But how long will it take, you might ask? Yes – the timing is the big question. Who knows for sure?

Their lower denominations are already coming out of the ATM machines over there. I know people that are Iraqi citizens have money on their cards that they have actually used already… We are really are just about there. I don’t know the timing, but I do know they want to bring the value of the dinar up a little higher to get to a certain point…Yes, we didn’t get this for Christmas as we all thought...It didn’t happen. I don’t know that if there was anything nefarious about it…If we made it this far, we can make it all the way to the end of the year. I don’t think we will have to wait that long...It looks like we should go by the end of the year…really it is about the timing. They will release this when they feel they have the currencies at the highest level to support whatever they need when we come in for public exchange.
12-27-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 We understand from Iraqi television that the Kurdistan crisis is about to come to an end… which means it’s probably already resolved. They will continue to talk to each other; I don’t personally feel it’s affecting what we are waiting for. Our people in Iraq are saying the cards are activating, it’s a done deal, and there is no turning back. I think we are sitting well between now and next Monday. The banks say they have the authorizations and assurances – what else do they need? I don’t know, but I’ll just give them room, sit back and wait. I’ll also make sure some other things are in place for this celebrated day that is upon us.

12-27-2017 Newshound Guru G-Lin ...They also need to de-dollarize and they are going to deposit employees checks directly into the banks to try and bring in some of their currency. When they say they have a monopoly in dollars and other currency, this says to me that they need an equal or slightly higher rate to pull all of that currency into the banks. This art. also tells me that they will not let the Gov. interfere with their plans. Whenever they decide to do this it will just hit the market. 12-27-2017 Newshound Guru tman23 Abadi appears to be doing more of what Tehran would want then what the coalition wants…That being said there are articles showing the US and other coalition members may step in and support Kurdistan even more…The USA has plans to build a large embassy in Erbil…Abadi would tell them no no if he takes more power in the region…Barzani held a referendum and Abadi is punishing them…Kurds may just end up with their own state after all…
12-27-2017 Intel Guru Bruce …on Thursday this past week, Iraq started and made a new active rate on their dinar. It was put out so we have an active rate, so call international rate...I don’t know where it needs to go before this is released. I heard a couple of numbers where it needs to go, but based on the current progress we should be ready for the release in a matter of a day or so…I don’t know if we are going immediately in the next day. We got some information that is indicating it should start in a few days and we should have all this complete around January 2nd. By that I mean the Redemption Centers. The Redemption Centers are on high alert. They have been told to be ready at a moment’s notice…The so called Redemption Centers or exchange locations will be operating 24/7 for a period of about a week, maybe a little bit longer depending on when they decide to shut it all down…

Dinar Update Wednesday PM 12/27/17

Summary: TNT indicates that the banks have added extra security today, and they expect release of the RV tomorrow.
Tank is ready to file a lawsuit against the US Treasury and others for fraud regarding release of the RV. He begins taking names for damaged parties in this class action suit this afternoon.
It is not talked about on the Mainstream Media, but it is all over the alternative news, that Pres. Trump signed an Executive Order (Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption) to seize the assets of anyone guilty of anyone, or who is CONNECTED to anyone guilty of corruption, person trafficking, or abuse of human rights, even in other countries. This allows the US Government to go after corrupt and evil people all over the world. And as I have said in the past, most of the people listed in the annex to this EO are connected to the Clintons, the Clinton Foundation, or Bill Gates.
RV/INTELLIGENCE ALERT - December 27, 2017
[As I have said before, this source does not appear to me to have any new information, just his own conjecture about what might be going on. Still, the information may be true. Please take this information accordingly. ---dle]
The Alliance will continue to use the RV as a military deception tactic until all hidden rogue cabal elements have been neutralized.
The timing of the RV is reliant on the neutralization of all hidden rogue cabal elements.
Public cabal figures are not included. Most have already surrendered for amnesty. The rest will be indicted for their crimes against the country and humanity.
The remaining hidden rogue cabal elements are the real threat. The Alliance does not care whether they choose surrender or death.
Trump's recent Executive Order (Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption) was planned by the Alliance to allow him to initiate the mass indictment event when the time comes.
This mass indictment event of public cabal figures will occur Post-RV.
Once the Alliance detects all few remaining hidden rogue cabal elements neutralized, the RV will finally be freed.
The mass indictment event will follow, and so will the restoration of the Republic, and ultimately GESARA.
Only very few hidden rogue cabal elements remain.

The International Alliance announces what is left for Daish in Iraq and Syria
2017/12/27 18:09
[Where - Continue]
The US-led coalition announced Wednesday that only a few thousand fighters remained in Iraq and Syria, a third of their estimated number just three weeks ago.
Iraq and Syria have declared victory in recent weeks after a year in which their armies, a group of foreign allies and various local forces managed to remove fighters from all cities and villages in what he called the "caliphate" state.
The United States has led an international coalition that has been hit by air strikes since 2014 when its fighters swept about a third of Iraq's territory and US troops acted as advisers on the ground with Iraqi government forces and with Kurdish and Arab factions in Syria.
"Because of the commitment of the coalition and the efficiency demonstrated by our partners in Iraq and Syria, it is estimated that there are less than a thousand terrorists in our joint operations area being pursued in the desert areas of eastern Syria and western Iraq," the coalition said in a statement.
This figure does not include areas in western Syria under the control of President Bashar al-Assad's government and its allies.
Russia's main ally, Russia, said on Wednesday that the main battle with a Damascus supporter had ended.
Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the main task in Syria is now the elimination of the victory front.
The US-led coalition said on December 5 that fewer than 3,000 fighters were still in Syria and Iraq.
Iraq announced the final victory on a preacher on the ninth of this month. The coalition said on Wednesday that most of Da'dash's fighters had either been killed or captured in the past three years. The coalition did not say whether some fighters had managed to escape to other countries and said it would not engage in "general speculation" In order to prevent this from happening.
"We can tell you that we are working with our partners to kill the remaining terrorists or their families and destroy their network and prevent their return to appear and to prevent them from fleeing to neighboring countries."

Reasons why you stop eating noodles
BAGHDAD, Iraq - December 28: People accept noodles with great buds, given their ease of preparation, and their distinctive taste, but health experts warn against the consequences of many because of their negative effects on the body.
They contain a large number of carbohydrates converted into sugar, and if not burned, turns into accumulated fat.
Pastries contain only a small amount of nutrients, but are rich in sodium and industrial calories, according to Bold Sky.
One of the reasons for the "avoidance" of the consumption of these pastries, being poor in terms of fiber and proteins, and lead to a significant increase in weight, and lead to confusion of the process of metabolism and therefore not recommended for those who follow the diet.
Pastry manufacturers also add various ingredients such as acids, vegetable oil, sugar, as well as other non-natural ingredients to influence their taste.
Experts recommend pregnant women to stay away from these pastries, and show that their consumption may reach the extent of affecting the growth of the fetus within the mother's womb.
