Word on the Street Tuesday 12/19/17:
TNT CONFERENCE CALL MONDAY 12/18/17 DC NY CALL RECAP:
Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Marvelous Monday. The subject line said and the bank played on. It is funny how some of you immediately went to the sinking of the Titanic. The bank played on comes from the Temptations Ball of Confusion. They made all the reference of all the confusing things going on. They wrapped up and the bank played on and missed all the confusion in the world. We had a ball of confusion this weekend and the first thing this morning. That is all it can do until it can play no more. Where are we? We know where we are not. Where are we in the grand scheme of things? The wheels are turning ever so slowly. I do very much believe that. It is almost impossible to pinpoint an exact time frame, so we have to play it out as we wait it out. Some things did happen in Iraq over the weekend. I didn't update you, since it was not the info saying RV. There were demonstrations in the street about corruption and the citizens demonstrating. That is really no big deal for us as I can see. There also was the announcement of salaries being paid today. A whole lot of categories of salaries being paid and, some were of the expectation that these could have been the new rate. That remains to be seen, and that was weekend information as opposed to weekday. Lets see what the pay looks like today and at what rate as the report comes in that pays were accordingly made. Other than that, there was an article about the deficit being cut 27 trillion down to 13 trillion, and that made some eyebrows come up and made the thought process say could this be the illusive RV raising it's head? That remains to be seen as well and those were weekend issues worthy of speaking of. We did have some banking folks highly expectant of something happening over the weekend. Of course they have moved the excitement to the first part of the week, still excited something is about to happen. Something good is a about to happen, and they are still of that expectation. In the midst of the confusion, the bank played on, and that is where we are right now. We are just going through the motions waiting for more info that will pinpoint where we are in the grand scheme of things. Maybe even a full scale release, but that remains to be seen. That is it as it stands right now as far as information that can be shared on this afternoon's call. Let me see what questions I may be able to entertain. Q and A: Q: Sandman : Back in September when asked that the RV might not happen until 2018, you affirmed that there was little chance of that. Ray: Yes, based on what I was being told. I did say very little chance of that not happening until 2018. Q: So today in the dinar post, it appears that legislation is lacking. Article 8 stills needs to be done and more. Are we now realistically into 2018 for the RV ? Ray: Who really knows. I share with you what I am being told based on expectations and what may or may have happened. Based on what was to take place 2018 did not seem likely. People can drag things on for whatever reason they want. Q: Could something happen today? Ray: Sure all the issues could be resolved in a snap of a finger saying it is done. Q: Post RV you stated you would list your bank locations for our members. Have you received any locations for are armed service men and women? Ray: No. Q: Any news from our Canadian neighbors? Ray: It is all quiet up there like it is down here. Q: Any Iraqi TV or Mosque news you can share? Ray: I won't say it is all quiet, but have no news or what may or may not be going on. Callers: Caller: Catnip: On the question I have, how many more items are your people expecting to see published in the Gazette? Ray: None. Some are saying it is done, and some info supporting that. I am waiting for some more things to materialize and become public. So they are not indicating anything else needs to happen for this thing to roll out. Yet there is something somewhere that is yet to be done. Catnip: As you said and or made public. Correct. Ray: Yes. Caller: What is the thoughts on things. Abadi mentioned full liberation and told things were going to happen. Just wanted your thoughts on their moral. Ray: It is a mixture and some citizens are frustrated. Fighting took place over the weekend, and others are frustrated of what has not taken place. Others are at peace. I would say it is a mixture of both. Ray's Wrap Up: I should have said this is going to be a short call. We are just waiting for updated information to let us know what is taking place. Recapping some of the banking community, we were anticipating something over the weekend and definately for Monday morning. Some had indications and thinking over the weekend that they would be able to move forward with some exchange activity. As fas as in Iraq, it has been very quiet as for the little information that has come out, and other information is still being suppressed for whatever reason. We just have to wait, and it is a timing thing. I don't have any info saying not till 2018, but knowing Christmas is a week away, I am doubting that it will happen on Christmas Eve. We have a few days into this week to see if it may materialize before this week is over, and if not then I am sure counting for the Holidays, New Years, etc... I could see probably 2018 if we don't see something materialize this week. Lets see what other information comes to us, so we could at least draw some presumptive conclusions. We won't be able to draw a real conclusion until it is all said and done and over with. We can at least make something speculative based on the information that comes to us. Let's await to see what else pops out today into tomorrow, and we will see how that unfolds for us. I don't know about you, but I am still Believing! It is already done. I am excited about your Future! Rayren98

Relations between the two countries began to improve significantly thanks to al-Jubair's visit to Baghdad on February 25, where he held talks with Abadi, the first visit by a senior Saudi official since 1990.

12-18-2017 Newshound Guru mike Article: "External: one file and out of Iraq from the provisions of Chapter VII" I remember in 2013 Iraq was "removed from Chapter VII" The articles we've been reading related to Chapter VII was focused on the remaining funds in the oil for food program, they're still on the hook for the $4.7 billion they owe the Kuwati's. ...they're not going to just forgo the money they're rightfully owed with promises of economic opportunities. The Iraqi's need the Kuwaiti's, it's not the other way around. The last paragraph was the best part of the article: "complete liberation of isolation means opens the door of development and investment without the need for an international mediator on all levels, and the decomposition of the restrictions on goods entering international supervision to Iraq." Come on Abadi, you can do this.
12-18-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 We've had a ball of confusion this weekend. ...where are we exactly in the grand scheme of things? The wheels are so ever slowly turning. But, it's almost impossible to pinpoint an exact time frame. So we have to play it out as we wait it out. ...there also was the announcements of salaries being paid today...And some were of the expectation that these could of or should have been at the new rate. That remains to be seen. ...there was an article that came out about ...the deficit being cut over there from 27 Trillion down to 13 trillion. And that made some eyebrows come up of the thought process...could this be the elusive RV raising it's head? That remains to be seen as well. We did have some banking folks highly expectant of things happening over the weekend and of course they have moved that excitement into the first part of the week, still excited that something is about to happen. And that is where we are right now... Waiting for more information that pinpoints where we are in the grand scheme of things...or even a full scale release. That remains to be seen.
12-18-2017 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat ...no one and I mean no one, has enough information or evidence to justify proof of saying that the RV will happen prior to Christmas. I want everyone to...remember that the reason we have had so many past Christmases come and go with news of the process to delete the zeros (thus RV) is that it was in fact planned RVs for the following timeframes in January 2011, 2013, 2016 and told about an EARLY 2017. ...at these times we had evidence from the CBI...This all is factual information told to us in retrospect by Dr Shabibi himself in the years following these timeframes. ...no one had any idea we would be disappointed again as they told us later it was postponed. If we get some good news of going forward once again now that we are nearing the end of 2017 with the “project to delete the zeros” and the re-education articles in the next 15 days there may still be hope for EARLY January 2018. Then and only then we should get excited.
12-18-2017 Newshound Guru mike Article: "World Bank: ready for the advancement of the Iraqi economy" Great article, but we have over 60 pages of articles where the World Bank has showed support for the advancement of the Iraqi economy and the dinar. Prime Minister Dr. Haider Al-Abadi heads a meeting of the Higher Committee of the National Initiative for Housing
18 - December - 2017
Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi on Monday chaired a meeting of the Higher Committee of the National Initiative for Housing.
During his opening session, the minister reviewed the vision of the future government to put in place a successful strategy to secure suitable housing for citizens and rely on the firm companies. The state will sponsor these projects and provide more housing units within an ambitious housing plan.
Dr. Haider Al-Abbadi discussed the gap in this area after the previous governments stopped since the 1980s to adopt collective housing projects, which cost the citizen a lot in order to find suitable housing for him, and thus affected his income and the economy of the country in general.

[Ayna-Baghdad]
The Ministry of Finance authorized ministries and departments not affiliated with the Ministry and the governorates and their councils with all powers of exchange during the month of January 2018 by [12/1].
This guidance comes to the delay of the House of Representatives in the adoption of the state budget for the year 2018, especially in the lists of parliamentary committees concerned to discuss.
The Ministry of Finance announced that the disbursement will be from the actual expenditures for 2017 or the preliminary estimates included in the budget bill 2017-2018, whichever is less related to salaries, allowances, wages, salaries, pensions, debt services and current expenditures for the purpose of payment of obligations and security expenditures, except for ongoing investment projects.
The Financial Management Act of 2004 gave the government the authority to exchange [12/1] for the previous budget for each month, ie, the Financial Management Law if the budget law is not approved or delayed, the previous budget is approved.
"If the previous budget, for example, is $ 120 million, the law allows the government to divide the budget by 12, and therefore $ 10 million is spent every month," said legal expert Tareq Harb.
He stressed the war that "the government may not spend more than the proportion resulting from the division of 12/1," stressing that "the work of the Financial Management Act is carried out until the adoption of the budget, and thus spend on light."
Parliamentary sources and political parties revealed the government's intention to work in the 2018 budget, without its approval by the House of Representatives, as happened in 2014.

Allawi said in an interview that "this information is not documented and is linked to the information conflict and the great predicament about Ras al-Baghdadi, as agencies and some intelligence agencies are racing through the leak of information in the framework of propaganda aimed at confusion and not to reveal the truth to draw attention to this issue or that Or camouflage, for example, "adding that" the picture is not documented about the arrest of al-Baghdadi completely.
