2. The IMF was reportedly stating that the Kurds will receive more than the 12% previously discussed in the upcoming budget. [As if we didn't already know that.....LOL]
3. The Kurds have reportedly relinquished possession of all of the border areas that were in dispute.
Dinar rates are being reported from various bank sources ranging from $3.50 - $3.80 plus/minus awaiting final release authorization.

Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Wednesday Hump Day. We are going to go over just a few things and then enjoy this Hump Day Wednesday. ii is one thing to have one canary but then to have another canary singing is good. When there is more canaries singing you begin to say am I blessed or what? All of these singing carnaries are around me. Well where are we? The update I did early this morning that was Abadi was on TV stating that the time has come to activate article 140. In referencing what had to take place for the economic reforms to complete, that was what they were seeing on TV yesterday. Then the Central Bank announced the tender for printing the new banknotes particularly small notes. There was some confusion there that some folks could not understanding what the article was referencing. For everything that is out there in print there is another current of scuttling back and forth saying so this is what is going on etc etc. Basically what that amounted to was it looks like they were just making a request to print lower denoms.or a way to account for lower denoms that have already been printed and just been sitting and waiting. Hmm time will tell. In addition to that, we have rates fluctuating in the system as we speaks and have reports of that. We also have another television report from this morning. CBI governor is on TV talking about the security and stability of Iraq and making reference to the dates of December 9th and 10th, and we know this is Victory Week which starts actually tomorrow thru the 11th. It is supposedly Victory Week. We have the big celebration Saturday December 9th with parades, fireworks, and the whole 9 yards. That starts at 11 am Iraq time with announcments to kick off. Abadi was on TV talking about this grand celebration Saturday referencing the parades saying it is time to lauch Economic Reform. Hmm What could that mean. Then he made reference of the impact of Iraq on the International World and he also shared about the oil and gas deal with Kuwait was wrapped up.Then he made reference to activate Article 140 for the 2018 National Budget. Sounds like the budget is moving ever onward. Lots of things coming in from Abadi on the TV to the citizens that we have citizens getting additional source of info letting them to know when to accept a rate change and getting that from a consumer level. Even that is exciting to hear. So we are looking foward for the big event this weekend of the liberation of Iraq which I think you can put two and two together and come up with five, and see it is abouta lttle bit more than liberation. Hundreds of delegates meeting from different governments different countries, and this now is going to be the biggest celebration. The one we referenced a week ago was postponed till now. All that Hoopla we shared with you about the biggest event ever in Iraqs history this weekend. It starts tomorrow Victory Week and all week with Saturday being the highlight of Victory Week. So the big event should be on Saturday and what would it mean for us. We don't know yet. There is anticipation and expectation of a rate change possibly before this event kicks off, and there is expectation of a rate change in the midst of this celebratory event. there is also the additional expectation of a rate change immediately following Victory Weekend, so that could tell us and place us in anytime of this process heading to the banks and making an exchange possibly prior to or shortly thereafter. . We hae to wait for additional information and pinpoint to tell you exactly when the light turns green. C hairman of Iran-Iraq Chamber of Commerce Yahya Al-e Es’haq has called on Iranian businesspeople to resume their activities in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, noting that the security situation there is now stable following a botched independence referendum. “Our borders with Iraqi Kurdistan are reopening one by one and the situation is returning to normalcy,” the official told IRNA. An independence referendum was conducted by the Iraqi Kurdistan Region despite harsh oppositions from the federal government in Baghdad and warnings from neighboring countries on the repercussions. Less than a month later, Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi declared that the region’s September 25 referendum was “history”. On Iran-Iraq economic cooperation, Al-e Es’haq said Iran’s exports to the neighboring country registered a 6% growth in the first half of the current Iranian year (started March 21). During the period, the value of Iran’s exports to Iraqi markets was over $3.2 billion, with less than one-third of exports going to the northern Kurdish region. Al-e Es’haq noted that Iraq is the second destination for Iranian products after China.

Baku, 06/12/2017, IRNA – Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohammad Javad Azari-Jahromi said on Tuesday that regional countries are facing the threat of monopolized economies in the field of high-tech industry.'ECO member states can share their markets to create a greater market to confront the monopoly held by certain states to some extent,' he said.

He made the remarks at the end of the Second Meeting of Information Technology ministers of Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) member states held in Baku on Tuesday.
'The way to counter the threat is to promote regional markets against the monopolies,' he said.

Underlining importance of regional collaboration for Iran, he said that Iran and other ECO member states can get access to the big regional markets and take advantage of the great capacity with regional cooperation.

Jahromi further noted that during meetings with Azeri president and Russian, Turkish ministers, they called for mutual collaboration, as the digital economy will constitute major section of world’s future economy and all seek their shares.

The Iranian minister arrived in Baku on Tuesday morning to attend the second IT ministers of ECO member states. The event was also attended by communications ministers of Turkey and Azerbaijan Republic.

ECO which is an inter-governmental organization was established in 1985 and has ten member-states including Iran, Azerbaijan Republic, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.

12-6-2017   Intel Guru RayRen98   Citizens are getting additional information letting them know when to expect a rate change on the consumer level.  So we are looking forward to the big event this weekend about the liberation of Iraq and a bit more than that, with hundreds of visitors, etc. It was suppose to be last weekend, but it now happening this week, with Saturday as the big event with announcements and so on.  There might be a rate change even before this event kicks off, and also speculation about a rate change in the midst of this celebration, and also anticipation of the rate change immediately after Victory Week.  The information I’ve received privately and what’s been put out publicly all seems to indicate that this should be an exciting weekend.  We don’t know if we will be in the bank just yet, but there will be no doubt where we’re headed by Monday…   [post 3 of 3]

12-6-2017   Intel Guru RayRen98   There are rates fluctuating in the system as we speak, plus another television report:  the CBI Governor was talking about economic activity, and announcements on the 9th and 11th.  This is Victory Week, with the big celebration on Saturday the 9th, starting at 11am Iraqi time. Abadi has referred to these celebrations, and said, “It is time to launch economic reforms” and said that Iraq is going to have an impact on the world. The Central Bank has announced a tender for the printing of new banknotes...particularly SMALL NOTES [Either this is a new batch of lower denoms or maybe they are making it seem as if this is the first time printing such notes? 12-6-2017   Newshound Guru Adam Montana   ...over in Iraq, we have a little more news than usual this week! It’s being rumored (some confirmed sources, some… not so confirmed) that there is a legitimate push to introduce new currency notes, presumably in smaller denominations.  That’s not something you do unless you can establish a need for those smaller notes, which of course requires a stronger exchange rate.  The Budget is likely to be finalized in February. I know that’s an eternity for some of us, but that’s the buzz.  Unfortunately, I have nothing to report on the HCL. I’m hearing rumors, but nothing confirmed...

12-6-2017   Intel Guru Bruce   Saturday, December 9th is for Iraq National Wedding day.  It is a day of unity in the Middle East...my understanding is 100 or more delegates from the Middle Eastern countries have been invited to come to Iraq in Baghdad for some form of get-to-gather. PM Abadi invited these people to be part of the Iraqi stock exchange ISX. The Iraqi dinar should be part of the parcel of the ISX tradability.  They should be at a point now or any day now, maybe Thursday, when that rate is internationally known.  ...They are done. They have completed everything they needed to be complete. When they got admitted into the World Trade Organization, when the United Nations released them from Chapter 7 and put them into Chapter 8 all these things. When the ISX opened last week sometime, all these things are signs Iraq’s sovereignty is there.  Iraq is going to do something major on Saturday if they don’t do it sooner.   [post 2 of 2]

12-6-2017   Intel Guru Bruce    ...I was disappointed today because I was under the understanding we would start today with our exchanges.  All the Intel was pointing to it today [Tuesday].   ...we started to get the reasons why it didn’t go as we thought. I am back in a positive mood and looking forward to everything coming thru for us.  Iraq last week has made announcements. Prime Minister Abadi made announcements about their sovereignty, liberation, removal of ISIS, etc...We are not waiting on those announcements.  They have some dates. They had the date December 2nd or 3rd for Iraq...the 5th was another point of intention. Then the 7th and then Saturday is another point of intention.   [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

12-6-2017   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   [do you believe this is gonna happen?]  well, it may not...in 4 months Iraq is hold elections...have you all read about Iran's influence in Iraq?   They want to use the elections to get more control...the PM position and we all know Maliki is tight with Iran...so no, i am not sure we will see this happen.  Iran needs to be booted.  Ababi has a small window of opportunity to get this going.   I have seen Maliki stop progress before.  We would be fools to think we will see Abadi succeed without some resistance.  The good news is the IMF is still pushing reforms forward.

We hear that some are back up, but there is a delay for USA—no reason given. Word from Europe is that a delay involves the issuance of thew, gold-backed USN or, as they say in Europe, “Paper TRNs”. These will be extensively tracked, and paymasters are getting information on how that tracking system works, so that they can keep within the new rules.

The Prime Minister affirms the Iraqi government's rejection of the US decision to recognize Al-Quds Al-Sharif as the capital of the Israeli occupation and the transfer of the US Embassy to Jerusalem, and we warn of the serious repercussions of this decision on the stability of the region and the world. Between all religions and nations, and no country has the right to invade the occupation and go beyond the UN resolutions and to affect the legitimate rights of Palestine.
