A resounding surprise" may reveal "Almstor" .. Israel removes Iraq from the list of "enemy states" and directed a request to its citizens
10/1/2019 12:17 AM Baghdad:
In a move to reveal some of the ambiguities caused by reports of a delegation of Iraqi political leaders visiting Tel Aviv last year, the Ministry of Finance announced the removal of Iraq from the list of 'enemy states', calling on the citizens of Israel to start trade exchange with Iraq in March, This year, to explode Tel Aviv, a new bomb may reveal 'hidden' in the next few days.
In the midst of the controversy in the Iraqi street over what was revealed by Israeli media that a delegation of Iraqi political leaders visited Tel Aviv last year to normalize relations between Baghdad and Israel, Israeli Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon blew up a new bomb by announcing that Iraq was removed from the list of 'enemy states' Including Lebanon, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Iran), signed a decree authorizing trade exchange with Baghdad.
"Under my authority, in accordance with Article 3 of Commercial Order No. 1, I authorize the Israelis to trade with Iraq until the end of March," the Israeli minister wrote in the text of the statement. March 2019.
"This step is aimed at creating a fruitful dialogue and dialogue between the Israeli and Iraqi peoples and showing the real face of Israel," the Foreign Ministry said in a tweet on Twitter.
"There is a long history of bringing together the Jews of Mesopotamia after they have lived there for more than 2,500 years. The descendants of Mesopotamia still carry their memories and their contributions to building modern Iraq," she wrote on her Facebook Web site.
Israel, which has secretly helped the Kurds, especially in the military field, has trained the Peshmerga (the Kurdistan Regional Government) and supplied them with weapons. In return, Tel Aviv received intelligence assistance on Iraq and Iran and on the emigration of Jews who lived in Iraq, according to press reports.
In spite of the declared content of the Israeli-Iraqi contacts on the networks, Israel, as well as the media, refrained from delving into the meanings and connotations of the Minister of Finance's decision. It also dealt with the visits of Iraqi delegations to Tel Aviv, the latest of which was in early December, To inform or promote these visits, the contents of which remain confidential, in contrast to the normalization visits to delegations of Arab and Islamic academics, media and civil society associations.
"The delegations included 15 Sunni and Shiite figures, tribal leaders and local leaders with influence in Iraq," asserting that Iraqi figures visited the Yad Vashem Museum to commemorate the Holocaust, but that the Israeli radio Official 'Kahn' explained that the purpose of the visits is to examine the basis for future relations between Israel and Iraq.
She said that the Iraqi delegations met with academic figures and some official political officials, but without revealing the identity of the Israeli officials and their representative, but it is estimated that the figures who met Iraqi delegations belong to the Foreign Ministry and the Office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who also serves as Minister of Defense .
The Israeli magazine 'Israel Defense', a specialist in security and defense, questioned the motives of the Minister of Finance to sign a decree to remove Iraq from the list of 'enemy states', saying,' Why the State of Israel removed Iraq from the law of trade with the enemy? It seems not to import the bulgur and the dome, the most logical assumption behind the deletion of Iraq from the list of enemy states is for another purpose and purpose '.
According to the Palestinian and Arab affairs correspondent for the second Israeli channel, Ohad Himo, the visits of the Iraqi delegations were confidential and were of a social and cultural nature. The members of Iraqi delegations met with Israeli officials associated with Iraqi Jews.
The Israeli correspondent suggested that the secrecy of the visits is due to the presence of many Iranian forces in Iraq. "Because compared to the hostile Arab space, Iraq has relatively positive and sympathetic attitudes towards Israel," he said.
Commenting on the exchange of normalization delegations between Tel Aviv and Arab and Islamic countries, and developments on the regional political arena, Netanyahu said, 'When I meet with Arab leaders, they say to me,' We have security and economic interests with Israel and we also want to enjoy the fruits of progress and development. The Palestinians. '
"This does not mean peace agreements yet, but this means that there can certainly be a situation in our progress towards normalization and peace, instead of what we always thought that the road to peace with the Palestinians would reach us in the Arab world, could come in the opposite direction, we would prefer Direct peace with the Palestinians, but that will not be a condition for the normalization of our relations and peace with the Arab world '.

1-9-2019 Intel Guru RayRen98 Iraqi TV is reporting that Thursday's Parliament session will be totally dedicated to the 2019 Budget. The cabinet voting will "supposedly" happen on Saturday's session. Reportedly, Fox news posted an alert that Mike Pompeo made a surprise visit to the Iraqi Parliament announcing to them to grow up and become the sovereign nation they're expected to be. [Time Will Tell]
1-9-2019 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat Article: "ALLOCATION OF 50 MILLION DINARS TO ARTICLE 140" So folks here it is again Article 140. Do you wonder why now and we project the CBI to reinstate by the end of January? Go figure Article 140 and HCL HOT in the news NOW! Don’t let anyone tell you these are not important to have the reinstatement of the dinar. The FACT is we were told many years ago that the new Iraqi constitution MUST be fully implemented to get the currency back online...So these are mandated by the constitution.
1-9-2019 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG ...Personally, I don’t care which way it starts – just as long as it gets going. ...Regardless of which way it happens – if the value rises, we ALL WIN!!...
1-9-2019 Intel Guru Bruce [via PinkRoses] Just when you think it is safe to say everything is done with Iraq, there is one more piece we were looking for or is happening that we should be aware of. We heard they have (3) announcements coming out...One was made today [Tuesday]. One should be made on Thursday, and I believe one is going to be made on Friday. I know one of the announcements, not the one today, I believe will talk about the reinstatement of the Iraqi Dinar, and the fact that Iraq is a Sovereign nation and has revalued currency. Some of that revaluation of that currency will occur when that currency is actively traded on the world market using Forex to do so. I believe that is where we believe is reinstatement and go into revaluation because the rates they have now that we know of is already higher than their $3.22 rate was back in 2003 ...ultimately Iraq is done having made the decision to do what they needed to do and conform to what they have been asked to do. Now it is just a matter of timing and time. So I am going to say I am looking forward to again a very good and interesting weekend...
1-9-2019 Intel Guru RayRen98 Iraqi TV is reporting that Thursday's session will "probably" be postponed until Saturday due to the low attendance for Tuesdays' session that eventually did not take place.
Mahdi is being requested to hold accountable those who did not appear for the session. Mahdi continues to submit the same names already previously rejected. He has sent out a text/tweet message supporting his actions with resolve being a fully-appointed cabinet "soon." [Time Will Tell]

The map is the most prominent epidemic in the world
2019/1/9 16:43
[Where - Continue]
Researchers have developed a "map" that reveals "hot spots" for the spread of pandemics around the world, after analyzing species of animals and birds known on Earth, and identifying organisms that may carry a range of viruses that can spread by mosquitoes and ticks.
Researchers from the University of California at Davis, the United States of America, have identified the most serious diseases and diseases that may result from these viruses, namely West Nile, Zika, Japanese encephalitis, dengue fever, yellow fever and Rio Bravo.
Scientists then developed what they believed could be hot spots for the spread of these viruses and the resulting diseases.
According to the map, there will be four hot viral foci in the world, namely South-East Asia, specifically Indonesia and Malaysia, where yellow fever and zygote are believed to occur.
The second focus is the spread of the Japanese encephalitis virus and covers all of Europe except Russia, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
Brazil is the third focus of Dengue and Rio Bravo, while the fourth focus is in the West Nile virus spreading area, covering North America, specifically the United States and Canada.
