1-8-2019 Newshound Guru Kaperoni I believe Inflation in Iraq is under 2%. There are several reasons why the CBI should begin to raise the value...but only time will tell.
1-8-2019 Intel Guru Frank26 There are two banks within Iraq that have mirrored US banking capabilities regarding the transfer of funds and now are able to do a conversion from country to country. The importance of the 2 banks in country of Iraq adopting our US banking techniques is that now the contractors who are conducting business in country and being paid in IQD are now depositing their IQD in American banking institutions. And now our banks are able to convert these deposits from IQD to USN in our country. We know of one US contractor has in over 200+ contracts for construction within country and will be paid in IQD on a 1 to 1 basis with US currency values and because of the mirrored banking techniques his in country bank will now make this conversion.

Abadi confirms that Maliki is the one who summoned the US forces to Iraq .. And the last: an attempt to get out of the impasse
BAGHDAD - January 9 - A victory coalition headed by Haider al-Abadi on Wednesday revealed that US forces had been summoned to Iraq on June 24, 2014, by the government of Nuri al-Maliki after the entry of the Daash terrorist gang and its fall to our dear provinces. It is established in the United Nations documents and documents exchanged between the two countries, based on the strategic framework agreement between Iraq and America. "
Abadi, when he won the confidence of the House of Representatives on 8/9/2014, the US forces were in Iraq before assuming the responsibility of the Prime Minister for more than two months, and Abadi is what made them multiple forces and not only US forces, and accordingly the political forces commitment "Abadi has always been keen on the independence and sovereignty of Iraq, and all the steps he has taken have been in the interest of the unity, independence and sovereignty of Iraq, and will not undermine his determination and national positions attempts of exclusion and distortion and deception practiced by irresponsible elites" .
The media office of the head of the coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki, on Wednesday, the statement of the victory coalition headed by Abadi, who accused Maliki of the entry of US forces to Iraq in June 2014, describing it by including "many fallacies," to get out of the "predicament" Where he signed. "
Maliki's office attests that "al-Maliki is a partner and a difficult ally because he is obsessed with sovereignty. Calling for Iraq was because of the abandonment of the United States of America to implement the strategic framework agreement and meet the needs of Iraq's military and accordingly the statement of the coalition victory is an attempt to break the deadlock of the coalition because of the heavy legacy created by the presence of US forces and Starch bases outside the strategic framework agreement, this Abadi endures as the commander of the armed forces. "
He added, "If Maliki is the one who entered the Americans, who entered the Turks and made their forces take and roam? "This position of the coalition of victory continued from the embarrassment inflicted by the government of Abdul-Mahdi, so try to acquit his boss of this responsibility and hold it to others." For prolonged sitting causes serious illness
BAGHDAD, Iraq - January 6: Sitting is one of the diseases of the times, from sitting at breakfast in the house in the morning, and then to the seats of the car or the vehicle in general, through sitting on the office at work, and after the completion of work, return to The car seats are then on the couch in the evening at home, before going to sleep.
This journey and movement between the seats is usually almost daily, rarely interspersed with other movements such as walking, sports or otherwise.
If we calculate the number of hours most of us spend sitting on a daily average of about 15 hours, according to one study, which revealed that it may be caused by many diseases.
Sitting on a chair or couch is associated with several diseases that can be said to be life-threatening, and in other words may lead to eventual death, such as blood clotting, non-alcoholic liver disease and heart disease in addition to cancer.
Long-term sitting may also result in other brain diseases, as a study published in April 2018 has shown that there is a link between sitting behavior and laminating areas of the brain that are important in the formation of memory.
Even if we exclude obesity and its risks, there are other effects of low movement and long sitting, such as not burning fat and sugar, and the body's response to insulin, all of which leads to high cholesterol and the consequences, says David Alter, a professor of cardiology at the Institute of Medical Rehabilitation at the University of Toronto in Canada. It has diseases and consequences.
In an experiment conducted on a group of healthy young employees, who cut at least 10,000 steps, they were asked to reduce the number of steps 1,500 steps a day. Experimental researchers from the Institute of Obesity and Chronic Diseases in Liverpool found that within two weeks, these young employees began to show signs of obesity due to increased body fat, decreased insulin secretion and fat accumulation in the liver.
According to researchers, it is a sit-in with the decline of movement, according to an article published in the site of 'prevention'. According to other studies, long sitting presents about 35 dangerous conditions, because movement is the key to proteins regulating the body, genes and other vital enzymes in the body.
