"But we are coming to change. Basra is slow because of the false promises from Baghdad, and we have hidden facts that promises are being denied from Baghdad," he said, noting that "Basra is the victim of political conflicts and false promises."
He added that "one of the deputies blackmailed a representative of oil companies, and do not know what was done in the funds that were put to Basra {4} trillions dinars, and the delivery of all information to the heads of blocs," noting that "cars allocated to the province went to the civil colleges without knowing the reasons.
He said that "90% of the money allocated for the development of Basra go to corruption and 10% of the project," noting that "most of the Basra deputies are like [Raymond Control] controlled by the head of the bloc and most of them say what to do, the province needs a serious pause from the heads of political blocs."
He added that "Basra is currently deprived of the most basic rights, including the issue of electricity and poor, which spent more than 106 million dollars," stressing that "Basra is exposed to conspiracies external and internal captive and mortgaged to the hearts of heads of blocs and influential."
"Some of the armed factions in Basra have a word and the countries nearby also have a word, and amid this, the rate of cancer has reached a significant number, and the diseases are spreading because of poverty," said the head of the southern Aayan community in Basra province, Sheikh Mohammad al-Zaidawi. Rafidain takes a new batch of pensioners' advances

{Baghdad: Al-Furat News} Rafidain Bank announced the disbursement of a new meal of the advance (double and double) for retired civilian and military through electronic payment tools.

Mubasher: The Disability Care and Special Needs Unit of the Iraqi Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has developed a strategy to facilitate the issuance of the MasterCard card for the full-time appointment of the full-time recipient, specifically the recipients of the first installment for the first three months of this year.
The administrative deputy of the Authority, in a statement to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs on Thursday, that the Commission has identified three stations to issue smart card for Rafidain Bank.
He added that the stations were distributed at the headquarters of the Authority and the headquarters of the Department of Retirement and the Social Protection Authority, as well as 22 outlets spread in Baghdad on the sides of Karkh and Rusafa.
Al-Helou pointed out that Al-Rasheed Bank has set up an immediate issuing station at the headquarters of the Authority, namely Al-Rusafa in particular, and another station in Al-Karkh, as well as branches of the Bank in the governorates.
The administrative deputy of the Authority, that the distribution of salaries of the full-time appointment will be all through the smart card (Master Card), to lift the burden on the citizens of the beneficiaries of this privilege.

The National Security Council held its regular meeting on Thursday under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Adel Abdul Mahdi.
The Council discussed the efforts of the armed forces and the security services to strengthen security and stability, respect for the rule of law and to respond with all force to any attempt to tamper with the security and interests of the country.
The commander-in-chief of the armed forces directed the military and security leaders to exert their efforts in the field and intelligence to detect and prosecute those behind the firing of missiles in the provinces of Nineveh and Basra, where there is and intensify work to prevent the recurrence of criminal attacks aimed at destabilizing security and stability.
The National Security Council commended citizens' cooperation with their security forces and provided information and communications on suspicious movements.
