Revealed the MP of a coalition going Raed Fahmy, on Thursday, the existence of political negotiations to establish criteria for the selection of personalities to take special grades instead of the agency, likely to finish the file before the parliament goes to the legislative holiday.
Fahmi said in a statement to the news that "the current political negotiations are focused on the development of several criteria for the selection of personalities capable of running state institutions and degrees, including the certificate, experience and integrity."
"The special grades and the continuation of its work in the agency caused the current corruption throughout the country and ended any plans to reform the economy and the security situation in Iraq."

"In a joint effort involving the Baghdad Operations Command, the Office of the Secretary of Baghdad and the Department of Production Units, the concrete blocks have been removed from two sites that represent the first location in the Ministry of Defense's ovens and bakeries in the Nahdha area established since 2005," the secretariat said in a statement.

The President of the Republic, Barham Saleh, said that the relations between Iraq and Kuwait have made great strides forward thanks to the wisdom and desire of the two leaderships in both countries to overcome the remnants of the past.

Oil Minister: Bombing companies in Basra is individual and will not be repeated

Oil Minister Thamir al-Ghadhban on Wednesday reduced the risk of a rocket attack targeting the headquarters of oil companies in Basra province.

"The incident is 'individual and not significant,' Ghadhban told a news briefing. He expressed the belief that the incident will not be repeated again, adding that "the government is serious about achieving security and peace throughout the country."

Police said three Iraqi employees of the oil ministry's drilling company were injured in a rocket attack targeting oil companies in the province of Basra.

The head of the Kurdistan region, Nechirvan Barzani, arrived in Baghdad on Thursday for his first visit since taking office.

"Barzani will meet with all Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, President Barham Salih and Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halbousi," a source said in an interview.

The source added that "Barzani will renew the support of the Kurdistan region of the government of Abdul-Mahdi, adding to discuss on resolving the differences and outstanding issues between Arbil and Baghdad."
