Nassif said in a statement received by Mawazine News that Loay Al-Khatib talked about fictitious achievements in the program (outside the box) as if he were laughing at the minds of the people and underestimating the regulators, and here the Iraqi people should see the following facts, the most important of which is the production of energy. Last year reached 17,500 megawatts and the demonstrations in Basra regarding the electricity sector stopped since the sixth month of last year, which was mainly caused by the Iranian lines stopped processing and cut them from the Iranian side, and remedied the situation the former minister to send and commissioned those who rearranged and re-produced Basra stations and the testimony of all those familiar with One W Basra. "
Nassif added: "Hundreds of megawatts have been entered from the Rumaila investment station for the investor Ali Shamara, a contract signed and implemented by former ministers and not the current minister, and entered the service by 1,000 megawatts now, in addition to entering the station of Mosul Dam by 600 megawatts due to increased water level this year. On the other hand, 1500 megawatts are imported from Iranian lines, and Iran has been careful not to decrease this year because of the blockade.

"
Nassif added that the gas pipelines supplied to the plants and imported from Iran have been operating at full capacity after the gas pressure was very low during the past years, but increased due to the blockade as well, which contributed to the increase in the production of operating stations unprecedented as they were working in summer black oil, note that The contracts of these pipes, whether in the center or the south, were signed and implemented at the time of the former ministers and not the current minister. As for the administrative changes that he considers an achievement, confusion is evident by issuing orders and canceling them in a way that is closer to opening an auction for positions. The ministry is currently witnessing unprecedented corruption. Previous data. "
She continued: "We tell the preacher that your words are inaccurate and was supposed to be this summer without interruption to all areas of Iraq, especially at night with the temperature drop to 30 degrees Celsius, Vkmak fraud and laughter on the minds of people and you better not to talk about fake achievements while your achievements do not exceed zero until Now.

Abadi: Iraq needs the current government to be serious in its work

Baghdad / News:
The head of the victory coalition, Haider al-Abadi, that Iraq needs the current government to be serious in its work, noting that "so far there is a delay in many files and retreat, which requires us to evaluate the work and rectify."
Abadi's media office said in a statement received by Al-Akhbaria that he had received a number of elders of the tribe of worship in Babylon. His rule despite the great difficulties he faced and the victory over ISIS, the elimination of sectarianism, the unification of the country and the restoration of the prestige of our armed forces and foreign relations. "
Abadi pointed out that "Iraq, whose heroes wrote a real success story amazed the world needs the current government to be serious in its work and achieve the goals of its people.
Political analyst Kazem al-Haj warned on Friday of political differences that may lead to support for the stay of US forces inside the country, pointing out that the current trend confirms the Milan tendency to get them out of the country, especially with the support of some Kurds and Sunnis.
Al-Haj said in a statement to the information, that "the Zionist aggression on the Popular Mobilization was born mobility to some political blocs rejecting this entity and the US presence inside Iraq , where there is a national orientation with the start of the next legislative chapter to legislate a law or submit a recommendation to the Federal Court to cancel the security agreement With the American side and taking out its troops. "
He added that "there are some voices raised by those who have contact with the US embassy, pushing them towards patriotism, especially as some parties are based on the government with these forces."
He explained that "the cuff on the removal of US troops from Iraq will tend to side with the blocks rejecting the US presence, especially in the case of the work of the blocs to prevail in the national interest, as some Kurds and Sunnis support the removal of those forces."
He said that the position of the speaker or his deputies on the withdrawal of US forces will not be effective in the case of a parliamentary tendency to get those troops out of Iraq , but in the event of a disagreement between the political forces, the speaker will be in a stronger position and retain his previous opinion on keeping troops Foreigners. ” Finished 25 N Expert explains ..

How many votes the interrogator needs to dismiss the minister and the prime minister?
Political 10:41 - 30/08/2019

Baghdad - Mawazine News
The legal expert Tarek Harb, on Friday, the provisions of the Constitution on the questioning of ministers in the government and then dismiss them.
Harb said in an interview with / Mawazine News / "Interrogation is defined by the Constitution that (accountability of the minister, the prime minister and the head of the body in matters that fall within their competence and this constitutional provision to hold them accountable in matters that fall within their jurisdiction) absolute unrestricted public and not comprehensive and not fragmented and the only condition Jurisdiction The Prime Minister may not be questioned about the competence of Parliament and the Minister of Agriculture may not be asked about health affairs and so on.
He added: "The questioning language is to ask the answer to the question and questioning is a parliamentary investigation different from the judicial investigation in the courts and different from the executive investigation carried out by the investigation committees formed by the minister."
He pointed out that "the request for questioning must be submitted by a deputy with the consent of 25 members, whether the questioning addressed to the Minister or the Prime Minister, there is no difference in the number of deputies when requesting questioning, regardless of the status of who will be questioned."
He explained that "after the completion of the questioning and if the intention is to put confidence in it and withdraw confidence from it varies the number required, as required by the approval of 50 deputies for the minister and five members of parliament for the Prime Minister, ie the approval of 66 deputies, a fifth of the 329 members of the House of Representatives." .
He pointed out that "the third stage is the withdrawal of confidence, ie impeachment, the Constitution requires an absolute majority to attend the session after the quorum, if the number of deputies present 180 for example must be approved by 91 deputies being the majority of deputies present and in all cases the number required not less than 83 deputies if The meeting was held with the lowest number of 165 in order to achieve a quorum. "
He added: "As for the withdrawal of confidence from the Prime Minister, the Constitution requires the approval of a majority of the number of members of parliament and since the number of members of parliament 329 deputies must be approved by at least 165 deputies as this number more than half and constitutes the majority of the number of members."
He concluded that "if the dismissal of the minister is easy in terms of number, I think that the dismissal of the prime minister is difficult if we know that it is within the support of members of the Kurdistan Alliance and some deputies and because the approval of 165 members to dismiss him is not a few and it is difficult to collect this number."

8-31-2019   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat   I have to tell everyone right now it appears that everything is on track to move ahead with the project to delete the zeros and launch the smaller category coins and maybe some notes too. We are about to move to the next and final stag...

8-30-2019   Newshound Guru Jeff  ...the UN is seeking to get Iraq ready to become International...the UN was just in Iraq back in July.  The UN is back in Iraq now...back in July...they were only there for the consultation.  They weren't reviewing all of Iraq's progress.  The only reason why the UN would be reviewing Iraq's progress...is because Iraq is advancing to their next stage.  They're becoming international.  This is huge.  That's why I have brought such a large emphasis on the month of September...You have the UN in Iraq.  You have Iraq telling you they're gonna finish the formation of the government.  This is huge...

8-30-2019   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Iraq is a risky country.  And most banks will not deal with the dinar even when they move to Article VIII.  At least initially anyway.  So for gurus to be talking about cashing in/rates/spreads it's all nonsense at this time. One of the reasons banks will avoid the dinar is because of its potential to be volatile.  Most banks by nature are conservative and avoid these types of currencies. That is why I never really discuss the next step of cashing out/exchanging is because until the dinar is internationally convertible (Article VIII) and used in commerce there is no point. And if the dinar floats and gradually appreciates as we expect, it's a whole different process as investors may have to get involved with market makers/brokers or dealers to set up accounts. Time will tell.

8-30-2019   Intel Guru RayRen98   A BANK SOURCE HAS REPORTED A "CODE" CHANGE OCCURRED TODAY CAUSING THEM TO EXPERIENCE EXTREME EXCITEMENT! $$$$

8-30-2019   Intel Guru Frank26   ...my broker one day called me and said 'we're gonna have to limit the amount of dinars that we sell to 1 million per customer'  ...The CBI said 'we're not going to sell our currency to any brokers, any dealers any money exchangers no more...and the CBI stopped selling its currency. (They only did it by selling through the auction)  ...now with what...we told you yesterday Whales and sharks cannot go inside Iraq and come out with a whole bunch of dinars...they tightened up their borders and this is fantastic.  And you don't do this for toilet paper currency.  You don't do it for a program rate.  You do it to secure your borders because you're about to have a currency that is so valuable that it's going to become a pivotal currency in the heart of the Middle East... [Reference Guru Frank26 post 8-30-2019]

8-30-2019   Newshound Guru Jeff   ...keep in mind Iraq is still under UN Chapter 7 sanctions...Notice how the UN is back in Iraq over the last few days...Iraq is fulfilling its obligations to get out of Ch. 7 to become international.  And notice how they're doing it in Q3.  Article quote "Commitment show by Iraq in fulfilling all remaining international obligations..."   This is showing you Iraq is on its way out of Ch 7 and that's why the UN is there now.  This is huge...

8-30-2019   Intel Guru MarkZ   We are down to crunch time if they indeed want this done before Sept. 1st.  European contacts now say liquidity and release of all holds on accounts will occur over the weekend.  I don’t think it’s can kicking…just logistics /coordination as Iraq says they want it done by the 1st. I hear in Iraq that the new rate will be between $3.91-$4.25.  My contacts at redemption centers are on call this weekend and have been asked not to go more than 50 miles away this weekend.
I think we are at the tail end of this and will see something happen Sunday and Monday.

Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Some might look at this IMF directive as "old news" but it's not.  These directives don't change and take time to impliment.  And in the case with Iraq it took them 5-6 years to accomplish.  With of course the help of the IMF stepping in, in December 2015 signing an agreement to become trustee and facilitating/oversight on monetary reforms at the CBI.

8-30-2019 Intel Guru Frank Article "Issuing a package of decision related to the entry and exit of funds across the Iraqi borders" ...today the CBI came out and said...for now on anything less than $10,000 American dollars can enter Iraq and it can leave Iraq...$10,000 to $20,000 American dollars requires documentation...anything more than 1 million IQD coming in or out of Iraq is not allowed...Is 1 million IQD equal to $20,000 American Dollars?...Is this the initial exchange rate?...that was an interesting article.

Iraq hands over new batch of looted archives to Kuwait

Aug 28, 2019, 6:45 pm

Kuwait city (IraqiNews.com) – An Iraqi Foreign Ministry official said on Wednesday that his country handed over to Kuwait 42,000 books belonging to Kuwait National Library and Kuwait University.
These books, recently found in Iraq, were “seized” by troops of the former Iraqi regime during Kuwait’s occupation in 1990, KUNA quoted Iraqi Foreign Undersecretary Ambassador Hazem al-Yousefi as saying in a press statement to journalists on the sidelines of the delivery ceremony.
Iraqi authorities are seeking to close file of the Kuwaiti properties in Iraq before the year-end, said al-Yousefi, adding that the competent authorities were waiting for a decision in this respect by Prime Minister Adel Abdulmahdi.
Moreover, Iraq is exerting tremendous efforts to close the file of the missing Kuwaitis, the Iraqi undersecretary stated, reconfirming that the intensive efforts led to the recent discovery of the mass grave in Al-Samawa desert, containing remains of 46 human bodies; 32 of whom were recognized as deceased Kuwaitis.
Al-Yousefi has affirmed that the Iraqi government is serious about the efforts to close all pending files “caused by the former regime.”
Stressing the depth of the ties between the two brotherly countries, the Iraqi official referred to the reciprocal visits by senior officials of the two countries as a prelude to a new period of relations, joint investments and mutual cooperation.
For his part, Kuwaiti Assistant Foreign Minister for International Organizations’ Affairs Counsellor Abdulaziz Al-Jarallah confirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs had received 800 boxes containing 42,000 books from the Iraqi side.
“The books belong to the national library and Kuwait University,” Al-Jarallah said, adding that he discussed with the Iraqi undersecretary the issue of Kuwaiti prisoners and missing persons as a humanitarian cause that concerns all Kuwaitis.
“The Kuwaiti government represented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Interior Affairs would spare no effort to close this file and determine destiny of all those who have gone missing,” he confirmed.
Al-Jarallah expressed gratitude to the United Nations for sponsoring the handover, in line with the Security Council Resolution 2107 (issued in the year 2013) that partially mentions the necessity of bringing back the Kuwaiti properties, looted during the invasion
