On Tuesday, the Ministry of Industry and Minerals clarified what it described as "confusion" in understanding the book of the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers on the assignment, rotation and exemption of Directors General in the formations of the Ministry of the General.
The Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department of the Ministry, Diyar Abdullah Khalil, in a statement received / Mawazin News / copies, "The confusion in understanding the contents of the book of the Legal Department in the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers No. 2266 on 25/7/2019 regarding the assignment and rotation And the exemption of general managers and holders of private positions in the center of the ministry and its general formations in response to the circulation of various media.
She added that "the book of the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers mentioned confirmation of the instructions and controls issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers (the previous) on the procedures of commissioning and recycling and exemption for general managers and senior officeholders."
She pointed out that "a book was issued by the Legal Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers No. 2551 on 23/1/2019, which includes directing the Prime Minister to promote requests for appointment and assignment through his office."
She pointed out that "what was reported by some media regarding the interpretation of this book are just baseless allegations."

The leader of the stream of wisdom, Mohamed Hossam, Tuesday, that the government report only numbers and words that do not have any realism, pointing out that his current will take practical steps in the House of Representatives to hold the government accountable.
Hossam said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "what is mentioned in the government's report is mere numbers and words that are unrealistic, and often confused between real achievement and the mere signing of a contract or a project on paper."
He added that "the current intends to take further steps after the issuance of his cross-report with the government's report," noting that "the current wisdom is unable at this stage to hold the government seriously because it has only 20 parliamentary seats and the mood in parliament is not cooperating and solidarity with the government."

Seized Oil Tanker in Gulf Belongs to Iraq: Iran
The oil tanker which was seized in the Gulf for smuggling fuel was an Iraqi vessel, Iran said on Sunday, hours from initial reports of the seizure of a foreign ship in the region by Iranian forces.
Earlier the day, IRNA said that the Iranian forces had seized a foreign tanker in the Gulf without revealing which country the ship belonged to.
"The IRGC’s naval forces have seized a foreign oil tanker in the Persian Gulf that was smuggling fuel for some Arab countries," the report quoted the country’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Commander Ramezan Zirahi.
According to the commander, seven crewmen were also detained on the vessel which was carrying 700,000 liters of fuel.
"The seizure of the oil tanker was in coordination with Iran’s judiciary authorities and based on their order," Ziahi added.
However, IRNA quoted a statement by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps as explaining that the vessel was from Iraq, smuggling Iranian fuel.
