Nassif stressed the need for the three presidencies to implement the recommendations of the committee (77), or to cancel the agreement in full because the channel is Iraqi and Kuwait has no right to it, while this agreement is a gift provided by Iraqi bodies bribed to Kuwait on a plate of gold, it is like selling part Money is not everything in this world, and anyone who receives a bribe from Kuwait in return for passing the agreement can swallow the bribe and at the same time repent and return to his senses and stop its implementation. Will Maliki and Ameri overthrow the government of Abdul Mahdi "to please Iran"?
09/09/2019 228
Kalkamsh Press / Baghdad
It seems that talking about the dismissal of Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi has come out of the circle of threat and political blackmail, to enter within the framework of serious parliamentary preparations and the search for the appropriate alternative.
A few weeks ago, calls for the removal of Abdul-Mahdi began to increase, especially after the deep differences that emerged between him and the leaders of the Popular Mobilization, the latest refusal of the government to form a special air force, while the leader of the coalition "Sairon" Muqtada al-Sadr days before the "end of the Iraqi government" and innocence .
MP Ali al-Jourani, a member of the opposition Wisdom bloc, said his bloc was "planning to end the work of the government, which failed to implement its program announced last year, which exacerbated the poor service and economic conditions." And reveals Gorani contacts with the leadership of other parliamentary blocs to form a large opposition front in the coming weeks be able to change the government.
The "Sairon" bloc, which got the green light to overthrow the government, is waiting for more precise instructions from Sadr, who left for Iran, without directing the bloc's deputies to work with other opposition blocs. Some consider the government to have entered the “clinical death phase,” while others, including MP Wissam al-Khuzai, believe that “Sadr's threat to the government was not the first and will not be the last.” He points out that "Abdul Mahdi came to an agreement between Fatah and others, and his dismissal needs another similar agreement."
With the view of the member of the "victory" of the opposition Nada Jawdat that "the search for an alternative is more important than the dismissal of Abdul Mahdi, the majority of blocs today are not satisfied with the performance of the government and it is possible to form a large opposition front." “The current government is unable to deliver on the promises it has made. Crises in the country are worsening without clear solutions, and political parties must seek a viable alternative that can achieve national consensus. ”
Hashd blocks
It is noteworthy that the blocs belonging to the "construction" coalition, which is the largest supporter of the prime minister, as the Independent says, began days ago to criticize the government, after refusing to direct direct accusations against Israel to bomb sites "popular mobilization" in Iraq, and lied a declaration From the deputy head of the crowd Abu Mahdi engineer formed a special air force. This has provoked many objections and divisions within the Hashd and the Fateh alliance, formed by the leaders of the armed factions.
State of Law coalition member Jassem Mohammed Jaafar, led by former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, said that "the Fatah alliance is not satisfied with Abdul-Mahdi's rapprochement with Washington and retreat from previous promises to address the foreign presence in Iraq." Abdul-Mahdi is likely to resign before the parliamentary blocs, especially the "conquest" and "others", the procedures of withdrawal of confidence from him.
Take out American troops
Observers believe that what is facing Abdul-Mahdi, especially by the "conquest", comes in the context of intense pressure to push him to provide more support to the Popular Mobilization against the United States, and support the draft law "to get American troops out of Iraq" and abandon the security agreement Between Baghdad and Washington. The Iraqi parliament has been unable to pass the law over the past months, because of the government's adherence to the survival of foreign forces under the pretext of the continued need for support, advice and training, in addition to the protection and control of Iraqi airspace.
In order to complete his constitutional mandate, he needs the support of al-Fath (48 deputies), Sa'iroun (54 deputies) and some other small blocs to achieve the necessary parliamentary majority out of 329 deputies. This cannot be guaranteed in the coming period because of conflicts of interest and objectives. The Kurdish and Sunni blocs refuse to remove US forces now, and will not allow Abdul Mahdi to continue if he contributed to the passage of the said law, while Sadr supports the evacuation of foreign forces, but rejects the development and expansion of the "popular mobilization" at the expense of other security services. On the other hand, "wisdom" and "victory" that the dismissal of the government is linked not only to the file of security, but also the files of services and the economy.
The information indicates that there are intense Iranian movements on the large parliamentary blocs in support of the draft law to remove foreign forces, even the Iranian ambassador in Baghdad, Iraj Masjedi visited the Iraqi presidencies and party leaders and asked them to coordinate to pass this law during the next parliament sessions.
The leader of the "movement of the elites" Akram al-Kaabi, confirmed that the next parliament session will discuss the future of US forces in Iraq, and said in a tweet that "the next session of the House of Representatives will distinguish the inherent, which really represents his people from the intruder who will fail Iraq."

9-9-2019 Newshound Guru Kaperoni ...dinar rates...in excess of $3...not possible. Iraq could never afford any such RV/RI. The only scenario where I could see such a thing is if they LOP first. I've already stated I don't believe that Iraq would LOP. That being said, the only thing they can do is raise the value gradually over time as I've discussed many times via a float. The reason why I say they will float is 1, the IMF specifically gave such a directive, 2 Iraq can't afford any other increase in value with so much currency in circulation, 3 have to reduce the currency which can't occur until after the value starts to rise. So we'll just have to wait and see how the next several months play out. But I know one thing if they're going to raise the value it's going to have to occur gradually..
9-8-2019 Intel Guru Frank26 [Question: If we have a 25K note and went to a satellite bank and the rate was $2.00 would we get $50,000?] You see, inside of Iraq that 25k note is 25 dinars. But outside of Iraq that 25k note is still a 25k note...if it was 2 to 1 you'd have $50,000 American dollars...if you had a million dinars and the rate was 1 to 1...you're going to get $1 million dollars...it's not complicated...
9-8-2019 Newshound Guru Kaperoni There's a pretty good article that came out the last day or so pertaining to the CBI joining the official forum of monetary and financial institutions (OMFIF). I think this boosts the credibility of the CBI tremendously.

Boom! An article comes out this morning...telling you they're going to vote on the vice president's in the next session of parliament which is the second half of September...this is the last thing you're waiting on...we're starting to inch to the finish line...
9-8-2019 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat The rate to reinstate will be essentially the rate prior to the invasion in 2003 with adjustments for equity. We know that the CBI initially wanted to reinstate with this same kind of rate but could not without the banking reforms, the increase in oil production and the gold deposits since discovered... So, they are [in] a great shape to come out at about $3.12+ and some banks are already showing a new rate as calculated by the new system of very close to $4.00. But remember this rate shown could easily be recalculated at the last minute and then moved to FOREX. So we just don’t know for sure... [post 2 of 2]
9-8-2019 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat ...One of the most important reasons we know for sure they will significantly increase the rate upon the movement process to FOREX is that the CBI told us they plan to put the dinar within a basket of currencies. This basket is the SDR basket of 5 of the leading developed countries in the world and that Iraq is most likely to conduct trade with them. So, the rate must change or else this basket will not work which is the purpose of the basket in the first place – to put currencies “on a level playing field”. .. I am telling you FACTS about the process... the process stated to all of us way back in 2011 by the CBI... [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
9-8-2019 Intel Guru Frank26 ...we all know by now that the central bank of Iraq is in the process of lifting the value of their currency...there's no sense in putting the dinar, the new small category note, in their [citizens] hand before we raise the value...all that they've done in the massive campaign has made the citizens aware...the next step would be to raise the value NOT to give them what they've been seeing [lower denoms] just yet because it has no value. Once the value is raised...they will get the new small categories...it may float. It may not float. It may come out BOOM! direct at some large number...that's where I think we're at...
