Also, in all the circulating recordings, the transition between the sentences was very consistent and natural, and there were no different and inconsistent transitions or the presence of pieces as an indication of the merging of different audio clips.
2- When listening to the five audio recordings that were published, it is noted that the tone of the voice that was claimed to be al-Maliki’s speech was in one layer, accompanied by an echo, free of any difference and without any distortion.
3- By comparing the voice in the circulated audio recordings with that of Al-Maliki in several interviews that were conducted with him, the last of which was broadcast by Al-Ahed satellite channel yesterday, Wednesday, July 20, 2022, a great similarity was observed in the pronunciation of words mentioned in the current recordings and in the meetings with Al-Maliki, Especially the words (Sunnis, Muqtada al-Sadr, Shiites, Shiism).
4- The presence of different voices of people speaking at a different volume with the presence of sounds of a chair movement and the sound of friction are additional indications that the circulating recordings were not fabricated by voice-fabrication programs.
5- Extensive research was conducted to identify the tools and devices available for voice spoofing and a number of programs and tools were found that news websites have articles about, such as SV2TTS and AutoVC, which have been tested to conduct experiments to fake voices and deceive both the WeChat application that allows users to log in with their voice, And the Amazon Alexa app, which allowed users to use voice commands to make online purchases and payments via third-party apps like Uber, the fake apps managed to trick WeChat and Alexa, but deepfakes were more successful at mimicking the voices of women and the voices of foreign-born English speakers. Brent crude futures were down 83 cents, or 0.78 percent, at $106.06 a barrel by 04:38 GMT.
West Texas Intermediate crude futures fell $1.96, or 1.88%, to $102.26 a barrel.
Oil prices were volatile as traders were forced to cut demand due to the loss of Russian barrels in the wake of the country's invasion of Ukraine, with recession fears that could dampen energy demand.
Government data on Wednesday showed US gasoline stocks rose 3.5 million barrels last week.
In Libya, the National Oil Corporation said that crude production has resumed in several oil fields, after lifting force majeure on oil exports last week.

The Iraqi political arena is preoccupied these days with two tracks that complement each other. While no new news about the name of the candidate or candidates for prime minister was nominated by the coordination framework, and things remained oscillating on previous expectations and timings, the two Kurdish parties “Al-Kiti” found the Patriotic Union and the Democratic Party Both of them are in the last mile race to decide the name of the candidate for the presidency, at a time when Parliament distanced itself from setting the date of the upcoming election session, conditioned on political consensus outside its corridors.
"The Kurdish political blocs hope that the two Kurdish parties will reach an agreement in this regard," said the representative of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Dylan Ghafoor, in an interview I followed (Iraqi Media News Agency / INA).
She added, "Meetings at the leadership level are continuing to reach a consensus figure for the position of President of the Republic, and we hope that we will reach a specific agreement, and in the event that no solution or agreement is reached between the two Kurdish parties, the scenario of 2018 will return to the political front."
For his part, the leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ghiath Al-Sorji, said in an interview that was followed by (the Iraqi Media News Agency / INA): “A meeting was held between the two parties, the Patriotic Union and the Democratic Party, represented by the head of the Union Party, Bafel Talabani, and the leader in the Democratic Party, Minister of Foreign Affairs Fouad. Hussein, and no statement was issued regarding the content of the meeting.
He added, "The meeting discussed resolving the issue of the position of the President of the Republic, and what happened in the meeting is a prelude to a meeting in the next few days between the two political offices, and if necessary, the heads of the National Union and the Democratic Party will meet."
And he indicated that "the two options presented are that (Al-Party) will have the position of President of the Republic in exchange for (Al-Yakti) obtaining the federal ministerial positions designated for the Kurds, or (Al-Yakti) withdraws his candidate for the position of President of the Republic, and the two sides agree on a joint candidate for the position," explaining that "these options are not options. Neither the National Union nor the Democratic Union, but rather it is about putting forward part of the forces of the coordination framework as solutions to break the political blockage and nominate the candidate for the post of President of the Republic.”
In this regard, the political specialist, Dr. Haider Salman, said that “one of the points raised by the Kurdistan Democratic delegation (Al-Parti) at the meeting of Sulaymaniyah with the Patriotic Union (Al-Yakti) is obtaining the position of President of the Republic in exchange for (Al-Yakti) obtaining the federal ministerial positions designated for the Kurds.”
