Al-Kazemi instructs to protect demonstrations and not to use any type of violence

 The Prime Minister, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, held a meeting with the head of the National Security Agency, Abdul-Ghani Al-Asadi, and the head of the Counter-Terrorism Service, Lieutenant General Abdul-Wahab Al-Saadi.
A statement issued by his office, which was received by the Al-Furat News Agency, said that "during the meeting, the security situation in the country was discussed, and efforts were made to increase security and stability, and to pursue criminal gangs that carry out kidnappings and murders, as well as tracking ISIS terrorist cells."

Member of it: Parliamentary finance will start preparing the budget of 2021 soon

The Iraqi Ministry of Trade had revealed, on Friday (July 17, 2020), that the ration .card items that were to be distributed to citizens were affected
The official agency quoted the ministry as saying that "the ration card items were ".affected by the delay in approving the general budget for 2020
She added, "The money disbursement mechanism does not allow the ministry to fulfill its obligations related to contracting with national facilities," noting that "after the approval of the general budget, the ministry aspires to start contracts with ".national facilities

The Iraqi Stock Exchange announced on Monday that it was suspending its activities for 12 days on the occasion of eid al-Adha and a curfew.
"In compliance with the announced official holiday timings in Iraq, the market administration has decided not to hold trading sessions for the days of July 29 and for 12 days to coincide with the Eid al-Adha holiday," the market said in a statement to The Twilight News.

7-29-2020   Intel Guru Frank26    ...what did we say last week?  Iraq is international...the international world knows this don't they...if you're a shark, if you're a whale you can smell blood in the ocean right now.  And that's what these guys do - these shark these whales, these companies, these entities, these treasury departments, in other words those who have powerful super dollars, big dollars, big bucks.  They know when to buy the Iraqi dinar.  NOW!  And they're buying it left and right.  You're seeing the proof of it...What's missing is the announcement... how is it they know?  I call it the "white papers"...what do the white papers contain?  A rate and a date and the HCL stuff...that means banks already know the rate and the date of the Iraqi dinar - when it's going to be announced don't they?  IMO yes.

7-28-2020   Newshound Guru Pimpy   ...without putting too much hopium into what's going to happen, I'm waiting for the Finance Minister of Iraq to possibly make some very interesting announcements this week.  Let's see what happens.  I don't want to say too much but we're definitely monitoring it.  One thing that can help restore the sovereignty of Iraq is for them to have the restrictions removed off of their currency so they could be a sovereign nation and start dealing with the international community...something tells me there's going to be some very interesting news here between now and the first week of August.  Something that you could feel very happy about...

7-28-2020   Intel Guru Frank26   ...We believe Iraq is about to make a very huge payment in the form of IQD...We don't know who.  We don't know why.  But we do know it's a very huge payment (billions and billion) and it will be in the form of IQD's.  It might be a payment to Kuwait.  It might be to Saudi Arabia.  They either already made this payment in IQD's...Or they're in the process of doing it.  IMO this is because somebody knows the new exchange rate of the IQD is coming.  To receive payment in Iraqi dinars in a large amount like that it is very indicative of someone knows something about that currency. It's pretty obvious isn't it? ...I bought my dinar on April of 2004.  I've had my currency going on 17 years and no where in those 17 years did I ever ever feel that the exchange rate was that eminent as I feel it right now.  The evidence is very clear...somebody knows...

7-28-2020   Newshound/Intel Guru Petra  ...the budget.  We haven't seen the budget.  They haven't shown the budget.  Why?  What's in the budget that they don't want to show us?  It's the rate.  It has to be..."coincidences" are aligning to demonstrate a great need for change.  And the "white papers" even dictate that the change occurs with the change in rate...I see a lot of alignment going on for now rather than later...There are a lot of coincidences aligning with a timed event that has got to be coming up here pretty quick.

7-28-2020   Intel Guru Delta  ...what I'm expecting from the Central Bank to do - I'm expecting them to tell me the same thing what Allaq did in 2016.  Exactly a mirror like that announcement.  What he said at that time was in early 2017 we are going to lift the 3 zeros and introduce smaller denominations.  That's what I'm waiting for...They have to have a time-frame and based on the experience of the CBI they always give people a month, two months in advance...they can raise the value but in the case of Iraq they have to introduce lower denominations too and that is the problem.  That's why you need time to do that...

They've been doing this for 10+ years and nothing would stop them to do that again. However, now it's different. You have a P.M. who isn't kissing Iran's rear end. You have things blowing up all over Iran and putting things out of commission. You have a President facing re-election who needs something dramatic to get reelected. You have a global cash liquidity crisis that needs to be dealt with NOW! You have IQD prices going through the roof because nobody can get it. Something BIG is going to happen between now and January 2nd, and I believe before then.  I have other reasons that I believe this time somethings in the works, but in any case, the earth is moving. How fast is hard to tell, but believe this is coming.

The Council of Ministers holds its regular session, headed by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi

The Council of Ministers held its regular session today, Tuesday, 28 July 2020, headed by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi.

The council discussed the topics on its agenda and took the necessary decisions regarding them, according to the following:
1- The Council discussed the developments of the work of the Committee to Promote Governmental Actions in the areas of prevention, health control and awareness, on limiting the spread of Corona Virus, made up under Diwaniya Order 217 of 2020.
2- The Council approved the recommendations of the Ministerial Council for Human Development, and agreed to establish new halls to treat cancerous diseases, in accordance with the following decisions:
A- Create additional lounges to treat cancer patients at the National Hope Hospital, and similar ones at the National Cancer Center, as well as expand treatment of other types of cancer and thyroid diseases.
B - Establishing nuclear medicine centers in the governorates of (Basra, Najaf, Nineveh, Babil, and Anbar), according to the plan prepared for the Najaf Governorate, and assigning the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research - Department of Handling of Hazardous Substances and Atomic Energy Directorates to establish radioactive waste disposal systems, according to the model Previously applied at the National Hope Hospital.
C - Expedite the establishment of nuclear research centers to meet the requirements and needs of the aforementioned centers, from radioisotopes as well as radioactive iodine.
D- Excluding the process of importing radioactive materials and their systems from the routine procedures used in the Kimadia company, and handing them over to the beneficiary upon their arrival at the border outlets, to avoid the damage caused by these procedures.
E- Benefiting from the support provided by the European Union, which will be supervised by the Ministry of Health, provided for nuclear activities, in the provision of radiological systems and the training of staff.
F- The Ministry of Health and Environment and the governorates shall take the necessary measures regarding the above decisions.
G- Opening a special account to support cancer research centers.
3- Approving the payment of an amount (Eidiya), amounting to (75,000), seventy five thousand dinars, for the slice of the poor who fall under the umbrella of social welfare, on the occasion of the approaching Eid Al-Adha feast, according to what was stated in the book of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs No. 1353 on July 26, 2020.
4- Amortization of the debts owed by the beneficiaries of the social protection network benefits, which numbered (17552) families from all governorates, according to the details mentioned in the letter of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs No. 1392 on July 27, 2020.
5- Approving the recommendations of the committee to settle the subject of lecturers and employees on the temporary owners without the accompanying financial cover attached to the letter of the Ministry of Planning numbered on the number SP / 1/2/493 on 27 July 2020.
6- Appointing graduates of medical colleges, and the Ministry of Health coordinates with the Ministry of Finance to implement this decision, and a committee headed by the Minister of Planning and membership of the two masters of the ministries of finance and health is formed for the purpose of setting up mechanisms to provide allocations.
7- Approving the Ministerial Energy’s recommendation regarding the Ministry of Electricity contracting with Al-Aqsa Energy Supply Company with a capacity of (200 MW), and on a line (132 kV), to Nineveh Governorate, for a period of three months starting from the date of issuing this decision, and from the allocations of the Ministry of Oil.
8- Referring the Al-Khairat Steam Station project to the Hyundai company coalition, for its importance in producing electricity, and ensuring the operation of the Karbala refinery.
9 - The ministries of Finance, Electricity, and Oil define a mechanism to secure 15% of the contract’s value, and consider it a condition of entry into force of the loan amounting to ($ 225 million), only two hundred and twenty five million dollars.
10- Approving the Ministerial Energy’s recommendation regarding the FCC project, to develop the Basra Refinery according to the following:
Approval of what was stated in the Ministry of Oil's letter numbered number / / 244, on July 27, 2020, regarding the project of fracturing the auxiliary factor (FCC) for the development of the Basra Refinery, according to the financial powers of the contract, with the commitment of both parties to the contract to the terms of the announced tender (ITB), prepared by the company Refineries South and agreed with the Japanese JICA.
11- Approval of the subject of operating the accompanying oxygen production plant in connection with Ministry of Transport letter No. 1409 on June 30, 2020.
12- The Council agreed to amend paragraph (First / 4) of Cabinet Resolution No. 453 of 2019, according to the following:
With regard to private sector goods, the General Authority of Customs must apply the provisions of Article (215) of the Customs Law No. 23 of 1984, and its amendments when the original list described in Article 27 of the aforementioned law is not presented, or provide documents and documents in violation of what is stipulated in the article (27 / Third), and the amount of the fine (750,000, only seven hundred and fifty thousand dinars), for each document not duly authenticated by the competent authority, including the certificate of origin, or unlicensed invoices.

17- Empowering the Iraqi ambassador accredited to the United States of America to negotiate and sign a memorandum of understanding between the government of the Republic of Iraq and the Hoover Institution - Stanford University, regarding the restoration of original Iraqi documents of the past regime period.

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the suspension of official working hours in government institutions during the coming week on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Adha, coinciding with the high temperatures in the countries that exceeded the fifty-degree Celsius mark.

The Council of Ministers approved, on Tuesday, the granting of a holiday to those covered by social aid on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Adel al-Rikabi, said during a press conference in Baghdad that "the cabinet agreed to grant a gift of 75,000 dinars to each family covered by social aid on the occasion of Eid al-Adha."

Al-Rikabi added, "The social assistance database for the double salaries has been audited, and more than 6 thousand beneficiaries of double salaries have been boycotting their data."

He stressed, "extinguishing the loans that some citizens owe to alleviate their shoulders due to the low salaries."

Housing: completing the designs of 10 residential cities

The Ministry of Construction and Housing announced, on Tuesday, the completion of designs for 10 new cities in different governorates, including two designs for the capital, Baghdad, within the government program to provide housing units serviced to citizens.
"The Ministry, starting from the government program that includes providing serviced housing units at various prices and areas to accommodate different levels of income and reduce the housing crisis, has completed comprehensive designs for 10 new cities in different governorates, including two designs for two cities in The capital, Baghdad. "
He added that "the first location of the city of Ali Al-Wardi is located in Al-Nahrawan District, and the other city of Al-Tariq is located in Abu Ghraib District," stressing that "the designs are in the certification stage and will be ready for any financial abundance or investment."
He pointed out that "the plots of land for the cities will be distributed sealed, meaning complete infrastructure of water, sewage and electricity."
He explained that "about 30% of the lands will be allocated to poor families that will be nominated by the Ministry of Labor and distributed for free, in addition to the presence of lands that will be sold at the price of services, i.e. at an amount of 75,000 per square meter, and there will be lands that will be sold at an amount of 150,000 dinars and will be with higher services."
The Ministry of Construction and Housing announced earlier that it was in the process of completing the land acquisition for the purpose of planning and starting to distribute it with a new system that would benefit the most citizens and enable the municipalities to provide basic services in them, such as water, electricity, streets and sanitation.
